Real-time recruiting systems, methods and programs
The present invention relates to a real-time recruiting system, method and program, and more specifically, to a real-time recruiting technique for matching a one-time worker who can work on the day with an employer who wants a one-time labor on the day in real time. Is.
In recent years, labor shortages have become a problem, making it difficult for employers to secure workers. Therefore, attention is being paid to technologies that support the securing of workers. For example, the current position of the job seeker is within the specified range from the work place, and the job information is distributed to the job seeker, the application is accepted from the job seeker, the degree of conformity with the employment conditions is judged, and the conformity is met. A list of job seekers who applied in descending order is generated, and when a notification of employment decision is made, an employment contract between the job seeker and the employer is electronically concluded and the employment decision is made. There is provided a job matching technique that notifies job seekers of the decision to hire and encourages them to go to work at a place designated by the employer at a predetermined time (Patent Document 1 below).
According to the Statistics Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the number of employees in 2018 will be 34.76 million for regular employees and 21.2 million for non-regular employees. Due to health conditions and motivation, some of the above workers are absent on the scheduled work day. For example, if the staff suddenly becomes absent from 18:00, if the absenteeism is found at 17:00, one hour before, or at 18:10, which is normally after working hours, the number of people remains small. Companies that operate or have multiple stores had to call for help if there were stores nearby, or ask friends, acquaintances, family members, etc. for help.
As a result, at convenience stores and restaurants, owners and store managers are exhausted, and if the help does not come, the staff will be exhausted by working for those who are absent, and the turnover rate will increase. It had an adverse effect. However, in Patent Document 1 and the existing matching service, a one-time worker who can work on the day urgently in response to a worker's absence on the day and an employer who wants a one-time workforce on the day are matched in real time. Can not do it.
In view of the above problems, the present invention urgently responds to a worker's absence on the day and matches a one-time worker who can work on the day with an employer who wants a one-time workforce on the day in real time. According to the present invention, workers who meet predetermined conditions that can work on the day are notified of the job offer all at once, and the workers and employers are matched on a first-come, first-served basis when applications are accepted, so that the workers are absent on the day. Correspondingly, it urgently matches a one-time worker who can work on the day with an employer who wants a one-time workforce on the day in real time.
<Overall configuration> ... FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram showing an overall configuration using the real-time recruiting system according to the present embodiment. The real-time recruiting system (hereinafter referred to as “system”) 100 mutually communicates with the worker terminals 80A to 80N of workers 70A to 70N and the employer terminals 110A to 110N of employers 100A to 100N via a network including the Internet. Data communication is possible. The numbers of workers 70A to 70N and employees 100A to 100N shown in FIG. 1 are examples, and may be increased or decreased as necessary. Further, the real-time recruiting system 100 may be configured by one server computer or by a plurality of computers.
The system 100 receives a time zone (for example, 18:00 to 22:) when the workers 70A to 70N can work after a predetermined time (for example, a few minutes to a few hours) on the day, which is accepted by the worker terminals 80A to 80N. (Up to 00), labor skills possessed by workers 70A-70N (for example, restaurant kitchen experience, moving work experience, apparel customer service experience, etc.), and current location information (for example, Chiyoda Iidabashi 1-2- 3 etc.) to get the input.
Further, the system 100 is received by the employer terminals 110A to 110N of the employers 100A to 100N (for example, restaurants, moving companies, apparel dealers, etc.), and the employers 100A to 100N receive the employees 100A to 100N after a predetermined time on the day (for example, The time zone when the worker wants to be hired (for example, from 18:30 to 21:00), the desired working skill for the worker (for example, restaurant kitchen experience), the worker Obtain the input of the location information (4-5-6 Toranomon, Minato-ku) of the place where you want to hire.
Then, the system 100 detects a worker who satisfies the condition of the time zone in which the worker is desired to be hired after the predetermined time of the day according to the time zone in which the worker can work after the predetermined time of the day. In addition, the system 100 detects a worker who satisfies the conditions of the labor skill desired by the worker according to the labor skill possessed by the system 100. Further, the system 100 desires to hire a worker after a predetermined time on the day in consideration of the travel time from the current time according to the current position information and the position information of the place where the worker is desired to be hired. Detect workers who arrive in time by the time of day. For example, from 1-2-3 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku to 4-5-6 Toranomon, Minato-ku, even if the current time is 18:00, it will be detected that the arrival will be in time by 18:30 when you want to hire.
The system 100 notifies the terminals of the detected workers who satisfy the predetermined conditions all at once via the network. The predetermined condition is one of these three conditions, which satisfies all three conditions of time zone condition, labor skill condition, and position condition, and two of these three conditions are satisfied. And so on. The system 100 may automatically select how many of the three conditions are to be detected, or the priority of the conditions is obtained from the employers 100A to 100N in advance. Workers with the first priority may be notified, or if the number of detected workers with the first priority is low, the workers with the second priority may be notified. May also be detected and notified. The same applies to the case where the priority is the third.
すなわち、通知は、SNS(Social Networking Service)、SMS(Short Message Service)、メール等のアプリにおいて行われるポップアップ通知やプッシュ通知であってよい。 Further, the notification may be sent to the worker terminals 80A to 80N via the network, or a pop-up notification may be performed. That is, the notification may be a pop-up notification or a push notification performed in an application such as SNS (Social Networking Service), SMS (Short Message Service), or email. The system 100 matches workers 70A to 70N and employers 100A to 100N on a first-come, first-served basis from the worker terminals 80A to 80N notified of the job offer all at once. That is, hiring is done at the same time as the first application. By performing matching on a first-come-first-served basis in this way, matching is possible even if there is no time to choose because the work will work after a few minutes to a few hours.
In this way, workers who meet the prescribed conditions that can work on the day are notified of the job offer all at once, and by matching the workers and employers on a first-come, first-served basis, the workers are absent on the day. Correspondingly, it is possible to urgently match a one-time worker who can work on the day with an employer who wants a one-time workforce on the day in real time.

It includes 52, a fourth detection means 54, a notification means 56, a matching means 57, a mapping display means 58, a moving image providing means 60, and an aggregation means 62.
The first acquisition means 40 is a time zone (for example, 18 :) that can be worked after a predetermined time (for example, a few minutes to a few hours) on the day of the workers 70A to 70N received by the worker terminals 80A to 80N. 00-22: 00), labor skills possessed (for example, experience in restaurant kitchen, experience in moving work, etc.), and current location information (for example, 1-2-3 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku) It is a thing. The position information may be automatically acquired from the position information acquisition unit 90 (GPS or the like) provided on the worker terminals 80A to 80N instead of being input by the workers 70A to 70N. In addition, the workable hours should be acquired from the calendar application installed in the worker terminals 80A to 80N and the schedule information registered in the calendar service on the cloud instead of the input by the workers 70A to 70N. It may be. In addition, the first acquisition means 40 may acquire attribute information by accepting input of attribute information of workers 70A to 70N, for example, age and gender. The acquired worker information 18 is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100.
The second acquisition means 42 is received by the employer terminals 110A to 110N after a predetermined time on the day of the employer 100A to 100N (for example, a restaurant, a moving company, an apparel store, etc.) (for example, several minutes to several hours). Later) when you want to hire a worker (eg, 18: 30-21: 00), what labor skills you want for a worker (eg, restaurant kitchen experience, etc.), where you want to hire a worker The input of the location information (for example, "4-5-6 Toranomon, Minato-ku", which is the location of the store) is acquired. The time zone when you want to hire a worker is, for example, the time zone when there are not enough staff from the cloud-type electronic organizer service installed in the employer terminals 110A to 110N, the shift application, and the shift management service on the cloud. It may be acquired automatically. In addition, the second acquisition means 42 may accept input of desired attribute information for workers 70A to 70N, for example, age and gender, and acquire the desired attribute information for the worker. The acquired employer information 20 is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100.
The third acquisition means 44 acquires the input regarding the evaluation of the workers 70A to 70N from the employers 100A to 100N after matching, which is received by the employer terminals 110A to 110N. The input of the evaluation may be, for example, a graded evaluation by a number or an evaluation by the number of stars. The acquired information regarding the evaluation is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100 as the evaluation information 24.
The fourth acquisition means 46 acquires a video related to employment created by employers 100A to 100N from employer terminals 110A to 110N. The acquired moving image 26 is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100.
Next, the first detection means 48 detects a worker who satisfies the condition of the time zone in which the worker is desired to be hired after the predetermined time at that time, according to the time zone in which the worker can work after the predetermined time on the day. Is. For example, if the time zone when the employer 100A wants to hire a worker is from 18:30 to 21:00, the worker 18A whose workable time zone on the day is from 18:00 to 22:00 is detected. Will be done. On the other hand, the working time zone of the worker 70N is from 20:00 to 21:30 with respect to the desired time zone of the employer 100A, which does not satisfy the desired time zone. Therefore, the first detection means 48 does not detect the worker 70N as a worker who satisfies the condition of the time zone in which the worker of the employee 100A is desired to be employed. Similarly, for other workers 70B to 70M, workers satisfying the conditions are detected.
Similarly, if the time zone when the employer 100N wants to hire a worker is from 20:30 to 22:00, the worker 18A whose workable time zone on the day is from 18:00 to 22:00 Detected. On the other hand, the working time zone of the worker 70N is from 20:00 to 21:30 with respect to the desired time zone of the employer 100N, which does not satisfy the desired time zone. Therefore, the first detection means 48 does not detect the worker 70N as a worker who satisfies the condition of the time zone in which the worker of the employer 100N is desired to be employed. Similarly, for other workers 70B to 70M, workers satisfying the conditions are detected.
The second detection means 50 detects a worker who satisfies the conditions of the labor skill desired by the worker according to the labor skill possessed. For example, if the condition of the labor skill desired by the employer 100A is the restaurant kitchen experience, the labor skill possessed by the worker 70A has the restaurant kitchen experience, and therefore the worker who satisfies the labor skill condition. As, the worker 70A is detected. On the other hand, since the labor skill possessed by the worker 70N has no experience in restaurant kitchen, the second detection means 50 does not detect the worker 70N as a worker who satisfies the desired labor skill condition of the employer 100A. .. Similarly, for other workers 70B to 70M, workers satisfying the conditions are detected.
Similarly, if the condition of the worker skill desired by the employer 100N is accounting experience, and if it is the restaurant kitchen experience, the labor skill possessed by the worker 70A does not include the accounting experience. Worker 70A is not detected as a worker who meets the skill conditions. On the other hand, the labor skills possessed by the worker 70N include apparel sales experience and accounting experience, and include accounting experience. Therefore, the second detection means 50 is a worker who satisfies the conditions of the labor skill desired by the employer 100N. As a worker 70N is detected. Similarly, for other workers 70B to 70M, workers satisfying the conditions are detected.
The third detection means 52 considers the travel time from the current time according to the current position information and the position information of the place where the worker is desired to be hired, and employs the worker after a predetermined time on the day. It detects workers who arrive in time by the desired time zone. For example, if the location information of the place where the worker of employer 100A wants to be hired is 4-5-6 Toranomon, Minato-ku and the current time is 18:10, the current position of worker 70A is 1 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku. If it is 2-3, it is judged that the arrival is in time by 18:30 of the start time desired for employment, and the worker 70A is detected. To determine whether or not the arrival is in time, for example, the arrival is performed by a route search in which the current time is the departure time, the current position of the worker 70A is the departure position, and the location information of the place where employment is desired is the arrival position. It depends on whether the time is before 18:30 of the start time when you want to hire. According to the same procedure, it is determined whether or not the worker 70N arrives in time, and if it is determined that the worker 70N does not arrive in time, the worker 70N is not detected. Similarly, for other workers 70B to 70M, workers satisfying the conditions are detected.
Similarly, in the third detection means 52, for example, when the location information of the place where the worker of the employer 100N wants to be hired is 10-12-12 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku, and the current time is 19:00, the labor If the current position of the person 70A is 1-2-3 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku, it is judged that the arrival will be in time by 30:30 of the start time when he / she wants to be hired, and the worker 70A is detected. The determination of whether or not the arrival is in time is as described above. Further, according to the same procedure, it is determined whether or not the worker 70N arrives in time, and if it is determined that the worker 70N does not arrive in time, the worker 70N is not detected. Similarly, for other workers 70B to 70M, workers satisfying the conditions are detected.
In the fourth detection means 54, the first acquisition means 40 acquires the attribute information of the workers 70A to 70N, and the second acquisition means 42 acquires the attribute information of the workers desired by the employers 100A to 100N. In this case, the workers who satisfy the attribute information desired by the employers 100A to 100N are detected according to the attribute information of the workers 70A to 70N. For example, when the desired worker age of the employer 100A is 18 years or older, the worker 70A is 25 years old and the worker 70N is 32 years old. Therefore, the fourth detection means 54 is labor. Person 70A and worker 70N are detected as workers who satisfy the attribute information (age) of the worker desired by employer 100A. Even in the case of the employer 100N, since the attribute information of the desired worker is 18 years or older, the worker 70A and the worker 70N are detected. If the gender of the worker desired by the employer 100A is unquestioned, the worker 70A and the worker 70N are detected as workers satisfying the attribute information (gender) of the worker desired by the employer 100A. Even in the case of an employer of 100N, the gender of the desired worker does not matter, so the workers 70A and 70N are detected. Workers that satisfy the conditions are also detected for other workers 70B to 70M.
The notification means 56 simultaneously notifies the worker terminals of the workers who satisfy the predetermined conditions from the workers detected by the first detection means 48 to the third detection means 52. is there. Workers with the first priority may be notified, or if the number of detected workers with the first priority is low, workers with the second priority may be notified. May also be detected and notified. The same applies to the case where the priority is the third.
Further, in the notification means 56, the first acquisition means 40 acquires the attribute information of the worker, the second acquisition means 42 acquires the attribute information of the worker desired by the employer, and the fourth detection means 54 However, when a worker who satisfies the attribute information desired by the employer is detected according to the attribute information of the worker, the attribute information is also added as the predetermined condition.
Further, when the notification means 56 acquires the input regarding the evaluation of the workers 70A to 70N for the employers 100A to 100N after the matching by the third acquisition means 44, the notification means 56 learns the acquired evaluation information 24. The learning result is also added to the predetermined conditions. Specifically, the employer learns that such a worker looks good, expresses the learning result as, for example, a recommendation level, and adds this recommendation level to the predetermined conditions.
The matching means 57 matches workers and employers on a first-come, first-served basis among the worker terminals 80A to 80N notified of the job offer all at once. That is, hiring is done at the same time as the first application. By performing matching on a first-come-first-served basis in this way, matching is possible even if there is no time to choose because the work will work after a few minutes to a few hours.
Based on the current position information, the mapping display means 58 maps the workers who are simultaneously notified by the notification means 56 and the workers who are matched on a first-come-first-served basis with different degrees of attention, and the worker terminals 80A to It is displayed on the display unit of 80N, the employer terminals 110A to 110N, or the system 100. By performing such a mapping display, it is possible to know where and how much the population parameter of the workers who have been notified all at once is, and the position of the person who matched the result. The mapping information 22 generated by the mapping display means 58 is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100.
When the fourth acquisition means 46 acquires a video related to employment created by the employers 100A to 100N from the employer terminals 110A to 110N, the video providing means 60 obtains the acquired video 26 of the matching worker. Send to the terminal. By playing and watching the video on the worker terminal that received the video 26, the hired worker should check the work contents and procedures in a short time until the working hours and grasp the work contents. You can start working smoothly after you arrive.
The aggregation means 62 provides the aggregation information 28, which is generated by totaling which employer matches how much for each location, by transmitting it to the employer terminals 110A to 110N. The employer terminals 110A to 110N that have received the aggregated information 28 confirm the aggregated information by displaying the aggregated information 28 on the display unit. For example, you can find out where to open a store so that the labor force is not in trouble.
制御部82は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Randam Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)等を備える。 <Structure of worker terminal> ... The worker terminal 80A is, for example, a smartphone, which includes a control unit 82, an input unit 84, a display unit 86, a communication unit 88, and a position information acquisition unit 90. ing. The control unit 82 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a RAM (RandamAccessMemory), a ROM (ReadOnlyMemory), and the like. The control unit 82 reads a predetermined program, accesses the system 100, and executes an application program for performing real-time recruitment processing described later.
The input unit 84 includes, for example, a touch panel, but the input unit 84 is not limited to this. The display unit 86 is, for example, a touch panel, but is not limited thereto. The communication unit 88 communicates with and connects to the system 100 and other terminals via a network to transmit and receive data. The position information acquisition unit 90 is, for example, GPS. The worker terminal 80A is not limited to the smartphone, and may be another portable communication terminal. The same configuration is used for other worker terminals 80B to 80N.
制御部112は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)等を備える。 <Structure of employer terminal> ... The employer terminal 110A is, for example, a smartphone or a notebook PC, and includes a control unit 112, an input unit 114, a display unit 116, and a communication unit 118. The control unit 112 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), and the like. The control unit 112 reads a predetermined program, accesses the system 100, and executes an application program for performing real-time recruitment processing described later.
The input unit 114 includes, for example, a touch panel and a keyboard, but is not limited thereto. The display unit 116 is, for example, a touch panel, but is not limited thereto. The communication unit 118 communicates with and connects to the system 100 and other terminals via a network to transmit and receive data. The employer terminal 110A is not limited to a smartphone or a notebook PC, and may be another portable communication terminal. The same configuration is used for the other employer terminals 110B to 110N.
<Real-time recruitment processing> ... Next, an example of real-time recruitment processing by this system 100 will be described with reference to FIG. First, the system 100 acquires the working hours, the labor skills possessed, and the current position information from the workers 70A to 70N after a predetermined time on the day (step S10). Specifically, the worker terminals 80A to 80N may enter the worker information 18 by launching a browser and accessing the page provided by the system 100, or the worker terminals 80A to 80N may be input. Worker information 18 may be input by invoking the installed application program.
The first acquisition means 40 of the system 100 is a time zone (for example, 18:00 to 22:) that can be worked after a predetermined time (for example, a few minutes to a few hours) of the day received by the worker terminals 80A to 80N. (Up to 00), labor skills possessed by workers 70A-70N (for example, restaurant kitchen experience, moving work experience, apparel customer service experience, etc.), and current location information (for example, 1-2 Chiyoda Iidabashi) 3 etc.) to get the input.
Note that the position information may be automatically acquired from the position information acquisition unit 90 provided in the worker terminals 80A to 80N instead of being input by the workers 70A to 70N.
Next, the system 100 acquires from the employers 100A to 100N the time zone in which the worker is desired to be hired, the labor skill desired by the worker, and the location information of the place where the worker is desired to be hired after a predetermined time on the day. (Step S12). Specifically, the employer terminals 110A to 110N may start the browser and access the page provided by the system 100 to input the employer information 20, or the employer terminals 110A to 110N may be input. Employer information 20 may be entered by invoking the installed application program.
The second acquisition means 40 of the system 100 is received by the employer terminals 110A to 110N after a predetermined time on the day of the employer 100A to 100N (for example, a restaurant, a mover, an apparel store, etc.) (for example, a few minutes). A few hours later) when you want to hire a worker (eg 18: 30-21: 00), the worker's desired working skills (eg restaurant kitchen experience), you want to hire a worker Obtain the input of the location information of the place to work (for example, "4-5-6 Toranomon, Minato-ku", which is the location of the store).
Then, the system 100 detects a worker who satisfies the condition of the time zone in which the worker is desired to be hired after the predetermined time of the day according to the time zone in which the worker can work after the predetermined time of the day (step S14). Specifically, the first detection means 48 of the system 100 satisfies the condition of the time zone in which the worker is desired to be hired after the predetermined time of the day according to the time zone in which the worker can work after the predetermined time of the day. Detect a person.
As for the combination of other employers 100B to 100M and workers 70B to 70M, those satisfying the same conditions are detected.
In addition, the system 100 detects a worker who satisfies the conditions of the labor skill desired by the worker according to the labor skill possessed (step S16). Specifically, the second detection means 50 of the system 100 detects a worker who satisfies the conditions of the labor skill desired by the worker according to the labor skill possessed. For example, if the condition of the labor skill desired by the employer 100A is the restaurant kitchen experience, the labor skill possessed by the worker 70A has the restaurant kitchen experience, and therefore the worker who satisfies the labor skill condition. As, the worker 70A is detected. On the other hand, since the labor skill possessed by the worker 70N has no experience in restaurant kitchen, the second detection means 50 does not detect the worker 70N as a worker who satisfies the desired labor skill condition of the employer 100A. ..
As for the combination of other employers 100B to 100M and workers 70B to 70M, those satisfying the same conditions are detected.
Further, the system 100 desires to hire a worker after a predetermined time on the day in consideration of the travel time from the current time according to the current position information and the position information of the place where the worker is desired to be hired. A worker who arrives in time by the time of arrival is detected (step S18). Specifically, the third detection means 52 of the system 100 considers the travel time from the current time according to the current position information and the position information of the place where the worker wants to be hired, and considers the travel time on the day. Detects workers who arrive in time by the time they want to hire after the specified time.
As for the combination of other employers 100B to 100M and workers 70B to 70M, those satisfying the same conditions are detected.
Next, the system 100 notifies all the detected workers who meet the predetermined conditions of the job offer (step S20). Specifically, the notification means 56 of the system 100 refers to the worker terminals of the workers who satisfy the predetermined conditions from the workers detected by the first detection means 48 to the third detection means 52. Notify the job offer all at once. As a notification method, an e-mail may be sent to the worker terminals 80A to 80N, or a pop-up notification may be given.
In addition, the predetermined condition is one of these three conditions, which satisfies all three conditions of time zone condition, labor skill condition, and position condition, and two of these three conditions are satisfied. For example, one condition is met.
In the system 100, the matching means 57 matches workers and employers on a first-come, first-served basis among the worker terminals 80A to 80N notified of the job offer all at once (step S22). That is, hiring is done at the same time as the first application. By performing matching on a first-come-first-served basis in this way, matching is possible even if there is no time to choose because it will work after a few minutes to a few hours.
<Effect> ... According to the embodiment described above, all the workers who meet the predetermined conditions that can work on the day are notified of the job offer, and the workers and the employer are sent on a first-come, first-served basis. By matching, it is possible to urgently match a one-time worker who can work on the day and an employer who wants a one-time workforce on the day in real time in response to the worker's absence on the day.
In step S10 of the above-described embodiment, the first acquisition means 40 receives the attribute information of the workers 70A to 70N, for example, input such as age and gender, acquires the attribute information, and in step S12. When the second acquisition means 42 accepts input of desired attribute information for workers 70A to 70N, for example, age and gender, and acquires the desired attribute information for the worker, the system is set in step S14. The fourth detection means 54 of 100 may detect a worker who satisfies the attribute information desired by the employees 100A to 100N according to the attribute information of the workers 70A to 70N.
In this case, the notification means 56 may add the above-mentioned predetermined conditions and the attribute information.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the mapping display means 58 maps the workers who are simultaneously notified by the notification means 56 and the workers who are matched on a first-come-first-served basis, with different degrees of attention, based on the current position information. Then, it may be displayed on the display unit of the worker terminals 80A to 80N, the employer terminals 110A to 110N, or the system 100. By performing such a mapping display, it is possible to know where and how much the population parameter of the workers who have been notified all at once is, and the position of the person who matched the result. The mapping information 22 generated by the mapping display means 58 is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100. FIG. 7 shows, for example, an example of the mapping display screen 120 displayed on the display unit 114 of the employer terminal 110A. The positions of the workers who have been notified all at once are displayed by the small balloon 122, and the positions of the matched workers are displayed by the large balloon 124. The degree of attention is changed by changing the color or shape of the displayed balloon or pin, but other forms of change may be used.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, even if the third acquisition means 44 acquires the input regarding the evaluation of the workers 70A to 70N from the employers 100A to 100N after the matching received by the employer terminals 110A to 110N. Good. The input of the evaluation may be, for example, a graded evaluation by a number or an evaluation by the number of stars. The acquired information regarding the evaluation is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100 as the evaluation information 24. In this case, the notification means 56 learns the acquired evaluation information 24, and the learning result is also added to the predetermined condition. Specifically, the employer learns that such a worker looks good, expresses the learning result as, for example, a recommendation level, and adds this recommendation level to the predetermined conditions.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the video related to employment created by the employers 100A to 100N may be acquired from the employer terminals 110A to 110N by the fourth acquisition means 46. The acquired moving image 26 is stored in the storage 16 of the system 100, and the moving image providing means 60 transmits the acquired moving image 26 to the terminal of the matched worker. By playing and watching the video on the worker terminal that received the video 26, the hired worker should check the work contents and procedures in a short time until the working hours and grasp the work contents. You can start working smoothly after you arrive.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the total information 28 generated by totaling which employer matches how much by the totaling means 62 for each location may be transmitted to and provided to the employer terminals 110A to 110N. Good. The employer terminals 110A to 110N that have received the aggregated information 28 confirm the aggregated information by displaying the aggregated information 28 on the display unit. For example, you can find out where to open a store so that the labor force is not in trouble.
Note that the above-described embodiment is an example, and can be appropriately changed within a range in which the same effect is obtained. Further, the present invention may be provided as a program executed by the system 100. The program may be provided as recorded on a computer-readable recording medium or may be downloaded over a network. The present invention may also be provided as an invention of the method.
According to the present invention, workers who meet a predetermined condition that can work on the day are notified of the job offer all at once, and the workers and the employer are matched on a first-come-first-served basis when the application is accepted, so that the worker on the day of the worker It is suitable as a real-time recruiting system because it can match in real time a one-time worker who can work on the day urgently in response to absenteeism and an employer who wants a one-time workforce on the day.
