一种柔性显示装置及电子显示设备
本申请要求于2019年4月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201920481462.8、发明名称为“一种柔性显示装置及电子显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及柔性显示装置领域,尤其涉及一种柔性显示装置及电子显示设备。
背景技术
现有技术中的柔性显示装置,有的在柔性屏的背面设置柔性限位带,柔性限位带上设置有长条状的限位槽;伸缩支撑机构包括多个转动杆,各转动杆的中部设置有限位轴;此类方案中将柔性限位带设置在中间,相当于悬臂梁结构形式,稳定性不佳,并且需要人工拉出柔性屏影响用户体验;还有的将支撑机构与柔性屏体单独分为两部分配合展开,柔性屏与单向弯曲支撑组件相对设置且卷绕方向相反,但由于累积公差加大,配合难度加大,经常造成机械卡死,维修频次高,带来使用成本升高。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新型的柔性显示装置,以克服或至少缓解上述全部或部分缺陷。
实用新型内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种柔性显示装置,旨在解决现有技术中柔性显示装置需要人工展开或容易造成机械卡死的技术问题。 为了实现上述目的,根据本申请的一个方面,本申请提供一种柔性显示装置,包括:

进一步地,柔性显示装置还包括拉杆7,拉杆7与柔性屏5的伸出端边缘平行设置,并与柔性屏5的伸出端连接。拉杆7可以对柔性屏5的伸出端起保护作用,并且可以在驱动件3驱动柔性屏5伸出时,手扶拉杆7起导向的作用,在柔性屏5收回时,还可以根据拉杆7位置判定柔性屏5是否完全收回。
进一步地,壳体1设置有开口11,柔性屏5能够从开口11伸出或收纳于壳体1。开口11的大小和位置可以根据实际需要设置,当需要柔性屏5竖直方向展开时,将开口11设置在壳体1的上侧或下侧,当需要柔性屏5水平方向展开时,将开口11设置在壳体1的左侧或右侧。
此外,柔性显示装置还包括用于控制柔性屏5伸出长度的控制器9,长度控制器9与驱动件3信号连接。控制器9可以检测柔性屏5的伸出长度向驱动件3发送信号,控制器9中预存有柔性屏5完全展开的长度数据和完全收回的长度数据,当柔性屏5体完全展开时,控制器9检测到柔性屏5的长度数据,并发送控制信号控制驱动件3停止运行,展开完成。当然,控制器9还可以控制柔性屏5的收回。当再次启动开关8时,通过控制器9检测到柔性屏5处于完全展开状态,控制驱动件3反向转动收回屏体。当柔性屏5完全收回时,控制器9检测到柔性屏5的长度数据,并发送控制信号控制驱动件3停止运行,收回完成。当然,还可以设置传感器,当拉杆7达到预设位置时,传感器发送信号至控制器9,控制器9发送控制信号控制驱动件3停止运行。
本申请技术方案的工作流程大致为:
1.启动开关8,开关8控制驱动件3开始工作,驱动件3驱动旋转轴2开始转动,旋转轴2带动柔性屏5体与支撑杆机构沿开口11方向向壳体1外展开;
2.柔性屏5体完全展开后,通过控制器9控制驱动件3停止运行,展开完成;该状态柔性屏5显示用户操作界面;
3.再次点击按钮开关8,驱动件3再次启动,通过控制器9控制驱动件3反向转动;
4.柔性屏5体与支撑机构一体结构沿着柔性限位带6开始向里收拢,柔性屏5与支撑机构一体结构开始绕旋转轴2收缩并卷绕在旋转轴2上;
5.当柔性品伸出端或拉杆7到达指定位置后,驱动件3停止运作,完成柔性屏5体的收拢。
根据本申请的另一方面,本申请还提供一种电子显示设备,电子显示设备包括上述柔性显示装置。该电子显示设备可以是移动终端(如手机或平板)或大型屏幕投影设备。由于电子显示设备包括了上述所有柔性显示装置的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述所有技术方案所带来的全部优点,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柔性显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    设置在所述壳体内的旋转轴和驱动件,所述旋转轴与所述驱动件传动连接,以能够在所述驱动件的驱动下驱动所述旋转轴旋转;
    支撑件和柔性屏,所述柔性屏卷绕所述旋转轴设置,所述支撑件安装于所述柔性屏靠近所述旋转轴的一面,所述柔性屏通过所述支撑件与所述旋转轴传动连接,以能够使所述柔性屏在所述驱动件的驱动下伸出或收纳于所述壳体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性显示装置还包括设置在所述柔性屏背面的柔性限位带,所述支撑件包括沿所述柔性屏延伸方向多个间隔分布的横杆,多个所述横杆与所述柔性限位带连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述横杆包括第一横杆和第二横杆,所述第一横杆设置在所述柔性屏两侧,所述第二横杆设置在所述第一横杆之间,所述第一横杆与所述柔性限位带固定连接,所述第二横杆与所述柔性限位带滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述横杆包括本体和设置在所述本体两端的限位轴,所述限位轴与所述柔性限位带连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性限位带的延伸方向与所述柔性屏的延伸方向一致,所述柔性限位带包括两条平行设置的柔性带和形成于所述柔性带之间的限位槽,所述限位轴安装于所述限位槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性限位带的数量为两个,两个所述柔性限位带分别分布在所述柔性屏的上侧和所述柔性屏的下侧,所述横杆设置在所述柔性限位带之间。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性显示装置还包括拉杆,所述拉杆与所述柔性屏的伸出端边缘平行设置,并与所述柔性屏的伸出端连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体设置有开口,所述柔性屏能够从所述开口伸出或收纳于所述壳体。
  9. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性显示装置还包括用于控制所述柔性屏伸出长度的控制器,所述长度控制器与所述驱动件信号连接。
  10. 一种电子显示设备,其特征在于,所述电子显示设备包括上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述的柔性显示装置。
