本公开属于井下抽油管道电缆保护设备技术领域,具体涉及一种冲压式重型电缆保护器。
背景技术
目前,市场上主要由两种电缆保护器:冲压式和铸造式。
冲压式有以下缺点:(1)本体和压盖材料较薄,强度弱,刚性差,易损坏;(2)采用锥销连接,安装麻烦,需配套气动安装工具;(3)相同规格电缆尺寸发生改变时,需要开发专用模具,模具成本高。
铸造式有以下缺点:(1)生产成本高;(2)生产周期长;(3)产品抗冲击性差;(4)生产过程对环境有污染。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供一种冲压式重型电缆保护器,解决了现有技术中存在的模具开发成本高、生产周期长的问题。
本公开所采用的技术方案是,一种冲压式重型电缆保护器,包括冲压而成的本体;本体两端均固接有压盖。
本公开的特点还在于:
本体内部两端均固接有电缆夹;电缆夹的形状、尺寸与本体相适应。
本体表面设有冲压而成的凸起。
压盖表面设有冲压而成的凸起。
压盖的纵截面与本体的纵截面相互对称。
本体与压盖的连接方式为,本体端部、一侧设置有两个耳轴孔a,另一侧设置有两个耳轴孔d;压盖一端设置有一个耳轴孔b,另一端设置有两个耳轴孔c;铰链销穿过耳轴孔a、耳轴孔b通过焊接铰链销一端将压盖与本体紧固连接;还包括螺栓卡扣,螺栓卡扣为中部开设有凹槽的方轴构件;还包括螺栓销,螺栓销为中部开设有螺栓孔的圆轴构件;螺栓卡扣穿过耳轴孔c,螺 栓销穿过耳轴孔d,并通过螺栓将压盖与本体紧固连接。
本公开的有益效果是:
(1)电缆夹可替换,相同规格在接箍不变的情况下,针对不同的电缆尺寸,只需更换电缆夹即可,通用性强;
(2)同一种规格冲压模具通用性强,减少了模具开发成本;
(3)本体和压盖上的凸起工艺,使产品外观更饱满;
(4)相比冲压式,本体和压盖材料较厚,提高了产品本身的强度和刚性,安装方便,模具通用性强,降低了模具开发成本;
(5)相比铸造式,在连接结构和强度接近的情况下,生产周期短,成本低,且对环境没有污染。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本公开提供了一种冲压式重型电缆保护器,包括冲压而成的本体1;本体1两端均固接有压盖2;本体1内部两端均焊接有电缆夹3;电缆夹3的形状、尺寸与本体1相适应;本体1与电缆夹3可采用卡接或螺栓进行连接;本体1表面设有冲压而成的凸起;压盖2表面设有冲压而成的凸起;压盖2的纵截面与本体1的纵截面相互对称。
本体1与压盖2的连接方式为,本体1端部、一侧设置有两个耳轴孔a4,另一侧设置有两个耳轴孔d13;压盖2一端设置有一个耳轴孔b5,另一端设置有两个耳轴孔c6;铰链销7穿过耳轴孔a4、耳轴孔b5通过焊接铰链销7一端将压盖2与本体1紧固连接;还包括螺栓卡扣8,螺栓卡扣8为中部开设有凹槽9的方轴构件;还包括螺栓销10,螺栓销10为中部开设有螺栓孔11的圆轴构件;螺栓卡扣8穿过耳轴孔c6,螺栓销10穿过耳轴孔d13,并通过螺栓12将压盖2与本体1紧固连接。
本公开的冲压式重型电缆保护器的工作过程(原理)为:先将电缆放置在电缆夹3的电缆槽内,再将油管放置在电缆上面,合上压盖2,将螺栓12卡在螺栓卡扣10的卡槽9内,然后用扭矩扳手拧紧,完成整个安装过程,确保电缆夹紧。
本公开的冲压式重型电缆保护器的优点为:
(1)电缆夹为活块式,不同电缆只需更换电缆夹;
(2)本体1和夹子2通用,降低了模具开发成本;
(3)本体和压盖上设计有凸起工艺,饱满、结实;
(4)本体和压盖材料较厚,强度高,刚性好;
(5)安装方便;
(6)生产周期短。

  5. 如权利要求1所述的冲压式重型电缆保护器,其特征在于:所述压盖(2)的纵截面与本体(1)的纵截面相互对称。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的冲压式重型电缆保护器,其特征在于:所述本体(1)与压盖(2)的连接方式为,本体(1)端部、一侧设置有两个耳轴孔a(4),另一侧设置有两个耳轴孔d(13);压盖(2)一端设置有一个耳轴孔b(5),另一端设置有两个耳轴孔c(6);铰链销(7)穿过耳轴孔a(4)、耳轴孔b(5)通过焊接铰链销(7)一端将压盖(2)与本体(1)紧固连接;还包括螺栓卡扣(8),螺栓卡扣(8)为中部开设有凹槽(9)的方轴构件;还包括螺栓销(10),螺栓销(10)为中部开设有螺栓孔(11)的圆轴构件;螺栓卡扣(8)穿过耳轴孔c(6),螺栓销(10)穿过耳轴孔d(13),并通过螺栓(12)将压盖(2)与本体(1)紧固连接。
