头带式耳机想要输出高品质音频,耳套与喇叭盖之间必须完全密封,否则声音会从侧面泄漏,目前绝大多数的头戴式耳机装配是将耳套背上双面胶,然后一次性贴合到耳机的喇叭盖上,这种设计导致耳机密封性不稳定,必须测试后再重复按压保持贴合,且后续随着存放时间后移,容易反弹存在不密封风险,同时贴合后不易返工返修容易报废物料,用户无法自行更换耳套,也影响耳机清洁,更影响到耳机的组装和生产的效率。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种具有密封功能的耳机,皮套外皮固定在皮套支架上, 内部填充海绵,组成一个完整的耳机皮套,耳机在工作时, 需要皮套支架、皮套外皮和海绵组成的皮套与喇叭盖之间要有良好的密封效果, 通过放置密封体在皮套支架与喇叭盖之间, 皮套支架与喇叭盖之间采用旋转扣位设计, 装配时只需把皮套向喇叭盖方向后旋转扣住, 夹住密封体使其变形来密封皮套支架与喇叭盖之间的配合, 使耳机中喇叭发出的声音不会从侧面泄漏, 该方法密封效果长期稳定无变化,无漏气风险,操作简单节约生产组装工时,容易返工返修,无物料报废,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
