USB直充电子雾化装置,包括电池管(10),USB公头(20),与USB公头(20)可相互插拔的USB母座(30),电源(11)和雾化器(40);电池管(10)内设有电源(11),USB公头(20)固定在电池管(10)的一端且与电源(11)电连接,USB母座(30)固定在雾化器(40)的一端且与雾化器(40)的发热体(46)电连接。该装置的优点是,USB公头(20)与USB母座(30)插拔连接,可以为电池管(10)内设有电源充电,USB母座(30)与外部电源连接后,可用于对雾化器(40)的发热体(46)供电;当USB公头(20)插入USB母座(30)内时,电池管(10)内设有电源通过USB公头(20)和USB母座(30)对雾化器(40)的发热体(46)供电。

USB直充电子雾化装置
本申请是以申请号为201920744832.2、申请日为2019年5月22日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及一种电子烟技术领域,尤其是一种USB直充电子雾化装置。
背景技术
随着电子烟市场的发展,小烟产品因体积小、操作简单、体验感接近真烟而广受欢迎,随着用户使用时间的增加,对烟雾的需求量也会随之增加,目前市面产品都是绝大部份充电时都需要USB线才能充电;为了更便于用户的使用,特此研发了一款自带USB充电的USB直充电子雾化装置,让用户使用更便捷。
申请内容
本申请的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种USB直充电子雾化装置。
本申请的一种技术方案:
一种USB直充电子雾化装置,包括电池管,USB公头,与USB公头可相互插拔的USB母座,电源和雾化器;电池管内设有电源,USB公头固定在电池管的一端且与电源电连接,USB母座固定在雾化器的一端且与雾化器的发热体电连接。
一种优选方案是USB母座外设有外壳,USB母座内设有正电极片和负电极片,正电极片和负电极片分别与雾化器的发热体电连接,当USB公头与USB母座相互插接时,正电极片和负电极片分别与USB公头电连接。
一种优选方案是雾化器包括油杯,设于油杯内的雾化芯,烟嘴和密封垫;油杯内具有导气管,导气管的一端与烟嘴连接,另一端与雾化芯连接,密封垫与油杯的底部内壁固定连接,发热体的引脚穿过密封垫与USB母座电连接。
一种优选方案是雾化芯包括雾化管和发热体;雾化管与导气管的一端连接,发热体包括导油体,以及缠绕在导油体外的发热丝,发热丝的引脚穿过密封垫与USB母座电连接。
一种优选方案是雾化器还包括吸油棉,以及用于盖住烟嘴的烟嘴盖70,吸油棉 贯穿有出烟孔,吸油棉设置在烟嘴内。
一种优选方案是电池管的另一端设有底盖,底盖与电池管相互盖合。
一种优选方案是电源为电芯。
综合上述技术方案,本申请的有益效果:USB公头与USB母座插拔连接,当USB公头未插入USB母座内时,USB公头与外部电源连接后,可以为电池管内设有电源充电,USB母座与外部电源连接后,可用于对雾化器的发热体供电;当USB公头插入USB母座内时,电池管内设有电源通过USB公头和USB母座对雾化器的发热体供电,使用相当便捷,无线携带数据线,降低用户使用的时间成本与购买成本。

具体实施方式
为阐述本申请的思想及目的,下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步的说明。
如图1至图7所示,一种USB直充电子雾化装置,包括电池管10,USB公头20,与USB公头20可相互插拔的USB母座30,电源11和雾化器40;电池管10内设有电源11,USB公头20固定在电池管10的一端且与电源11电连接,USB母座30固定在雾化器40的一端且与雾化器40的发热体46电连接。
USB公头20与USB母座30插拔连接,当USB公头20未插入USB母座30内时,USB公头20与外部电源连接后,可以为电池管10内设有电源11充电,USB母座30与外部电源连接后,可用于对雾化器40的发热体46供电,使用相当便捷,无线携带数据线,降低用户使用的时间成本与购买成本。
如图1至图7所示,USB母座30外设有外壳31,USB母座30内设有正电极片32和负电极片33,正电极片32和负电极片33分别与与雾化器40的发热体46电连接,当USB公头20与USB母座30相互插接时,正电极片32和负电极片33分别与USB公头20电连接。正电极片32和负电极片33具有一定的弹性,当USB公头20与USB母座30相互插接时,正电极片32和负电极片33分别与USB公头20的端子紧密接触,此本申请20分钟可以充满电,满电可以抽烟200-250口。
如图1至图7所示,雾化器40包括油杯41,设于油杯41内的雾化芯42,烟嘴43和密封垫44;油杯41内具有导气管45,导气管45的一端与烟嘴43连接,另一端与雾化芯42连接,密封垫44与油杯41的底部内壁固定连接,发热体46的引脚穿过密封垫44与USB母座30电连接。
如图1至图7所示,雾化芯42包括雾化管47和发热体46;雾化管47与导气管45的一端连接,发热体46包括导油体461,以及缠绕在导油体461外的发热丝462,发热丝462的引脚穿过密封垫44与USB母座30电连接。
如图1至图7所示,雾化器40还包括吸油棉50,以及用于盖住烟嘴43的烟嘴盖70,吸油棉50贯穿有出烟孔51,吸油棉50设置在烟嘴43内。
如图1至图7所示,电池管10的另一端设有底盖60,底盖60与电池管10相互盖合。如图1至图7所示,电源11为电芯。
雾化器配套上面的电芯使用,外形直观,简洁、油杯41由透明材料制成,可以看到油杯41内烟油的储存量,烟嘴内设有固态吸油棉,可以防止冷凝烟油吸到嘴里,外壳31由金属材料制成,有很好的质感。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,包括电池管,USB公头,与USB公头可相互插拔的USB母座,电源和雾化器;所述电池管内设有电源,所述USB公头固定在电池管的一端且与电源电连接,所述USB母座固定在雾化器的一端且与雾化器的发热体电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述USB母座外设有外壳,所述USB母座内设有正电极片和负电极片,所述正电极片和负电极片分别与与雾化器的发热体电连接,当USB公头与USB母座相互插接时,正电极片和负电极片分别与USB公头电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括油杯,设于油杯内的雾化芯,烟嘴和密封垫;所述油杯内具有导气管,所述导气管的一端与烟嘴连接,另一端与雾化芯连接,所述密封垫与油杯的底部内壁固定连接,所述发热体的引脚穿过密封垫与USB母座电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括雾化管和发热体;雾化管与导气管的一端连接,所述发热体包括导油体,以及缠绕在导油体外的发热丝,所述发热丝的引脚穿过密封垫与USB母座电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括吸油棉,以及用于盖住烟嘴的烟嘴盖,所述吸油棉贯穿有出烟孔,所述吸油棉设置在烟嘴内。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述电池管的另一端设有底盖,所述底盖与电池管相互盖合。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的USB直充电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述电源为电芯。
