Abstract

개시된 본 발명에 의한 뇌 이상 단백질 치료를 위한 방사선 치료 시스템은, 환자의 뇌로 전리 방사선을 조사하여 뇌 단백질을 감소시켜 미세아교세포(microglia cell)의 기능을 회복시키는 방사선부 및 방사선부로부터 조사되는 방사선의 총량 및 횟수를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 제어부는 뇌로 기 설정된 저선량 또는 극저선량 방사선 중 적어도 어느 하나의 범위의 총 방사선량을 복수의 횟수로 분할하여 조사하도록 제어한다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 뇌 단백질 치료로 인한 인지기능을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
