Claims (10)
- 一种双出水的筒型一体式净水器,包括底座、安装在底座上的滤筒、以及位于滤筒中的滤芯组件;所述底座中具有原水流道、纯水流道和废水流道,所述底座侧面具有分别与所述原水流道连通的原水进口、与所述纯水流道连通的纯水出口,与所述废水流道连通的废水出口;所述滤芯组件的纯水产水管与所述纯水流道连通,二者之间设有控制水单向流入所述纯水流道的第一逆止阀;所述滤芯组件的废水出水端面与所述废水流道连通;所述底座内设有根据所述纯水流道的水压控制原水流道通断的控制阀,特征在于:所述底座中还具有净水流道、纯水支流道以及废水旁流道,所述底座的侧面具有与所述净水流道连通的净水出口;所述纯水流道经所述纯水支流道连通所述净水流道,所述纯水支流道中设有控制水单向流入所述净水流道的第二逆止阀;所述废水出水端面还经所述废水旁流道连通所述净水流道,所述废水旁流道内设有控制水单向流入所述净水流道的第三逆止阀。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述底座包括座体和固定在所述底座的腔体部底部的水路盖板,所述水路盖板和所述腔体部的底部之间形成控制阀腔,所述控制阀设于所述控制阀腔内,所述控制阀的主动阀膜位于所述控制阀腔的下半腔内,所述下半腔与所述纯水流道连通;所述控制阀的受动阀膜位于所述控制阀腔的上半腔,所述原水流道中具有位于所述上半腔内的控水流道段,所述受动阀膜在受所述主动阀膜驱动的所述控制阀的活塞的压迫下能够切断所述控水流道段。
- 根据权利要求2所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述上半腔的顶部具有凸台,所述凸台中心具有进水孔,所述上半腔的顶部位于凸台的外部具有出水孔,所述受动阀膜位于所述凸台的下方, 所述出水孔连通至所述滤芯组件的进水部,所述进水孔、所述受动阀膜与所述凸台端面之间的间隙、所述出水孔依次连通形成所述控水流道段。
- 根据权利要求2所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述水流盖板包括板体和与所述板体一体连接的向上凸出的集水腔,所述集水腔分割出纯水通腔和废水腔,所述纯水通腔与所述纯水流道连通,所述纯水产水管插入所述纯水通道内,所述废水腔底部分别具有与所述废水旁流道连通的第一废水出口和与所述废水流道连通的第二废水出口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述滤筒的下端通过卡箍箍紧在所述底座上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述滤筒采用不锈钢材质,包括筒身和筒盖,所述筒盖与所述筒身的上端口焊接成一个整体。
- 根据权利要求6所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述筒身的底端外表面焊接有第一环状凸棱、所述底座的外表面具有凸出的第二环状凸棱,所述卡箍内表面还具有环形箍槽,在所述卡箍箍住所述底座和所述筒身后,所述第一环状凸棱和所述第二环状凸棱均被卡在所述环形箍槽中。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述卡箍由第一半箍和第二半箍铰联而成,所述第一半箍的自由端和所述第二半箍的自由端之间具有锁紧机构;所述锁紧机构包括铰联在第一半箍自由端的扳手和铰联在所述扳手上的锁扣,所述第一半箍的自由端两侧具有向外凸出的转轴座,所述扳手的一端具有圆盘,所述圆盘位于两个所述转轴座之间,中心穿设有转动销,所述转动销的两端分别插入 所述转动座耳的销孔内,所述锁扣的一端则铰联在圆盘上偏离所述转动销的位置,另一端具有挂钩部,所述第二半箍的自由端具有向外突出的能够被所述挂钩部挂住的凸头。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构还包括保险结构,所述保险结构包括位于所述扳手内表面的滑块槽腔、设于所述滑块槽腔内的锁钩和拉簧、以及盖在所述滑块槽腔上的盖板;所述扳手的外表面对应所述滑块槽腔的位置具有窗口,所所述盖板上对应所述滑块槽腔的前端位置具有洞孔;所述锁钩包括设于所述滑块槽腔内的滑块以及一体连接在所述滑块前端并伸出所述洞孔的钩部,所述第二半箍对应钩部的位置具有锁孔,所述锁孔的前端位置具有被所述钩部的钩头钩住的止挡部;所述滑块的上表面还具有突出窗口的拨块,所述滑块的内表面后部具有第一固定柱,所述扳手的内表面位于所述窗口的前方位置设有第二固定柱,所述拉簧横置在所述滑块槽腔中,后端连接在所述第一固定柱上,前端穿过所述钩部上的通孔连接在所述第二固定柱上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双出水的筒型一体式净水器,其特征在于:所述筒盖上方设有壳盖,所述壳盖和所述筒盖之间具有空间,所述空间内设置有插在所述筒盖上的压力传感器,所述压力传感器的传感触头伸入到所述筒盖的内部。
