- 如权利要求1所述的整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,其特征在于:辊子组机构包括承载机体和多个辊子,多个辊子并排安装在承载机体上,转轴的顶端通过键与承载机体的底部固定连接。
- 一种整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机的工作方法,利用权利要求1-9任一项所述的整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机,将整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机放置在入库输送系统一侧,在整体式往复电驱旋转整理输送机作业时,包括以下步骤:(1)当入库输送系统中有不合格烟草托盘时,工作人员将不合格烟草托盘移入辊子 组机构上;(2)启动线性模组电机,使丝杠转动,通过丝杠螺母带动辊子组机构离开入库输送系统;(3)当辊子组机构离开入库输送系统后,启动三相异步电机,使棍子组机构旋转,将烟草托盘不规则面转到工作人员面前;(4)工作人员对不规则面进行整理,辊子组机构每次转动90度,工作人员即可完成对多个不规则面的整理;(5)整理完成后,再次启动线性模组电机,使丝杠反向转动,通过动子座带动辊子组机构靠近入库输送系统;(6)工作人员将辊子组机构上的烟草托盘推移到入库输送系统中。
