当需要锁定物品时,锁芯6处于开启状态,异形舌头16能缩入转动块5侧面的让位槽9;将U型的锁梁1插入锁体2上的两个通孔4内,锁梁1上的卡齿3呈圆弧形,异形舌头16的一端呈外凸的圆弧形,锁梁1两个卡齿3之间的位置能将异形舌头16挤压进入锁体2内;当锁梁1上的卡齿3与异形舌头16对位时,异形舌头16能在弹簧17的作用下恢复并与卡齿3配合;锁梁1在通孔4内移动至适合位置时(异形舌头16与卡齿3配合),然后转动锁芯6,锁芯6通过侧面的齿片8带动转动块5端部的传动齿7,使得转动块5转动,转动块5侧面的让位槽9移开,其他侧面将异形舌头16限位,使其无法向内收缩,锁定锁梁;由于转动块5和封块10相对的位置处均设有导向孔11,且导向孔11内设置有转轴12,使转动块5转动顺畅的同时不会发生偏位,开关锁较顺畅。
当需要解锁时,用钥匙转动锁芯6,使得锁芯6通过侧面的齿片8带动传动齿7转动,传动齿7能使转动块5上的让位槽9与异形舌头16相对,使得异形舌头16能缩入让位槽9内,异形舌头16的端部退出通孔4内。
锁体2上对应通孔4两端的位置处均连接有防水胶圈25,防水胶圈25上设置有与锁体2卡接的防水压盖26,使得锁体2与锁梁1锁定后,雨水或灰尘不容易从通孔4处进入锁体2内,防止内部零件生锈,延长使用寿命。
实施例2。方便开锁的U型长梁锁,构成如图3至6所示,包括 U型的锁梁1和锁体2,锁梁1上设有多个卡齿3;所述锁体2上设有与锁梁1配合的通孔4,锁体2内设置有两个分别朝向两侧通孔4的定位件;每个定位件的一端部均与卡齿3配合设置,两个定位件之间的位置处设置有与通孔4平行的转动块5;转动块5的一侧设置有与锁梁1长度方向垂直的锁芯6,转动块5上朝向锁芯6一端固定有圆周分布的传动齿7,锁芯6的侧面固定有与传动齿7啮合的齿片8;所述转动块5转动至不同角度能改变定位件对锁梁1的锁定状态。
所述转动块5转动能将定位件朝远离通孔4的方向拉动;所述锁体2上对应定位件伸缩方向的位置处设有安装槽13,锁体2侧壁上对应安装槽13的位置处设置有槽盖14;所述定位件为舌条18,舌条18的一端设有舌头19,舌条18的另一端部固定有卡块20;舌头19的顶面为倾斜面,舌头19的底面为水平面;所述转动块5上对应卡块20一侧的位置处固定有推块21;所述锁体2内设置有两个前后配合并左右对称设置的舌条18,两个舌条18端部的舌头19分别朝向两侧的通孔4,两个舌头19之间位置处设置有复位弹簧22;左侧舌条18上的卡块20位于右侧舌条18上卡块20的右侧;所述转动块5上的两个推块21位于两个卡块20的之间;所述锁体2上对应锁芯5的外侧滑动设置有锁芯套23,锁芯套23与锁芯5之间滑动设置;锁体2上对应锁芯套23的一侧固定卡接有定位销24;所述锁体2上对应通孔4两端部的位置处均连接有防水胶圈25,防水胶圈25上设置有防水压盖26。
工作原理:先加工制作定位件,将两个舌条18前后拼接并在两个舌条18的两个卡块20之间连接有复位弹簧22,再将定位件从锁体2一侧面上的安装槽13内放入锁体2,再将槽盖14将锁体2上的安装槽13封闭;接着将转动块5从锁芯6的位置处放入锁体2内,并使转动块5端部的推块21放入两个卡块20之间,且推块21的顶 端与舌条18底端平面贴合,防止定位件转动;最后将锁芯6及其锁芯套23通过垂直于锁体2正面的方向插入,然后将定位销24敲入锁体2内使其将锁芯套23与锁体2固定。
当需要锁定物品时,转动块5上的两个推块21位于两个卡块20的中部,舌条18端部的舌头19凸出在通孔4内;由于舌头19的顶面为倾斜面,舌头19的底面为水平面,而卡齿3的形状和舌头19的形状相同,当锁梁1从上往下插入通孔4时,卡齿3上的倾斜面和舌头19上的倾斜面接触能将舌头19压入锁体2内,而当锁梁1从下往上拉出通孔4时,卡齿3上的水平面与舌头19上的水平面接触,相互限位无法拉出,从而进行锁定。
当需要解锁时,用钥匙转动锁芯6,使得锁芯6通过侧面的齿片8带动传动齿7转动,传动齿7带动转动块5转动,转动块5转动时,位于两个卡块20中部的推块21同步转动,并与舌条18上的卡块20接触,并将左侧舌条18上的卡块20向右推动,右侧舌条18上的卡块20向左推动,压缩复位弹簧22,从而使两侧的舌头19均退出通孔4内,从而使得锁梁1能从通孔4内拉出,进行解锁。
锁体2上对应通孔4两端的位置处均连接有防水胶圈25,防水胶圈25上设置有与锁体2卡接的防水压盖26,使得锁体2与锁梁1锁定后,雨水或灰尘不容易从通孔4处进入锁体2内,防止内部零件生锈,延长使用寿命。
Claims (10)
- 方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:包括U型的锁梁(1)和锁体(2),锁梁(1)上设有多个卡齿(3);所述锁体(2)上设有与锁梁(1)配合的通孔(4),锁体(2)内设置有两个分别朝向两侧通孔(4)的定位件;每个定位件的一端部均与卡齿(3)配合设置,两个定位件之间的位置处设置有与通孔(4)平行的转动块(5);转动块(5)的一侧设置有与锁梁(1)长度方向垂直的锁芯(6),转动块(5)上朝向锁芯(6)一端固定有圆周分布的传动齿(7),锁芯(6)的侧面固定有与传动齿(7)啮合的齿片(8);所述转动块(5)转动至不同角度能改变定位件对锁梁(1)的锁定状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述转动块(5)的侧面设有让位槽(9),让位槽(9)与定位件配合设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述转动块(5)上远离锁芯(6)的一侧设置有与锁体(2)侧壁配合卡接的封块(10),封块(10)和转动块(5)上均设有导向孔(11),导向孔(11)内设置有转轴(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述转动块(5)转动能将定位件朝远离通孔(4)的方向拉动。
- 根据权利要求2或4所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述锁体(2)上对应定位件伸缩方向的位置处设有安装槽(13),锁体(2)侧壁上对应安装槽(13)的位置处设置有槽盖(14)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述定位件包括外套筒(15),外套筒(15)内设置有异形舌头(16),异形舌头(16)与外套筒(15)之间设置有弹簧(17)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述定位件为舌条(18),舌条(18)的一端设有舌头(19),舌条(18)的另一端部固定有卡块(20);舌头(19)的顶面为倾斜面,舌头(19)的底面为水平面;所述转动块(5)上对应卡块(20)一侧的位置处固定有推块(21)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述锁体(2)内设置有两个前后配合并左右对称设置的舌条(18),两个舌条(18)端部的舌头(19)分别朝向两侧的通孔(4),两个舌头(19)之间位置处设置有复位弹簧(22);左侧舌条(18)上的卡块(20)位于右侧舌条(18)上卡块(20)的右侧;所述转动块(5)上的两个推块(21)位于两个卡块(20)的之间。
- 根据权利要求2或4所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述锁体(2)上对应锁芯(5)的外侧滑动设置有锁芯套(23),锁芯套(23)与锁芯(5)之间滑动设置;锁体(2)上对应锁芯套(23)的一侧固定卡接有定位销(24)。
- 根据权利要求2或4所述的方便开锁的U型长梁锁,其特征在于:所述锁体(2)上对应通孔(4)两端部的位置处均连接有防水胶圈(25),防水胶圈(25)上设置有防水压盖(26)。
