另一方面,随着人均信用卡数量的增多,信用卡全流程管理变得极为不方便,开卡(激活)的流程体验更是亟待提升。目前,信用卡线上开卡主要包括微信公众号、银行APP等渠道,每个银行都有自己不同的开卡入口。如果选择线上开卡,当持卡人拥有多张不同银行的信用卡时,就需要根据不同银行的要求分别下载对应的APP或前往各个银行的公众号进行开卡,操作繁 杂且体验各异,大大降低了用户开卡的兴趣。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种数据处理的方法及装置,用以简化开卡方式,提高用户开卡体验。
本发明实施例提供的一种数据处理的方法,包括:
获取客户端发送的信用卡开卡请求,所述信用卡开卡请求中包括信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识;所述信用卡开卡请求是客户端在接收到用户在AR卡权益展示过程中或用户在客户端请求开卡时生成的;
根据所述信用卡的卡片标识,确定所述信用卡对应的发卡行的开卡要素,以及根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的身份信息;
根据所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素,生成开卡申请表,并将所述开卡申请表发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户展示所述开卡申请表;
在接收到所述客户端发送的所述用户的开卡确认信息后,将确认后的开卡申请表发送至所述信用卡对应的发卡行进行开卡;并在接收到所述发卡行的开卡结果后将所述开卡结果发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户展示所述开卡结果。
上述技术方案中,通过用户的身份信息和发卡行的开卡要素生成的开卡申请表,可以减少用户填写的流程,简化了用户开卡步骤,提高用户体验度。同时通过AR技术将卡片的权益信息进行展示,可以增强用户的感官体验,刺激用户开卡。

图1为本发明实施例所适用的系统架构。参考图1所示,该系统架构可以包括多个客户端100、开卡平台200和多个发卡行300。客户端100可以通过网络与开卡平台200连接,开卡平台200可以通过网络与发卡行300连接。
该多个客户端100可以不同用户所持有的终端设备,可以通过该客户端100与开卡平台200进行通信。
开卡平台200与多个发卡行300进行通信,在确认用户待开户的信用卡所属的发卡行300后,将开卡信息发送到该发卡行3000进行开卡。
需要说明的是,上述图1所示的结构仅是一种示例,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
基于上述描述,图2示例性的示出了本发明实施例提供的一种数据处理的方法的流程,该流程可以数据处理的装置执行。下面将通过客户端与开卡平台交互的方式来描述数据处理的流程。在本发明实施例中,将以信用卡开卡的方式来描述开卡过程中数据处理的流程。
如图2所示,该流程具体包括:
步骤201,客户端获取用户的开卡请求。
该用户的开卡请求是用户在AR卡权益展示过程中或用户在客户端请求开卡时生成的。因此,客户端在获取用户的开卡请求之前,还需要先向用户展示AR卡权益。AR卡权益展示时会设置相应的开卡入口,用户可以点击AR卡权益展示中的开卡入口来请求开卡,也可以不点击AR卡权益展示中的开卡入口而点击客户端上的开卡按键来实现开卡请求。该开卡按键可以为客户端上应用对应的功能按键。
具体的,客户端需要先获取用户的登录请求,并将用户的登录请求发送给开卡平台,以使开卡平台进行身份认证。开卡平台收到该用户的登录请求后,就可以对该用户进行身份认证,在身份认证通过后,向客户端发送认证登录结果。
然后,客户端采集用户的信用卡的图像信息,根据图像信息识别信用卡的关键词,再根据信用卡的关键词向开卡平台发送获取AR图像数据资源请求。该获取AR图形数据资源请求中包括信用卡的关键词。开卡平台在接收到信用卡的关键词之后,就可以根据信用卡的关键词,确定信用卡的AR图像数据资源,将信用卡的AR图像数据资源发送给客户端。客户端在接收到信用卡的AR图像数据资源之后,就可以对用户进行AR卡权益展示。具体的,客户端在根据图像信息识别信用卡的关键词时,可以是通过AR技术或OCR技术识别所述信用卡的关键词。
其中,开卡平台在确定所述信用卡的AR图像数据资源时,主要是根据信用卡的关键词确定信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息以及预设的AR效果信息。再根据信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息以及预设的AR效果信息,提取特征信息并关联业务数据。最后将特征信息和关联的业务数据转换为3D引擎支持的AR图像数据资源。提取特征信息时,主要是提取信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息以及预设的AR效果信息中的特征信息,例如该特征信息可以是展示时使用的字体、展示效果、展示的版面、展示的风格等特征信息,在具体应用时可以依据经验进行设置需要提取的特征信息。
步骤202,客户端根据所述用户的信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识生成所述用户的信用卡开卡请求。
客户端可以根据用户的信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识组成用户的信用卡开卡请求,以便发送给开卡平台。在本发明实施例中,卡片标识可以为信用卡的卡号,或者是信用卡的其它用于作为唯一区别特征的标识。该用户标识可以为用户的手机号或者身份证号或者是用户的账号等信息,用于查找该用户的身份信息。
步骤203,客户端向开卡平台发送用户的信用卡开卡请求。
步骤204,开卡平台根据所述信用卡的卡片标识,确定所述信用卡对应的发卡行的开卡要素,以及根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的身份信息。
开卡平台可以根据信用卡的卡片标识查询到该信用卡对应的发卡行的开卡要素,以及根据用户标识查询到用户的身份信息。
步骤205,开卡平台根据所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素,生成开卡申请表。
具体的,开卡平台将用户的身份信息和开卡要素填写到表单中,生成开卡申请表。
步骤206,开卡平台向客户端发送开卡申请表。

为了更好的解释本发明实施例,下面将在具体实施场景下来描述上述流程。
开卡时,用户需在手机终端应用完成登录、AR识别后,补充修改开卡要素和信息提交等操作,而开卡平台则针对用户的具体操作进行内部逻辑处理,完成身份信息认证、开卡要素配置及获取、以及通过交易路由将开卡请求送达对应的发卡行的银行后台,完成开卡。
其中,开卡平台的结构可以如图3所示的结构,主要包括接入层、服务层和数据层。其中接入层主要维护与客户端及银行的网络连接,管理网络状态。它负责接收用户网络访问请求,将用户数据请求转发至服务层对应的模块;同时,接入层也需要与各个对接银行开卡系统保持会话,优化网络体验。
服务层主要对数据业务逻辑进行处理,它封装了系统业务控制逻辑,在本系统中,主要由报文解包、用户认证、业务模版、交易路由、报文组包等几大模块组成。其中,报文解包。报文解包用来解析外部请求或应答报文,提取银行卡号标识码等业务元素。用户认证。用户认证用来验证用户身份信息,在本系统中主要包括用户的手机号、密码或指纹。业务模版。不同的银行机构接入后,系统会配置其开卡要素模板,此模块将获取对应银行的开卡要素,以供用户填写所需信息。交易路由。交易路由作为系统重要的逻辑单元,负责银行关系映射,得到最终要发送开卡请求的具体银行。报文组包。系统根据各个银行不同的请求报文形式和不同的报文规范进行报文处理,使之达到银行接口要求。
数据层则主要提供业务数据管理功能,包括用户信息、交易信息和配置信息。用户信息包括用户的手机号、身份证、密码等基本信息,交易信息包括用户开卡的请求业务流水信息,而配置信息则是不同银行的开卡要素,由运营配置人员管理。
当用户准备线上开卡时,即可做到输入最小化、甚至零输入。其中,信用卡开卡的方法的流程可以包括:
1)、用户打开客户端上的应用,在登录页填写手机号码,随后系统会发送短信验证码至该手机号,完成短信验证和密码验证,开始后续卡片激活操作。
2)、根据AR卡权益展示过程中识别的卡面信息解析得到卡号等信息。如果未通过AR展示而是直接开卡,此时也可以采取OCR等识别技术进行卡面识别。
3)、应用将解析得到的卡片信息发送至开卡平台,开卡平台根据发卡行 匹配得到配置池中该银行的开卡要素,同时将用户录入的身份证、姓名等身份信息一起返回至客户端,在前端页面以表单的形式展示出来。
4)、系统自动补全表单中的卡信息、手机号、身份证等信息后,用户可以再次核实和修改,如果有其他开卡要素需要额外填写,补充即可。在本发明实施例中,银行开卡所需要素基本由AR识别和已有的个人信息组成,少数的银行个性化要素才需要用户填写,大大地提高了开卡效率。
5)、开卡平台将用户提交的信息通过交易路由进行预处理,并按照不同银行的报文要求发送至银行开卡系统。待收到银行应答后,再将开卡结果展示给用户。至此,开卡流程结束。
6)、开卡结束后,根据不同产品设计完成后续功能实现。比如实现直接绑卡,绑卡后可查询交易记录、信用卡还款等操作。
上述AR卡权益展示的过程可以由客户端来实现,该客户端的结构可以如图4所示,通过客户端上的手机扫描信用卡,进而展示AR图像。该客户端可以包括卡片信息管理单元、数据存储单元、卡片识别单元、数据检索单元、数据处理单元、AR展示单元共6个单元模块。
其中,卡片信息管理单元。对银行卡基本信息、权益优惠信息以及对应的AR效果数据进行录入、修改、审核、删除和查询,将银行卡与权益优惠信息相关联。数据存储单元。接收卡片信息管理单元的银行卡基本信息、权益优惠信息、AR效果展示信息等核心数据进行存储。卡片识别单元。终端设备上扫描银行卡,识别包括卡号在内的基本卡片信息,解析成可用作数据检索相关的关键词。数据检索单元。根据从卡片识别单元接收到的关键词,将该关键词与数据存储单元中的银行卡权益相关信息进行匹配,得到该卡片的具体信息。
在最终AR展示效果中,用户可以进行基本的交互,如果该卡片是信用卡且处于未激活状态,可以通过在图像中设置入口,随后点击进入开卡进程,进而实现一键开卡。
本发明实施例提供的一种基于AR技术展示银行卡权益和优惠的方法,具 体包括:
一、用户打开手机客户端,利用内置的摄像头扫描银行卡得到逼真的图像效果,然后将信息进行降维处理,提取其中的关键词,向服务器发起获取AR图像数据资源请求。常采取银行卡号作为关键词。
二、服务器接收到客户端请求后,根据关键词在数据存储中心进行检索,得到银行卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息,以及预先设定的AR效果信息,包括主题、时长等信息,打包至数据处理单元。
三、服务器对检索结果进行拆包,做进一步处理分析,提取特征信息并关联业务数据,转换成Unity3D引擎支持的数据资源,以报文的形式返回至客户端。
四、客户端接收AR数据资源,进行调优处理,然后利用三方Unity3D引擎实现最终的视觉效果展示。
本发明实施例中采用AR展示卡权益和优惠时,除了银行卡,同样方案还可用于会员卡等其他卡片类型上。AR展示以及开卡入口包括但不限于云闪付APP,也可以是其他银行或第三方。
在国际应用场景中,本发明实施例依然能适用于包括银联在内的各种卡组织发行的银行卡识别与激活过程。
上述实施例表明,获取客户端发送的信用卡开卡请求,信用卡开卡请求中包括信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识,信用卡开卡请求是客户端在接收到用户点击AR卡权益展示中的开卡入口或点击客户端的开卡按键时生成的。根据信用卡的卡片标识,确定信用卡对应的发卡行的开卡要素,以及根据用户标识确定用户的身份信息,根据用户的身份信息和开卡要素,生成开卡申请表,并将开卡申请表发送给客户端,在接收到客户端发送的用户的开卡确认信息后,将确认后的开卡申请表发送至发卡行进行开卡。通过用户的身份信息和发卡行的开卡要素生成的开卡申请表,可以减少用户填写的流程,简化了用户开卡步骤,提高用户体验度。
本发明实施例通过AR技术将卡片的权益优惠信息模拟仿真应用到真实 世界,营造一种直观、逼真、富有娱乐性的视觉效果,从而达到增强现实的感官体验,提高信息转化率,刺激用户开卡、用卡。如果银行卡处于待开卡状态,通过在AR图像中的开卡入口,可直接跳转至本提案的统一开卡入口,一键开卡、绑卡,提供一站式卡片服务。
同时,通过提供一种内置身份信息的信用卡安全开卡方案,解决其下载多个银行手机应用、关注多个公众号、多次重复输入身份认证信息、短信验证等开卡困扰,统一各银行信用卡开卡入口,统一用户开卡体验,降低用户操作成本以及获取金融服务的门槛,实现全流程“零输入”秒速开卡。
基于相同的技术构思,图5示例性的示出了本发明实施例提供的一种数据处理的装置,该装置可以执行数据处理的流程。

基于相同的技术构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算设备,包括:
存储器,用于存储程序指令;
处理器,用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序指令,按照获得的程序执行上述数据处理的方法。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或 多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种数据处理的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取客户端发送的信用卡开卡请求,所述信用卡开卡请求中包括信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识;所述信用卡开卡请求是客户端在接收到用户在AR卡权益展示过程中或用户在客户端请求开卡时生成的;
    根据所述信用卡的卡片标识,确定所述信用卡对应的发卡行的开卡要素,以及根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的身份信息;
    根据所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素,生成开卡申请表,并将所述开卡申请表发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户展示所述开卡申请表;
    在接收到所述客户端发送的所述用户的开卡确认信息后,将确认后的开卡申请表发送至所述信用卡对应的发卡行进行开卡;并在接收到所述发卡行的开卡结果后将所述开卡结果发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户展示所述开卡结果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取信用卡的开卡请求之前,还包括:
    获取所述客户端发送的所述用户的登录请求,对所述用户进行身份认证;
    在身份认证通过后,向所述客户端发送认证登录结果;
    获取所述客户端发送的获取AR图像数据资源请求,所述获取AR图形数据资源请求包括所述信用卡的关键词;
    根据所述信用卡的关键词,确定所述信用卡的AR图像数据资源;
    将所述信用卡的AR图像数据资源发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户进行AR卡权益展示。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信用卡的关键词,确定所述信用卡的AR图像数据资源,包括:
    根据所述信用卡的关键词确定所述信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信 息以及预设的AR效果信息;
    根据所述信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息以及预设的AR效果信息,提取特征信息并关联业务数据;
    将所述特征信息和关联的业务数据转换为3D引擎支持的AR图像数据资源。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素,生成开卡申请表,包括:
    将所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素填写到表单中,生成开卡申请表。
  5. 一种数据处理的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户的开卡请求,所述用户的开卡请求是所述用户在AR卡权益展示过程中或在客户端请求开卡时生成的;
    根据所述用户的信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识生成所述用户的信用卡开卡请求;
    将所述用户的信用卡开卡请求发送给开卡平台,以使所述开卡平台根据所述信用卡开卡请求生成开卡申请表;
    在接收到所述开卡平台发送的开卡申请表之后,将所述开卡申请表展示给所述用户;
    在接收到所述用户的确认信息后,将确认后的开卡申请表发送给所述开卡平台,以使所述开卡平台完成开卡。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取用户的开卡请求之前,还包括:
    获取所述用户的登录请求,并将所述用户的登录请求发送给所述开卡平台,以使所述开卡平台进行身份认证;
    采集所述用户的信用卡的图像信息;
    根据所述图像信息识别所述信用卡的关键词;
    根据所述信用卡的关键词向所述开卡平台发送获取AR图像数据资源请求;以使所述开卡平台根据所述信用卡的关键词确定所述AR图像数据资源;
    接收所述AR图像数据资源,根据所述AR图像数据资源,对所述用户进行AR卡权益展示。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述图像信息识别所述信用卡的关键词,包括:
    通过AR技术或OCR技术识别所述信用卡的关键词。
  8. 一种数据处理的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取客户端发送的信用卡开卡请求,所述信用卡开卡请求中包括信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识;所述信用卡开卡请求是客户端在接收到用户在AR卡权益展示过程中或用户在客户端请求开卡时生成的;
    处理单元,用于根据所述信用卡的卡片标识,确定所述信用卡对应的发卡行的开卡要素,以及根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的身份信息;根据所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素,生成开卡申请表,并将所述开卡申请表发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户展示所述开卡申请表;在接收到所述客户端发送的所述用户的开卡确认信息后,将确认后的开卡申请表发送至所述信用卡对应的发卡行进行开卡;并在接收到所述发卡行的开卡结果后将所述开卡结果发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户展示所述开卡结果。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:
    在所述获取信用卡的开卡请求之前,控制所述获取单元获取所述客户端发送的所述用户的登录请求,对所述用户进行身份认证;
    在身份认证通过后,向所述客户端发送认证登录结果;
    控制所述获取单元获取所述客户端发送的获取AR图像数据资源请求,所述获取AR图形数据资源请求包括所述信用卡的关键词;
    根据所述信用卡的关键词,确定所述信用卡的AR图像数据资源;
    将所述信用卡的AR图像数据资源发送给所述客户端,以使所述客户端向所述用户进行AR卡权益展示。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    根据所述信用卡的关键词确定所述信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息以及预设的AR效果信息;
    根据所述信用卡对应的卡片信息、权益优惠信息以及预设的AR效果信息,提取特征信息并关联业务数据;
    将所述特征信息和关联的业务数据转换为3D引擎支持的AR图像数据资源。
  11. 如权利要求8至10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    将所述用户的身份信息和所述开卡要素填写到表单中,生成开卡申请表。
  12. 一种数据处理的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取用户的开卡请求,所述用户的开卡请求是所述用户在AR卡权益展示过程中或用户在客户端请求开卡时生成的;
    处理单元,用于根据所述用户的信用卡的卡片标识和用户标识生成所述用户的信用卡开卡请求;将所述用户的信用卡开卡请求发送给开卡平台,以使所述开卡平台根据所述信用卡开卡请求生成开卡申请表;在接收到所述开卡平台发送的开卡申请表之后,将所述开卡申请表展示给所述用户;在接收到所述用户的确认信息后,将确认后的开卡申请表发送给所述开卡平台,以使所述开卡平台完成开卡。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:
    在所述获取用户的开卡请求之前,控制所述获取单元获取所述用户的登录请求,并将所述用户的登录请求发送给所述开卡平台,以使所述开卡平台进行身份认证;
    采集所述用户的信用卡的图像信息;
    根据所述图像信息识别所述信用卡的关键词;
    根据所述信用卡的关键词向所述开卡平台发送获取AR图像数据资源请求;以使所述开卡平台根据所述信用卡的关键词确定所述AR图像数据资源;
    接收所述AR图像数据资源,根据所述AR图像数据资源,对所述用户进 行AR卡权益展示。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    通过AR技术或OCR技术识别所述信用卡的关键词。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使所述计算机执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    处理器,用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序指令,按照获得的程序执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
