作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述冰铲包括握持部,所述冰铲定位结构还包括设于所述储冰盒的其中一侧壁上的凹槽,所述握持部与所述凹槽相适配并被收容于所述凹槽。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述储冰盒具有面向所述制冰盒的底壁,当所述冰铲被置于所述储冰盒时,所述容纳腔的开口面向所述底壁。
为解决上述发明目的之一,本发明另一实施方式还提供一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括定义了储物空间的箱体,连接于所述箱体以打开或关闭至少部分储物空间的门体,其中,所述冰箱还包括制冰机,所述制冰机设为如上述任一项技术方案所述的制冰机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用上述技术方案,由于支架通过转轴可转动地设于所述储冰盒,所述支架可被操作地带动所述制冰盒相对于所述储冰盒转动以打开或闭合所述储冰盒。当需要取冰时,支架带动制冰盒相对于所述储冰盒转动,从而露出储冰盒内腔,就可以进行取冰,而且不需要另外找地方来放置制扭冰结构,使得不但方便取冰,而且避免了制扭冰结构被污染。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种制冰机、冰箱及冰铲,该制冰机拓展了冰铲的功能,降低了成本。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施方式提供一种制冰机,所述制冰机包括用于收容冰块的储冰盒、设于所述储冰盒的制扭冰结构,所述制扭冰结构包括设于所述储冰盒的支架、设于所述支架的制冰盒,所述制冰盒可被驱动地相对于所述支架在制冰位置和翻冰位置之间转动,所述制冰盒定义 了复数个制冰格,其中,所述制冰机还包括设于所述储冰盒的冰铲,所述冰铲具有用于容纳水的容纳腔,构成所述容纳腔的至少一个侧部上设有铲冰部,所述铲冰部突出于构成所述容纳腔的其它侧部以用于铲冰。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述储冰盒上设有冰铲定位结构,以将所述冰铲定位于所述储冰盒内。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述冰铲定位结构包括设于所述储冰盒内的止挡筋,所述铲冰部与所述止挡筋相抵靠。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述冰铲包括握持部,所述冰铲定位结构还包括设于所述储冰盒的其中一侧壁上的凹槽,所述握持部与所述凹槽相适配并被收容于所述凹槽。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述止挡筋与设有所述凹槽的侧壁相平行。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述储冰盒具有面向所述制冰盒的底壁,当所述冰铲被置于所述储冰盒时,所述容纳腔的开口面向所述底壁。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述冰铲上设有便于注水的引流部。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述冰铲包括第一侧部和与第一侧部相邻的第二侧部,所述铲冰部设于第一侧部,所述引流部设于所述第一侧部和第二侧部的交接处。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述支架通过转轴可转动地设于所述储冰盒,所述支架可被操作地带动所述制冰盒相对于所述储冰盒转动以打开或闭合所述储冰盒。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述储冰盒上设有配接孔,所述转轴与所述配接孔相配接,所述转轴具有扁方部,所述配接孔具有开口部,所述开口部的开口宽度小于所述转轴的直径,且所述开口部的开口宽度大于所述扁方部处的宽度。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,当所述制扭冰结构完全盖合于所述 储冰盒上时,所述扁方部与所述开口部的位置相对应,此时所述支架连同所述制冰盒能从所述储冰盒上取下。
为解决上述发明目的之一,本发明另一实施方式还提供一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括定义了储物空间的箱体,连接于所述箱体以打开或关闭至少部分储物空间的门体,其中,所述冰箱还包括制冰机,所述制冰机设为如上述任一项技术方案所述的制冰机。
为解决上述发明目的之一,本发明又一实施方式还提供一种用于制冰机的冰铲,其中,所述冰铲具有用于容纳水的容纳腔,构成所述容纳腔的至少一个侧部上设有铲冰部,所述铲冰部突出于构成所述容纳腔的其它侧部以用于铲冰。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的上述技术方案的有益效果在于:由于所述冰铲具有用于容纳水的容纳腔,且构成所述容纳腔的至少一个侧部上设有铲冰部,所述铲冰部用于铲冰。因此,冰铲即可用来铲冰、又可用来作为注水的容器。从而拓展了冰铲的功能,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
在本发明具体实施方式的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“底”、“内”和“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,通常以冰箱处于正常使用状态为参照,而并不是指示所指的位置或元件必须具有特定的方位。
再者,应当理解的是尽管术语第一、第二等在本文中可以被用于描述各种元件或结构,但是这些被描述对象不应受到上述术语的限制。上述术语仅用于将这些描述对象彼此区分开。例如,第一侧部可以被称作第二侧部,同样,第二侧部也可以被称作第一侧部,这并不背离该申请的保护范围。
本发明提供的具体实施例公开了一种冰箱,冰箱包括箱体和连接于箱体的门体,箱体定义了储物空间,门体可被操作地打开或关闭至少部分储物空间。其中,储物空间可包括多个储物间室,储物间室的数量和结构形式可根据不同需求进行配置。储物间室通常包括冷藏室和冷冻室。
冰箱还包括制冰机,制冰机为独立的制冰机,且设置于储物间室内,具体的,制冰机放置于储物间室内的抽屉内。本优选实施例中,制冰机为手动制冰机,当然,制冰机也可以设置为电动制冰机。
如图1至图7所示,制冰机包括用于收容冰块的储冰盒10、可转动地设于储冰盒10的制扭冰结构11。制扭冰结构11包括设于储冰盒10的支架12、设于支架12的制冰盒14。本优选实施例中,支架12通过转轴16可转动地设于储冰盒10,且支架12可被操作地带动制冰盒14相对于储冰盒10转动 以打开或闭合储冰盒10。另外,制冰盒14可被驱动地相对于支架12在制冰位置和翻冰位置之间转动,制冰盒14定义了复数个制冰格。复数个制冰格内可以注入水以进行制冰。
本优选实施例中,由于支架12通过转轴16可转动地设于储冰盒10,支架12可被操作地带动制冰盒14相对于储冰盒10转动以打开或闭合储冰盒10。当需要取冰时,支架12带动制冰盒14相对于储冰盒10转动,从而露出储冰盒10内腔,就可以进行取冰,而且不需要另外找地方来放置制扭冰结构11,使得不但方便取冰,而且避免了制扭冰结构11被污染。
进一步的,制扭冰结构11相对于储冰盒10具有第一状态和第二状态,第一状态时,支架12带动制冰盒14相对于储冰盒10可转动,第二状态时,支架12连同制冰盒14能从储冰盒10上取下。如此设置,不但方便制扭冰结构11的安装,而且也可以根据具体需要,将整个制扭冰结构11从储冰盒10上取下。
储冰盒10上设有配接孔18,转轴16与配接孔18相配接,转轴16具有扁方部,配接孔18具有开口部20,开口部20的开口宽度小于转轴16的直径,且开口部20的开口宽度大于扁方部处的宽度。这样,当扁方部与开口部20的位置相对应时,能将制扭冰结构11从储冰盒10上取下。具体的,当制扭冰结构11完全盖合于储冰盒10上时,扁方部与开口部20的位置相对应,此时支架12连同制冰盒14能从储冰盒10上取下。如此设置,方便识别和操作,当制扭冰结构11从完全盖合的状态相对于储冰盒10转动后,制扭冰结构11都不能从储冰盒10上取下,使得结构更加可靠、操作更方便。
进一步的,支架12的转动轴线与制冰盒14的转动轴线相垂直。使得制冰机的结构更加紧凑。本优选实施例中,制冰机为手动制冰机。具体的,支架12上设有供手动操作的旋钮22、及设于旋钮22和制冰盒14之间的运动转换机构(未图示),旋钮22可被操作地促使运动转换机构驱动制冰盒14转动,从而使制冰盒14实现制冰位置和翻冰位置之间的转换。制冰位置时, 制冰格的开口朝上,可以注水进行制冰。翻冰位置时,制冰格的开口朝下即面向储冰盒10内部,从而将冰块脱落到储冰盒10内。另外,旋钮22和转轴16设于支架12相对的两端。
制扭冰结构11还包括活动设于支架12的制冰上盖24,制冰上盖24可被操作地相对于支架12活动,以完全打开制冰盒14或至少部分盖合制冰盒14。制冰上盖24上设有开孔26以用于注水,当然,制冰上盖24上也可以不设置用于注水的开孔26,当需要注水时,将制冰上盖24相对于支架12活动以打开制冰盒14进行注水即可。
本优选实施例中,制冰上盖24可滑移地设于支架12。当然,制冰上盖24也可以设置成转动连接于支架12,或采用卡扣等连接方式连接于支架12。
进一步参照图8至图11,制冰机还包括冰铲28。具体的,冰铲28设于储冰盒10,冰铲28具有用于容纳水的容纳腔29,构成容纳腔29的至少一个侧部上设有铲冰部30,铲冰部30突出于构成容纳腔的其它侧部以用于铲冰。本优选实施例中,冰铲28即可用来铲冰、又可用来作为注水的容器。从而拓展了冰铲28的功能,降低了成本。
另外,储冰盒10上设有冰铲定位结构32,以将冰铲28定位于储冰盒10内。从而防止了当制扭冰结构11相对于储冰盒10转动时,冰铲28滑落。具体的,冰铲定位结构32包括设于储冰盒10内的止挡筋34,铲冰部30与止挡筋34相抵靠。进一步的,冰铲28还包括握持部36,冰铲定位结构32还包括设于储冰盒10的其中一侧壁上的凹槽38,握持部36与凹槽38相适配并被收容于凹槽38。另外,止挡筋34与设有凹槽38的侧壁相平行。
储冰盒10包括面向制冰盒14的底壁40、自底壁40向底壁40的同一侧延伸的第一侧壁42、第二侧壁44、第三侧壁46和第四侧壁48,且第一侧壁42、第二侧壁44、第三侧壁46和第四侧壁48依次相连接。凹槽38设于第一侧壁42上,第二侧壁44和第四侧壁48上均设有配接孔18,且配接孔18较邻近第三侧壁46设置。
储冰盒10内设有支撑部58,支架12与制冰盒14闭合储冰盒10时,支架12被支撑于支撑部58,且支架12与支撑部58之间设有减震垫(未图示)。取完冰后,支架12带动制冰盒14相对于储冰盒10转动以闭合储冰盒10时,减震垫的设置可大大减少所产生的闭合噪音。
具体的,第二侧壁44和第四侧壁48均向储冰盒10内侧延伸有支撑部58,支架12的两侧与两支撑部58之间均设有减震垫。减震垫设置于支架12上,减震垫设置为硅胶减震垫。优选的,硅胶减震垫粘贴于支架12上。
另外,当冰铲28被放置于储冰盒10时,容纳腔29的开口面向底壁40。握持部36的背面设有中空部50,这样,不但降低了制造成本,而且当需要冰铲28时,方便取出。
冰铲28上设有便于注水的引流部52。引流部52用于控制水流,防止水溅落到其它地方。具体的,冰铲28包括第一侧部54和与第一侧部54相邻的第二侧部56,铲冰部30设于第一侧部54,引流部52设于第一侧部54和第二侧部56的交接处。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种制冰机,其特征在于,所述制冰机包括用于收容冰块的储冰盒、可转动地设于所述储冰盒的制扭冰结构,所述制扭冰结构包括通过转轴可转动地设于所述储冰盒的支架、设于所述支架的制冰盒,所述支架可被操作地带动所述制冰盒相对于所述储冰盒转动以打开或闭合所述储冰盒,所述制冰盒可被驱动地相对于所述支架在制冰位置和翻冰位置之间转动,所述制冰盒定义了复数个制冰格。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述制扭冰结构相对于所述储冰盒具有第一状态和第二状态,第一状态时,所述支架带动所述制冰盒相对于所述储冰盒可转动,第二状态时,所述支架连同所述制冰盒能从所述储冰盒上取下。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述储冰盒上设有配接孔,所述转轴与所述配接孔相配接,所述转轴具有扁方部,所述配接孔具有开口部,所述开口部的开口宽度小于所述转轴的直径,且所述开口部的开口宽度大于所述扁方部处的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的制冰机,其特征在于,当所述制扭冰结构完全盖合于所述储冰盒上时,所述扁方部与所述开口部的位置相对应,此时所述支架连同所述制冰盒能从所述储冰盒上取下。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述支架的转动轴线与所述制冰盒的转动轴线相垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述支架上设有旋钮、及设于所述旋钮和所述制冰盒之间的运动转换机构,所述旋钮可被操作地促使所述运动转换机构驱动所述制冰盒转动,所述旋钮和所述转轴设于所述支架相对的两端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述制扭冰结构还 包括活动设于所述支架的制冰上盖,所述制冰上盖可被操作地相对于所述支架活动,以完全打开所述制冰盒或至少部分盖合所述制冰盒。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述制冰上盖可滑移地设于所述支架,所述制冰上盖上设有开孔以用于注水。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述储冰盒内设有支撑部,所述支架与所述制冰盒闭合所述储冰盒时,所述支架被支撑于所述支撑部,所述支架与所述支撑部之间设有减震垫。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述制冰机还包括冰铲,所述储冰盒上设有冰铲定位结构,以将所述冰铲定位于所述储冰盒内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述冰铲具有用于容纳水的容纳腔,构成所述容纳腔的至少一个侧部上设有铲冰部,所述铲冰部突出于构成所述容纳腔的其它侧部以用于铲冰。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述冰铲定位结构包括设于所述储冰盒内的止挡筋,所述铲冰部与所述止挡筋相抵靠。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述冰铲包括握持部,所述冰铲定位结构还包括设于所述储冰盒的其中一侧壁上的凹槽,所述握持部与所述凹槽相适配并被收容于所述凹槽。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的制冰机,其特征在于,所述储冰盒具有面向所述制冰盒的底壁,当所述冰铲被置于所述储冰盒时,所述容纳腔的开口面向所述底壁。
  15. 一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括定义了储物空间的箱体,连接于所述箱体以打开或关闭至少部分储物空间的门体,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括制冰机,所述制冰机设为如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的制冰机。
