背景技术
医院为了对收治的患者进行诊断和治疗,通常会在患者病床旁放置各种类型的医疗监护设备和治疗设备,即床旁医疗设备,这些床旁医疗设备比如有监护仪、输液泵、呼吸机、麻醉机等。
随着信息化技术的发展,床旁医疗设备的智能化程度也越来越高,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供了越来越便捷的服务,极大地方便了医护人员的使用。对于同一个患者而言,其所有床旁医疗设备的一些信息(比如患者的姓名、身高等信息)应该是一致的,这就需要医护人员在这些床旁医疗设备中重复输入这些信息,从而降低了临床的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明主要提供一种医疗设备配对系统和方法,以解决现有技术中需要在各床旁医疗设备中重复输入多种信息而使临床工作效率降低的问题。
根据第一方面,一种实施例中提供一种医疗设备配对系统,包括处于同一网络中的至少两台类型不同的医疗设备,每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者;
第一医疗设备用于监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息中包括配对标识,当监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,与该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备进行关联;
所述第一医疗设备为所述至少两台类型不同的医疗设备中的任意一台。
根据第二方面,一种实施例中提供一种医疗设备配对系统,包括处于同一网络中的中央监护站和至少两台类型不同的医疗设备,每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者;
所述医疗设备与中央监护站连接,用于获取配对标识和监测患者数据,并将所述配对标识和所述患者数据发送给中央监护站;
所述中央监护站用于根据所述配对标识,将相同配对标识对应的患者数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
根据第三方面,一种实施例中提供一种医疗设备配对方法,包括:
监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息中包括配对标识;
当监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,与配对医疗设备进行关联,所述配对医疗设备为该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备。
依据上述实施例的医疗设备配对系统和方法,由于拥有相同配对标识的医疗设备可以关联起来,使得这些医疗设备之间能够分享数据,从而不用在这些医疗设备中重复输入相同的信息,提高了临床的工作效率。

随着信息化技术的不断提高,监护仪、输液泵、呼吸机、麻醉机等床旁医疗设备的智能化程度也越来越高,如何让这些医疗设备互相连接起来,分享数据,提高临床的工作效率,也变得越来越关键。例如,对于同一个患者,其使用的所有医疗设备的患者姓名、身高、体重等信息应该是同步的;但目前的做法是,所有医疗设备都分别和信息系统连接,而各医疗设备之间没法共享数据,需要医护人员在各医疗设备中重复输入这些信息;各医疗设备获得的数据最终也只能在信息系统中进行融合,无法即时在床旁呈现。再比如,监护仪检测的患者血压的变化应该和升压药或者降压药(可以由输液泵提供)的使用有某种关系,这种关系是否符合用药的预期,医护人员需要非常容易的获得,而现有技术无法满足这种需求。
基于此,提出本发明的方案。在本发明实施例中,多台医疗设备处于同一网络中,将拥有相同配对标识的医疗设备进行关联,分享数据;拥有相同配对标识的医疗设备可以被标示为应用于同一患者,可以将这些医疗设备的数据融合起来,得到同一患者的数据。
请参考图1,图1为本发明实施例提供的一种医疗设备配对系统的结构示意图,该系统包括处于同一网络中的至少两台类型不同的医疗设备(医疗设备M1~Mn,n为大于等于2的整数),每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者,比如,医疗设备M1为床旁监护仪,其提供监测功能,医疗设备M2为输注泵,其提供治疗功能;对于其中的任意一台医疗设备,其用于监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第一请求消息,该第一请求消息中包括配对标识,当监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,与该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备进行关联。比如,对于配对标识为P的医疗设备M1,其监听网络中其它医疗设备M2~Mn广播的第一请求消息,若监听到M2和M3的第一请求消息中包含的配对标识也为P,则M1会与M2和M3进行关联,建立配对关系,这时,M1、M2和M3之间便可以分享数据。其中 的配对标识可以是床号或者患者标识,当医疗设备间拥有相同配对标识时,可以认为这些医疗设备应用于同一个患者,这样,同一个患者对应的一组医疗设备关联在一起,实现互相通讯,分享数据,信息不用在多个医疗设备中重复输入,单个医疗设备可以拥有该患者的全部数据。
在一具体实施例中,该医疗设备配对系统还包括中央监护站,该中央监护站分别与各医疗设备连接,用于获取相关联的医疗设备的数据,并对这些数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。例如,中央监护站通过网络与各医疗设备连接,其中的医疗设备M1、M2和M3相互关联(即M1、M2和M3拥有相同的配对标识),中央监护站获取到M1的数据包括患者的姓名Name、性别S、年龄Y等身份信息和第一监测数据D1,获取到M2的数据包括患者的姓名Name、性别S、年龄Y等身份信息和第二监测数据D2,获取到M3的数据包括第三监测数据D3;此时,中央监护站对这些数据进行融合,将这些数据汇聚在一起,得到融合数据,该融合数据包括如上所述的Name、S和Y等患者身份信息以及监测数据D1、D2和D3;其中的配对标识可以是床号或患者标识,比如配对标识为“1号床”,则M1、M2和M3的数据均为1号床患者的数据,也就是同一患者的数据,这样,中央监护站融合得到的数据便为同一患者的身份信息及其所有的监测数据。
实际应用中,可以由该中央监护站为各医疗设备配置床号。
在另一具体实施例中,该医疗设备配对系统还包括网关设备,与上述的中央监护站相同,可以由该网关设备对相关联的医疗设备的数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。在得到同一患者的融合数据之后,网关设备可以将该融合数据发送给医院信息管理系统(如医院电子病历)进行存储。其中的网关设备可以是路由器、交换机等进行网络互连的硬件设备,也可以是进行网络互连的软件协议,如迈瑞的eGateway。
基于上述的医疗设备配对系统,本发明实施例还提供一种医疗设备配对方法,其流程图可参见图2,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101:监听第一请求消息。
处于同一网络中的至少两台类型不同的医疗设备,每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者,对于其中的任意一台医疗设备(为了便于描述,这里可称为第一医疗设备),其监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第一请求消息,该第一请求消息中包括配对 标识,该配对标识可以是患者标识,也可以是病床的床号,当医疗设备间拥有相同配对标识时,可以认为这些医疗设备应用于同一个患者。
步骤102:判断是否拥有相同的配对标识。
第一医疗设备监听到网络中其它医疗设备广播的第一请求消息时,判断该第一请求消息中的配对标识是否与其自身的配对标识相同。当监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,执行步骤103,否则继续监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的第一请求消息。
步骤103:与配对医疗设备进行关联。
当第一医疗设备监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,与配对医疗设备进行关联,该配对医疗设备为与第一医疗设备拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息对应的医疗设备。这时,第一医疗设备和配对医疗设备之间便建立了关联关系,可以相互通讯,分享数据;这样,患者的身份信息等数据便不用在这些医疗设备中重复输入,从而提高了临床的工作效率。
例如,医疗设备M2和M3分别向网络中广播第一请求消息,其中,M2广播的第一请求消息中包括床号“1号床”,M3广播的第一请求消息中包括床号“2号床”,网络中的医疗设备M1拥有的配对标识为“1号床”,这时,M1监听到M2广播的第一请求消息中拥有与其相同的配对标识,然后响应于M2广播的该第一请求消息,与M2进行关联,进而进行相互通讯,分享数据。
第一医疗设备在与配对医疗设备建立关联关系之后,还可执行如下的步骤104:
步骤104:数据融合。
第一医疗设备融合其自身以及与其相关联的医疗设备的数据,得到同一患者的融合数据。
例如,第一医疗设备M1和配对医疗设备M2、M3进行关联,其中,M1得到的数据包括:患者姓名Name、性别S、年龄Y、第一监测数据D1;M2得到的数据包括:患者姓名Name、性别S、年龄Y、第二监测数据D2;M3得到的数据包括:第三监测数据D3。这时,可以由M1对这些数据进行融合,得到融合数据包括:患者姓名Name、性别S、年龄Y、第一监测数据D1、第二监测数据D2和第三监测数据D3。这样,通过数据融合便可得到同一患者的数据。
本发明实施例提供的医疗设备配对系统和方法,由于网络中拥有相同配对标识的医疗设备可以关联起来,使得这些医疗设备之间能够互相通讯,分享数据,从而不用在这些医疗设备中重复输入相同的信息,提高了临床的工作效率。进一步的,第一医疗设备可将相关联的医疗设备的数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据,使得同一患者的最终数据能够在床旁即时呈现。
为患者提供治疗和/或生理数据监测的床旁医疗设备可以有监护仪、输液泵、呼吸机、麻醉机等,可以将其中的至少两台医疗设备配置到同一网络中,构建上述的医疗设备配对系统。下面以系统中的一台医疗设备是监护仪为例来对本发明的方案做进一步的举例说明。
实施例1:
本实施例将医疗设备的床号作为配对标识,以1号床和2号床的床旁医疗设备为例构建医疗设备配对系统,该系统的结构示意图可参见图3。如图3所示,第一监护仪11、第一输注泵12和第一呼吸机13为1号床的床旁医疗设备,这些医疗设备的配对标识可设置为“1号”,代表1号床;第二监护仪21、第二输注泵22和第二呼吸机23为2号床的床旁医疗设备,这些医疗设备的配对标识可设置为“2号”,代表2号床;这些医疗设备处于同一网络中。该系统中还包括中央监护站30,该中央监护站30分别与第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21通过网络连接,可以获取第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21中的数据。
基于图3所示的医疗设备配对系统,图4示出了一种医疗设备配对方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤201:第一呼吸机广播第一请求消息。
1号床的第一呼吸机13向网络中广播用于配对的第一请求消息,该第一请求消息中包括配对标识“1号”,通过该第一请求消息请求网络中其它拥有配对标识“1号”的医疗设备进行应答。
步骤202:第一监护仪将自身的设备信息发送给第一呼吸机。
1号床的第一监护仪11监听到第一呼吸机13广播的第一请求消息时,判断出该第一请求消息与其拥有相同的配对标识“1号”,则将自身的设备信息发送给第一呼吸机13,其中的设备信息可以包括IP(Internet Protocol,互联网协议)地址和/或设备标识等。此时,对于2号床的第二监护仪21、第二输注泵22和第二呼吸机23,其配对标识为“2号”, 与第一请求消息中的配对标识不同,因而不会应答该第一请求消息。
步骤203:第一呼吸机向第一监护仪请求建立关联关系。
第一呼吸机13接收到第一监护仪11发送的第一监护仪11的设备信息时,根据该设备信息生成用于建立关联关系的消息,并将该消息发送给第一监护仪11,向第一监护仪11请求建立关联关系,也即请求建立配对关系。
步骤204:第一监护仪与第一呼吸机进行关联。
第一监护仪11接收到第一呼吸机13返回的用于建立关联关系的消息时,应答该消息,同意与第一呼吸机13建立关联关系,与第一呼吸机13进行关联,这样,便建立起了第一监护仪11与第一呼吸机13之间的配对关系。此时,第一监护仪11与第一呼吸机13之间可进行通讯,分享数据。
对于第一输注泵12,也可采用与第一呼吸机13同样的方法与第一监护仪11建立配对关系,分享数据。
在第一监护仪11与第一呼吸机13、第一输注泵12建立关联关系之后,还可执行如下的步骤205~步骤207:
步骤205:第一监护仪进行数据融合。
第一监护仪11与第一呼吸机13、第一输注泵12建立关联关系之后,融合其自身以及第一呼吸机13和第一输注泵12的数据,得到1号床患者的融合数据。
比如,第一监护仪11、第一输注泵12和第一呼吸机13各自对应的数据分别如表1、2和3所示:

如表4所示,相当于第一输注泵12和第一呼吸机13将各自的数据发送给第一监护仪11,由第一监护仪11对这些数据及其自身的数据进行汇聚,从而得到1号床患者所有床旁医疗设备的数据。需要说明的是,这里仅是举例说明,并不用于限定本发明。
步骤206:第一监护仪将融合数据发送给中央监护站。
第一监护仪11对其相关联的医疗设备进行数据融合,得到融合数据之后,将该融合数据发送给中央监护站30。
步骤207:中央监护站显示融合数据。
中央监护站30接收到第一监护仪11发送的融合数据之后,在其显示界面上显示该融合数据。具体的,中央监护站30可在其显示界面的同一区域内显示1号床患者的融合数据,即将同一患者的融合数据显示在同一区域内。
上面以1号床的床旁医疗设备的配对过程为例进行说明,对于系统中2号床的第二监护仪21、第二输注泵22和第二呼吸机23,也可采用同样的方法建立相互之间的配对关系。
在实际应用中,中央监护站30也可以分别与第一监护仪11、第一输注泵12、第一呼吸机13、第二监护仪21、第二输注泵22和第二呼吸机23连接,各医疗设备获取配对标识(如患者标识)并监测患者数据,然后将这些配对标识和对应的监测数据发送给中央监护站30,中央监护站30根据该配对标识,将相同配对标识对应的患者数据汇聚在一起,得到同一患者的融合数据。
本实施例提供的医疗设备配对系统和方法,可以应用于每个病床旁配置了全套医疗设备的重症病房场景,除非医疗设备故障,一般不需要在不同病床之间交换医疗设备,所有医疗设备的配对关系基本上是固定的。在使用时,所有的床旁医疗设备都将定期发送一个设备识别包(即第一请求消息)到网络,该设备识别包中包含了该医疗设备的床号信息, 监护仪会监听相同网络内的其它医疗设备的设备识别包,一旦检测到同床号的其它医疗设备存在,则会主动连接该医疗设备,从而把多个医疗设备关联起来。也就是说,在使用时,只需要将监护仪、输注泵、呼吸机等床旁医疗设备都正确设置床号,监护仪将自动汇聚该床的各医疗设备的数据,也就是1号床的呼吸机和输注泵将自动和1号床的监护仪相连,同步1号床的患者信息(如姓名、年龄、性别等信息)设置,并将实时的报警信号、实时监测的数据和自身状态等数据发送给1号床的监护仪,由1号床的监护仪自动汇聚这些数据。对于中央监护站来说,只要和1号床的监护仪相连,即可获取1号床的所有床旁医疗设备的数据。
根据本实施例提供的医疗设备配对系统和方法,如果2号床的呼吸机出现了故障,这时只需要临时替换一台备用的呼吸机,然后将该呼吸机的床号更改为2号床的床号即可,床旁医疗设备的更换非常方便。
本实施例以床号作为配对标识来举例说明,实际应用中也可以将患者标识作为配对标识,还可以是其他任意自定义的字符或字符串。
实施例2:
本实施例提供另一种医疗设备配对系统,其结构示意图参见图5,该系统包括处于同一网络中的中央监护站30和n(n为大于等于2的整数)台类型不同的医疗设备M1~Mn,每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者;各医疗设备与中央监护站30通过网络连接,用于获取配对标识和监测患者数据,并将获取到的配对标识和患者数据发送给中央监护站30;中央监护站30用于根据该配对标识,将相同配对标识对应的患者数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
例如,医疗设备M1、M2和M3通过网络分别与中央监护站30连接,M1获取的配对标识为a1,监测的患者数据为D1;M2获取的配对标识为a2,监测的患者数据为D2;M3获取的配对标识为a1,监测的患者数据为D3。M1、M2和M3分别将各自获取的配对标识和监测的患者数据发送给中央监护站30,中央监护站30根据这些配对标识,将a1对应的监测数据D1和D3汇聚在一起,将a2对应的监测数据D2汇聚在一起,实现患者数据的融合。其中的配对标识可以是患者标识、床号等标识信息,可用于标示和区分患者,如果配对标识相同,则表示是同一个患者。这样,中央监护站30将a1对应的监测数据D1和D3汇聚在一起,便可得到患者a1的融合数据D1和D3;将a2对应的监测数据D2 汇聚在一起,便可得到患者a2的融合数据D2。
中央监护站30在得到同一患者的融合数据之后,还用于在其显示界面的同一区域显示同一患者的融合数据。
图5提供的医疗设备配对系统可以应用于一些进行间隔测量或使用诊断类医疗设备进行诊断的场景。例如,使用遥测监护仪对患者进行监护,监护的内容可包括心电监测、血氧监测等,每隔一定的时间(如每隔两小时),医护人员会使用一个点测监护仪给患者测量一次血压。对于这种应用场景,可以使用本实施例提供的医疗设备配对系统和方法。下面以该应用场景为例,对本发明的方案做进一步的举例说明。
在一具体实施例中,将患者标识作为配对标识,提供如图6所示的医疗设备配对系统,该系统包括处于同一网络中的第一遥测监护仪01、第二遥测监护仪02、点测监护仪03和中央监护站30,第一遥测监护仪01、第二遥测监护仪02和点测监护仪03通过网络与中央监护站30连接。其中的点测监护仪03上连接有读卡器04,可以使用该读卡器04读取患者的患者标识。实际应用中,也可以使用扫描枪等信息读取设备替代读卡器04,或者,也可以在点测监护仪03上设置信息录入装置,由用户通过该信息录入装置输入患者标识。第一遥测监护仪01用来监护患者A,第二遥测监护仪02用来监护患者B,可配置第一遥测监护仪01的患者标识为001,配置第二遥测监护仪02的患者标识为002。
基于图6所示的医疗设备配对系统,图7示出了一种医疗设备配对方法的流程图,如图7所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤301:遥测监护仪发送监护数据给中央监护站。
第一遥测监护仪01和第二遥测监护仪02分别对患者A和患者B进行实时的生命体征监测,将监测的生命体征数据和报警信息等患者数据以及对应的患者标识发送给中央监护站30。
步骤302:点测监护仪获取患者标识。
医护人员在使用点测监护仪03对患者进行测量时,先通过读卡器04读取待测量患者的患者标识。例如,医护人员使用点测监护仪03测量患者A的血压时,先通过读卡器04读取患者A的身份识别卡,获得患者A的患者标识“001”。
步骤303:点测监护仪测量患者血压值。
点测监护仪03获取到患者A的患者标识“001”之后,医护人员使 用点测监护仪03测量患者A的血压值。
步骤304:发送患者标识和血压值给中央监护站。
点测监护仪03获取到患者A的患者标识“001”和患者A的血压值之后,将“001”和该血压值一起发送给中央监护站30。
步骤305:中央监护站对数据进行融合。
中央监护站30接收到第一遥测监护仪01、第二遥测监护仪02和点测监护仪03发送的相关数据之后,根据患者标识对这些数据进行融合。具体的,中央监护站30根据患者标识,将患者标识“001”对应的数据(即第一遥测监护仪01的监护数据和点测监护仪03测量的血压值)汇聚在一起,得到患者A的融合数据;同时,将患者标识“002”对应的数据(即第二遥测监护仪02的监护数据)汇聚在一起,得到患者B的融合数据。
步骤306:显示融合数据。
中央监护站30对数据进行融合之后,在其显示界面上将融合数据显示出来。具体的,中央监护站30在其显示界面的同一区域内显示同一患者的融合数据。例如,对于患者A的融合数据,包括第一遥测监护仪01监测的心率波形、实时心率60bpm和血氧饱和度98%以及点测监护仪03测量的血压值120/80(93)mmHg,中央监护站30可以在其显示界面的同一区域内显示这些数据,其一种显示效果可参见图8。
根据本发明实施例提供的医疗设备配对系统和方法,对于在使用监护仪对患者进行实时监护的过程中需要使用其他医疗设备对患者进行间隔测量的场景,医护人员只要在进行间隔测量的医疗设备中输入相应患者的患者标识,或使用该医疗设备的读卡器、扫描枪等信息读取设备读取患者的患者标识,然后测量患者数据,中央监护站便可以根据患者标识将相同患者标识对应的患者数据汇聚在一起,得到同一患者的融合数据,并将该融合数据合并显示在同一区段中,能够通过配对标识将应用于同一患者的医疗设备配对起来,方便地获取到同一患者的数据。此外,对于一些医疗设备和患者病床的关系不固定的情况,比如患者要携带呼吸机转床(同时会更换床旁监护仪)的场景,也可以使用本发明实施例提供的方法实现医疗设备的配对和同一患者所有数据的获取与显示。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的医疗设备配对方法可以应用于移动(或增加)一台 医疗设备到患者病床旁的场景。床旁监护仪实时监测对应病床患者的生理数据,呼吸机、麻醉机、输注泵等医疗设备可以配置有用于配对的菜单项和/或按键,当该菜单项被选定或该按键被触发时,该医疗设备可向网络发起配对请求。当医护人员移动一台这类医疗设备到某个患者身旁时,通过操作该菜单项或按键发起配对,这时,网络内的监护仪如果还没有相应的正在工作中的配对医疗设备,则会响应该配对请求,在监护仪的界面中给出提示,医护人员选择正确的配对监护仪,响应这个配对请求,即可完成该医疗设备与监护仪的配对操作。
具体的,该医疗设备配对方法的流程可参见图9,以系统中包括两台监护仪(1号床旁的第一监护仪11和2号床旁的第二监护仪21)且移动一台呼吸机到1号床旁为例,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤401:呼吸机判断是否检测到配对操作。
医护人员移动一台呼吸机到1号床旁时,可以通过选定呼吸机上用于配对的菜单项或触发呼吸机上用于配对的按键来发起配对请求。呼吸机检测用户是否进行配对操作,当检测到用户触发该按键或选定该菜单项时,执行步骤402,否则继续检测用户的配对操作。
步骤402:呼吸机广播第二请求消息。
呼吸机检测到用户的配对操作时,向网络中广播用于配对的第二请求消息,该第二请求消息中包括呼吸机的设备标识(比如序列号和/或设备名称等)。
步骤403:监护仪显示第二请求消息。
与呼吸机处于同一网络中的第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21监听到呼吸机广播的第二请求消息时,根据该第二请求消息中的设备标识判断是否已配对该设备标识代表的医疗设备,即根据该设备标识判断是否已配对有呼吸机,当判断出未配对呼吸机时,在其显示界面上显示该第二请求消息,以提示用户有未配对的处理请求,实际应用中也可以是在显示界面上显示其他的用于提示用户有未配对的处理请求的信息。例如,第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21都未配对有正在工作的呼吸机,这时,第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21均在其显示界面上显示呼吸机广播的第二请求消息。
步骤404:监护仪判断是否检测到确认配对的操作。
第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21分别检测用户是否进行了确认配对 的操作。具体的,用户可在需要进行呼吸机配对的监护仪上进行确认配对的操作,第一监护仪11和第二监护仪21分别判断是否接收到用于确认配对该第二请求消息对应的呼吸机的操作指令,若检测到了该操作指令,则与该呼吸机进行关联(即执行步骤405~步骤406),否则继续检测。
在本实施例中,医护人员需要移动一台呼吸机到1号床旁,该呼吸机将与第一监护仪11进行配对,这时,医护人员可以在第一监护仪11上进行确认配对的操作,第一监护仪11检测到该操作时与该呼吸机进行关联(即执行步骤405~步骤406)。
步骤405:监护仪发送设备信息给呼吸机。
第一监护仪11接收到用于确认配对该第二请求消息对应的呼吸机的操作指令时,将自身的设备信息(比如设备标识和/或IP地址等信息)发送给该呼吸机。
步骤406:呼吸机根据设备信息与监护仪配对。
呼吸机收到第一监护仪11发送的设备信息后,根据当前的网络状况,选择合适的联网方式(如蓝牙、Wifi等方式),根据该设备信息与第一监护仪11建立关联关系,实现第一监护仪11与呼吸机的配对。
步骤407:呼吸机广播配对完成的消息。
呼吸机与第一监护仪11关联之后,向网络内广播配对完成的消息。
步骤408:其他监护仪取消显示第二请求消息。
其他监护仪(本实施例中为第二监护仪21)监测到该配对完成的消息后,不再显示第二请求消息或者是其他的用于提示用户有未配对的处理请求的信息。
步骤409:第一监护仪进行数据的融合。
呼吸机与第一监护仪11关联之后,第一监护仪11将自身的数据(比如可以包括患者A的姓名、年龄、体重等基本信息以及监测的生命体征数据等)和呼吸机的数据(比如呼吸频率、通气量等信息)进行汇聚,得到患者A的融合数据。
与实施例1类同,中央监护站只要和第一监护仪11连接,即可获得应用于患者A的所有床旁医疗设备的数据。第一监护仪11可以将获得的患者A的融合数据发送给中央监护站,中央监护站会在其显示界面的同一区域内显示患者A的融合数据。
上面以移动一台呼吸机到1号床旁为例来进行说明,但并不用于限定本发明,实际应用中,也可以是同时移动呼吸机、麻醉机、输注泵等设备到某一患者的病床旁,只要分别在这些设备上发起配对操作,即可完成与该患者的床旁监护仪的配对。
本实施例提供的医疗设备配对的方法,通过为医疗设备配置发起配对请求的功能,可以方便地在患者床旁添加所需的医疗设备,并实现了该医疗设备与床旁监护仪的配对,使得监护仪和与其相关联的医疗设备间能够进行数据的分享。
在上述的各实施例中,对于系统中的任意一台医疗设备,当检测到用于取消配对的指令时,解除与其它医疗设备间已经建立的关联关系。取消配对的方式可以有多种,比如可以在医疗设备中设置取消配对的功能键,由医护人员根据需要手动取消;再比如,医疗设备进行重新配对时可以自动取消之前的关联关系;又比如,当患者解除(如患者出院、转科室等)时可以自动取消。
本文参照了各种示范实施例进行说明。然而,本领域的技术人员将认识到,在不脱离本文范围的情况下,可以对示范性实施例做出改变和修正。例如,各种操作步骤以及用于执行操作步骤的组件,可以根据特定的应用或考虑与系统的操作相关联的任何数量的成本函数以不同的方式实现(例如一个或多个步骤可以被删除、修改或结合到其他步骤中)。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种医疗设备配对系统,其特征在于,包括处于同一网络中的至少两台类型不同的医疗设备,每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者;
    第一医疗设备用于监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息中包括配对标识,当监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,与该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备进行关联;
    所述第一医疗设备为所述至少两台类型不同的医疗设备中的任意一台。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一医疗设备具体用于在监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,将自身的设备信息发送给该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备,接收到该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备根据所述设备信息返回的用于建立关联关系的消息时,与该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备进行关联。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一医疗设备还用于监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息中包括设备标识,在监听到未配对所述设备标识对应的医疗设备时,在其显示界面上显示该第二请求消息,当接收到用于确认配对该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备的操作指令时,与该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备之间进行关联。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一医疗设备具体用于在接收到用于确认配对该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备的操作指令时,将自身的设备信息发送给该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备,以与该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备进行关联;关联后,该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备向网络内广播配对完成的消息。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,网络中其它医疗设备配置有用于配对的菜单项和/或按键,当所述菜单项被选定或所述按键被触发时,所述网络中其它医疗设备向网络中广播用于配对的第二请求消息。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一医疗设备还用于融合其自身以及与其相关联的医疗设备的数据。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括与所述 第一医疗设备连接的中央监护站,所述第一医疗设备还用于将融合后的数据发送给所述中央监护站进行显示。
  8. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括中央监护站;所述中央监护站分别与各医疗设备连接,用于获取相关联的医疗设备的数据,并对这些数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述中央监护站还用于在同一区域显示同一患者的融合数据。
  10. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括网关设备,所述网关设备分别与各医疗设备连接,用于将相关联的医疗设备的数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述网关设备还用于将所述融合数据发送给医院信息管理系统进行存储。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述配对标识为床号或患者标识。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,所述配对标识为床号,所述系统还包括中央监护站;所述中央监护站分别与各医疗设备连接,用于为医疗设备配置床号。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,所述配对标识为患者标识,所述系统还包括中央监护站;所述中央监护站分别与各医疗设备连接,用于获取各医疗设备发送的患者标识和对应的监测数据,并将相同患者标识对应的监测数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,各医疗设备还用于通过读卡器读取患者的患者标识或接收用户输入的患者标识。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述医疗设备还用于在检测到用于取消配对的指令时,解除与其它医疗设备间已经建立的关联关系。
  17. 一种医疗设备配对系统,其特征在于,包括处于同一网络中的中央监护站和至少两台类型不同的医疗设备,每台医疗设备被配置成提供治疗或患者监测功能中的至少一者;
    所述医疗设备与中央监护站连接,用于获取配对标识和监测患者数据,并将所述配对标识和所述患者数据发送给中央监护站;
    所述中央监护站用于根据所述配对标识,将相同配对标识对应的患 者数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的医疗设备配对系统,其特征在于,所述中央监护站还用于在其显示界面的同一区域显示同一患者的融合数据。
  19. 一种医疗设备配对方法,其特征在于,包括:
    监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息中包括配对标识;
    当监听到与其拥有相同配对标识的第一请求消息时,与配对医疗设备进行关联,所述配对医疗设备为该第一请求消息对应的医疗设备。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与配对医疗设备进行关联包括:
    将自身的设备信息发送给配对医疗设备,使所述配对医疗设备根据所述设备信息生成用于建立关联关系的消息;
    接收所述配对医疗设备返回的用于建立关联关系的消息时,与所述配对医疗设备进行关联。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    监听网络中其它医疗设备广播的用于配对的第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息中包括设备标识;
    判断所述设备标识对应的医疗设备类型是否为未与其配对的设备类型;
    若所述设备标识对应的医疗设备类型为未与其配对的设备类型,则在其显示界面上显示该设备标识对应的第二请求消息;
    当接收到用于确认配对该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备的操作指令时,与该第二请求消息对应的医疗设备进行关联。
  22. 如权利要求19至21中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    融合其自身以及与其相关联的医疗设备的数据,得到同一患者的融合数据。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将得到的融合数据发送给中央监护站,使中央监护站在显示界面的同一区域显示同一患者的融合数据。
  24. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配对标识为床号或患者标识。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配对标识为患者标识,所述方法还包括:
    获取患者标识并监测患者数据;
    将所述患者标识和所述患者数据发送给中央监护站,使中央监护站根据所述患者标识将相同患者标识对应的患者数据进行融合,得到同一患者的融合数据。
  26. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当检测到用于取消配对的指令时,解除与其它医疗设备间已经建立的关联关系。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括程序,所述程序能够被处理器执行以实现如权利要求19至26中任一项所述的方法。
