Description

一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机及其应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机及其应用,属于仓储物流设备技术领域。
背景技术
在工业技术快速发展的今天,由于传统的仓储方式本身所具有的被动性、不连续性、不均衡性的特点以及土地价格不断上涨的社会背景,在低成本的前提下高效地完成物料搬运和贮存工作已成为了企业始终追求的一种货物供应方式。于是伴随着对“生产→仓储→配送”这种供应线的要求不断提高,仓储方式也由最初的完全依靠工人进行人力的简单堆积,演化到通过叉车等这类半自动化的设备进行协助的仓库式存储,最后变到采用堆垛机、有轨穿梭车、自动导引运输车等自动化设备的自动化立体仓库系统。自动化立体仓库就是通过计算机进行管理控制的运用高层货架储存物资,并由自动控制的巷道堆垛机以及其他的搬运设备进行存取作业的大型储存系统。
而自动化立体仓储设备发展时期正逢我国烟草行业出现了控烟运动的舆论以及管理模式落后、生产力相对较低等问题,于是烟草行业搭上了自动化立体仓库的快车实现了整个行业的转型。当下自动化仓储系统已经被广泛应用于烟草行业,其主要是进行原料的配方以及烟丝、辅料和成品件烟的储存、运输、分拣和配送,是烟草企业中仅次于制丝车间、卷包车间的第三大车间。
但是,许多烟草企业在设计与使用自动化立体仓库的过程中仍存在着诸多问题:比如输送能力与实际需求不匹配,库前设备布置不合理,半自动化配盘准确度较低,输送过程中会发生物料干涉等。而这些缺陷的存在不仅会影响整个自动化立体仓库的工作进度,而且还可能会造成仓储工作人员的劳动安全得不到保障。特此对自动化立体仓库的库前输送机系统进行优化设计。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机。
本发明还提供上述一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机的工作方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,包括辊子组机构、往复装置和旋转装置;
往复装置,包括滑轨、滑块和驱动装置,驱动装置驱动滑块在滑轨上移动;
旋转装置,包括承载台、电机和转轴,承载台安装在滑块上,电机固定连接承载台且电机的输出轴连接转轴,转轴的顶端连接辊子组机构。
优选的,滑块选用丝杠螺母,丝杠螺母的底端通过动子座安装在滑轨上。
优选的,滑轨的两侧设有L型轨道,动子座滑动连接L型轨道。
优选的,驱动装置包括线性模组电机、丝杠和轴承,丝杠贯穿丝杠螺母且丝杠两端通过轴承固定在滑轨上,线性模组电机的输出轴与丝杠一端传动连接。

一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机的工作方法,利用上述任一整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,将整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机放置在入库输送系统一侧,在整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机作业时,包括以下步骤:
(1)当入库输送系统中有不合格烟草托盘时,工作人员将不合格烟草托盘移入辊子组机构上;
(2)启动线性模组电机,使丝杠转动,通过丝杠螺母带动辊子组机构离开入库输送系统;
(3)当辊子组机构离开入库输送系统后,启动三相异步电机,使棍子组机构旋转,将烟草托盘不规则面转到工作人员面前;
(4)工作人员对不规则面进行整理,辊子组机构每次转动90度,工作人员即可完成对多个不规则面的整理;
(5)整理完成后,再次启动线性模组电机,使丝杠反向转动,通过动子座带动辊子组机构靠近入库输送系统;
(6)工作人员将辊子组机构上的烟草托盘推移到入库输送系统中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机采用丝杠驱动方式,将辊子组机构前后移动,可使工作人员在整理烟草托盘不规则面时,避免入库输送系统干涉辊子组机构的旋转作业。
2)本发明整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,通过三相异步电机电驱辊子组机构旋转作业,可使工作人员对烟草托盘的多个不规则面进行整理,节省转动烟草托盘的人力,大大提高了整理工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步说明,但不限于此。
实施例1:
如图1至图5所示,本实施例提供一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,包括辊子组机构、往复装置和旋转装置;
往复装置,包括滑轨、滑块和驱动装置,驱动装置驱动滑块在滑轨上移动;
旋转装置,包括承载台7、电机和转轴2,承载台7安装在滑块上,电机固定连接承载台7且电机的输出轴连接转轴2,转轴2的顶端连接辊子组机构。
具体而言,往复装置中有两条并行的滑轨,滑块选用丝杠螺母20,丝杠螺母20的底 端通过动子座25安装在滑轨上,滑轨的两侧设有L型轨道,动子座25滑动连接L型轨道,从而保证动子座沿滑轨直线运动。
驱动装置包括线性模组电机16、丝杠18和轴承23,线性模组电机16与丝杠18都安装在滑轨上,丝杠18贯穿丝杠螺母20且丝杠18两端通过轴承23固定在滑轨上,线性模组电机16的输出轴与丝杠18一端通过联轴器22传动连接。
旋转装置中,承载台7上有上下连接的两个腔体,上腔体的上下两端通过上端盖、下端盖封装,下端盖与下腔体通过螺栓固定连接,下腔体的底部直接通过螺栓固定连接在承载台7上。上腔体内为上腔室,下腔体内为下腔室,上端盖和下端盖的中心位置都开设有阶梯孔,阶梯孔内安装有轴承4,转轴2为阶梯轴且主体位于上腔室内,转轴2的上下两端贯穿轴承4,转轴2的底端位于下腔室内。
电机选用三相异步电机6,三相异步电机6通过螺栓固定安装在承载台7的底部,三相异步电机6的输出轴穿过承载台7位于下腔室内,在下腔室内,三相异步电机6的输出轴通过联轴器与转轴2的底端传动连接。
辊子组机构包括承载机体1和多个辊子14,多个辊子14并排安装在承载机体1上,辊子的数量根据不同的使用场景和使用要求确定,承载机体1的底部有一凸体结构,转轴2的顶端插入凸体结构内并通过键9连接,可防止径向滑动,转轴2顶端内螺纹连接双头螺柱12,双头螺柱12通过六角法兰螺母13固定在凸体结构上,可避免轴向滑动。后续通过三相异步电机6驱动转轴2旋转,从而带动辊子组机构转动。
实施例2:
如实施例1所述的一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,其不同之处在于:滑轨的两侧安装有防护挡板15,保证作业过程中的安全性,避免人员误伤。
实施例3:
如实施例1所述的一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,其不同之处在于:丝杠螺母20的一端安装有优力胶19。在丝杠螺母20移动到丝杠18的两端时,优力胶19可以起到缓冲作用,避免丝杠螺母20与轴承座17之间的硬接触。
实施例4:
一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机的工作方法,利用实施例1所述的整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,将整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机放置在入库输送系统一侧,在整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机作业时,包括以下步骤:
(1)当入库输送系统中有不合格烟草托盘时,工作人员将不合格烟草托盘移入辊子组机构上;
(2)启动线性模组电机16,使丝杠18转动,丝杠螺母20沿滑轨移动,通过丝杠螺母20带动辊子组机构离开入库输送系统;避免入库输送系统干涉辊子组机构的旋转;
(3)当辊子组机构离开入库输送系统后,启动三相异步电机6驱动转轴2旋转,从而带动棍子组机构旋转,将烟草托盘不规则面转到工作人员面前;
(4)工作人员对不规则面进行整理,借助三相异步电机6使辊子组机构每次转动90度,工作人员即可完成对多个不规则面的整理;
(5)所有不规则面整理完成后,再次启动线性模组电机16,使丝杠18反向转动,通过丝杠螺母20带动辊子组机构靠近入库输送系统;
(6)工作人员将辊子组机构上的烟草托盘推移到入库输送系统中。重复以上步骤,即可实现入库输送系统上不合格烟草托盘的整理工作。
