Description
上板と、前記上板と対向するように配置された下板と、前記上板と前記下板との間に配置された側板とを有し、前記上板、前記下板、および前記側板に囲まれた内部に前記焼石膏と、前記添加剤とを混合、撹拌する混合撹拌領域を有する円筒形の筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、円板形状を有する回転板と、
前記筐体の前記上板または前記下板を貫通して前記回転板に接続された回転駆動軸と、
前記上板に配置され、前記混合撹拌領域に前記焼石膏を供給する焼石膏供給口と、
前記上板および前記側板のいずれか一方または両方に配置され、前記混合撹拌領域に前記添加剤を供給する添加剤供給口と、
を有する前処理用混合撹拌機を提供する。
[前処理用混合撹拌機]
本実施形態の前処理用混合撹拌機の一構成例について説明する。
筐体内に配置され、円板形状を有する回転板。
そして、筐体11内には、円板形状を有する回転板22を有することができる(図2を参照)。回転板22は回転可能に配置されている。本実施形態の前処理用混合撹拌機10では、回転板22を例えば図中の矢印Rの方向に回転させることで混合撹拌領域21内に供給された焼石膏、および添加剤を、遠心力の作用により外周領域において周方向に流動させ、混合、撹拌することができる。
[石膏スラリー製造装置]
次に、本実施形態の石膏スラリー製造装置について説明する。
前処理用混合撹拌機で前処理を行った焼石膏と、水とを混練して石膏スラリーとするスラリー形成用混合撹拌機とを有する。
[建築用面材製造装置]
次に、本実施形態の建築用面材製造装置について説明する。
[前処理焼石膏の製造方法]
次に、本実施形態の前処理焼石膏の製造方法について説明する。
(原料供給工程)
原料供給工程では、前処理用混合撹拌機10の筐体11内部に設けられた混合撹拌領域21に、焼石膏と、添加剤とを供給することができる。
(混合、撹拌工程)
混合、撹拌工程では、筐体11内に配置され、円板形状を有する回転板22を、筐体の上板または下板を貫通して回転板22に接続された回転駆動軸13を回転させることで回転させ、焼石膏と、添加剤とを混合、撹拌することができる。
(排出工程)
排出工程では、混合、撹拌工程で生成された石膏混合物を、排出口18から排出することができる。

次に本実施形態の石膏スラリーの製造方法について説明する。
[建築用面材の製造方法]
次に本実施形態の建築用面材の製造方法について説明する。

Claims (14)
- 焼石膏と水とを混練して石膏スラリーとするスラリー形成用混合撹拌機の前段に配置され、前記焼石膏を液体および粉体から選択された1種類以上の添加剤と混合し、前処理を行う前処理用混合撹拌機であって、
上板と、前記上板と対向するように配置された下板と、前記上板と前記下板との間に配置された側板とを有し、前記上板、前記下板、および前記側板に囲まれた内部に前記焼石膏と、前記添加剤とを混合、撹拌する混合撹拌領域を有する円筒形の筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、円板形状を有する回転板と、
前記筐体の前記上板または前記下板を貫通して前記回転板に接続された回転駆動軸と、
前記上板に配置され、前記混合撹拌領域に前記焼石膏を供給する焼石膏供給口と、
前記上板および前記側板のいずれか一方または両方に配置され、前記混合撹拌領域に前記添加剤を供給する添加剤供給口と、
を有する前処理用混合撹拌機。 - 前記混合撹拌領域で混合、撹拌された石膏混合物を排出する排出口をさらに有し、
前記排出口は、前記下板または前記側板に設けられている請求項1に記載の前処理用混合撹拌機。 - 前記添加剤供給口は前記回転板の上面よりも上方に配置されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の前処理用混合撹拌機。
- 前記回転板の上面より上方であり、かつ前記混合撹拌領域の内部に、少なくとも1本の棒状形状を有するスクレーパーがさらに配置されており、
前記スクレーパーの一方の端部は前記回転板の中心領域に配置され、前記一方の端部と反対側の端部である他方の端部は前記回転板の外周側に配置されている請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の前処理用混合撹拌機。 - 前記回転板は、該回転板の外周領域に配置された切欠き部および歯型部を有し、
前記歯型部のうち、前記回転板の回転方向前方に位置する面と、前記歯型部の下端面との間の角度が90度以下である請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の前処理用混合撹拌機。 - 請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の前処理用混合撹拌機と、
前記前処理用混合撹拌機で前処理を行った前記焼石膏と、水とを混練して石膏スラリーとするスラリー形成用混合撹拌機とを有する石膏スラリー製造装置。 - 前記前処理用混合撹拌機の排出口から前記スラリー形成用混合撹拌機の前処理焼石膏供給口までの間に、石膏粕を低減、除去する石膏粕低減部をさらに備える請求項6に記載の石膏スラリー製造装置。
- 請求項6または請求項7に記載の石膏スラリー製造装置を備えた建築用面材製造装置。
- 焼石膏と、液体および粉体から選択された1種類以上の添加剤とを混合した前処理焼石膏の製造方法であって、
請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の前処理用混合撹拌機を使用し、
前記焼石膏供給口から前記焼石膏を、前記添加剤供給口から前記添加剤を供給する原料供給工程と、
前記回転板を、前記回転駆動軸を回転させることで回転させ、前記焼石膏と、前記添加剤とを混合、撹拌する混合、撹拌工程と、を有する前処理焼石膏の製造方法。 - 前記混合、撹拌工程で生成された石膏混合物を、排出口から排出する排出工程をさらに有する請求項9に記載の前処理焼石膏の製造方法。
- 前記原料供給工程において、前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記添加剤が0.01質量部以上10質量部以下の割合となるように、前記焼石膏、および前記添加剤を供給する請求項9または請求項10に記載の前処理焼石膏の製造方法。
- 請求項9~請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の前処理焼石膏の製造方法により得られた前処理焼石膏を、水と混練し、石膏スラリーを調製する石膏スラリー調製工程を有する石膏スラリーの製造方法。
- 請求項12に記載の石膏スラリーの製造方法により得られた石膏スラリーを用いて建築用面材を製造する建築用面材製造工程を有する建築用面材の製造方法。
- 前記建築用面材が石膏ボードである請求項13に記載の建築用面材の製造方法。
