Description

适形支撑限位装置与结合该适形支撑限位装置的适形穿戴式结构 技术领域
本发明是关于一种支撑限位装置与穿戴式结构,尤指一种可适形地收容并支撑限位人体组织的适形支撑限位装置与结合该适形支撑限位装置的适形穿戴式结构。
背景技术
目前对于进行乳房重建手术或是隆乳整形手术的女性而言,于其手术后的恢复期间内,往往需要使用乳房适形支撑限位装置,以协助乳房手术伤口的恢复或是维持乳房整形后的整体效果;其中,请参阅图1A及图1B,其皆为利用目前习知不同的乳房适形支撑限位装置加压并包覆乳房伤口部位的不同实施概念示意图。其中,如图1A所示,于完成乳房重建或隆乳整形手术后,此种习知技术运用宽绷带A以8字形的方式缠绕于整个胸部,借以直接压迫住乳房的伤口部分,并希望增加身体组织压力来减少淋巴液的产生,以减轻伤口的疼痛与不适。
另一方面,请参阅图1B所示,此另一种习知技术则以软材质的压力胸衣B包覆于手术后的乳房部位;其中,以软布材质的压力胸衣B的罩杯体直接全面地施压乳房,并使双侧乳房包覆并限位于其中,以祈增加乳房组织的压力。其中,软布材质的罩杯体可为一片式的纱布材质,或是一片式的微透气布料材质,借以全面式地加压并直接压迫于乳房。
上述两种习知技术,主要是借由大面积包覆压缩的方式直接加压于乳房部位,从而稳定住伤口,以使其愈合恢复。但,由于两者的方式皆强调直接施压于整个胸部的全部范围,抑或是大面积地集中挤压乳房的位置,而这些习知方式的缺失即在于,其容易因未考量到乳房应有的外观形状而在被大面积且无差别地挤压的情况下,造成手术后乳房及植入物位移,甚或是发生乳房变形的重大问题,且也同时容易造成乳房伤口后续处理上的不适感与术后效果不佳,进而使当事人产生自卑心态。
申言之,对于乳癌病患或是隆乳女性在接受乳房重建或整形手术时,不论是使用自体脂肪、硅胶水袋或果冻水胶等等各式植入物,因其皆会与自身的乳房组织历经一段磨合阶段,而在这过程中,前述植入物和自身乳房组织之间会有局部纤维化的过程,最后再固定成形。
亦即,在这大约为4周至10周的磨合期间内,倘若未能良好地固定前述植入物, 进而造成植入物或自身乳房组织的位移或形变,其将会使手术后乳房的外观形状与原先所设计的重建外观形状有所差异而不符合预期,因此,在这段期间当中,如何避免乳房重建或整形手术后产生的肿胀不适而能顺利加压并撑托住乳房的伤口部位,以及如何更为稳定且舒适地固定住乳房保持该有的重建或整形外观形状,皆是本发明所欲解决的技术课题所在。
当然,对于人体其他组织(例如,人体各式关节组织),于手术或受伤后如果也面临需要进行加压或支撑限位的需求,同样也会因为习知支撑限位装置未能适形化人体组织而带来伤口不适感或是支撑限位效果不佳的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种应用于乳房组织或关节组织,且具有合身、支撑好、轻薄等功效的适形支撑限位装置,与结合该适形支撑限位装置的适形穿戴式结构,以解决前述现有技术于应用上所产生的缺失。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种适形支撑限位装置,应用于一乳房组织与一关节组织中的至少一者,该适形(conformable)支撑限位装置包括:一收容限位部,用以收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织中的至少部分组织;以及复数个透气镂空孔洞,至少分布并连通于该收容限位部的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞是用以提供该乳房组织或该关节组织的一透气功能;其中,该收容限位部为一客制化适形固定收容结构,且该内侧表面可适形地贴附于或撑托该至少部分组织。
较佳地,该适形支撑限位装置为一热塑性塑胶、一弹性橡胶或为一包含有金属层的复合性材料,且其是依据一客制化人体组织量测信息而制造形成,用以适形地收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织。
较佳地,该适形支撑限位装置是由至少两层支撑限位结构所结合而成,且该复数个透气镂空孔洞分布并连通于该至少两层支撑限位结构中最接近该乳房组织或该关节组织的一支撑限位结构的一内侧表面,与最远离该乳房组织或该关节组织的另一支撑限位结构的一外侧表面之间。
较佳地,该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构为一规则或不规则网状镂空结构,或者为一规则或不规则蜂巢状镂空结构。
较佳地,该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可至少覆盖该乳房组织中的单侧乳房或两侧乳房。
较佳地,形成该适形固定收容结构的该收容限位部,为一全罩式包覆固定杯体, 或者为一具有一开口的中空固定杯体。
较佳地,该全罩式包覆固定杯体或该中空固定杯体的杯体的厚度范围为1mm-30mm。
较佳地,该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可至少覆盖属于该关节组织中的一手腕关节组织、一手肘关节组织、一腰椎关节组织、一膝盖关节组织以及一脚踝关节组织的任一者。
较佳地,该复数个透气镂空孔洞中至少一透气镂空孔洞的孔洞口径尺寸,至少为可供视觉穿透该至少两层支撑限位结构的孔洞口径尺寸。
本发明亦提供一种适形穿戴式结构,应用于一乳房组织与一关节组织中的至少一者,该适形(conformable)穿戴式结构包括:一适形支撑限位装置,包括:一收容限位部,用以收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织中的至少部分组织;以及复数个透气镂空孔洞,至少分布并连通于该收容限位部的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞是用以提供该乳房组织或该关节组织的一透气功能;以及一穿戴载体,结合或收纳至少部分的该适形支撑限位装置;其中,该收容限位部为对应并适形于该乳房组织或该关节组织的一客制化适形固定收容结构,且该收容限位部的该内侧表面,用以搭配该穿戴载体而适形地贴附于或撑托该至少部分组织。
较佳地,该适形支撑限位装置是被结合或被收纳于该穿戴载体的一收纳限位空间中;其中,该收纳限位空间至少对应于该穿戴载体的一罩杯区域,或者至少对应于该穿戴载体的一关节活动对应区域。
较佳地,该适形支撑限位装置还包括一结合件,以使该适形支撑限位装置借由该结合件而稳固地被结合或被收纳于该收纳限位空间中;其中,该结合件可为一接合软板、一魔鬼毡结构与一拉链结构中的至少一者。
本发明的适形支撑限位装置能够稳稳地固定住重建或整形后的人体组织的外观形状,还可适形地支撑托住人体组织以及位于其中的植入物,本发明提升了适形支撑限位装置整体的托负支撑力、透气性及穿戴舒适性,具有合身、支撑好、轻薄等功效。

具体实施方式
以下提出实施例以对本发明进行详细说明,实施例仅用以作为范例说明,并不会限缩本发明欲保护的范围。此外,实施例中的图式省略不必要或以常用技术即可完成的元件,以清楚显示本发明的技术特点。
请参阅图2A、图2B,其皆为本发明发明概念的第一较佳实施概念示意图。
如图2A、图2B所示,本发明第一较佳实施概念包括将图2A所示的一穿戴载体(例如,其为一术后弹性胸衣)10结合图2B所示的适形支撑限位装置11(例如,其为一乳房适形支撑限位装置)应用,借以共同组合形成一适形穿戴式结构1。其中,穿戴载体(术后弹性胸衣)10包括:罩杯区域110、背部区域120、肩带区域130、胸下缘区域140以及引流袋150;其中,术后弹性胸衣10的罩杯区域110具有可用以收纳限位乳房适形支撑限位装置11的一收纳限位空间1101,以供乳房组织(图未示出)得以被适形地限位于其中。
术后弹性胸衣10的背部区域120是对应于其罩杯区域110,用以加压支撑病患的背部,且背部区域120还可包括一穿脱件(例如:纽扣或拉链,图未示出),以利于病患穿脱此术后弹性胸衣10,当然,此穿脱件亦可应实际使用需求而设置于术后弹性胸衣10的其他部位,像是术后弹性胸衣10的侧边,或是改位于罩杯区域110的正中央部位等等,本发明不以此例为限。
再则,肩带区域130包括一活动式调节件131,用以借由调整肩带区域130的穿戴长度,而拉提加压并包覆于乳房组织的罩杯区域110,从而使术后弹性胸衣10更为服贴且弹性地撑托住乳房组织的部位。另外,胸下缘区域140包括一活动环扣141,用以结合或分离引流袋150,以使乳房组织伤口的组织液或淋巴液,得以导流入引流袋150中,且胸下缘区域140是环绕施压于乳房组织下缘,借以稳定撑托位于上方的罩杯区域110,以及位于其中的乳房适形支撑限位装置11,从而避免乳房组织下垂或是产生位移。
其中,可应用于前述术后弹性胸衣10的材质,包括例如天然纤维(丝、棉、麻) 及合成纤维(尼龙、氨纶、莱卡、涤纶)等等。举例来说,天然纤维可具有吸湿性佳、透气或亲肤等特性。而合成纤维可具有抗菌防臭、弹性佳、吸湿排汗等机能。当然,本发明的术后弹性胸衣10的材质可为天然纤维及合成纤维中的一者或及其组合。
请再参阅图2B,有关本发明第一较佳实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置11的实施材质,其可为聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid)、丙烯腈丁二烯(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)、热塑弹性体(Thermoplastic Elastomer)、透明热塑弹性体(Transparent Thermoplastic Elastomer)、抑或可为其他热塑性塑胶(如TPE、TPU)、弹性橡胶(如Silicone rubber)等等类似或复合性材料,抑或可为包含有金属层的复合性材料;其中,前述金属层可为一金属纳米颗粒层,以提供对于手术伤口的杀菌、加速复原、减轻疼痛的防护效果。
且,本发明乳房适形支撑限位装置11具有有一收容限位部113,其为一适形固定收容结构,以使此适形固定收容结构113具有一定的弹性服贴度,其不但得以稳稳地固定住重建或整形后的乳房组织的外观形状,同时又可适形地支撑托住乳房组织以及位于其中的植入物。
另外,关于本发明第一较佳实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置11的整体设计,是由具有两层支撑限位结构111、112所共同结合而成,且复数个透气镂空孔洞114,广泛地分布并连通于包括收容限位部113在内的乳房适形支撑限位装置11的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞114是用以提供乳房组织的一透气功能;其中,该复数个透气镂空孔洞114是分布并连通于两层支撑限位结构111、112中最接近该乳房组织的一支撑限位结构112的一内侧表面,与最远离乳房组织的另一支撑限位结构111的一外侧表面之间,且前述最接近该乳房组织的支撑限位结构112的内侧表面,用以搭配前述术后弹性胸衣10而适形地贴附于或撑托乳房组织。
其中,本较佳实施例中的该复数个透气镂空孔洞114的外观形状,为不规则网状镂空结构;当然,也可改实施其他规则或不规则的多孔洞结构(例如,蜂巢式结构等不同设计),抑或可依据所服贴的乳房组织部位特性而调整该复数个透气镂空孔洞114的的形状大小与密度分布等,借以提升乳房适形支撑限位装置11整体的托负支撑力、透气性及穿戴舒适性。
再者,由于本例的乳房适形支撑限位装置11为双层式网状支撑限位结构111、112,此将更能应此等双层结构(甚或可为单层结构,抑或为三层以上的多层结构)的设计而提升乳房组织之间的气流流动,从而提升乳房组织整体的散热效果以及穿戴的舒适性,进而减缓病患伤口的不适感。
又,本实施例的至少两层支撑限位结构111、112中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可同时覆盖到乳房组织中的两侧乳房。其中,本实施例用以收容并支撑限位两侧乳房的收容限位部113,为一全罩式包覆固定杯体,且固定杯体的厚度范围介于1mm-30mm,但不以此为限。
本发明要另外特别说明的是,本发明第一较佳实施例中包括收容限位部113在内的乳房适形支撑限位装置11,其整体皆是以客制化方式所制成的一客制化适形固定收容结构;当然,本发明乳房适形支撑限位装置11的另一种变更设计(图未示出),是至少维持使收容限位部113以客制化方式所制成的一客制化适形固定收容结构即可,其余结构则可使用固定的尺寸或采固定形状径予实施,甚或予以省略,以降低制造成本,且此可为本技术领域普通技术人员于参阅本发明较佳实施概念后据以进行各种均等变化设计,在此即不再予以赘述。
另外,对于前述乳房适形支撑限位装置11的客制化制造程序,本发明将举例说明如下,且不以本例为限制:
首先,先以扫描装置取得当事人的原始乳房组织外缘轮廓的图档,接着,待扫描装置取得当事人的原始乳房外缘轮廓的图档后,再依据与当事人讨论后的乳房重建或整形设计的方向,并结合前述原始乳房组织外缘轮廓的图档而产生一客制化人体组织量测信息,最后依据客制化人体组织量测信息,以实施并制成此乳房适形支撑限位装置11。
举例来说,前述取得当事人的原始乳房外缘轮廓图档的取得方式,是可运用光学3D扫描装置、磁力共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,简称MRI)装置、电脑断层扫描(Computed Tomography,简称CT)装置等等各种立体影像取像方式而获得;以运用光学3D扫描装置为例,当事人可先裸露上半身,并摆出以供光学3D扫描装置操作执行的特定姿势,例如,病患的上半身以向前倾斜或向下弯曲,使身躯呈现0至120度的姿势,之后以光学3D扫描装置取得当事人原始的乳房外缘轮廓的图档。
另外,前述乳房适形支撑限位装置11的主要制成条件,例如,形成乳房适形支撑限位装置11所需的结构层数、整体包覆面积大小、收容限位部的固定杯体的厚度变化范围,以及该复数个透气镂空孔洞114的形状、规则性、数量或密度等等结构设计参数值,都是属于前述客制化人体组织量测信息的内容。
当然,关于前述依据客制化人体组织量测信息以形成乳房适形支撑限位装置11的实际制作方式,例如,可运用3D打印机进行制成,以利于快速有效地完成客制化、个人化的乳房适形支撑限位装置11,但本发明不以此为限。
请再参阅图3,其为本发明第一较佳实施概念中有关支撑限位装置的另一较佳实施概念示意图;亦即,除了前述实施例乳房适形支撑限位装置11的设计之外,还可以有其他的实施态样,将以此例的乳房适形支撑限位装置31来作为说明。
如图3所示,本实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置31的整体设计与前述实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置11大致相同,乳房适形支撑限位装置31同样是由两层支撑限位结构311、312所共同结合而成,且复数个透气镂空孔洞314,广泛地分布并连通于包括收容限位部313在内的乳房适形支撑限位装置31的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞314是用以提供乳房组织的一透气功能;其中,属于不规则网状镂空结构的该复数个透气镂空孔洞314,是分布并连通于两层支撑限位结构311、312中最接近乳房组织的一支撑限位结构312的一内侧表面,与最远离乳房组织的另一支撑限位结构311的一外侧表面之间。
乳房适形支撑限位装置31与前例的差异之处在于,乳房适形支撑限位装置31的收容限位部313,为具有两个开口31a的中空固定杯体,其可被收纳于图2A中的收纳限位空间1101内并对应于罩杯区域110处,用以使乳房组织中的部分乳房部位(例如,手术伤口位置)可自这两个开口31a外露而不受直接压迫,其余乳房部位则仍可保持于被局限于中空固定杯体313,如此一来,乳房适形支撑限位装置31仍可适形地限位压缩部分的乳房组织与其附近胸口部位,亦即,相当于弹性地撑托住乳房组织的基部(底部),以保持乳房组织依然能较佳地挺立于胸前而不易下垂位移。
当然,前述开口31a的设计亦能应手术伤口位置而客制化设计,包括可供当事人依据个人习惯穿戴的方式或体形而调整该两个开口31a的尺寸大小或开口位置等等,以利于避免穿戴时造成过多不必要的压力,从而提升整体穿戴的舒适度。
另一方面,前述开口31a的结构设计方式亦可应在放射线治疗中需要外露乳房组织病变部位的多寡或区域而进行客制化设计。
简言之,本发明穿戴载体与乳房适形支撑限位装置除了上述的实施态样之外,还可依据当事人伤口的复原情形或放射线治疗上的治疗需求,抑或长时间的穿戴习惯,而有各种不同的均等变化。
请参阅图4A、图4B,其皆为本发明发明概念的第二较佳实施概念示意图。
如图4A、图4B所示,本发明第二较佳实施概念是将图4B所示的乳房适形支撑限位装置41应用于图4A所示的长时间穿戴的一穿戴载体(例如,其为一弹性内衣)40中,借以共同组合形成一适形穿戴式结构4。
其中,图4A中的弹性内衣40为左右两侧相互对称,且弹性内衣40主要分为前 侧面40a以及后侧面40b,且两侧面40a、40b相对应于彼此;其中,前侧面40a包括左右相互对称且分离的两个罩杯区域410、两个肩带区域430、两个腹部区域440以及一穿脱件450,而后侧面40b包括背部区域420,用以加压支撑病患的背部。其中,弹性内衣40的罩杯区域410具有可用以收纳限位乳房适形支撑限位装置41的一收纳限位空间4101,以供乳房组织(图未示出)得以被适形地限位于其中。
再者,肩带区域430包括一可拆式调节件431,用以拆卸或调整肩带区域430的穿戴长度,从而拉提并提托乳房的侧胸部位。而腹部区域440的材质可应用透气舒适材质及弹性加压材质中的一者或/及其组合,且依据身形设计的需求而包覆于腹部的不同位置,以调整身形的曲线及穿戴的舒适度。举例来说,位于人体腹部位置可设计为弹性加压的材质以增加束腹的功效,而位于腰间的位置可设计以透气的网布材质包覆于侧腰部位,以提升散热的功效。
另外,穿脱件450可为纽扣或拉链并位于前侧面40a的中线位置,用以使当事人方便地穿脱此弹性内衣40。当然,此穿脱件450亦可应实际使用需求而设置于弹性内衣40的其他部位,例如,改设置于弹性内衣40的任一侧边,相当于前侧面40a与后侧面40b的邻接处,抑或罩杯区域410的中线处。另一较佳做法,也可不需设置穿脱件450而相似于一般运动内衣的设计(图未示出),当事人可直接弹性地穿脱弹性内衣40。
要特别说明的是,本例的乳房适形支撑限位装置41相同地是以客制化的方式制成,且可应弹性内衣40的使用需求而进行变更设计。
如图4B所示,本实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置41的设计方式,同样可由两层支撑限位结构411、412所共同结合而成,且复数个透气镂空孔洞414,广泛地分布并连通于包括收容限位部413在内的乳房适形支撑限位装置41的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞414是用以提供乳房组织的一透气功能;其中,属于不规则网状镂空结构的该复数个透气镂空孔洞414,是分布并连通于两层支撑限位结构411、412中最接近乳房组织的一支撑限位结构412的一内侧表面,与最远离乳房组织的另一支撑限位结构411的一外侧表面之间。
本实施例的至少两层支撑限位结构411、412中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,与本发明第一实施例不同之处在于:为配合图4A中所示分离的两个罩杯区域410,乳房适形支撑限位装置41的结构覆盖面积改为仅能覆盖到单侧乳房组织,并配合同时使用两组相同的乳房适形支撑限位装置41,以涵盖双侧乳房组织。其中,本实施例用以收容并支撑限位单侧乳房组织的收容限位部413,也是为一全罩式包覆固定 杯体,且固定杯体的厚度范围介于1mm-30mm,但不以此为限。
当然,乳房适形支撑限位装置41也可直接地借由结合件4151、4152、4153缝制而结合于罩杯区域410,抑或是可直接地被限位收纳于罩杯区域410内的一收纳限位空间4101,抑或是亦可同时运用结合件4151、4152、4153与收纳限位空间4101等两种以上的实施手段,来结合弹性内衣40与乳房适形支撑限位装置41,且不以此为限。其中,该结合件可为一接合软板、一魔鬼毡结构与一拉链结构中的至少一者。
请再参阅图5,其为本发明第二较佳实施概念中有关支撑限位装置的另一较佳实施概念示意图;亦即,除了前述实施例乳房适形支撑限位装置41的设计之外,还可以有其他的实施态样,将以此例的乳房适形支撑限位装置51来作为说明。
如图5所示,本实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置51的整体设计与前述实施例的乳房适形支撑限位装置41大致相同,乳房适形支撑限位装置51同样是由两层支撑限位结构511、512所共同结合而成,且复数个透气镂空孔洞514,广泛地分布并连通于包括收容限位部513在内的乳房适形支撑限位装置51的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞514是用以提供乳房组织的一透气功能;其中,属于不规则网状镂空结构的该复数个透气镂空孔洞514,是分布并连通于两层支撑限位结构511、512中最接近乳房组织的一支撑限位结构512的一内侧表面,与最远离乳房组织的另一支撑限位结构511的一外侧表面之间。
乳房适形支撑限位装置51与前例的差异之处在于,乳房适形支撑限位装置51的收容限位部513,为具有两个开口51a的中空固定杯体,其可被收纳于图4A中的收纳限位空间4101内并对应于罩杯区域410处,用以使乳房组织中的部分乳房部位(例如,手术伤口位置)可自该两个开口51a外露而不受直接压迫,其余乳房部位则仍可保持于被局限于中空固定杯体513,如此一来,乳房适形支撑限位装置51仍可适形地限位压缩部分的乳房组织与其附近胸口部位,亦即,相当于弹性地撑托住乳房组织的基部(底部),以保持乳房组织依然能较佳地挺立于胸前而不易下垂位移。
较佳者,前述开口51a的结构设计方式亦可应在放射线治疗中需要外露乳房组织病变部位的多寡或区域而进行客制化设计。
此外,除了将本发明的适形支撑限位装置应用于整形医学或放射线治疗领域外,还可将本发明的适形支撑限位装置应用于其他的专业领域中,以下将以第三较佳实施概念来作为说明。
请参阅图6A及图6B,其分别为本发明发明概念的第三较佳实施概念示意图。本发明第三较佳实施概念是将图6B所示的膝盖适形支撑限位装置61应用于图6A所示 的保护膝盖关节组织的一穿戴载体(例如,其为一弹性套设件)60中,借以共同组合形成一适形穿戴式结构(例如,适形弹性护膝)6。
如图6A及图6B所示的弹性套设件60,其包括关节活动对应区域610以及收纳限位空间6101,且弹性套设件60借由结合件620而使膝盖适形支撑限位装置61被结合并收纳于收纳限位空间6101中,以利于使用者在进行各类运动时,可保护膝盖关节组织。其中,结合件620可为一拉链,使用者可自拉链的开口处置入膝盖适形支撑限位装置61,而使膝盖适形支撑限位装置61被稳固地限位于收纳限位空间6101中。抑或是,结合件620更可包括一魔鬼毡结构(图未示出),使用者可以毡黏方式将膝盖适形支撑限位装置61稳固地设置于收纳限位空间6101中。
要特别说明的是,本例的膝盖适形支撑限位装置61相同地是以客制化的方式制成,且可应弹性套设件60的使用需求而进行变更设计。
如图6B所示,本实施例的膝盖适形支撑限位装置61的设计方式,同样可由两层支撑限位结构611、612所共同结合而成,且复数个透气镂空孔洞614,广泛地分布并连通于包括收容限位部613在内的膝盖适形支撑限位装置61的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞614是用以提供膝盖关节组织的一透气功能;其中,属于不规则网状镂空结构的该复数个透气镂空孔洞614,是分布并连通于两层支撑限位结构611、612中最接近膝盖关节组织的一支撑限位结构612的一内侧表面,与最远离膝盖关节组织的另一支撑限位结构611的一外侧表面之间。
本实施例的至少两层支撑限位结构611、612中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可完整覆盖到单侧膝盖关节组织。其中,本实施例用以收容并支撑限位单侧膝盖关节组织的收容限位部613,也是为一全罩式包覆固定杯体,且固定杯体的厚度范围介于1mm-30mm,但不以此为限。
当然,本发明膝盖适形支撑限位装置61亦可应不同使用需求,而调整变更应用到其他不同的人体部位及结构设计,例如,也可改为到手腕关节组织、手肘关节组织、腰椎关节组织以及脚踝关节组织等等任一领域中。
当然,本发明的适形支撑限位装置或穿戴载体还可进一步依据使用部位的不同,而具有更多的开口结构设计(图未示出),以利于增加身体穿戴的舒适性,或是提升躯干之间的活动性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本发明,因此凡其它未脱离本发明内容及权利要求所揭示的精神下所完成的等效改变或修饰,均应包含于本发明的发明概念中。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种适形支撑限位装置,应用于一乳房组织与一关节组织中的至少一者,该适形支撑限位装置包括:
    一收容限位部,用以收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织中的至少部分组织;以及
    复数个透气镂空孔洞,至少分布并连通于该收容限位部的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞是用以提供该乳房组织或该关节组织的一透气功能;
    其中,该收容限位部为一客制化适形固定收容结构,且该内侧表面可适形地贴附于或撑托该至少部分组织。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的适形支撑限位装置,其为一热塑性塑胶、一弹性橡胶或为一包含有金属层的复合性材料,且其是依据一客制化人体组织量测信息而制造形成,用以适形地收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的适形支撑限位装置,其是由至少两层支撑限位结构所结合而成,且该复数个透气镂空孔洞分布并连通于该至少两层支撑限位结构中最接近该乳房组织或该关节组织的一支撑限位结构的一内侧表面,与最远离该乳房组织或该关节组织的另一支撑限位结构的一外侧表面之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的适形支撑限位装置,其中该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构为一规则或不规则网状镂空结构,或者为一规则或不规则蜂巢状镂空结构。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的适形支撑限位装置,其中该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可至少覆盖该乳房组织中的单侧乳房或两侧乳房。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的适形支撑限位装置,其中形成该适形固定收容结构的该收容限位部,为一全罩式包覆固定杯体,或者为一具有一开口的中空固定杯体。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的适形支撑限位装置,其中该全罩式包覆固定杯体或该中空固定杯体的杯体的厚度范围为1mm-30mm。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的适形支撑限位装置,其中该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可至少覆盖属于该关节组织中的一手腕关节组织、一手肘关节组织、一腰椎关节组织、一膝盖关节组织以及一脚踝关节组织的任一者。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的适形支撑限位装置,其中该复数个透气镂空孔洞中至少一透气镂空孔洞的孔洞口径尺寸,至少为可供视觉穿透该至少两层支撑限位结构的孔洞口径尺寸。
  10. 一种适形穿戴式结构,应用于一乳房组织与一关节组织中的至少一者,该适形穿戴式结构包括:
    一适形支撑限位装置,包括:
    一收容限位部,用以收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织中的至少部分组织;以及
    复数个透气镂空孔洞,至少分布并连通于该收容限位部的一内侧表面与一外侧表面之间,该复数个透气镂空孔洞是用以提供该乳房组织或该关节组织的一透气功能;以及
    一穿戴载体,结合或收纳至少部分的该适形支撑限位装置;
    其中,该收容限位部为对应并适形于该乳房组织或该关节组织的一客制化适形固定收容结构,且该收容限位部的该内侧表面,用以搭配该穿戴载体而适形地贴附于或撑托该至少部分组织。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该适形支撑限位装置为一热塑性塑胶、一弹性橡胶或为一包含有金属层的复合性材料,且其是依据一客制化人体组织量测信息所制造形成,用以适形地收容并支撑限位该乳房组织或该关节组织。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该适形支撑限位装置是由至少两层支撑限位结构所结合而成,且该复数个透气镂空孔洞分布并连通于该至少两层支撑限位结构中最接近该乳房组织或该关节组织的一支撑限位结构的一内侧表面,与最远离该乳房组织或该关节组织的另一支撑限位结构的一外侧表面之间。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构为一规则或不规则网状镂空结构或为一规则或不规则蜂巢状镂空结 构。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可至少覆盖该乳房组织中的单侧乳房或两侧乳房。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中形成该适形固定收容结构的该收容限位部,为一全罩式包覆固定杯体,或者为一具有一开口的中空固定杯体。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该全罩式包覆固定杯体或该中空固定杯体的杯体的厚度范围为1mm-30mm。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该至少两层支撑限位结构中的任一层支撑限位结构的结构覆盖面积,是可至少覆盖属于该关节组织中的一手腕关节组织、一手肘关节组织、一腰椎关节组织、一膝盖关节组织以及一脚踝关节组织的任一者。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该复数个透气镂空孔洞中至少一透气镂空孔洞的孔洞口径尺寸,至少为可供视觉穿透该至少两层支撑限位结构的孔洞口径尺寸。
  19. 如权利要求10所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该适形支撑限位装置是被结合或被收纳于该穿戴载体的一收纳限位空间中;其中,该收纳限位空间至少对应于该穿戴载体的一罩杯区域,或者至少对应于该穿戴载体的一关节活动对应区域。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的适形穿戴式结构,其中该适形支撑限位装置还包括一结合件,以使该适形支撑限位装置借由该结合件而稳固地被结合或被收纳于该收纳限位空间中;其中,该结合件可为一接合软板、一魔鬼毡结构与一拉链结构中的至少一者。
