Abstract

В отличие от известных шаровых кранов предлагаемый шаровой кран-клапан является арматурой полу оборотного действия с отдельной фазой изменения проходного сечения бесконтактным поворотом запорного органа и фазой уплотнения зазора параллельным микросдвигом запорного органа ортогонально к плоскости седла. Такой «вентильный» контакт допускает использование увеличенных до 11 раз нормативных предельных контактных напряжений и дает известные преимущества свойственные вентилю перед шаровым краном, без недостатков свойственных вентилю. А именно повышенные значения порога рабочих давлений и температур, ресурса, надежности и безопасности при полном проходе и минимальном коэффициенте сопротивления потоку. Механизм конструктивно прост, технологически преемственен и имеет существенно меньший пиковый момент управления и мощность привода за счет отсутствия трения скольжения по седлу и встроенного эксцентрикового усилителя (1 н.з.п. 4 з.п. 21 илл.).
