下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。 参考图 1、图 2、图 8和图 9，本发明提供的一种胸罩扣， 包括第一部分 10 和第二部分 20。 第一部分 10包括第一连接带 11以及沿第一连接带 11的长度方向间隔设置 在第一连接带 11 内部的多个第一扣件 12。第一连接带 11的一面在对应每个第 一扣件 12的位置处设有方形的通孔 111。本实施例的第一扣件 12的数量为三个， 第一扣件 12的数量可根据实际情况进行设定。 第二部分 20包括第二连接带 21以及设置在第二连接带 21内部的第二扣件 22。第二扣件 22部分从第二连接带 21的一面伸出并可穿过第一连接带 21上的 其中一个通孔 111扣合到与该通孔 111对应的第一扣件 12。当第二扣件 22部分 扣合到第一扣件 12时， 第二连接带 21覆盖到第一连接带 11。本实施例的第二 连接带 21的宽度与第一连接带 11的宽度相等。第二连接带 21的长度小于第一 连接带 11的长度。第一连接带 11、第二连接带 21的一端的两个角均设有倒圆 角 ， 外观美观。
具体的 ，参考图 1至图 7， 第一扣件 12包括第一本体 121、设置在第一本 体 121的远离对应的通孔 111的一面的凹位 123以及设置在凹位 123底部的方 形的卡孔 124。第一连接带 11的一面在对应每个第一扣件 12的卡孔 124的位置 处设有上述的通孔 111。卡孔 124包括两个相对的并沿第一连接带 11的长度方 向延伸的第一侧 124a以及两个相对的并沿第一连接带 11的宽度方向延伸的第二 侧 124b。 本实施例中 ， 第一本体 121的靠近对应的通孔 111 的一面在卡孔 124的边 缘位置处设有凸环 126，凸环 126位于对应的通孔 111中。凸环 126贴合到对应 的通孔 111的内壁。凸环 126的设置对卡孔 124起到定位作用 。
进一步地，第一连接带 11 包括依次迭加的第一基体层 112、第二基体层 113 以及第三基体层 114。第一扣件 12夹设在第一基体层 112和第二基体层 113之 间 ， 第二基体层 113和第三基体层 114在对应每个第一扣件 12的卡孔 124的位 置处设有上述的通孔 111。
第一基体层 112、第二基体层 113以及第三基体层 114均为布层。三层布层 通过例如热压工艺迭加在一起。布层为尼龙布层 ，便于制造，抗拉性能好。可 以理解地，布层还可以是例如涂纶布层、绒布层或粗棉布层。
参考图 8至图 14，第二扣件 22包括第二本体 221以及设置在第二本体 221 一面的扣体 222。 第二本体 221设置在第二连接带 21的内部，扣体 222从第二 连接带 21的一面伸出并可穿过第一连接带 11上的其中一个通孔 111扣合到该通 孔 111对应的第一扣件 12的卡孔 124。在实际使用时，只需将第二扣件 22的扣 体 222对准第一连接带 11的其中一个通孔 111并朝与该通孔 111对应的第一扣 件 12的卡孔 124按压，扣体 222即扣合到对应的卡孔 124，如图 15所示，相对 于现有技术的胸罩扣的方式，本发明操作筒便，省时省力 ，使用方便，轻松便 捷，不易错位和漏掉。
扣体 222的具体结构如下：扣体 222包括柱状的扣体本体 223以及形成在 扣体本体 223的两个相对的第一侧的两个凸部 224，两个凸部 224靠近扣体本体 223的端部。两个凸部 224的外侧之间的距离大于卡孔 124的内怪， 当扣体 222 穿过第一连接带 11上的其中一个通孔 111扣合到与该通孔 111对应的第一扣件 12的卡孔 124时，扣体本体 223穿设在卡孔 124中且扣体本体 223的端部与第 一本体 121的远离通孔 111的一面平齐， 两个凸部 224分别卡设到凹位 123的 靠近卡孔 124的两个相对的第一侧 124a的两侧，扣体本体 223的两个相对的第 二侧与卡孔 124的两个相对的第二侧 124b之间分别存在间隙，从而扣体 222可 在卡孔 124的两个相对的第二侧 124b之间移动，在实际应用时，只需拉动第二 连接带 21，扣体 222即可在卡孔 124的两个相对的第二侧 124b之间移动。
扣体本体 223的两个相对的第二侧设有贯通槽 226。贯通槽 226的一端延伸 至扣体本体 223的端部，另一端靠近第二本体 221。贯通槽 226将扣体本体 223 分割成两个分支 223a ' 223b。通过该种结构设计，在扣体 223扣合到对应的卡 孔 124的过程中 ， 由于两个凸部 224的外侧之间的距离大于卡孔 124的内怪， 两个凸部 224会受到卡孔 124的两个相对的第一侧 124a的挤压，两个分支 223a、 223b 的端部在自身弹力作用下相向移动从而使得两个凸部 224 顺利穿过卡孔 124， 当两个凸部 224穿过卡孔 124后两个凸部 224会分别卡设到凹位 123的靠 近卡孔 124的两个相对的第一侧 124a的两侧，此时两个分支 223a、223b也会在 自身弹力作用下回到初始位置，且扣体本体 223 穿设在卡孔 124 中 ，扣体 222 即扣合到对应的卡孔 124了 。贯通槽 226的深度大小决定了两个分支 223a '223b 的弹力大小。
优选地，贯通槽 226的截面形状为倒梯形，贯通槽 226的内怪沿朝扣体本 体 223端部的方向逐渐增大，可进一步增大两个分支 223a、 223b的弹力 。
进一步地，为了使第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣紧到第一扣件 12以防止第二 扣件 22的扣体 222移动， 两个分支 223a、 223b的其中一个第二侧在靠近其端 部的位置分别形成有卡部 225，凹位 123的靠近卡孔 124的其中一个第二侧 124b 的一侧形成有卡位 125，当扣体 222朝向对应的第一扣件 12的卡位 125移动时， 卡部 225卡设到卡位 125。在实际应用时，只需拉动第二连接带 21即可带动扣 体 222朝向对应的第一扣件 12的卡位 125移动，使卡部 225卡设到对应的卡位 125， 即可实现将第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣紧到第一扣件 12上了 ，操作简便。
本实施例中 ， 第二连接带 21 包括依次迭加的第四基体层 211、第五基体层 212和第六基体层 213。第二本体 221夹设在第四基体层 211和第五基体层 212 之间 ，扣体 222从第五基体层 212和第六基体层 213 中伸出 。第五基体层 212 和第六基体层 213具有供扣体 222伸出的伸出孔 214。
第四基体层 211、第五基体层 212和第六基体层 213均为布层。三层布层通 过例如热压工艺迭加在一起。布层为尼龙布层 ，便于制造，抗拉性能好。可以 理解地，布层还可以是例如涂给布层、绒布层或粗棉布层。
本实施例的第一扣件 12 和第二扣件 22 的材质为 POM （聚曱醛 ， polyformaldehyde， 热塑性结晶聚合物） 塑料材质 ，具有较好的拉力性能以及染 色性能，便于制造。可以理解地， 第一扣件 12和第二扣件 22的材质也可以是 例如 PP（聚丙稀， Polypropylene，是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料） 塑料材质或 PC （聚碳酸酯 ，是分子链中含有碳酸酯基的高分子聚合物） 塑料材质。
本发明的第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣合到对应的第一扣件 12的具体过程如 下，将第二扣件 22的扣体 222对准第一连接带 11的其中一个通孔 111并朝与该 通孔 111对应的第一扣件 12的卡孔 124按压，直到扣体 222的两个凸部 224穿 过卡孔 124并分别卡设到凹位 123的靠近卡孔 124的两个相对的第一侧 124a的 两侧以及扣体 222的扣体本体 223穿设在卡孔 124中 ，此时扣体 222即扣合到 对应的卡孔 124了 ，即实现第二扣件 22的扣体扣合到对应的第一扣件 12。为了 使第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣紧到第一扣件 12，在第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣合 到对应的卡孔 124时，拉动第二连接带 22使扣体 222朝对应的卡位 125移动， 直到扣体 222的卡部 225卡设到卡位 125即可，此时即实现第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣紧到第一扣件 12了 。
图 16为应用本发明的胸罩扣的胸罩。该胸罩为内穿式胸罩， 包括连接在一 起的两个罩杯 51、连接在两个罩杯 51的相远离的一侧的两个背带 52以及胸罩 扣。两个罩杯 51和两个背带 52之间分别通过肩带 53连接。胸罩扣包括第一部 分 10和第二部分 20，第一部分 10设置在其中一个背带 52的自由端的外侧，第 二部分 20设置在另外一个背带 52的自由端的内侧。
本实施例的第一扣件 12的卡位 125位于卡孔 124的远离罩杯 51的第二侧。 在实际穿着时，将第二连接带 21上的第二扣件 22的扣体 222对准第一连接带 11的其中一个通孔 111并朝对应的第一扣件 12的卡孔 124按压，直到第二扣件 22的扣体 222扣合到第一扣件 21的卡孔 124即可， 此时第二连接带 21覆盖到 第一连接带 11，且实现将两个背带 52连接在一起。在第二扣件 22的扣体 222 扣合到对应的第一扣件 12的卡孔 124后，将设置第二连接带 21的背带 51远离 第一连接带 11的方向拉动，直到第二扣件 22的卡部 225卡设到第一扣件 12的 卡位 125上即可，此时胸罩即完成穿着。本实施例的第一扣件 12为三个， 第二 扣件 22的扣体 222分别与三个第一扣件 12的卡孔 124相扣合可得到三种不同 的胸围尺寸，在实际使用时，可根据使用者的实际胸围大小选择需要扣合的第 一扣件 12。本发明的胸罩穿着方便，操作简单，省时省力。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细 ，但 并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的 普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改 进，如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行组合等，这些都属于本发明的保护范围 。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种胸罩扣，包括第一部分和第二部分，其特征在于：所述第一部分包括 第一连接带以及沿第一连接带的长度方向间隔设置在第一连接带内部的多个第 一扣件，所述第一连接带的一面在对应每个第一扣件的位置处设有通孔，所述 第二部分包括第二连接带以及设置在第二连接带内部的第二扣件，所述第二扣 件部分从所述第二连接带的一面伸出并可穿过所述第一连接带上的其中一个通 孔扣合到与该通孔对应的第一扣件， 当所述第二扣件部分扣合到第一扣件时， 所述第二连接带覆盖到所述第一连接带。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的胸罩扣，其特征在于：所述第一扣件包括第一本体、 设置在第一本体的远离对应的通孔的一面的凹位以及设置在凹位底部的卡孔， 所述第一连接带的一面在对应每个第一扣件的所述卡孔的位置处设有所述通 孔；所述卡孔包括两个相对的并沿第一连接带的长度方向延伸的第一侧以及两 个相对的并沿第一连接带的宽度方向延伸的第二侧。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的胸罩扣，其特征在于：所述第二扣件包括第二本体 以及设置在第二本体一面的扣体，所述第二本体设置在所述第二连接带的内部， 所述扣体从所述第二连接带的一面伸出并可穿过所述第一连接带上的其中一个 通孔扣合到与该通孔对应的第一扣件的卡孔。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的胸罩扣，其特征在于：所述扣体包括扣体本体以及 形成在扣体本体的两个相对的第一侧的两个凸部， 两个凸部靠近扣体本体的端 部 ， 两个凸部的外侧之间的距离大于所述卡孔的内怪， 当扣体穿过所述第一连 接带上的其中一个通孔扣合到与该通孔对应的第一扣件的卡孔时， 两个凸部分 别卡设到所述凹位的靠近所述卡孔的两个相对的第一侧的两侧，扣体本体穿设 在所述卡孔中且扣体本体的端部与所述第一本体的远离通孔的一面平齐，扣体 本体的两个相对的第二侧与卡孔的两个相对的第二侧之间分别存在间隙从而扣 体可在卡孔的两个相对的第二侧之间移动。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述扣体本体的两个相对的 第二侧设有贯通槽 ，所述贯通槽的一端延伸至扣体本体的端部 ， 另一端靠近所 述第二本体，所述贯通槽将所述扣体本体分割成两个分支。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述贯通槽的截面形状为倒 梯形。
7.根据权利要求 5所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述贯通槽的内怪沿朝所述 扣体本体端部的方向逐渐增大。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述两个分支的其中一个第 二侧在靠近其端部的位置分别形成有卡部 ，所述凹位的靠近所述卡孔的其中一 个第二侧的一侧形成有卡位， 当扣体朝向对应的第一扣件的卡位移动时 ，所述 卡部卡设到所述卡位。
9.根据权利要求 2所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述第一本体的靠近对应的 所述通孔的一面在所述卡孔的边缘位置处设有凸环 ，所述凸环位于对应的通孔 的中 。
10.根据权利要求 2所述的胸罩扣 ， 其特征在于：所述第一连接带包括依次 迭加的第一基体层 、 第二基体层以及第三基体层 ，所述第一扣件夹设在所述第 一基体层和第二基体层之间 ，所述第二基体层和第三基体层在对应每个第一扣 件的卡孔的位置处设有所述通孔。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述第一基体层 、第二基 体层以及第三基体层均为布层 。
12.根据权利要求 3所述的胸罩扣 ， 其特征在于：所述第二连接带包括依次 迭加的第四基体层 、 第五基体层和第六基体层 ，所述第二本体夹设在所述第四 基体层和第五基体层之间 ，所述扣体从所述第五基体层和第六基体层中伸出 。
13根据权利要求 12所述的胸罩扣，其特征在于：所述第四基体层、第五基 体层和第六基体层均为布层。
14.根据权利要求 11或 13所述的胸罩扣 ，其特征在于：所述布层为尼龙布 层 、涤给布层、绒布层或粗棉布层。
15.根据权利要求 1所述的胸罩扣，其特征在于：所述第一扣件和第二扣件 的材质为 POM塑料材质、 PP塑料材质或 PC塑料材质。
16. 根据权利要求 1所述的胸罩扣，一种带有所述的胸罩扣的胸罩，包括连 接在一起的两个罩杯、连接在两个罩杯的相远离的一侧的两个背带以及胸罩扣， 所述胸罩扣包括第一部分和第二部分，所述第一部分设置在其中一个背带的自 由端的外侧，所述第二部分设置在另外一个背带的自由端的内侧，其特征在于： 所述第一部分包括第一连接带以及沿第一连接带的长度方向间隔设置在第一连 接带内部的多个第一扣件，所述第一连接带的一面在对应每个第一扣件的位置 处设有通孔，所述第二部分包括第二连接带以及设置在第二连接带内部的第二 扣件，所述第二扣件部分从所述第二连接带的一面伸出并可穿过所述第一连接 带上的其中一个通孔扣合到与该通孔对应的第一扣件， 当所述第二扣件部分扣 合到第一扣件时，所述第二连接带覆盖到所述第一连接带。
