[0003] 头带式耳机想要输出高品质音频, 耳套与喇叭盖之间必须完全密封, 否则声音 会从侧面泄漏, 目前绝大多数的头戴式耳机装配是将耳套背上双面胶, 然后一 次性贴合到耳机的喇叭盖上, 这种设计导致耳机密封性不稳定, 必须测试后再 重复按压保持贴合, 且后续随着存放时间后移, 容易反弹存在不密封风险, 同 时贴合后不易返工返修容易报废物料, 用户无法自行更换耳套, 也影响耳机清 洁, 更影响到耳机的组装和生产的效率。
