本申请卷发器通过采用具有轴孔的驱动电机,轴孔贯通固定座及转动座,使得转动座可绕轴孔旋转,从而转动座旋转时不会干涉轴孔内的空间,即不会干涉穿过轴孔的电连接线,电连接线用以连接发热件与电源,以使发热件有效工作;由此,既能驱动勾发件旋转实现自动勾发,又能使勾发件的安装结构避位发热件的电连接线,简化了卷发器的内部结构,降低了卷发器的生产难度。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

本申请提出一种卷发器。
在本申请实施例中,如图1至图4所示,该卷发器包括:
发热棒10,包括棒体11及设于所述棒体11内的发热件12;
勾发件20,所述勾发件20安装于所述发热棒10的外侧;
驱动电机30,包括固定座31及转动座32,所述驱动电机30开设有贯通所述固定座31及转动座32的轴孔,所述转动座32可环绕所述轴孔的轴心旋转;所述驱动电机30设于所述发热棒10的下侧,所述勾发件20连接于所述转动座32,以环绕所述发热棒10转动。
在本实施例中,勾发件20包括转板及安装于转板内侧的压发条,转板为弧形板,转板的凹弧侧形成旋转空间,旋转空间用以供发热棒10安装,勾发件20可环绕发热棒10旋转。发热件12通过电连接线121与电源电连接,以发出热量传递至棒体11,棒体11用以供头发缠绕塑形。发热棒10安装于旋转空间后,发热棒10的中心轴与旋转空间的中心轴重合,从而勾发件20可环绕发热棒10旋转,以勾动头发缠绕于发热棒10上。驱动电机30用以驱动勾发件20旋转,驱动电机30的种类不做限制,只需满足开设有贯通转动座32的轴孔即可,在此以无刷电机为例。勾发件20的底部连接于转动座32,转动座32相对固定座31旋转,以带动勾发件20环绕发热棒10旋转。可以理解,驱动电机30位于发热棒10的下侧,发热件12的电连接线121则从棒体11的下端伸出,并穿过轴孔延伸至与电源接通,从而转动座32的转动不会与电连接线121互相干涉,使得勾发件20和发热棒10能正常工作,且驱动电机30与电连接线121之间的避位结构也更加简化,以降低卷发器的生产难度。
本申请卷发器通过采用具有轴孔的驱动电机30,轴孔贯通固定座31及转动座32,使得转动座32可绕轴孔旋转,从而转动座32旋转时不会干涉轴孔内的空间,即不会干涉穿过轴孔的电连接线121,电连接线121用以连接发热件12与电源,以使发热件12有效工作;由此,既能驱动勾发件20旋转实现自动勾发,又能使勾发件20的安装结构避位发热件12的电连接线121,简化了卷发器的内部结构,降低了卷发器的生产难度。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,所述卷发器还包括走线管40,所述走线管40穿设于所述轴孔,以容纳与所述发热件12连接的电连接线121。在本实施例中,走线管40的管径小于轴孔的孔径,以避免走线孔与转动座32接触阻碍转动座32的转动。走线管40的上端延伸至发热棒10的下侧,下端延伸至邻近电源,电连接线121从棒体11伸出后经走线管40的管腔延伸至与电源接通,由此,可对电连接线121形成约束与保护,提高发热件12工作的稳定性。
进一步地,如图1和图2,所述卷发器还包括外壳50,所述发热棒10、勾发件20、驱动电机30及走线管40均设于所述外壳50内,所述走线管40的上端连接于所述发热棒10,下端连接于所述外壳50。在本实施例中,勾发件20及发热棒10位于外壳50的内腔上部,外壳50的顶部敞口,以供头发进入旋转空间。可以理解,走线管40为硬管,走线管40位于轴孔下侧的部分与外壳50的内壁连接,以使外壳50对走线管40形成固定支撑;而走线管40位于轴孔上侧的部分与发热棒10连接,以使外壳50通过走线管40间接对发热棒10形成固定支撑,从而使发热棒10在外壳50内的安装更加方便。发热棒10可直接与走线管40固定连接,也可通过辅助结构连接;同样地,走线管40可直接抵接于外壳50的底部,也可通过其它结构与外壳50的内侧壁固定。通过使走线管40两端分别连接发热棒10与外壳50,可使外壳50同时对发热棒10及走线管40形成固定支撑,由此,简化了发热棒10的安装结构,进一步降低了卷发器的生产难度。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,所述卷发器还包括设于所述外壳50内的支撑套筒60,所述支撑套筒60套接于所述走线管40的外侧,且所述支撑套筒60的顶部连接于所述固定座31,所述外壳50连接于所述支撑套筒60。在本实施例中,支撑套筒60的内壁与走线管40固定配合,支撑套筒60的外壁可通过紧固件与外壳50固定连接,以使外壳50对走线管40的固定支撑更加稳固。此外,支撑套筒60的顶部还连接于驱动电机30的固定座31,从而对驱动电机30形成固定支撑。通过使支撑套筒60同时与驱动电机30和走线管40支撑配合,提高了卷发器内部结构的一体性,使得卷发器的内部结构更加紧凑稳固。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述卷发器还包括安装座70,所述勾发件20连接于所述安装座70,所述安装座70连接于所述转动座32并开设有与所述轴孔对应的走线孔。在本实施例中,勾发件20可与安装座70一体成型,以简化生产工序,并提高勾发件20的整体结构强度。安装座70的底部固定搭接于转动座32的顶部,以随转动座32转动。走线孔与轴孔相对,以使电连接线121可径直穿过走线孔及轴孔,简化了电连接线121的走线结构。通过安装座70连接勾发件20与转动座32,可增强勾发件20的结构强度,提高卷发器的整体稳定性。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述卷发器还包括支撑座80,所述支撑座80开设有过线孔,所述走线管40与所述过线孔固定配合,且所述发热棒10连接于所述支撑座80。在本实施例中,支撑座80的上端与棒体11的内壁固定配合并通过紧固件固定连接。支撑座80用以抵接支撑发热棒10,以增加与发热棒10的支撑部位,提高对发热棒10支撑的稳定性。过线孔朝下延伸并与走线管40的上端固定配合,从而使走线管40对支撑座80形成固定支撑。从发热棒10伸出的电连接线121进入过线孔后可直接通过走线管40延伸至与电源接通。由此,使得走线管40对发热棒10的固定支撑更加稳固,进一步提高卷发器的稳定性。在实际应用中,走线管40可与支撑座80一体成型,以简化生产工序,并提高走线管40与支撑座80的结构强度。
结合上述安装座70的实施例,安装座70可环设于所述支撑座80外周,所述卷发器还包括传动轴承110,所述传动轴承110包括可相对旋转的内环部及外环部,所述内环部与所述支撑座80的外周壁固定配合,所述外环部与所述安装座70的内周壁固定配合。通过传动轴承110使安装座70与支撑座80间接连接且可旋转配合,使得对发热棒10的支撑更加稳固,并增强卷发器内部结构的一体性。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,所述卷发器还包括环设于所述外壳50与所述勾发件20之间的中壳90,所述中壳90与所述外壳50之间形成隔热间隙,所述卷发器还包括填充于所述隔热间隙的隔热介质91。在本实施例中,中壳90及外壳50开设有沿轴线延伸并贯通顶部敞口的进发口,以方便头发进入旋转空间。在卷发器的工作过程中,外壳50会靠近用户的皮肤,而发热棒10的热量则会部分传递至外壳50;隔热介质91用以吸收或隔离发热板传递至中壳90的热量,从而防止热量传递至外壳50,避免热量传递至用户皮肤,以提高用户体验。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,所述发热棒10还包括设于所述棒体11内的导热件100,所述导热件100包括沿所述棒体11的周向延伸的导热壁101,所述导热壁101搭接于所述棒体11的内壁,所述发热件12设于所述导热件100。在本实施例中,导热件100与棒体11的内壁配合,导热壁101沿棒体11的周向延伸,以增加与棒体11的接触面积,从而提高导热件100与棒体11的热传递效率,提高热量利用率。发热件12与导热壁101可直接接触,也可间接接触,只需满足导热件100的热量可传递至导热件100再通过导热件100传递至棒体11即可。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,所述导热件100还包括连接于导热壁101的安装壁102,所述安装壁102成形有安装腔103,所述发热件12设置于所述安装腔103。在本实施例中,导热件100可呈一体设置,也可由多个分体结构拼接形成。安装腔103可由开设于安装壁102的凹槽形成,也可由两个或多个安装壁102围合形成,在此不做限制,只需满足发热件12可与安装壁102固定接触即可。发热件12的热量传递至安装壁102,再传递至导热壁101,最后传递至棒体11,以使棒体11有效发热。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述导热件100包括两相互拼接的导热体104,所述导热体104包括沿所述棒体11的轴向延伸的安装板105,所述导热壁101周向上的两侧边分别连接所述安装板105的两长侧边,所述安装板105背离所述导热壁101的一侧凸设有沿长度方向延伸的凸筋106,两所述导热件100的安装板105及凸筋106共同围合形成所述安装腔103。在本实施例中,两相对拼接的安装板105共同形成安装壁102,安装腔103则由两安装板105及两凸筋106共同围合形成。导热壁101远离安装板105的一侧可开设沿轴向延伸的变形缺口,以使导热件100装入棒体11时,可通过导热壁101在变形缺口处的形变使导热件100与棒体11可滑动配合,导热件100安装到位后,再通过导热壁101在变形缺口处的恢复势能使导热壁101卡紧棒体11的内壁,使得导热体104与棒体11的配合更加稳固。通过将导热件100设为两相互拼接,且结构相同的导热体104,可方便导热件100的生产加工,提高加工效率并降低不良品率。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种卷发器,其中,包括:
    发热棒,包括棒体及设于所述棒体内的发热件;
    勾发件,所述勾发件安装于所述发热棒的外侧;以及
    驱动电机,包括固定座及转动座,所述驱动电机开设有贯通所述固定座及转动座的轴孔,所述转动座可环绕所述轴孔的轴心旋转;所述驱动电机设于所述发热棒的下侧,所述勾发件连接于所述转动座,被配置为环绕所述发热棒转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括走线管,所述走线管穿设于所述轴孔,被配置为容纳与所述发热件连接的电连接线。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括外壳,所述发热棒、勾发件、驱动电机及走线管均设于所述外壳内,所述走线管的上端连接于所述发热棒,下端连接于所述外壳。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的卷发器,其中,所述走线管的上端延伸至所述发热棒的下侧,下端延伸至邻近电源,所述电连接线从所述棒体伸出后经所述走线管的管腔延伸至与电源接通。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括设于所述外壳内的支撑套筒,所述支撑套筒套接于所述走线管的外侧,且所述支撑套筒的顶部连接于所述固定座,所述外壳连接于所述支撑套筒。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的卷发器,其中,所述支撑套筒的内壁与所述走线管固定配合,所述支撑套筒的外壁通过紧固件与外壳固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括安装座,所述勾发件连接于所述安装座,所述安装座连接于所述转动座并开设有与所述轴孔对应的走线孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的卷发器,其中,所述安装座与所述勾发件呈一体成型设置。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括支撑座,所述支撑座开设有过线孔,所述走线管与所述过线孔固定配合,且所述发热棒连接于所述支撑座。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的卷发器,其中,所述走线管与所述支撑座呈一体成型设置。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括支撑座,所述支撑座开设有过线孔,所述走线管与所述过线孔固定配合,且所述发热棒连接于所述支撑座;
    所述安装座环设于所述支撑座外周,所述卷发器还包括传动轴承,所述传动轴承包括可相对旋转的内环部及外环部,所述内环部与所述支撑座的外周壁固定配合,所述外环部与所述安装座的内周壁固定配合。
  12. 如权利要求3所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发器还包括环设于所述外壳与所述勾发件之间的中壳,所述中壳与所述外壳之间形成隔热间隙,所述卷发器还包括填充于所述隔热间隙的隔热介质。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其中,所述勾发件包括转板及安装于转板内侧的压发条,所述转板为弧形板,所述转板的凹弧侧形成旋转空间,所述旋转空间被配置为供所述发热棒安装,所述勾发件可环绕所述发热棒旋转。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的卷发器,其中,所述发热棒的中心轴与所述旋转空间的中心轴重合。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其中,所述发热棒还包括设于所述棒体内的导热件,所述导热件包括沿所述棒体的周向延伸的导热壁,所述导热壁搭接于所述棒体的内壁,所述发热件设于所述导热件。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的卷发器,其中,所述导热件还包括连接于导热壁的安装壁,所述安装壁成形有安装腔,所述发热件设置于所述安装腔。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的卷发器,其中,所述导热件呈一体设置。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的卷发器,其中,所述导热件包括两相互拼接的导热体,所述导热体包括沿所述棒体的轴向延伸的安装板,所述导热壁周向上的两侧边分别连接所述安装板的两长侧边,所述安装板背离所述导热壁的一侧凸设有沿长度方向延伸的凸筋,两所述导热件的安装板及凸筋共同围合形成所述安装腔。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的卷发器,其中,所述导热壁远离安装板的一侧开设有沿轴向延伸的变形缺口。
  20. 如权利要求2所述的卷发器,其中,所述走线管的管径小于所述轴孔的孔径。
