Description

一种车锁固定装置 技术领域
本发明属于车锁技术领域,尤其涉及一种折叠锁固定装置。
背景技术
目前对于两轮车或三轮车为了防止被盗都需要另外配制车锁,为了车锁便于存放通常采用折叠锁来锁车,但是目前两轮车和三轮车上均没有一个较好的装置来存放折叠锁,当车锁开锁后没有一个较好的空间存放车锁,造成车锁易丢、减少车上存放空间等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种车锁的固定装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种车锁固定装置,包括支架体,所述支架体上具有支撑锁具的支撑部,在支架体上具有防止锁具脱落的夹紧件,夹紧件具有释放状态和夹持状态,还包括作用于夹紧件趋向于夹持状态的顶推件。
所述的顶推件为一扭力钢丝,该顶推件两端分别延伸至夹紧件的背面并作用于夹紧件背面,使其对夹紧件施加向内的作用力。
所述的夹紧件为两个,且分别与支架体活动连接。
夹紧件上具有限位部,并在支架体内设有供夹紧件限位部活动的凹槽,限位部延伸至支架体的凹槽内。
所述的夹紧件内侧壁上具有卡接部,当夹紧件夹紧锁具时卡接部作用于锁具外侧,限制锁具滑出。
所述的支撑部为上端开口的斗。
所述的支撑部底部为弧面结构。
在支架体上具有限制扭力钢丝位移的第一卡槽,在夹紧件的背面设有限制扭力钢丝转动的第二卡槽,扭力钢丝两端延伸至夹紧件的第二卡槽内。
所述的第二卡槽两侧设有凸出于夹紧件背面表面的凸筋,两侧凸筋形成第二卡槽。
本发明的有益效果:本发明固定装置能够较好的固定车锁,固定在车架上不占用空间,且本发明结构简单,顶推件采用扭力钢丝成本低,且由于支架体独特的安装扭力钢丝的结构能够快速安装扭力钢丝,维护方便、快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1-4所示的用于两轮车或三轮车的车锁固定装置,具体是一 种折叠锁的固定装置,该固定装置包括支架体1和一个或多个夹紧件2,其中,通过夹紧件2将折叠锁夹紧在夹紧件2与支架体1之间,所述支架体1上具有支撑锁具的支撑部3,在支架体1上具有防止锁具脱落的夹紧件2,夹紧件2具有释放状态和夹持状态,还包括作用于夹紧件2趋向于夹持状态的顶推件7。本实施例中支架体1上设有多处固定位,支架体1与车架5可通过绑带捆绑在一起,也可以通过紧固件固定在一起,本实施例中是在支架体1上设置有两处绑带槽4,支架体1通过绑带穿过绑带槽4与车架5固定。
所述的顶推件7为一扭力钢丝,该顶推件7两端分别延伸至夹紧件2的背面并作用于夹紧件2背面,使其对夹紧件2施加向内的作用力。扭力钢丝为一具有弹性的钢丝,该钢丝一部分设于支架体1上,两端折弯后延伸至夹紧件2背部,也就是夹紧件2的外侧。
所述的夹紧件2为两个,且分别与支架体1活动连接,本实施例中夹紧件2与支架体1通过销轴6活动连接,连接后夹紧件2可沿销轴6一定角度旋转。
为了固定装置在不固定车锁的时候不过于收紧,故而在夹紧件2上具有限位部21,并在支架体1内设有供夹紧件2限位部21活动的凹槽(图中因为被夹紧件遮挡住,因此图中未示出),限位部21延伸至支架体1的凹槽内,夹紧件2的限位部21配合支架体1的凹槽结构,使得夹紧件2只能沿销轴6一定角度旋转,这样在撑开夹紧件2的时候也更加轻松、快捷,便于用户使用。
为了防止由于车辆颠簸严重造成车锁脱落,将所述的夹紧件2内 侧壁上具有卡接部22,当夹紧件2夹紧锁具时卡接部22作用于锁具外侧,限制锁具滑出。卡接部22的设置能够进一步保证车锁不会滑出。
为了进一步防止车锁滑出,将所述的支撑部3设计为上端开口的斗,将支撑部3设计为上端开口的斗的结构,在放置车锁的时候车锁的一部分容纳至斗内,这样斗的边沿进一步可以限制车锁滑出,进一步起到保护作用。
所述的支撑部3底部为弧面结构,弧面结构的设计是配合车锁底部的面而设计的,这样在颠簸的时候车锁与支撑部3的接触面积较大,能够减小车锁的撞击力,从而使支撑部3的损伤较小,起到保护作用,延长产品的使用寿命。
在支架体1上具有限制扭力钢丝位移的第一卡槽11,在夹紧件2的背面设有限制扭力钢丝转动的第二卡槽23,扭力钢丝两端延伸至夹紧件2的第二卡槽23内。所述的第二卡槽23两侧设有凸出于夹紧件2背面表面的凸筋,两侧凸筋形成第二卡槽23。由于扭力钢丝是易损件,本实施例将扭力钢丝的第一卡槽11设置在支架体1的背面,在安装的时候支架体1的背面是直接与车架5接触的,扭力钢丝在安装的时候可直接从支架体1的背面按压即可,在拆除扭力钢丝的时候也只需要松开支架体1,将其移位,然后拿出扭力钢丝进行更换即可,后续维护方便、快捷。

  1. 一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:包括支架体,所述支架体上具有支撑锁具的支撑部,在支架体上具有防止锁具脱落的夹紧件,夹紧件具有释放状态和夹持状态,还包括作用于夹紧件趋向于夹持状态的顶推件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述的顶推件为一扭力钢丝,该顶推件两端分别延伸至夹紧件的背面并作用于夹紧件背面,使其对夹紧件施加向内的作用力。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述的夹紧件为两个,且分别与支架体活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:夹紧件上具有限位部,并在支架体内设有供夹紧件限位部活动的凹槽,限位部延伸至支架体的凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述的夹紧件内侧壁上具有卡接部,当夹紧件夹紧锁具时卡接部作用于锁具外侧,限制锁具滑出。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述的支撑部为上端开口的斗。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述的支撑部底部为弧面结构。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:在支架体上具有限制扭力钢丝位移的第一卡槽,在夹紧件的背面设有限制 扭力钢丝转动的第二卡槽,扭力钢丝两端延伸至夹紧件的第二卡槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种车锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述的第二卡槽两侧设有凸出于夹紧件背面表面的凸筋,两侧凸筋形成第二卡槽。
