诸如智能手机、平板电脑、可穿戴式设备等终端设备已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的产品之一,因此终端设备的使用频率日益提高,这就对终端设备的各个部件的可靠性提出了较大的挑战。
以终端设备的USB插座为例,充电线、数据线等可以插入该USB插座,进而与终端设备电连接,实现终端设备的充电、数据传输等功能。终端设备的壳体上开设安装孔,USB插座安装在该安装孔内,USB插座需要裸露在外部环境中,以便于用户进行插拔操作。
然而,由于终端设备的使用环境越来越多样复杂,因此外部环境中的异物容易进入USB插座内,导致USB插座无法与充电线、数据线可靠配合。并且,外部环境中的液体容易进入USB插座内,致使USB插座容易出现损坏。这些都会导致终端设备无法可靠工作。
发明内容
本公开公开一种终端设备,以解决终端设备的工作可靠性较差的问题。

一种终端设备,包括:

如图1-图3所示,本公开的一些实施例公开一种终端设备,其包括第一壳体100、功能部件200和驱动机构300。第一壳体100开设有供功能部件200进出第一壳体100的通孔110。示例性地,该通孔110可以在第一壳体100的边框上。具体地,功能部件200可以开设有功能口,此功能口是功能部件200中用于实现其核心功能的部分。可选地,功能部件200可以包括USB插座和耳机插座中的至少一种。当功能部件200包括USB插座时,前述功能口为USB插口,数据线400的一端可以插入该USB插口;当功能部件200包括耳机插座时,前述功能口为耳机插口,耳机线的一端可以插入该耳机插口。当然,功能部件200还可以是终端设备中具有其他功能口的部件。

根据上述内容可知,功能部件200在非使用状态下可以被第一壳体100保护,使其免受外部环境中的杂质的影响甚至破坏。可见,该终端设备的功能部件200的可靠性较高,终端设备的工作可靠性随之提升。另外,当功能部件200缩回第一壳体100内时,第一壳体100的外观面上看不到功能口,更有利于终端设备向无孔化方向发展,从而提升了终端的美观度。
功能部件200相对于第一壳体100的伸出和缩回可以均由电机驱动完成,但是电机需要配合传动机构工作,导致驱动机构300的结构过于复杂,占据终端的体积较大,且成本较高。为了简化驱动机构300的结构,减少终端体积,降低驱动机构300的成本,本公开的一些实施例中的驱动机构300可以包括弹性件310,该弹性件310与功能部件200相连,在伸出状态下,弹性件310驱动功能部件200从通孔110伸出。可选地,弹性件310可以采用弹簧,其数量可以是一个,也可以是两个甚至更多个,弹性件310设置为多个时,功能部件200的运动更加稳定。
具体地,当功能部件200相对于第一壳体100伸出,且功能部件200工作完毕时,用户可以按压功能部件200,使得功能部件200从通孔110缩回第一壳体100内,在该过程中,弹性件310受力发生弹性变形,进而产生带动功能部件200伸出第一壳体100的趋势。但是,功能部件200缩回至预定位置时,其与第一壳体100可以限位配合,使其即使受到弹性件310施加的作用力也不会伸出第一壳体100。如果用户需要再一次使用功能部件200,则可以解除功能部件200与第一壳体100之间的限位关系,弹性件310恢复变形,继而带动功能部件200伸出第一壳体100。功能部件200伸出至预定位置时,弹性件310可以处于自然状态。

采用上述结构后,在缩回状态下,限位端322与第一限位部111a限位配合,此时,即使功能部件200受到弹性件310施加的作用力,也无法伸出第一壳体100。在伸出状态下,限位端322与第一限位部111a分离,此时限位件320不再限制功能部件200的移动,弹性件310即可驱动功能部件200伸出第一壳体100。可选地,这里的限位件320可以是限位杆。
为了使得限位件320与环形导向槽111的配合更加稳定、连贯,可以使限位件320的限位端322与环形导向槽111始终活动连接,具体可以是滑动连接。也就是说,在功能部件200相对于第一壳体100伸出以及缩回的整个过程中,限位件320的限位端322可以沿着环形导向槽111滑动,进而与环形导向槽111的不同部分配合,实现功能部件200的状态切换。
一种可选的实施例中,上述环形导向槽111可以包括依次连接的第一槽段111c、第二槽段111d和第三槽段111e,该第一槽段111c为沿着功能部件200的通孔110的轴线方向延伸的直线型槽段,第二槽段111d为V型槽段,第一限位部111a设置于该V型槽段。可选地,第一限位部设置于该V型槽段的中点处。当功能部件200相对于第一壳体100伸出且工作完毕后,用户可以按压功能部件200,限位件320的限位端322沿直线型槽段滑入第三槽段111e,且沿第三槽段111e滑动至第三槽段111e与V型槽段的连接处(即图2中虚线所示的位置),此时用户撤去作用力,功能部件200在弹性件310的作用下带动限位件320的限位端322沿V型槽段反向滑入第一限位部111a,并与第一限位部111a限位配合,使得功能部件200保持在缩回状态。如果用户需要再次使用功能部件200,则可以再一次按压功能部件200,使得限位件320的限位端322自第一限位部111a滑动至V型槽段与直线型槽段的连接处(即图3中虚线所示的位置),以使限位端322与第一限位部111a分离,此时用户撤去作用力,弹性件310可以驱动功能部件200沿直线型槽段运动并伸出第一壳体100外。此种环形导向槽111在实现功能部件200的限位的同时,具有更简单的结构。
进一步地,上述直线型槽段的两端分别为第一端和第二端,该第一端与V型槽段相连,第二端设置有第二限位部111b,在功能部件200从通孔110伸出的状态下,限位端322与第二限位部111b限位配合。
具体地,在功能部件200从通孔110缩回的过程中,限位端322自第二限位部111b沿直线型槽段滑动至第三槽段111e,且沿第三槽段111e滑动至第三槽段111e与V型槽段的连接处。在功能部件200从通孔110伸出的过程中,限位端322自第一限位部111a滑动至V型槽段与直线型槽段的连接处,以使限位端322与第一限位部111a分离,弹性件310驱动功能部件200从通孔110伸出,限位端322沿直线型槽段滑入第二限位部111b,并与第二限位部111b限位配合。第二限位部111b可以辅助限制功能部件200在伸出状态下的位置,防止功能部件200的伸出长度过大,进而将功能部件200的运动行程控制在更合理的范围内,以提升功能部件200的伸出效率和缩回效率。
可选的实施例中,为了进一步简化环形导向槽111的结构,第三槽段111e可以包括第一直线段111ea和第二直线段111eb,该第一直线段111ea的一端与V型槽段连接,另一端与第二直线段111eb的一端连接,第二直线段111eb的另一端与直线型槽段连接。更进一步地,第一直线段111ea可以平行于通孔110的轴线方向,使得环形导向槽111的结构更加简单,加工成本更低。
为了提升限位端322的运动稳定性,可以将直线型槽段与第二直线段111eb的连接处设置于直线型槽段的第一端与第二限位部111b之间。在功能部件200从通孔110缩回的过程中,限位端322自第二限位部111b沿直线型槽段滑动一段距离,当限位端322滑动至直线型槽段与第二直线段111eb的连接处时,限位端322进一步滑入第二直线段111eb,然后沿第二直线段111eb滑入第一直线段111ea,接着滑动至第一直线段111ea与V型槽段的连接处,之后便可以滑入V型槽段,最终与第一限位部111a限位配合。
上述弹性件310、限位件320和环形导向槽111均可以设置为一个,也可以设置为至少两个。当弹性件310设置为至少两个时,可以更稳定地驱动功能部件200运动。当弹性件310、限位件320和环形导向槽111均设置为至少两个时,各限位件320与各环形导向槽111一一对应配合,此时功能部件200与第一壳体100之间的连接和相对运动更加稳定。可选地,弹性件310、限 位件320和环形导向槽111均关于通孔110的轴线呈对称分布。
功能口的轴线方向可以平行于终端设备的厚度方向。但是,为了满足用户对于终端设备的轻薄性要求,终端设备的厚度设置得越来越小,因此功能部件200在该厚度方向上的尺寸也比较小,这就导致功能口的尺寸无法满足要求。为了解决这一问题,本公开的一些实施例中,功能部件200包括第二壳体210,功能口设置于该第二壳体210中与通孔110的平面相垂直的壳面上(即图1所示结构)。如此设置可以使功能部件200有更多的空间来设置功能口。
由于功能部件200相对于第一壳体100可以移动,同时功能部件200通常需要与终端设备的电路主板电连接。为了适应功能部件200的移动,可以使功能部件200通过多层柔性电路板连接至终端设备的电路主板。该多层柔性电路板可以随着功能部件200的移动而变形,并且该多层柔性电路板具有更高的结构强度,使得功能部件200的使用寿命更长。
本公开的一些实施例所公开的终端设备可以为智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器或可穿戴设备。当然,该终端设备也可以是其他设备,本公开的一些实施例对此不做限制。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种终端设备,包括:第一壳体,所述第一壳体开设通孔;功能部件;驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括弹性件和限位件,所述弹性件与所述功能部件相连,所述限位件的一端为连接端,另一端为限位端;所述第一壳体和所述功能部件中的其中一个部件设置有环形导向槽,另一部件与所述连接端相连,所述限位端与所述环形导向槽活动连接,所述环形导向槽包括依次连接的第一槽段、第二槽段和第三槽段,所述第一槽段为沿着所述通孔的轴线方向延伸的直线型槽段,所述第二槽段为V型槽段,所述V型槽段设有第一限位部;在所述功能部件从所述通孔缩回的过程中,所述限位端沿所述直线型槽段滑入所述第三槽段,且沿所述第三槽段滑动至所述第三槽段与所述V型槽段的连接处,并沿所述V型槽段反向滑入所述第一限位部,与所述第一限位部限位配合,所述功能部件缩回所述第一壳体内;在所述功能部件从所述通孔伸出的过程中,所述限位端自所述第一限位部滑动至所述V型槽段与所述直线型槽段的连接处,以使所述限位端与所述第一限位部分离,所述弹性件驱动所述功能部件从所述通孔伸出,所述功能部件裸露于外部环境。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述直线型槽段的两端分别为第一端和第二端,所述第一端与所述V型槽段相连,所述第二端设置有第二限位部,在所述功能部件从所述通孔伸出的状态下,所述限位端与所述第二限位部限位配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,在所述功能部件从所述通孔缩回的过程中,所述限位端自所述第二限位部沿所述直线型槽段滑动至所述第三槽段,且沿所述第三槽段滑动至所述第三槽段与所述V型槽段的连接处,并沿所述V型槽段反向滑入所述第一限位部,与所述第一限位部限位配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,在所述功能部件从所述通孔伸出的过程中,所述限位端自所述第一限位部滑动至所述V型槽段与所述直 线型槽段的连接处,以使所述限位端与所述第一限位部分离,所述弹性件驱动所述功能部件从所述通孔伸出,所述限位端沿所述直线型槽段滑入所述第二限位部,并与所述第二限位部限位配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,所述第三槽段包括第一直线段和第二直线段,所述第一直线段的一端与所述V型槽段连接,另一端与所述第二直线段的一端连接,所述第二直线段的另一端与所述直线型槽段连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述直线型槽段与所述第二直线段的连接处位于所述第一端与所述第二限位部之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一直线段平行于所述通孔的轴线方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一限位部设置于所述V型槽段的中点处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述弹性件、所述限位件和所述环形导向槽均关于所述通孔的轴线呈对称分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述功能部件包括功能口和第二壳体,所述功能口设置于所述第二壳体中与所述通孔的平面相垂直的壳面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述功能部件通过多层柔性电路板连接至所述终端设备的电路主板。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述功能部件包括USB插座和耳机插座中的至少一种。
