需要说明的是,一种隔音降噪装置,在工作时,通过在板体1的中间的位置设置两组玻璃安装套11,将两组玻璃安装套11之间设置距离,同时将两组玻璃安装套11的边缘处进行密封连接,安装时,由于玻璃安装套11的边缘处设置首尾连接的金属嵌入槽15和吸附磁条7,将两组玻璃安装套11的叠加放置后,其中一组玻璃安装套11的金属嵌入槽15和吸附磁条7与另一组金属嵌入槽15和吸附磁条7相互嵌入吸附,在叠加前,在金属嵌入槽15和吸附磁条7上刷上粘连胶,最后在粘连胶和磁力吸附的双重作用下达到密封的效果,连接后的玻璃安装套11在板体1的中间位置形成真空的可视窗5,安装后,同时在板体1的位于可视窗5的周围形成的隔音腔13内设置吸音棉14和隔音棉10,利用吸音棉14和隔音棉10使其达到良好的隔音降噪,整个板体1在保证隔音降噪的同时保证视野效果,可对隔离环境进行可视,其中通过将吸音棉14和隔音棉10均为叠加的两组,且将木丝吸音板16置于两组吸音棉14和隔音棉10内,从而使其具有良好的隔音效果的同时,利用木丝吸音板16为其提供支撑力,增加抗风性;其中由于板体1的一侧壁设有拼接槽2,另一侧设有与拼接槽2相匹配的拼接凸块4,当需要将多组隔音降噪装置进行拼接时,将板体1的拼接凸块4插入到相邻板体1的拼接槽2内,从而将板体1之间进行连接,简单方便,且该种放置连接后的板体1之间联动性强,不易发生散架的风险。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种隔音降噪装置,包括板体(1),其特征在于:所述板体(1)的外部设有外框架(8),所述外框架(8)内设有玻璃安装套(11),所述玻璃安装套(11)设有两组,且两组玻璃安装套(11)之间设有间隔,所述玻璃安装套(11)之间密封连接,且两组玻璃安装套(11)之间形成的空腔为真空腔(12),所述真空腔(12)和两组玻璃安装套(11)之间组成可视窗(5),所述可视窗(5)安装在板体(1)的中间位置,所述外框架(8)内部空间与两组玻璃安装套(11)之间形成两组隔音腔(13),所述隔音腔(13)内设有吸音棉(14)和隔音棉(10),所述板体(1)的底端安装有安装架(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述吸音棉(14)和隔音棉(10)均为双层结构,且两组吸音棉(14)和两组隔音棉(10)之间均安装有木丝吸音板(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述板体(1)的一侧壁设有拼接槽(2),所述板体(1)的另一侧设有与拼接槽(2)相匹配的拼接凸块(4),多组板体(1)安装时拼接凸块(4)置于相邻板体(1)的拼接槽(2)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述玻璃安装套(11)的内壁设有吸附磁条(7)和金属嵌入槽(15),所述吸附磁条(7)和金属嵌入槽(15)位于玻璃安装套(11)表面的边缘部分,且吸附磁条(7)和金属嵌入槽(15)首尾相连设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述板体(1)的一侧表面设有荧光层(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述隔音腔(13)以及隔音腔(13)内的吸音棉(14)和隔音棉(10)设置在板体(1)位于可视窗(5)周围的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述安装架 (3)为L型结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述板体(1)位于外框架(8)内部上下位置设有横向支撑板(9)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:所述吸附磁条(7)和金属嵌入槽(15)设置在两组玻璃安装套(11)相接触的表面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种隔音降噪装置,其特征在于:两组玻璃安装套(11)上的吸附磁条(7)和金属嵌入槽(15)设置的位置相反,两组玻璃安装套(11)安装后吸附磁条(7)吸附在金属嵌入槽(15)内。
