本实用新型属于耳机领域,尤其涉及一种头戴式耳机。
背景技术
现有的头戴式耳机的耳机头和头带之间能实现角度的调节,不过这种调节多是有限个角度之间的调整,对于更小角度调节则难以做到,比如调节0.1度,从而影响佩戴的贴合度。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种头戴式耳机,其旨在提高耳机头与人体的贴合度。

一种头戴式耳机,包括头带和分别连接于所述头带两端的两个耳机头,所述耳机头包括:
支撑座,连接于所述头带;
喇叭座,用于固定发声器件;
连接轴,所述连接轴前后延伸,所述支撑座固定在所述连接轴的后端,所述喇叭座套接在所述连接轴上并能够相对所述连接轴前后移动或转动;

弹性件,套设在所述连接轴上,所述弹性件前表面抵接所述喇叭座而其后表面抵接所述支撑座,所述弹性件在所述喇叭座受到向后的压力下发生弹性形变而在所述压力消失后能够驱使所述喇叭座向前移动以使所述喇叭座抵接所述固定件。

请参照图1至图3,本实施例提供一种头戴式耳机,包括头带和分别连接于头戴两端的两个耳机头。其中,耳机头包括支撑座10,喇叭座20、连接轴30、固定件40和弹性件50。附图以其中一个耳机头为例,并定义喇叭座20相对于支撑座10的方向为前方。图1和图2所示的耳机头还包括与喇叭座20围合以容纳发声器件的耳罩60。

连接轴30前后延伸设置,支撑座10固定在连接轴30的后端,喇叭座20套接在连接轴30上并能够相对连接轴30前后移动或转动。

本领域人员可以理解,通孔的尺寸至少在上下方向上大于限位柱上表面到下表面的最长距离以提供喇叭座20前后转动的避让空间。
考虑到耳廓高于面部,头戴式耳机套在头上时,耳机头的左端与头部贴合较右端紧,因此,有必要增加前后方向的微调以提高佩戴的舒适度。对应的,通孔在左右方向的尺寸大于限位柱在其左表面到右表面的最长距离,从而为喇叭座20左右转动提供避让空间。

本实施例中,弹性件50的外表面到连接轴30的轴心距离占喇叭座20外表面到轴心距离的比例为[1/3,2/3]。该设计主要考虑弹性件50的恢复力矩,适当增大弹性件50的径向尺寸有利于提高恢复力矩,换个角度说,在同样形变下能够降低实际受力,从而提高弹性件50的寿命。而弹性件50的径向尺寸受制于支撑座10和喇叭座20的外形设计,因此进一步优选为[1/3,1/2]。图示实施例中,弹性件50为圆环,喇叭座20为近似椭圆形,在上下方向上,弹性件50外表面到连接轴30轴心距离与喇叭座20外表面到轴心距离之比接近1/3,在右方向上,弹性件50外表面到连接轴30轴心距离与喇叭座20外表面到轴心距离之比接近1/2。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种头戴式耳机,包括头带和分别连接于所述头带两端的两个耳机头,其特征在于,所述耳机头包括:
    支撑座,连接于所述头带;
    喇叭座,用于固定发声器件;
    连接轴,所述连接轴前后延伸,所述支撑座固定在所述连接轴的后端,所述喇叭座套接在所述连接轴上并能够相对所述连接轴前后移动或转动;
    固定件,连接于所述连接轴并用于限制所述喇叭座向前移动;
    弹性件,套设在所述连接轴上,所述弹性件前表面抵接所述喇叭座而其后表面抵接所述支撑座,所述弹性件在所述喇叭座受到向后的压力下发生弹性形变而在所述压力消失后能够驱使所述喇叭座向前移动以使所述喇叭座抵接所述固定件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括支撑本体和连接于支撑本体前表面并向前延伸的第一限位件,所述喇叭座在所述第一限位件相应位置设置有第二限位件,所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件配合而限制所述喇叭座沿所述连接轴轴向旋转。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述第一限位件为前后延伸的限位柱,所述第二限位件为容纳所述第一限位件插入的通孔,所述限位柱插入所述通孔而限制所述喇叭座沿所述连接轴轴向旋转。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述通孔在左右方向的尺寸大于所述限位柱在其左表面到右表面的最长距离。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述限位柱为前后延伸的圆柱状,所述通孔为矩形,且所述限位柱插入所述通孔时,所述限位柱和所述通孔个孔壁之间留有间隙。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述固定件螺接在所述连接轴上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述连接轴在其前表面向后开设有螺孔,所述固定件包括螺丝,所述螺丝螺接于所述螺孔并限制所述喇叭座向前移动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括配合块,所述配合块在其前表面向后开设有前后贯通的通孔,所述配合块抵接所述喇叭座,且所述配合块与所述喇叭座的抵接面在所述喇叭座的投影面积比所述螺丝的投影面积大,所述螺丝穿过所述通孔螺接在所述螺孔上。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述弹性件呈环状,所述弹性件径向截面形状为矩形。
  10. 如权利要求1至8任一所述的头戴式耳机,其特征在于,所述弹性件的外表面到所述连接轴的轴心距离占所述喇叭座外表面到轴心距离的比例为[1/3,1/2]。
