Le système permanent de prise de charge totale peut comprendre : un cadre bâti sur le sol contenant un espace de réception formé à l'intérieur ; une unité d'aspiration agencée de façon adjacente au cadre et permettant d'aspirer de l'air extérieur à une hauteur prédéterminée et d'amener l'air à s'élever le long de l'espace de réception du cadre ; un dispositif dépoussiéreur formé dans l'espace de réception afin de filtrer les polluants dans l'air extérieur introduit dans l'espace de réception.
