该合页可包括第一子页100和第二子页200,第一子页100的配合端可设置有凸出部301,第二子页200的配合端可设置有第一安装腔201,第一安装腔201的朝向第一子页100的一端可具有开口209,凸出部301的自由端可自开口209可摆动地隐藏安装在第一安装腔201内,第一子页100和第二子页200可通过凸出部301相对摆动而打开门体或关闭门体,制成的合页外露表面仅存在第一子页100和第二子页200之间的一个缝隙,更方便于清洗干净;凸出部301的自由端可自开口209可摆动地隐藏安装在第一安装腔201内,脏污不容易进入到连接凸出部301和第一安装腔201的摆动轴处,合页在开关时不会出现异响、不顺等问题,能够更好地保证合页的使用寿命。
其中,如图4、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10所示,合页还可包括:滑动件400,第二子页200的内部还可设置有第二安装腔202,第一安装腔201与第二安装腔202之间的共有壁204上可设置有连通孔203,滑动件400可移动地安装在第二安装腔202内;和连杆500,其一端可铰接在凸出部301 的自由端上、另一端可穿过连通孔203铰接在滑动件400上。连杆500的一端可通过第一铰接轴501铰接在凸出部301的自由端上,另一端可通过第二铰接轴502铰接在滑动件400上,两个铰接轴(即第一铰接轴501和第二铰接轴502)可竖直设置。
如图10所示,在第一子页100和第二子页200相对打开至最大位置时,滑动件400可抵在共有壁204上,限位第一子页100和第二子页200继续打开,此结构限定了第一子页100和第二子页200打开的最大位置(即:门体打开的最大位置)。
如图9所示,在第一子页100和第二子页200相对闭合时,滑动件400也可以设置为抵在第二安装腔202的与共有壁204相对的抵压壁205上,第一子页100和第二子页200的夹角可为180度,此结构可以限定第一子页100和第二子页200闭合的位置(即:门体在门框上关闭)。
在一些示例性实施例中,合页还可以包括:弹性件600,其可支撑在滑动件400的朝向凸出部301的一端和共有壁204之间。如图9所示,第一子页100和第二子页200处于相对闭合位置时(即:门体关闭时),弹性件600可预压紧在滑动件400的朝向凸出部301的一端和共有壁204之间,此时弹性件600的弹力较小;如图10所示,随着第一子页100和第二子页200相对打开程度的增加(即:门体打开量增大),滑动件400朝向共有壁204侧移动的距离增加,弹性件600的压缩量增加,弹性件600的弹力增大,松开第一子页100和第二子页200,弹性件600的弹力推动第一子页100和第二子页200摆动至相对闭合位置。
滑动件400的朝向凸出部301的一端可设置有第一安装槽401(参见图6),弹性件600的朝向滑动件400的一端可伸入第一安装槽401内、另一端可抵压在共有壁204上,这样可以减小第二子页200的体积,制成的第二子页200内部结构更紧凑。
在一些示例性实施例中,合页还可以包括:缓冲阻尼件700,其可位于滑动件400的背向凸出部301的一端和第二安装腔202的与共有壁204相对的抵压壁205之间。其中:第一子页100和第二子页200自相对打开位置摆动至相对闭合位置(即:门体关闭的过程),滑动件400可背向凸出部301 运动,在门体即将关闭时,缓冲阻尼件700可被压紧在滑动件400和抵压壁205之间,可以减小第一子页100和第二子页200的相对摆动速度,门体和门框的碰撞力较小,可以防止门体和门框撞坏;第一子页100和第二子页200自相对闭合位置摆动至相对打开位置(即:门体打开的过程),滑动件400朝向凸出部301运动,缓冲阻尼件700可在滑动件400和抵压壁205之间被释放。为了防止门体打开至最大位置时,第一子页100和第二子页200在惯性力下相对撞击,可以在滑动件400和共有壁204之间设置另一个缓冲阻尼件。
在一具体示例中,滑动件400的背向凸出部301的一端可设置有第二安装槽402(参见图7),缓冲阻尼件700的朝向滑动件400的一端可伸入第二安装槽402内、另一端可位于第二安装槽402外并可抵压在抵压壁205上,这样可以减小第二子页200的体积,制成的第二子页200内部结构更紧凑。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图4、图6、图7、图9和图10所示,合页可以同时包括弹性件600和缓冲阻尼件700,弹性件600可以包括两个弹簧,缓冲阻尼件700可以是橡胶柱或硅胶柱等,缓冲阻尼件700可以包括一个。缓冲阻尼件700和弹性件600可分处于滑动件400的两侧,缓冲阻尼件700可位于两个弹簧之间。在合页打开时,可压缩弹性件600,释放缓冲阻尼件700;合页关闭时,弹性件600推动合页自动关闭。在关闭过程中压缩缓冲阻尼件700,阻尼生效,实现合页从加速到减速的变化,减速后缓慢自动关闭合页。这种合页使用体验好,而且也安全、静音。
合页的摆动轴暗藏在合页内部,合页正面只有第一子页100和第二子页200之间的一个缝隙,其清洗更简单、方便,细微赃物无法进入摆动轴处,合页开合不容易产生噪音,而且合页使用寿命也更长久。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图8所示,凸出部301的自由端可具有朝向第一子页100的前面(即正面)弯折的弯折段302,弯折段302的上下两端可设置有两转轴303,第一安装腔201的上部和下部可设置有两轴孔206,两转轴303可位于两轴孔206内。弯折段302的设置可以增大合页打开的角度,在合页打开至最大时,凸出部301抵在第一安装腔201的开口209处的腔壁上,对合页的最大打开位置也起到了限位作用。两转轴303上可以设置轴套 900,轴套900固定在轴孔206内,转轴303可以绕轴套900转动,避免转轴303和轴孔206的孔壁直接接触。摆动轴即转轴303。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3至图5、图8至图10所示,第一子页100可包括基体101和功能件300,基体101的配合端可设置有第三安装槽102,功能件300的一端可以通过螺钉固定安装在第三安装槽102内、另一端可形成凸出部301。如图6和图7所示,第二子页200可包括前壳207和后盖208,后盖208安装在前壳207上,例如,后盖208可通过螺钉固定在前壳207上。后盖208和前壳207之间可形成第一安装腔201和第二安装腔202。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图2和图11所示,合页还可包括:具有垫片801、锁紧板802和装饰盖803的安装配件800,安装配件800可用于安装第一子页100和第二子页200。其中,垫片801可设置有两个,两个垫片801可分别设置于门体或者门框的两侧。房体为淋浴房时,门框和门体可均为玻璃,两垫片801可设置在玻璃两侧,螺钉可依次穿过锁紧板802、一个垫片801、玻璃、另一个垫片801而旋紧在第一子页100或第二子页200的背面,装饰盖803可盖装在锁紧板802上,隐藏螺钉,提升合页安装后的美观性。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的合页,包括第一子页和第二子页,第一子页的配合端设置有凸出部,第二子页的配合端设置有第一安装腔,第一安装腔的朝向第一子页的一端具有开口,凸出部的自由端自开口可摆动地隐藏安装在第一安装腔内,第一子页和第二子页通过凸出部相对摆动而处于相对打开位置或处于相对闭合位置,制成的合页外露表面仅存在第一子页和第二子页之间的一个缝隙,更方便于清洗干净,凸出部的自由端自开口可摆动地隐藏安装在第一安装腔内,脏污不容易进入到凸出部和第一安装腔的摆动轴处,合页在开关时不会出现异响、不顺等问题,能够更好地保证合页的使用寿命。
在本申请的描述中,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种合页,包括第一子页和第二子页,所述第一子页的配合端设置有凸出部,所述第二子页的配合端设置有第一安装腔,所述第一安装腔的朝向所述第一子页的一端具有开口,所述凸出部的自由端自所述开口可摆动地隐藏安装在所述第一安装腔内,所述第一子页和所述第二子页通过所述凸出部相对摆动而处于相对打开位置或处于相对闭合位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的合页,其中,所述凸出部设置于所述第一子页的后部,所述第一安装腔设置于所述第二子页的后部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的合页,还包括:
    滑动件,所述第二子页的内部还设置有第二安装腔,所述第一安装腔与所述第二安装腔之间的共有壁上设置有连通孔,所述滑动件可移动地安装在所述第二安装腔内;和
    连杆,所述连杆的一端铰接在所述凸出部的自由端上、另一端穿过所述连通孔铰接在所述滑动件上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的合页,还包括:
    弹性件,所述弹性件支撑在所述滑动件的朝向所述凸出部的一端和所述共有壁之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的合页,其中,所述滑动件的朝向所述凸出部的一端设置有第一安装槽,所述弹性件的朝向所述滑动件的一端伸入所述第一安装槽内、另一端抵压在所述共有壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的合页,还包括:
    缓冲阻尼件,所述缓冲阻尼件位于所述滑动件的背向所述凸出部的一端和所述第二安装腔的与所述共有壁相对的抵压壁之间;其中:
    所述第一子页和所述第二子页自所述相对打开位置摆动至所述相对闭合位置,所述滑动件背向所述凸出部运动,所述缓冲阻尼件被压紧在所述滑动件和所述抵压壁之间;
    所述第一子页和所述第二子页自所述相对闭合位置摆动至所述相对打开 位置,所述滑动件朝向所述凸出部运动,所述缓冲阻尼件在所述滑动件和所述抵压壁之间被释放。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的合页,其中,所述滑动件的背向所述凸出部的一端设置有第二安装槽,所述缓冲阻尼件的朝向所述滑动件的一端伸入所述第二安装槽内、另一端位于所述第二安装槽外并抵压在所述抵压壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的合页,其中,所述凸出部的自由端具有朝向所述第一子页的前面弯折的弯折段,所述弯折段的上下两端设置有两转轴,所述第一安装腔的上部和下部设置有两轴孔,两所述转轴安装在两所述轴孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的合页,其中,所述轴孔内固定有轴套,所述转轴插入所述轴套内并能相对所述轴套转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的合页,其中,所述第一子页包括基体和功能件,所述基体的配合端设置有第三安装槽,所述功能件的一端安装在所述第三安装槽内、另一端形成所述凸出部。
  11. 根据权利要求3至10中任一项所述的合页,其中,所述第二子页包括前壳和后盖,所述后盖安装在所述前壳上,所述后盖和所述前壳之间形成所述第一安装腔和所述第二安装腔。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的合页,还包括:
    具有垫片、锁紧板和装饰盖的安装配件,所述安装配件用于安装所述第一子页和所述第二子页。
  13. 一种房体,包括房本体、门体和如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的合页,所述门体通过所述合页安装在所述房本体上。
