一种用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统以产生正弦波作用于皮肤,以达到按摩、健身、减肥等功效,相对方波输出,正弦波作用皮肤体感更柔和,有按摩的感觉,使皮肤更舒适;正弦波交流输出,在电极切换时电压都是从小到大过渡,减少肌肉过激反应;其中只有正半周的连续正弦波为低频波,作用于浅层皮肤;m正弦波为中频波,能穿透表层进入深层作用;包络波则可以由外到内刺激肌肉兴奋,真正全方位锻炼肌肉。

Description

用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统 技术领域
本发明涉及美容设备领域,特别是一种用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统。
背景技术
据不完全统计,全球肥胖人数已有13亿之众,用于减肥治疗费用已高达上千亿美元,中国目前肥胖病人数也已超过7千万,且发病率仍呈上升趋势。如何减肥,这已成为大众日益关注的热门话题,各种减肥方法亦五花八门,但大多不能令人满意。例如手术抽脂存在破坏身体组织的危险,药物减肥存在副作用以及造成对药物的依赖,运动减肥见效慢。因此现在市面上出现很多物理疗法来达到快速减肥的美容多功能美体仪器。
然而,这些美容多功能美体仪器以方波等形式的电子脉冲在作用于人体皮肤时,人体体感强烈,过于刺激,增加肌肉过激反应情况的出现概率,无法给人舒适的使用体验,不能很好地满足各类减肥人员的使用。
发明内容
为提供一种能够作用皮肤体感更柔和,使人有按摩的感觉,使皮肤更舒适,减少肌肉过激反应。本发明提出一种用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统。
该用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,包括恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器、输入端、输出端,所述恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器采用SPWM的方法将所述输入端输入的方波由所述输出端输出对应的恒定 电压;
其中,所输入的方波的脉冲宽度在第一时间上由窄变宽调节,在第二时间上由宽变窄调节,所述第一时间和所述第二时间连续无间隔,且所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时长相等,以使得输出的对应的恒定电压由低渐变高再渐变低,从而实现了输出在时间的积累上等效为正弦波。
进一步的,所述正弦波为只有正半周的连续正弦波。
进一步的,还包括H桥电路,所述H桥电路具有A+和A‐两端,所述H桥电路的控制桥臂设有四个MOS管,通过控制四个MOS管的导通和关闭以改变A+和A‐两端的电流极性,实现A+和A‐两端的电流方向的改变,从而使输入只有正半周的连续正弦波实现一半翻转到负半周,得到m正弦波。
进一步的,A+和A‐两端极性改变的频率为nKHz,则能得到n/2KHz的方波。
进一步的,以n/2KHz的方波调制于m正弦波以输出包络波。
本发明的有益效果在于:使用本发明的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统以产生正弦波作用于皮肤,以达到按摩、健身、减肥等功效,相对方波输出,正弦波作用皮肤体感更柔和,有按摩的感觉,使皮肤更舒适;正弦波交流输出,在电极切换时电压都是从小到大过渡,减少肌肉过激反应;其中只有正半周的连续正弦波为低频波,作用于浅层皮肤;m正弦波为中频波,能穿透表层进入深层作用;包络波则可以由外到内刺激肌肉兴奋,真正全方位锻炼肌肉。

具体实施方式
下面将本发明的技术方案结合具体实施例作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1;本发明提出一种用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,包括恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器、输入端、输出端,所述恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器采用SPWM的方法将所述输入端输入的方波由所述输出端输出对应的恒定电压;
其中,所输入的方波的脉冲宽度在第一时间上由窄变宽调节,在第二时间上由宽变窄调节,所述第一时间和所述第二时间连续无间隔,且所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时长相等,以使得输出的对应的恒定电压由低渐变高再渐变低,从而实现了输出在时间的积累上等效为正弦波。
其中,PWM即Pulse Width Modulation(脉冲宽度调制),它是通过改变输出方波的占空比来改变等效的输出电压。
如图2所示,而SPWM,就是在PWM的基础上改变了调制脉冲方式,脉冲宽度时间占空比按正弦规律排列,这样输出波形经过适当的滤波可以做到正弦波输出。
在本实施方式中,所述恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器所选用的型号为SGM41285恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器,其理论上可以输出高达70V的电压。
如图1所示,V_EMS为输出端,FB为输入端。
在本实施方式中,所输入的方波的脉冲宽度对应正弦波的振幅,当所输入 的方波的脉冲宽度越高,正弦波的振幅就越大,在所述第一时间和所述第二时间交界的节点,即为正弦波的波峰,所述第一时间和所述第二时间均为正弦波的1/4周期。
在本实施方式中,PWM频率可根据实际电路设置为10KHz~20KHz,本发明中,使用的PWM频率为17KHz。
进一步的,所述正弦波为只有正半周的连续正弦波。
在本实施方式中,利用SPWM输出等效电压后,所形成的只有正半周的连续正弦波为20Hz,为低频波。
请参考图3‐图4,进一步的,还包括H桥电路,所述H桥电路具有A+和A‐两端,所述H桥电路的控制桥臂设有四个MOS管,通过控制四个MOS管的导通和关闭以改变A+和A‐两端的电流极性,实现A+和A‐两端的电流方向的改变,从而使输入只有正半周的连续正弦波实现一半翻转到负半周,得到m正弦波。
进一步的,A+和A‐两端极性改变的频率为nKHz,则能得到n/2KHz的方波。
进一步的,以n/2KHz的方波调制于m正弦波以输出包络波。
在此,假设n为2,m正弦波的频率为1KHz,为中频波。
如图3所示,四个MOS管分别为BRIDGEB_B、BRIDGEA_A、BRIDGEA_B、BRIDGEB_A。
BRIDGEB_B、BRIDGEA_A同时开,BRIDGEA_B、BRIDGEB_A同时关,输出1KHz的m正弦波正半周;BRIDGEB_B、BRIDGEA_A同时关,BRIDGEA_B、BRIDGEB_A同时开,输出1KHz的m正弦波负半周;使用2KHz的频率来回切换这两组开关,则产生了1KHz的m正弦波,即中频波形输出。
20Hz正弦波(正半周)经过H桥电路(如下图3的电路图的EMS_AFT输入), 利用桥臂四个MOS管的开关切换(切换频率2KHz),所以,1KHz的m正弦波在50ms时间的叠加上就形成了20Hz调制的正弦波形,即能输出20Hz调制1KHz的交流电,即包络波。
在本实施方式中,使用本发明的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统以产生正弦波作用于皮肤,相对方波输出,正弦波作用皮肤体感更柔和,有按摩的感觉,使皮肤更舒适;正弦波交流输出,在电极切换时电压都是从小到大过渡,减少肌肉过激反应;其中只有正半周的连续正弦波为低频波,作用于浅层皮肤;m正弦波为中频波,能穿透表层进入深层作用;包络波则可以由外到内刺激肌肉兴奋,真正全方位锻炼肌肉。
在本实施方式中,使用本发明的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统以产生正弦波作用于身体部位的皮肤,身体部位可以由用户自由选择,低频波、中频波、包络波均具备正弦波振动,用户可以选择三者中其一,以达到按摩、健身、减肥等功效。
以上是本发明的较佳实施例。应当理解,本实施例用于解释和说明本发明的技术方案,不用于限定本发明的保护范围。该领域的一般技术人员在理解了本发明的基础上,所做的非创造性变形和改进应该也属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,其特征在于,包括恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器、输入端、输出端,所述恒压脉宽调制PWM升压型DC/DC转换器采用SPWM的方法将所述输入端输入的方波由所述输出端输出对应的恒定电压;
    其中,所输入的方波的脉冲宽度在第一时间上由窄变宽调节,在第二时间上由宽变窄调节,所述第一时间和所述第二时间连续无间隔,且所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时长相等,以使得输出的对应的恒定电压由低渐变高再渐变低,从而实现了输出在时间的积累上等效为正弦波。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,其特征在于,所述正弦波为只有正半周的连续正弦波。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,其特征在于,还包括H桥电路,所述H桥电路具有A+和A‐两端,所述H桥电路的控制桥臂设有四个MOS管,通过控制四个MOS管的导通和关闭以改变A+和A‐两端的电流极性,实现A+和A‐两端的电流方向的改变,从而使输入只有正半周的连续正弦波实现一半翻转到负半周,得到m正弦波。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,其特征在于,A+和A‐两端极性改变的频率为nKHz,则能得到n/2KHz的方波。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于产生正弦波振动的多功能美体仪系统,其特征在于,以n/2KHz的方波调制于m正弦波以输出包络波。
