- 一种空气除尘设备,其特征在于,包括:除尘框(1)、一号除尘组件(2)以及二号除尘组件(3),所述除尘框(1)顶端安装有连接件(4),所述除尘框(1)两侧壁均开设有盖门(5),所述一号除尘组件(2)安装在除尘框(1)内部底端一侧,所述一号除尘组件(2)底端连接有进料管(6),所述二号除尘组件(3)安装在除尘框(1)内部另一侧,所述二号除尘组件(3)底端连接有排料管(7),所述排料管(7)端处安装有一号气泵(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气除尘设备,其特征在于:所述盖门(5)的端处与除尘框(1)卡合连接,所述盖门(5)与除尘框(1)接触位置均安装有密封圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气除尘设备,其特征在于:所述一号除尘组件(2)包括吸附腔(9)、一号过滤网(10)、二号过滤网(11)、若干组正极板(12)以及若干组负极板(13),所述吸附腔(9)安装在除尘框(1)内部底端一侧,所述吸附腔(9)与进料管(6)连通,所述一号过滤网(10)、二号过滤网(11)匹配安装在吸附腔(9)内部两侧,若干组所述正极板(12)安装在吸附腔(9)内部一侧,若干组所述负极板(13)安装在吸附腔(9)内部另一侧,若干组所述正极板(12)、负极板(13)均与外界电源连接,且若干组所述正极板(12)、负极板(13)匹配安装。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种空气除尘设备,其特征在于:所述一号过滤网(10)、二号过滤网(11)平行安装,且所述一号过滤网(10)、二号过滤网(11)与吸附腔(9)内壁贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气除尘设备,其特征在于:所述二号除尘组件(3)均包括输送管(14)、处理腔(15)、两组定位件(16)以及两组吸附板(17),所述处理腔(15)安装在除尘框(1)内部一侧,所述输送管(14)安装在处理腔(15)顶端,且所述输送管(14)与吸附腔(9)内部连通,所述输送管(14)端处安装有二号气泵(18),两组所述定位件(16) 安装在处理腔(15)内部两侧,两组所述吸附板(17)穿过处理腔(15)侧壁与两组定位件(16)卡合固定,所述排料管(7)与处理腔(15)内部连通。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种空气除尘设备,其特征在于:两组所述定位件(16)整体均为凹状结构,且两组所述定位件(16)与两组吸附板(17)卡合连接。
