需要说明的是,所述上支撑面13包括设置在第一支座11上的第一平面131和设置在所述第二支座12上的第二平面132,当所述第一支座11与所述第二支座12绕第一方向转动到第一平面131与第二平面132位于同一平面时,所述第一平面131与所述第二平面132形成处于同一平面的上支撑面13,此时折叠机构10为完全展开状态。
其中,所述柔性显示屏20设置于所述折叠机构10上,所述柔性显示屏20包括相对设置的第一端21和第二端22。
在一实施方式中,所述柔性显示屏20为柔性有机发光二极管(OLED)显示屏。
其中,所述卷绕机构40设置于所述第一支座11或/和所述第二支座12上以用于卷绕所述柔性显示屏20,当所述第一支座11与所述第二支座12绕第一方向转动时,所述卷绕机构40卷绕所述柔性显示屏20或所述卷绕机构40释放所述柔性显示屏20被卷绕的部分。
具体的,所述柔性显示屏20的第一端21绕过所述折叠机构10的一端且与所述第一支座11连接,第二端22绕过所述折叠机构10的另一端且与所述第二支座12连接;所述折叠机构10处于展开状态时,所述柔性显示屏20位于所述上支撑面13和所述下支撑面上14;所述折叠机构10处于折叠状态时,所述柔性显示屏20位于所述下支撑面14上。
如图2所示,图2为折叠机构10处于完全折叠状态时的示意图,此时可折叠显示装置便于携带。通过采用折叠机构10与柔性显示屏20不贴合的方式,从而使折叠机构10折叠时,柔性显示屏20不必与折叠机构10同时进行折叠,从而防止对柔性显示屏20造成损坏,而利用卷绕机构40对柔性显示屏20进行卷绕收纳,从而防止柔性显示屏20与折叠机构10脱离,同时使柔性显示屏20保持平整状态,防止折叠机构10弯折造成的折叠机构10表面与柔性显示屏20尺寸不匹配的问题。
如图3所示,所述柔性显示屏20与所述折叠机构10之间设置有柔性支撑板30,所述柔性显示屏20的第一端21与所述柔性支撑板30的一端固定连接,所述柔性显示屏20的第二端22与所述柔性支撑板30的另一端固定连接。
进一步的,所述柔性显示屏20贴附并固定于所述柔性支撑板30上。
进一步的,所述柔性支撑板30为金属片,所述柔性支撑板30的厚度为5~35微米。
通过在柔性显示屏20的下部设置柔性支撑板30,可以将卷绕机构40的拉力作用于柔性支撑板30上,防止柔性显示屏20在长期拉力作用下容易发生蠕变被拉长,同时减少柔性显示屏20与折叠机构10之间的摩擦,减小柔性显示屏20的磨损。
所述卷绕机构40包括卷簧41,所述卷簧41的轴线平行于所述第一方向,所述卷簧41的内端与所述折叠机构10固定连接,所述卷簧41的外端与所述柔性支撑板30的端部固定连接,所述第一支座11与所述第二支座12绕第一方向转动时,所述卷簧41提供拉力以使所述柔性支撑板30保持与所述折叠机构10的端部贴附触接。
需要说明的是,所述折叠机构10处于完全展开状态时,所述柔性支撑板30与上支撑面13、下支撑面14以及端面15贴合触接。
在一实施方式中,所述第一支座11或/和所述第二支座12上固定设置有支撑座50,所述支撑座50包括沿所述卷簧41的轴向设置的支撑轴51,所述卷簧41套接在所述支撑轴51上,所述卷簧41的内端与对应支撑轴51固定连接,从而使得所述卷簧41的内端与折叠机构10固定连接。
对于本领域技术人员可知,卷簧41被压缩时,具有回复到自然拉伸状态的趋势,利用卷簧41被压缩时具有的弹性势能,折叠机构10折叠的过程中,卷簧41的回复力将柔性显示屏20“多余”的部分收纳卷起,折叠机构10展开的过程中,在外界拉力的作用下拉动卷簧41将柔性显示屏20“多余”的部分释放出来,从而在折叠机构10进行折叠和展开时使得柔性支撑板30与折叠机构10始终保持相对紧贴,防止用户使用柔性显示屏20时在视觉上出现屏幕浮起现象。
在第一种实施方式中,所述卷绕机构40设置有两个,一个所述卷绕机构40设置于所述第一支座11上,另一个所述卷绕机构40设置于所述第二支座12上,所述柔性显示屏20的第一端21与一个卷绕机构40连接,所述柔性显示屏20的第二端22与另一个卷绕机构40连接。
进一步的,所述柔性支撑板30的一端与一个所述卷簧41的外端固定连接,所述柔性支撑板30另一端与另一个卷簧41的外端固定连接。
在第二种实施方式中,所述卷绕机构40设置有一个,所述卷绕机构40固定于所述第一支座11上,所述柔性显示屏20的第一端21与所述卷绕机构40连接。
进一步的,所述柔性支撑板30的一端与所述卷簧41的外端固定连接,所述柔性支撑板30另一端与第二支座12固定连接。
在第三种实施方式中,所述卷绕机构40设置有一个,所述卷绕机构40固定于所述二支座12上,所述柔性显示屏20的第二端22与所述卷绕机构40连接。
进一步的,所述柔性支撑板30的一端与所述卷簧41的外端固定连接,所述柔性支撑板30另一端与第一支座11固定连接。
具体的,所述折叠机构10内设有空腔16,所述卷簧41设置于所述空腔16中,所述折叠机构10上设有开口,所述柔性支撑板30的端部穿过所述开口与所述卷簧41连接。
如图4所示,在一实施方式中,所述第一支座11与所述第二支座12通过一铰链60铰接,所述第一支座11与所述铰链60的一侧侧翼61固定连接,所述第二支座12与所述铰链60的另一侧侧翼61固定连接,从而实现第一支座11与第二支座12绕第一方向的相对转动。
进一步的,所述铰链60为角度定位铰链,以使所述第一支座11和所述第二支座12绕所述第一方向转动并定位到任意角度。
进一步的,所述铰链60设置于所述折叠机构10的下支撑面14。
参见图5所示,通过角度定位铰链60的扭力使得第一支座11与第二支座12转动到任意角度时保持定位并平衡,从而可将上述可折叠显示装置作为小型立式显示器使用,用于显示时间日历等,在此不一一举例。
如图6所示,在一实施方式中,所述折叠机构10的端部处设置有滑轮70,所述滑轮70的轴线平行于所述第一方向,所述滑轮70绕其轴向转动连接于所述折叠机构10,所述柔性显示屏20绕过所述滑轮70且与所述滑轮70抵接,即所述柔性支撑板30与所述滑轮70触接。
进一步的,所述折叠机构10的两端均设置有滑轮70。利用滑轮70使柔性支撑板30在折叠机构10上移动时更加顺畅,同时减少柔性显示屏20因滑动摩擦造成的损伤。
本发明的有益效果为:通过采用折叠机构10与柔性显示屏20不贴合的方式,从而使折叠机构10折叠时,柔性显示屏20不必与折叠机构10同时进行折叠,从而防止对柔性显示屏20造成损坏,而利用卷绕机构40对柔性显示屏20进行卷绕收纳,从而防止柔性显示屏20与折叠机构10脱离,同时使柔性显示屏20保持平整状态,防止折叠机构10弯折造成的折叠机构10表面与柔性显示屏20尺寸不匹配的问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置包括:
    折叠机构,其具有上支撑面以及与所述上支撑面背向设置的下支撑面,所述折叠机构包括并排设置且相互连接的第一支座和第二支座,所述第一支座与所述第二支座绕第一方向转动以使所述折叠机构处于折叠或展开状态;
    柔性显示屏,其设置于所述折叠机构上,所述柔性显示屏包括相对设置的第一端和第二端;
    卷绕机构,其设置于所述第一支座或/和所述第二支座上以用于卷绕所述柔性显示屏,当所述第一支座与所述第二支座绕第一方向转动时,所述卷绕机构卷绕所述柔性显示屏或所述卷绕机构释放所述柔性显示屏被卷绕的部分;
    所述柔性显示屏的第一端绕过所述折叠机构的一端且与所述第一支座连接,第二端绕过所述折叠机构的另一端且与所述第二支座连接;所述折叠机构处于展开状态时,所述柔性显示屏位于所述上支撑面和所述下支撑面上;所述折叠机构处于折叠状态时,所述柔性显示屏位于所述下支撑面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述卷绕机构设置有一个,所述卷绕机构固定于所述第一支座上,所述柔性显示屏的第一端与所述卷绕机构连接;或者,所述卷绕机构固定于所述第二支座上,所述柔性显示屏的第二端与所述卷绕机构连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述卷绕机构设置有两个,一个所述卷绕机构设置于所述第一支座上,另一个所述卷绕机构设置于所述第二支座上,所述柔性显示屏的第一端与一个卷绕机构连接,所述柔性显示屏的第二端与另一个卷绕机构连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏与所述折叠机构之间设置有柔性支撑板,所述柔性显示屏的第一端与所述柔性支撑板的一端固定连接,所述柔性显示屏的第二端与所述柔性支撑板的另一端固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏贴附并固定于所述柔性支撑板上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述卷绕机构包括卷簧,所述卷簧的轴线平行于所述第一方向,所述卷簧的内端与所述折叠机构固定连接,所述卷簧的外端与所述柔性支撑板的端部固定连接,所述第一支座与所述第二支座绕第一方向转动时,所述卷簧提供拉力以使所述柔性支撑板保持与所述折叠机构的端部贴附触接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠机构内设有空腔,所述卷簧设置于所述空腔中,所述折叠机构上设有开口,所述柔性支撑板的端部穿过所述开口与所述卷簧连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一支座与所述第二支座通过一铰链铰接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述铰链为角度定位铰链,以使所述第一支座和所述第二支座绕所述第一方向转动并定位到任意角度。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述铰链设置于所述折叠机构的下支撑面处。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠机构的端部处设置有滑轮,所述滑轮的轴线平行于所述第一方向,所述滑轮绕其轴向转动连接于所述折叠机构,所述柔性显示屏绕过所述滑轮且与所述滑轮抵接。
