本申请公开了一种喇叭支架、喇叭及直播镜。其中,喇叭支架,被配置为用于安装喇叭本体,包括:前支架,所述前支架具有两端开口的前腔体,所述前支架的后端开口形成用于安装所述喇叭本体的安装口;后支架,其与所述前支架分体设置,所述后支架具有前端开口的后腔体,所述后支架的前端与所述前支架的后端端板密封连接,所述后支架覆盖所述安装口。喇叭包括喇叭本体和上述的喇叭支架,所述喇叭本体固定在所述安装口处并部分伸入所述后腔体,且所述喇叭本体封闭所述安装口。直播镜上设置有上述喇叭。

本公开要求在2019年04月04日提交中国专利局、申请号为201920454110.3的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
本申请涉及喇叭技术领域,例如涉及一种喇叭支架、喇叭及直播镜。
喇叭又名扬声器,是一种将电信号转换为声音信号的电声元件,其广泛应用于各种需要进行扩音的场合和设备中,如视频直播、会场报告、集会演讲等。
图1为相关技术提供的喇叭的拆分结构示意图,如图1所示,相关技术提供的喇叭主要包括外壳100、喇叭支架200、喇叭本体300和底座500,底座500和壳体100形成容纳喇叭支架200和喇叭本体300的腔体。喇叭支架200上开设有相互连通的前腔体和后腔体,喇叭本体300连接在喇叭支架200上,且位于前腔体和后腔体之间。底座500设置在喇叭支架200的前端,并与喇叭支架200连接,喇叭网700包覆在底座500的侧部,且底座500的前端连接有封闭喇叭网700下端的底板400。
相关技术提供的喇叭,在喇叭本体300装配在喇叭支架200上后,喇叭支架200的前腔体形成位于喇叭本体300前端的前音腔,喇叭支架200的后腔体形成位于喇叭本体300后端的后音腔,由于喇叭支架200一体成型,且前腔体大,为了脱模则后腔体只能小,导致出声效果差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种喇叭支架,以增大喇叭支架中的音腔,提高喇叭出音品质。

一种喇叭支架,被配置为安装喇叭本体,包括:
前支架,所述前支架具有两端开口的前腔体,所述前支架的后端开口形成用于安装所述喇叭本体的安装口;
后支架,其与所述前支架分体设置,所述后支架具有前端开口的后腔体,所述后支架的前端与所述前支架的后端端板密封连接,所述后支架覆盖所述安装口。
所述后腔体的最小横截面面积大于或等于所述安装口的横截面面积。
所述前支架和/或所述后支架均为前端大、后端小的空心圆台状结构。

本申请提供的喇叭支架,通过采用分体设置的前支架与后支架,使后支架中的后腔体的设置不受限于喇叭本体的安装以及喇叭支架的成型工艺,能够增大后腔体的空间,从而增大喇叭的后音腔的空间,改善喇叭的出音效果。
本申请提供的喇叭,通过采用上述的喇叭支架,能够增大喇叭的后音腔设计,改善喇叭的出音效果。
本申请提供的直播镜,通过设置上述的喇叭,提高直播镜的出音效果。

图2为本申请实施例提供的喇叭的结构示意图,图3为本申请实施例提供的喇叭的拆分结构示意图,如图2和3所示,本实施例提供了一种喇叭,其主要包括壳体1、底座5、喇叭网7、喇叭本体3和喇叭支架2。壳体1和底座5形成用于安装喇叭本体3和喇叭支架2的容置腔,并形成喇叭的外观面;喇叭本体3为电声换能器件,用于将喇叭后端穿入的声信号转换成电信号,经放大后转换成声信号从喇叭前端扩散传出,或将外部输入的电信号放大后转换成声信号经喇叭前端扩散传输;喇叭支架2设置在容置腔内,用于安装喇叭本体3,并形成位于喇叭本体3前端的前音腔和位于喇叭本体3后端的后音腔;喇叭网7设置在底座5上,用于将声信号扩散传出至喇叭外部。
在本实施例中,某个结构的前端和后端均以喇叭整体为参考,即:对于喇叭而言,喇叭的扩口端为喇叭前端,喇叭的小口端为喇叭后端;对于设置在喇叭内的部件而言,该部件的前端为靠近喇叭前端的一端,该部件的后端为靠近喇叭后端的一端。
图4为本申请实施例提供的喇叭的剖视图,图5为图4中I处的局部放大图,如图2-5所示,喇叭本体3为喇叭的电声换能器件。在本实施例中,喇叭本体3采用锥形纸盘式结构,其主要包括音圈31、锥形纸盘34、框架36、振膜折环33、磁铁32、定芯支片等结构。其中,音圈31是喇叭本体3的驱动单元,其与锥形纸盘34固定在一起,当声音电流信号通过音圈31后,音圈31振动带动纸盘振动;锥形纸盘34是喇叭本体3的声音辐射器件,在较大程度上决定喇叭本体3的放声性能;振膜折环33连接在锥形纸盘34的前端,用于保证锥形纸盘34沿喇叭本体3的轴向运动且限制锥形纸盘34沿喇叭本体3的径向运动;定心支片35设置在音圈31和锥形纸盘34之间,用于支撑音圈31和锥形纸盘34的结构部分,保证其垂直而不歪斜。
框架36包括空心圆台状的支撑部361和板状的连接部362,振膜折环33、锥形纸盘34、定心支片35以及音圈31位于支撑部361的内部,磁铁32的一端伸出支撑部361的后端并通 过固定件与框架36固定。连接部362垂直于喇叭本体3的轴线方向,且连接部362由支撑部361的前端边缘沿垂直于喇叭本体3的轴向方向向外延伸形成,用于实现喇叭本体3与外部结构的连接。
在本实施例中,喇叭本体3可以采用现有的市售产品,且喇叭本体3的结构和喇叭本体3的发声原理为本领域的常规设置,本实施例不再详细赘述。且在其他实施例中,喇叭本体3还可以采用其他结构的结构类型。
为实现喇叭本体3在喇叭内部的安装,喇叭内部设置有喇叭支架2,且为提高喇叭本体3的出音品质,在本实施例中,喇叭支架2包括分体设置的前支架21和后支架22。前支架21具有前端开口的前腔体212,且前支架21的后端端板211上开设有与前腔体212连通的安装口214;后支架22具有前端开口的后腔体221,且后支架22的前端与前支架21的后端端板211密封连接,同时,后腔体221在前支架21后端端板211上的投影覆盖安装口214。
安装口214用于安装喇叭本体3,喇叭本体3的后端穿过安装口214,使框架36的支撑部361位于后腔体221,且框架36的连接板位于前腔体212中且与前支架21的后端端板211连接,同时,喇叭本体3与安装口214密封连接,以使前支架21的前腔体212和后支架22的后腔体221不连通。
本实施例提供的喇叭,通过采用分体设置的前支架21与后支架22,使后支架22中的后腔体221的设置不受限于喇叭本体3的安装以及喇叭支架2的成型工艺,能够增大后腔体221的空间,从而增大喇叭的后音腔的空间,避免声短路,从而使喇叭能够表现出更好的低音效果,改善喇叭的出音效果。
本实施例中,前支架21与后支架22可拆卸连接,以方便喇叭支架2的组装和更换。在其他实施例中,前支架21和后支架22也可以采用超声连接、粘接等方式连接形成喇叭支架2。
为减小喇叭本体3与喇叭支架2的振动以及提高喇叭本体3与喇叭支架2支架的密封性,连接部362的后端面与前支架21后端端板211之间可设置有第二密封件37。第二密封件37可选为与连接部362的形状相一致并覆设在连接部362的后端面上,以进一步提高喇叭本体3与喇叭支架2支架的减震效果和密封性能。在本实施例中,第二密封件37可采用硅胶支撑,也可以采用EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)或其他具有弹性和密封性的材质制成。
在本实施例中,支撑部361的前端边缘沿垂直于喇叭本体3的轴向方向向外延伸有凸缘, 凸缘的外侧边向前端垂直延伸有延伸部,延伸部的前端沿垂直于喇叭本体3的轴向方向向外延伸形成有上述的连接部362。第二密封件37包括包覆连接部362后端面的第一部371和包覆凸缘后端面的第二部372。在安装口214的内侧壁设置环形凸台,使安装口214的后端口径小于前端口径,以使安装口214内形成与连接部362平行的限位台阶面。当喇叭本体3与喇叭支架2安装时,限位台阶面与第二部372抵接,前支架21后端面的下表面与第一部371抵接,能够进一步提高喇叭本体3与喇叭支架2之间的安装稳定性以及两者之间的连接密封性。
在本实施例中,喇叭本体3与前支架21采用螺纹连接,以提高喇叭本体3与前支架21之间的连接稳定性,减小两者之间的相对振动。为方便连接,连接部362和第二密封件37均为具有中心孔的板状结构,其四角开设有连接孔,前支架21的后端端板211上开设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔与连接孔对应设置,且通过螺纹连接件连接。前支架21的后端端板211向外凸垂直凸设有第一连接柱215,螺纹孔深入第一连接柱215中,以提高螺纹连接件的连接长度,从而在保证前支架21的较小壁厚的同时,提高喇叭支架2与前支架21的连接稳定性。在其他一个实施例中,喇叭本体3上的连接部362可以为其他形状,如圆板状等。在其他另一个实施例中,喇叭本体3与前支架21还可以采用其他可拆卸的方式连接。
在本实施例中,前支架21和/或后支架22均为前端大、后端小的空心圆台状结构,以使前腔体212和/或后腔体221的后端至前端的口径逐渐增大,以提高喇叭前音腔和/或后音腔的调音效果,改善喇叭的出音品质。后腔体221的最小横街面面积大于或等于安装口214的横截面面积,以尽可能地增大后音腔的空间,改善喇叭的出音品质。
在本实施例中,为增大后音腔的体积,后支架22的前端面积基本等于或略小于前支架21的后端端板211面积。可选的,后支架22的侧面锥度基本与壳体1对应处的侧面锥度平行,以在保证喇叭支架2在壳体1内安装的同时,尽可能提高后支架22沿垂直于喇叭本体3轴向方向的尺寸,从而尽可能增大后腔体221的尺寸,即增大后音腔的尺寸。
在本实施例中,为进一步提高喇叭的出音品质,后支架22的后端设置有与后腔体221连通的振动膜4。后支架22具有后端开口,振动膜4设置在后端开口处并封闭后端开口。振动膜4的设置,能够随声波在后音腔的传播而振动,从而改善声波在后音腔中的传播,提高喇叭的出音效果。同时,振动膜4的设置,能够减小喇叭本体3、喇叭支架2与壳体1之间的相对振动,改善整机的振动效果,进一步提高喇叭的出音品质。
为方便振动膜4在后支架22上的安装,在本实施例中,后支架22的后端边缘向内延伸 形成有安装凸台223,安装凸台223的外表面沿轴向方向垂直凸设有限位筒部224。振动膜4的下表面粘接在安装凸台223的外表面上,且振动膜4的外壁面与限位筒部224的内侧壁抵接。
在本实施例中,振动膜4为薄片状结构,且靠近外缘的部分沿朝向喇叭本体3的方向凸设形成振动凸部41,振动凸部41位于安装凸台223的内侧。振动膜4的结构设置和材料选型为本领域的常规技术手段,本实施例不再进行赘述。
在本实施例中,前支架21与后支架22之间可选采用螺纹连接。后支架22的前端边缘沿其径向向外凸设有连接耳222,且连接耳222沿后支架22的周向均匀间隔设置有多个。连接耳222上设置有连接孔,前支架21对应连接孔的位置开设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔与连接孔配合设置且一一对应,连接孔与螺纹孔之间通过螺纹连接件螺纹连接。在其他实施例中,前支架21与后支架22也可以采用卡接、插接等其他可拆卸的连接方式。
前支架21的后端端板211的前后两面上对应连接孔的位置均垂直凸设有第二连接柱216,螺纹孔从后端第二连接柱216延伸至前端的第二连接部216中,以提高螺纹连接件的连接深度,从而提高后支架22与前支架21的连接稳定性。在其他实施例中,也可以是仅在后端端板211的外表面设置第二连接柱216或在后端端板211的内表面设置第二连接柱216。
为提高前支架21与后支架22之间的连接密封性,在本实施例中,前支架21的前端面与后支架22的后端面之间设置有第一密封件6。后支架22的后端端板211上开设有环形的密封槽,密封槽内安装有环形的第一密封件6,当前支架21与后支架22安装时,第一密封件6受密封槽槽底和前支架21挤压而产生密封作用。在本实施例中,第一密封件6采用硅胶条,具有较好的防水防尘等密封性能,在其他实施例中,第一密封件6还可以采用其他材质设置,且第一密封件6的设置和材料选型为本领域的常规技术手段,本实施例不再进行赘述。
在本实施例中,为对喇叭进行封装并使其具有较好的外观面,喇叭本体3和喇叭支架2均设置在壳体1内部。壳体1为薄壳空心结构,其具有前端开口的容纳腔11,且容纳腔11的横截面面积沿后端至前端逐渐增大,以适配喇叭支架2的外形结构,并达到扩音效果。可选的,形成旋转式壳体1的母线为开口朝外的弧形线,且弧形线的切线与壳体1轴线之间的夹角沿后端至前端逐渐减小,以提高壳体1外观的美观性。在其他实施例中,形成旋转式壳体1的母线还可以为与壳体1轴线倾斜的直线,本申请对壳体1具体结构形式不做限定。
在本实施例中,喇叭支架2与壳体1采用可拆卸连接,以方便喇叭的组装、维修和更换。可拆卸连接方式为螺纹连接。壳体1前端内壁上沿其轴向方向凸设有第三连接柱,第三连接 柱沿轴向开设有螺纹孔。前支架21的侧壁对应第三连接柱的位置沿沿其轴向向外凸设有第四连接柱,第四连接柱上开设有贯穿第四连接柱和前支架21侧壁的连接孔,连接孔与螺纹孔之间通过螺纹连接件连接。第三连接柱和第四连接柱的设置,能够在保证壳体1和前支架21的壁厚的同时,提高壳体1与喇叭支架2的连接稳定性和可靠性。在喇叭支架2与壳体1安装时,螺纹连接件通过前支架21的前端开口拧入壳体1中。在其他实施例中,喇叭支架2与壳体1还可以采用卡接、插接等其他的连接形式。
图6为本申请实施例提供的喇叭在第二方向的剖视图,图7为图5中J处的局部放大图如,如图6和7壳体1的前端连接有底座5和喇叭网7,以封闭壳体1的前端开口。在本实施例中,底座5包括底板部51和外接部52,底板部51为垂直于喇叭轴线的板状结构,且其形状与壳体1的前端开口形状相适配。底板部51的后端面上沿其边缘开设有第一安装槽511,壳体1前端端面沿其边缘开设有第二安装槽121,第一安装槽511和第二安装槽121对应设置,且喇叭网7的前端卡入第一安装槽511中,喇叭网7的后端卡入第二安装槽121中。
上述设置方式,由于喇叭网7的两端分别卡在底座5的底板部51和壳体1上,提高了喇叭网7的安装稳定性,减小喇叭网7与壳体1及底座5之间的装配误差和装配间隙,从而提高喇叭的出音品质;且由于不需要使喇叭网7包覆底座5的侧壁和底部边缘,喇叭网7可以由板状网料经过一次性弯折形成,大大降低喇叭网7成型工艺,提高喇叭网7的成型良率和生产效率;且由于喇叭网7结构和加工简单,能够使喇叭网7的适用材质由常规的铁材扩展至铝材等金属材质,喇叭网7的外形处理工艺能够得到扩展,增加喇叭网7的颜色种类的多样性和可选性,提高喇叭网7的外形美观性;再者,由于喇叭网7的前后边缘分别被壳体1和底座5包裹,不需要在底座5前端设置底板结构对喇叭网7进行遮挡,简化喇叭的结构复杂性,进一步提高喇叭外形美观性和装配便利性。
在本实施例中,喇叭网7为具有开口的圆台面形,其大端与壳体1连接,小端与底座5连接。在其他一个实施例中,喇叭网7还可以为具有开口的圆柱面形,在其他另一个实施例中,喇叭网7还可以为异形结构,只要喇叭网7的形状与壳体1和底座5的边缘形状相适配即可。
在本实施例中,壳体1的前端边缘沿其轴向向下延伸有挡缘12,挡缘12的端面上开设有上述的第二安装槽121。挡缘12的设置,一方面方便第二安装槽121的开设,另一方面可以对前支架21的前端边缘起到止挡定位作用。为了方便第一安装槽511的开设,底板部51的边缘沿朝向壳体1的方向凸设有安装凸缘512,安装凸缘512的端面上开设有上述第一安装槽511。
在本实施例中,喇叭网7的后端与第二安装槽121的槽底抵接,且喇叭网7的内表面与第二安装槽121的内侧槽壁抵接;喇叭网7的前端与第一安装槽511的槽底抵接,且喇叭网7的外表面与第一安装槽511的外侧槽壁抵接,以提高喇叭网7在第一安装槽511和第二安装槽121内的安装稳定性,从而提高喇叭网7与壳体1及底座5的连接稳定性。
在本实施例中,喇叭网7的两端之间形成有开口,即喇叭网7的侧壁未封闭的结构,其开口处用于设置外接部52。即,外接部52沿底板部51的边缘设置在底板部51的后端面上,且外接部52的前端与底板部51连接,其后端与壳体1连接。第一安装槽511的两端分别位于外接部52的两端附近。外接部52的设置,可以用于在底座5上设置USB端口、DC电源端口、耳机端口等外接口522,以方便喇叭与外界设备的连接。在其他实施例中,当喇叭不需要与外界设备连接时,喇叭网7也可以为两端封闭的结构,此时,第一安装槽511和第二安装槽121的两端相连。
在本实施例中,为提高喇叭的外观美观性,外接部52的两端分别沿底座5的周向向外延伸有止挡部521,第一安装槽511的两个端部分别位于对应的止挡部521的内侧。当喇叭网7的后端卡入第一安装槽511后,喇叭网7的两端分别位于对应的止挡部521的内侧,能够防止喇叭网7露出底座5外部,提高喇叭网7与底座5之间的连接稳定性以及喇叭的结构美观性。止挡部521与第一安装槽511的外侧槽壁平齐,使喇叭网7端部的外表面与止挡部521的内表面抵接,进一步提高对喇叭网7的连接定位作用,防止喇叭网7脱离出第一安装槽511。
在本实施例中,喇叭网7的外表面与外接部52的外表面形成完整的圆台面,以提高喇叭的外形美观性。
在本实施例中,为提高喇叭的出音品质,底板部51对应喇叭本体3的位置沿朝向喇叭本体3的方向凸设有导音锥53。且导音锥53的小端朝向喇叭本体3,导音锥53的轴线与喇叭本体3的轴线重合。导音锥53的设置,能够有效地改变声音的折射角度,使声音能够沿导音锥53的周向向四周辐射,减小声音因反射而造成的减弱,改善喇叭的高频音质,提高喇叭的出音效果。由于本实施例中,底板部51为圆形,导音锥53设置在底板部51的中心,以使导音锥53的轴线与喇叭本体3的轴线重合,以提高导音锥53对喇叭本体3出声的辐射效果。在本实施例中,导音锥53由底板部51沿其轴向方向向喇叭本体3的方向挤压加工形成,使导音锥53与底板部51一体成型,简化底板部51的结构,方便底板部51和导音锥53的加工。
在本实施例中,为提高底座5与壳体1的连接和定位准确性,底板部51的后端面垂直凸设有第一定位柱54,第一定位柱54上开设有定位槽,前支架21的内侧表面沿轴向凸设有第 二定位柱213,第二定位柱213伸入定位槽中,并与定位槽的槽底抵接,实现喇叭支架2与底座5之间的连接定位,从而实现底座5、喇叭支架2及壳体1的连接定位。
第一定位柱54内还开设有穿接孔,穿接孔贯穿底板部51的前端端面,且穿接孔位于定位槽的前侧,且两者之间通过直径较小的连接孔连通。第一定位柱54内开设有与连接孔适配的螺纹孔,螺栓等螺纹连接件通过穿接孔实现第一定位柱54和第二定位柱213之间的螺纹连接,进一步提高喇叭支架2与底座5的连接稳定性和可靠性,从而使喇叭各部分之间均可靠地连接在一起。
在本实施例中,第一定位柱54设置在底板部51靠近外侧的位置,以避免第一定位柱54的设置影响导音锥53的导音效果。在本实施例中,第一定位柱54沿底板部51的周向均匀间隔设置有六个,在其他实施例中,第一定位柱54的个数可以根据需求自行设置。
在本实施例中,底板部51的前端面设置有脚垫,以增大底板部51与外部结构之间的摩擦。脚垫为弧形结构,且其沿底板部51的周向间隔设置有多个。
本申请还提供了一种直播镜,包括支撑座、镜架、镜体和摄像装置。支撑座上设置有上述的喇叭,镜架设置在支撑座上,镜体与镜架连接,且摄像装置设置在镜体上。本实施例提供的直播镜,通过设置上述的喇叭,能够提高直播镜的出音效果。
Claims (14)
- 一种喇叭支架,被配置为安装喇叭本体(3),其中,所述喇叭支架包括:前支架(21),所述前支架(21)具有两端开口的前腔体(212),所述前支架(21)的后端开口形成用于安装所述喇叭本体(3)的安装口(214);后支架(22),其与所述前支架(21)分体设置,所述后支架(22)具有前端开口的后腔体(221),所述后支架(22)的前端与所述前支架(21)的后端端板(211)密封连接,所述后支架(22)覆盖所述安装口(214)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭支架,其中,所述后腔体(221)的最小横截面面积大于或等于所述安装口(214)的横截面面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭支架(2),其中,所述前支架(21)和/或所述后支架(22)均为前端大、后端小的空心圆台状结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭支架,其中,所述前支架(21)与所述后支架(22)螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的喇叭支架,其中,所述后支架(22)的前端边缘向外凸设有连接耳(222),所述后端端板(211)与所述连接耳(222)螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭支架,其中,所述后支架(22)的两端均开口,且所述后支架(22)的后端开口处密封连接有振动膜(4)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的喇叭支架,其中,所述后支架(22)的后端边缘向内延伸形成有安装凸台,所述振动膜(4)粘接在所述安装凸台(223)的后端面上。
- 一种喇叭,包括:喇叭本体(3),还包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的喇叭支架(2),所述喇叭本体(3)固定在所述安装口(21)处并部分伸入所述后腔体(221),且所述喇叭本体(3)封闭所述安装口(214)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的喇叭,其中,所述喇叭还包括:壳体(1),其具有前端开口的容纳腔(11),所述喇叭支架(2)位于所述容纳腔(11)内,且所述喇叭支架(2)与所述壳体(1)可拆卸连接;底座(5),连接在所述壳体(1)的前端开口处;喇叭网(7),设置在所述底座(5)的侧面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的喇叭,其中,所述底座(5)上设置有有导音锥(53),所述导音锥(53)的小端朝向所述喇叭本体(3),所述导音锥(53)的大端与所述底座(5)连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的喇叭,其中,所述导音锥(53)由所述底座(5)沿朝向所述喇叭本体(3)的方向挤压加工形成。
- 根据权利要求10所述的喇叭,其中,所述导音锥(53)的轴线与所述喇叭本体(3)的轴线重合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的喇叭,其中,所述底座(5)上开设有第一安装槽(511),所述壳体(1)的前端端面开设有第二安装槽(121),所述喇叭网(7)的前端插接至所述第一安装槽(511)中,所述喇叭网(7)的后端插接至所述第二安装槽(121)中。
- 一种直播镜,包括:支撑座,所述支撑座上设置有如权利要求1-13任一项所述的喇叭;镜架,所述镜架设置在所述支撑座上;镜体,所述镜体设置与所述镜架连接;和摄像装置,所述摄像装置设置在所述镜体上。
