Description

Flexible container
The present invention relates to a flexible container.
Flexible containers are often used to store and transport various contents such as powders, grains, and vegetables. There are various types of flexible containers, and one of them is a type in which a filling port for contents is formed in the upper part and a discharge port is formed in the lower part (Patent Documents 1 to 3). reference). This type of flexible container is hung when opened and the contents are removed from the lower outlet.
The flexible container of Patent Documents 1 to 3 has a double structure, and includes an inner bag filled with the contents and an outer bag containing the inner bag. A lower opening is formed on the bottom surface of the outer bag, and the lower opening is covered with a flower crown-shaped lid continuous with the edge defining the lower opening on the bottom surface except when the bag is opened. The flower crown-shaped lid is referred to as "lower outer lid" (16) in Patent Document 1, "lid holding piece" (16a to 16d) in Patent Document 2, and "Kikuwari" in Patent Document 3. It is called the "part" (18). The corolla-shaped lid consists of parts corresponding to multiple petals, and by tying a string passed through the center of these parts, it is as if these parts form a corolla in the same plane as the bottom part. Arranged radially, this closes the lower opening. On the other hand, at the time of opening, by untying this string, the part corresponding to the petals hangs down and the lower opening opens. Then, the contents are taken out through the discharge port portion corresponding to the lower part of the inner bag pulled out from the lower opening.

In the flexible container as described above, for example, when the bag is opened, the string fixing the flower crown-shaped lid is released, the lid is opened, the discharge port of the inner bag is pulled out, and the tip of the discharge port is heat-sealed. It is necessary to cut the part where it is and untie the string that binds the outlet. However, such an opening operation is not always easy for the operator, and tends to be a burden in terms of time. Therefore, a flexible container that is easy to handle and has good workability has been desired.
An object of the present invention is to provide a flexible container capable of improving workability.
The flexible container according to one aspect of the present invention is a flexible container for accommodating the contents and taking out the contained contents by penetrating the bag breaking tool from the outside, and includes an outer bag and an inner bag. To be equipped. The outer bag has a bottom surface portion. The inner bag is housed in the outer bag, and the contents are filled inside. The outer bag has a marking portion on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion. The sign portion indicates a position through which the bag breaking tool is penetrated.
In the flexible container according to the one side surface, the sign portion may have a pattern displayed on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion.
In the flexible container according to the one side surface, the marking portion may be a notch hole formed by partially cutting out the bottom surface portion.
According to the above configuration, since the bag breaking tool does not come into contact with the outer bag, the burden on the bag breaking tool can be reduced. Further, according to this configuration, fragments of the outer bag are less likely to be generated when the bag is opened. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the possibility that debris from the outer bag is mixed as a foreign substance in the contents taken out from the flexible container. As a result, the workability of the work of handling the flexible container is improved.
The flexible container according to the one side surface may further include a hanging suppressing means configured to prevent the inner bag from hanging from the notch hole.
In the flexible container according to the one side surface, the sagging suppressing means may include a covering member covering at least a part of the notch hole.
In the flexible container according to the one side surface, the covering member may include a sheet-like member installed between the bottom surface portion and the inner bag.
In the flexible container according to the one side surface, the outer bag and the inner bag may be fixed to each other at least in a part.
In the flexible container according to the one side surface, the inner bag may be filled with water-absorbent resin particles as the contents.
According to the present invention, the flexible container can be easily and surely broken by aligning the bag-breaking tool with respect to the marking portion provided on the bottom surface of the flexible container and penetrating the marking portion of the flexible container. The bag opening work is shortened and workability is improved.

Hereinafter, the flexible container according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a side view of a flexible container (hereinafter, may be simply referred to as a container) 1 according to the present embodiment. In the following, for convenience of explanation, the vertical direction of FIG. 1 is referred to as "up and down", and the explanation will be given based on this.
<1. Overall configuration of flexible container>
The flexible container 1 is a container for accommodating the contents, and is used for storing and transporting the contents. As the name implies, the flexible container 1 is made of a flexible material. Therefore, the container 1 expands three-dimensionally when the contents are filled, but can be folded flat when the container 1 is empty.
The type of contents to be filled in the container 1 is not particularly limited, and is typically granules, grains, vegetables, or the like. The contents may be those whose properties are easily affected by the moisture in the air, and among them, water-absorbent resin particles are particularly preferable.
The flexible container 1 has a double structure, and includes an outer bag 2 and an inner bag 3 housed in the outer bag 2. The contents are filled inside the inner bag 3. The outer bag 2 is mainly made of a material using a cloth having high strength. The outer bag 2 has a main body portion 20 that covers most of the inner bag 3, and the main body portion 20 has an upper surface portion 21, a bottom surface portion 22, and a side surface portion 23. In the present embodiment, the upper surface portion 21 and the bottom surface portion 22 have a square shape. That is, the main body portion 20 of the outer bag 2 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the side surface portion 23 includes four rectangular side surfaces. A pocket 23a made of a transparent material into which a label or the like is inserted is attached to the side surface portion 23. An opening (hereinafter referred to as an upper opening) 21a is formed in the center of the upper surface portion 21. Further, the outer bag 2 has a marking portion 22a on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 22 thereof, and in the present embodiment, a notch hole is adopted as the marking portion 22a. Hereinafter, the notch hole is designated by the same reference numeral as the marking portion and is referred to as the notch hole 22a. The detailed configuration of the notch hole 22a will be described later.
The inner bag 3 is mainly made of a material such as a resin film, has a bottom surface portion 32 and a side surface portion 33, and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open upper portion (see FIG. 2). The upper portion of the inner bag 3 extends upward from the upper surface portion 21 through the upper opening 21a, and forms a filling port portion 31 for the contents. The contents are filled in the inner bag 3 via the filling port 31. That is, the filling port portion 31 forms an input path R1 for filling the inner bag 3 with the contents.
The total length of the inner bag 3 in the vertical direction is longer than the total length of the outer bag 2 in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3 has a rectangular shape, and the extension portion 32a extends toward the outside of the inner bag 3 from the two opposite sides of the bottom surface portion 32. .. The extended end portion 32a may be fixed by a fixing means such as sewing while being sandwiched between the bottom surface portion 22 and the side surface portion 23 of the outer bag 2. That is, the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 may be fixed to each other at least in part. The outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 are fixed (in particular, the bottom surface 32 and / or the side surface 33 near the bottom surface 32 of the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 are fixed), so that the inner bag 3 is fixed. The sagging from the notch hole 22a is easily suppressed, and the bottom surface 32 of the inner bag 3 is appropriately tensioned in a state where the contents are filled, so that the bag breaking tool 90 easily penetrates. In addition, "the inner bag 3 hangs down from the notch hole 22a" means that when the container 1 is lifted, the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3 passes through the notch hole 22a from the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2. Also means that the hanging is suppressed, and "the hanging is suppressed" not only completely prevents the hanging, but also the bottom surface 32 of the inner bag 3 is below the bottom surface 22 of the outer bag 2. It also includes suppressing the degree of protrusion to the extent that it does not affect the actual use of the flexible container 1.
Further, by fixing the extended end portion 32a of the inner bag 3 to the outer bag 2, the inner bag 3 is less likely to be torn, and the airtightness of the inner bag 3 can be further maintained. Therefore, the inner bag 3 can be preferably filled with contents (for example, water-absorbent resin particles) that are easily affected by the moisture in the air.
In the present embodiment, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 10, the side surface portion 23 of the outer bag 2 is folded inward, and the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2 and the extended end portion 32a of the inner bag 3 are both folded back in the folded portion. The outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 are fixed to each other by sandwiching the bags and sewing them together at the positions indicated by the alternate long and short dash lines. An end portion of the sheet-shaped member 50, which will be described later, may be arranged between the extending end portion 32a and the bottom surface portion 22 and may be fixed together with other portions. In this way, by sharing the fixing means (sewn in this embodiment) between the outer bag 2, the inner bag 3 and the sheet-shaped member 50, the fixed portion becomes harder and less likely to be deformed, and the sheet-shaped member 50 is fixed. The part is hard to tear. Further, by covering the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3 with the sheet-shaped member 50, the bottom surface of the flexible container 1 after filling the contents is kept smoother, and the bag breaking tool 90 described later is positioned as intended. Makes it easier to penetrate.
The outer bag 2 has a tubular filling port cover 25 extending upward from the upper opening 21a to the upper surface portion 21. The filling port cover 25 is a cover that covers the filling port portion 31 of the inner bag 3 protruding from the upper surface portion 21 through the upper opening 21a from the outside. The filling port cover 25 is fixed to the upper surface portion 21 in a manner such as sewing, and is arranged so as to stand up from the vicinity of the edge defining the upper opening 21a. The cross-sectional shape of the filling port cover 25 is a circular shape having substantially the same size as the upper opening 21a.
The opening area of the upper part (filling port portion 31) of the inner bag 3 is wider than the opening area of the filling port cover 25. Therefore, the filling port 31 is wrinkled and squeezed when it is housed in the outer bag 2. As described above, since the filling port portion 31 forms a filling port together with the filling port cover 25, hereinafter, the filling port portion 31 and the filling port cover 25 may be collectively referred to as a filling port P1.

<1-1. Configuration near the filling port>
Hereinafter, the structure in the vicinity of the filling port P1 will be described. The filling port P1 is closed by a bag closing means that closes the loading path R1. Examples of the bag closing means include a binding tool 45 for binding the filling port P1. In the present embodiment, the binding tool 45 is fixed to the outer surface of the filling port cover 25 as shown in FIG. The binding tool 45 is a string-shaped member. The binding tool 45 is attached in a manner such as sewing near the center of the filling port cover 25 in the vertical direction so as to extend in the horizontal direction when the filling port P1 is not bound.
When closing the input path R1, first, the filling port portion 31 is squeezed together with the filling port cover 25 covering the filling port portion 31 so as to close the input path R1. After that, the binding tool 45 is wound around the filling port P1 so as to maintain this squeezed state. At this time, the binding tool 45 is tied by a method such as a butterfly knot. More specifically, the filling port cover 25 and the filling port portion 31 are tied together with a single knot, and then the filling port portion 31 protruding from the filling port cover 25 so that the tip of the filling port portion 31 faces downward. May be folded back to one side, and the folded portion of the filling port portion 31 and the filling port cover 25 may be tied with a butterfly knot.
The outer bag 2 has a corolla-shaped lid (hereinafter referred to as a corolla lid) 24 for opening and closing the upper opening 21a. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the outer bag 2 with the corolla lid 24 closed. The corolla lid 24 includes a plurality of petal-like portions (hereinafter referred to as petal portions) 24a. These petal portions 24a are arranged radially around the central axis A1 in the closed state of the corolla lid 24, and cover the upper opening 21a except for the central portion thereof. The petal portions 24a have the same shape as each other, and each has a substantially trapezoidal shape, but the base has an arc shape corresponding to the contour of the upper opening 21a. That is, the bottom of the petal portion 24a is continuous with the portion of the upper surface portion 21 outside the edge defining the upper opening 21a.
The corolla lid is provided with opening / closing means, and in the present embodiment, the opening / closing means is configured by a string passage and a string inserted through the string passage. Specifically, near the inner end of the petal portion 24a, string passages extending in the circumferential direction with respect to the central axis A1 are formed, and one string 24b is inserted through these passages. .. Both ends of the string 24b, which is not inserted into the string passage, are gathered by the slider 24c. Then, the slider 24c moves along the bundle of the two strings 24b, so that the corolla lid 24 is opened and closed. Specifically, when the slider 24c is moved so that the loop formed by the string 24b becomes smaller, that is, when the string 24b is tied, the petal portion 24a collapses so as to spread in the same plane as the upper surface portion 21, and FIG. It becomes the closed state shown in. On the other hand, if the slider 24c is moved so that the loop formed by the string 24b becomes large, that is, if the string 24b is loosened, the petal portion 24a can be erected straight in the vertical direction as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the filling port cover 25 is arranged inside the corolla lid 24. That is, the corolla lid 24 is fixed to the upper surface portion 21 so as to surround the filling port cover 25 from the outside. Further, the inner lid 4 is arranged outside the filling port cover 25 and inside the corolla lid 24. The inner lid 4 is also surrounded by the corolla lid 24 from the outside. The filling port P1 bound by the binding tool 45 is appropriately folded and housed inside the corolla lid 24, after which the corolla lid 24 is closed. At this time, the inner lid 4 covers the filling port P1 from above inside the corolla lid 24. The corolla lid 24 does not need to be completely closed as shown in FIG. That is, the filling port P1 may partially protrude from the opening 24d formed in the central portion of the corolla lid 24.
<1-2. Configuration near the bottom>
Next, the configuration near the bottom surface of the container 1 will be described. The bottom surface of the container 1 is configured so that the bag breaking tool 90 arranged below the container 1 penetrates when the container 1 is opened. FIG. 4 shows a bottom view of the container 1 according to the present embodiment. The outer bag 2 has a marking portion 22a on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 22. The marking portion 22a indicates a position through which the bag breaking tool 90 penetrates. Therefore, the marking portion 22a is formed in such a manner that it can be distinguished from other portions on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 22. In the present embodiment, the marking portion 22a is an opening (notch hole) formed by notching the central portion of the bottom surface portion 22. The notch hole 22a is circular in this embodiment. Originally, the upper opening 21a and the notch hole 22a do not appear in the side view of FIG. 1, but their positions are shown by shadows for reference. The main body portion 20, the upper surface portion 21, the bottom surface portion 22, the upper opening 21a and the notch hole 22a are arranged coaxially, and the central axis common to these is represented by reference numeral A1 below.
The container 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a sagging suppressing means for preventing the inner bag 3 filled with the contents from hanging from the notch hole 22a and damaging the inner bag 3. The droop suppressing means can include, for example, a covering member that covers at least a part of the notch hole 22a. Places where the covering member is installed include the outer and inner surfaces of the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2, the outer and inner surfaces of the side surface portion 23, the outer surface of the inner bag 3, and between the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3. It can be appropriately selected according to the form. In the present embodiment, the sheet-shaped member 50 is adopted as the covering member (hanging suppressing means). Specifically, the container 1 according to the present embodiment is further provided with a sheet-like member 50 which is installed between the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2 and the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3 and covers the notch hole 22a. .. In the present embodiment, the sheet-shaped member 50 has a rectangular shape that is one size smaller than the bottom surface portion 22, and covers the entire notch hole 22a from the inside of the outer bag 2. That is, what is exposed from the notch hole 22a in FIG. 4 is not the inner bag 3 but the sheet-shaped member 50. Since the notch hole 22a is covered with the sheet-like member 50 in this way, the inner bag 3 is not exposed from the notch hole 22a and is difficult to hang down. Although the sagging can be reduced by fixing the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 near the periphery of the bottom surface portion 32 as described above, the inner bag 3 is required to be soft, so that the thickness of the inner bag 3 is required. Is restricted and easily stretched, and it is difficult to sufficiently suppress drooping by this alone. Therefore, even if the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 are fixed, it is preferable to provide a sagging suppressing means such as a sheet-shaped member 50.
The area of the notch hole 22a is 5% or more and 10% or more of the area of the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2 (the area including the notch hole 22a) in consideration of facilitating the alignment of the bag breaking tool 90. , Or 15% or more is preferable. Further, the area of the notch hole 22a is 30% or less, 25% or less, or 25% or less of the area of the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2 (the area including the notch hole 22a) in order to easily suppress the hanging of the inner bag 3. It is preferably 20% or less.
The sheet-shaped member 50 not only prevents the inner bag 3 from hanging from the notch hole 22a due to the mass of the contents when the container 1 is transported or suspended, but also exposes the inner bag 3 from the notch hole 22a. It can be prevented from doing so. The sheet-shaped member 50 is preferably made of a material that has flexibility that does not hinder the flexibility of the outer bag 2 and does not deform significantly as compared with the inner bag 3. Further, the sheet-shaped member 50 is cut open by the bag breaking tool 90 together with the inner bag 3 when the container 1 is opened. Therefore, the sheet-shaped member 50 is made of a material that can be cut open by the bag breaking tool 90.
The material constituting the sheet-shaped member 50 can be appropriately changed depending on the contents of the container 1 and the inner bag 3 to be selected, but not only is it easy to cut open by the bag breaking tool 90, but the contents are water-absorbent resin particles. In some cases, it is desirable that the material has a certain degree of impermeable property so that its physical properties do not change. Examples of such a material include synthetic resins, and specifically, polyolefin resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, cyclic olefins, and copolymer polymers containing polyethylene; polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polylactic acid; polyamide resins. Resin: Polyethylene-based resin and the like can be mentioned. The material of the sheet-shaped member 50 is preferably a polyolefin resin, and more preferably polyethylene or polypropylene. If the sheet-shaped member 50 is made of a material that is easily torn, a large hole may be unintentionally opened in the sheet-shaped member 50 due to an external scratch, and as a result, the inner bag 3 exposed from the hole may be torn. In the case of polyethylene or polypropylene (particularly polyethylene), even if a small scratch is made on the sheet-shaped member 50, it does not reach a large hole, and the inner bag 3 can be prevented from being broken.
Further, the thickness of the sheet-shaped member 50 can be appropriately selected according to the contents of the container 1. When the content is water-absorbent resin particles, the thickness of the sheet-like member 50 is easily cut open by the bag-breaking tool 90, the sagging of the inner bag 3 can be sufficiently suppressed, and the physical properties of the water-absorbent resin particles do not change. It is desirable that the range is such that a certain degree of impermeable property can be guaranteed. In consideration of these, the lower limit of the thickness of the specific sheet-shaped member 50 is, for example, 50 μm, preferably 80 μm, more preferably 100 μm, particularly preferably 120 μm, and the upper limit thereof is, for example, 500 μm, preferably 120 μm. It is 300 μm, more preferably 200 μm.
<1-3. Other configurations>
The container 1 further includes a plurality of hooking tools 35b fixed to the outer bag 2. The hooked tool 35b is a member for hooking the flexible container 1 on the hanging tool 7 that is suspended from above. The hooked tool 35b corresponds to the upper portion of a string-shaped member (hereinafter, referred to as a frame string) 35 arranged near the center in the width direction of the side surface portion 23 of the outer bag 2. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the end portions 35a of the two frame cords 35 are sewn on top of each other near the center of the side surface portion 23 in the width direction and above the pocket 23a. It is fixed in such an manner. The upper portion of one frame string 35 straddles the four corners of the upper surface portion 21, and the end portions 35a are fixed to the adjacent side surface portions 23 (see FIG. 3). As a result, the upper portion of the frame string 35 is formed so as to maintain the loop shape, and this becomes the hooked tool 35b.
FIG. 5 shows a state of the container 1 in which the hooked tool 35b is hooked on the hanging tool 7 and suspended from above. As shown in FIG. 5, for example, the flexible container 1 can be hung from above by hooking the hooked tool 35b on each of the four hanging tools 7 that hang from above. The hanging tool 7 is typically a hook.
<2. How to use flexible container >
Next, the method of using the flexible container 1 described above will be described. Hereinafter, a method of filling the empty flexible container 1 with the contents and a method of opening the flexible container 1 will be described in order.
<2-1. Flexible container filling method>
First, the outer bag 2, the inner bag 3, and the sheet-shaped member 50 are prepared. A sheet-shaped member 50 is housed in the outer bag 2 along the bottom surface portion 22, and the notch hole 22a is covered from the inside. Subsequently, the inner bag 3 is housed in the outer bag 2. The inner bag 3 is accommodated so that the bottom surface portion 32 is along the upper surface of the sheet-like member 50 and the side surface portion 33 is along the inner surface of the side surface portion 23. Then, the filling port 31 at the upper part of the inner bag 3 is inserted into the upper opening 21a and the filling port cover 25 of the upper surface portion 21 of the outer bag 2 and pulled out so as to be slightly exposed from the upper end of the filling port cover 25. As a result, the filling port P1 is formed by the filling port portion 31 protruding upward from the upper surface portion 21 through the upper opening 21a and the filling port cover 25.
Subsequently, the contents are filled in the empty flexible container 1 prepared as described above. First, the empty container 1 is arranged below a device such as a hopper for supplying the contents (hereinafter referred to as a supply device) so that the upper surface portion 21 faces upward. Next, the hooked tool 35b of the outer bag 2 is hooked on a hanging tool such as a hook of the supply device, and the flexible container 1 is hung from above. Then, the slider 24c is loosened to open the corolla lid 24, the inner lid 4 is also opened, and the filling port P1 is opened as large as possible in a tubular shape. Subsequently, the discharge port of the supply device is inserted into the input path R1. At this time, the filling port P1 may be fixed to the supply device with a jig or the like so as to cover the discharge port of the supply device. As a result, the input path R1 is wide open upward, that is, toward the discharge port for discharging the contents in the supply device. Subsequently, by opening the discharge port of the supply device, the contents are charged from the supply device into the inner bag 3 via the input path R1.
After filling the contents, close the filling port P1. Specifically, the filling port P1 is narrowed down so as to close the input path R1 formed inside the filling port portion 31. Then, the binding tool 45 is tightly wound around the elongated filling port P1 so as to surround it from the outside, and then the binding tool 45 is tied to lock the wound state. Subsequently, the filling port P1 is folded, the inner lid 4 is placed on the filling port P1, and the corolla lid 24 is further closed. As a result, the upper opening 21a is closed and the filling port P1 is housed inside the corolla lid 24. As described above, the flexible container 1 containing the contents is manufactured.
The flexible container 1 containing the contents is stored in an appropriate storage location and transported as needed. When moving the flexible container 1 during transportation or the like, it can be placed on a pallet and transported by a transport device such as a forklift. Further, a transport device such as a crane having a hanging tool such as a hook can be used. That is, the flexible container 1 can be easily moved by driving the transfer device in a state where the hooked tool 35b is hooked on the hanging tool of the transfer device.
<2-2. How to open a flexible container >
Next, a method of opening the flexible container 1 containing the contents will be described with reference to the example shown in FIG. First, the container 1 containing the contents is arranged above a device such as a hopper to which the contents are supplied (hereinafter referred to as a supplied device 91) so that the bottom surface portion 22 faces downward. The method of arranging the container 1 is not particularly limited. For example, after lifting the container 1 in a state where the hooked tool 35b of the container 1 is hooked on each of the four movable hanging tools 7a that are lowered from above, the hanging tool 7a is moved and the container 1 is moved above the supplied device 91. Can be placed. In the example shown in FIG. 6, the hanger 7a can move in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the paper surface direction of FIG.
A bag breaking tool 90 is fixed above the central portion of the supplied device 91 shown in FIG. The bag breaking tool 90 is typically a cutting tool, and is fixed with the cutting edge facing upward. The bag breaking tool 90 is configured to penetrate both the marking portion of the outer bag 2 and the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3. In the present embodiment, the bag breaking tool 90 is configured to penetrate both the sheet-like member 50 and the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3. Therefore, the container 1 is aligned so that the cutting edge of the bag breaking tool 90 is located inside the circular peripheral edge of the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2 that defines the notch hole 22a (for reference). , The position of the notch hole 22a is shown by a shadow in FIG. 6). In other words, the container 1 is aligned so that the bag breaking tool 90 penetrates the portion of the sheet-shaped member 50 exposed from the notch hole 22a. The alignment of the container 1 may be performed visually by an operator while checking the position of the notch hole 22a, which is a sign portion, for example. In addition, the image captured by the camera installed near the bag breaking tool 90 may be confirmed by a remote monitor.
Next, all the hanging tools 7a are moved downward in FIG. 6 so that the bottom surface 32 of the inner bag 3 of the container 1 is located below the cutting edge of the bag breaking tool 90. At this time, the cutting edge of the bag breaking tool 90 penetrates the sheet-like member 50 exposed from the notch hole 22a and the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3. As a result, the contents filled in the inner bag 3 are discharged to the supplied device 91 via the periphery of the bag breaking tool 90.
 <3.変形例>
<3. Modification example>
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. In addition, the gist of the following modified examples can be combined as appropriate.
 <3-1>
<3-1>
In the above embodiment, the main body 20 and the inner bag 3 of the outer bag 2 have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the inner bag 3 may have a cylindrical shape.
 <3-2>
<3-2>
The aspect of the marking portion 22a is not limited to the notch hole. For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the pattern may be displayed on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 22. The pattern forming method can be appropriately selected according to the embodiment. For example, it may be drawn on the bottom surface portion 22 with ink or the like, or may be formed on a part of the bottom surface portion 22 by changing the weaving method of a material such as a cloth constituting the outer bag 2.
 <3-3>
<3-3>
The configuration of the notch hole 22a is not limited to that described above (one through hole). For example, as shown in FIG. 7B, two substantially semicircular through holes may be formed in the bottom surface portion 22. In such a configuration, the band-shaped portion 22d that separates the two through holes (defines the boundary) can function as a hanging suppressing means for suppressing the inner bag 3 from hanging from the notch hole 22a. The band-shaped portion 22d may be a part of the bottom surface portion 22 that remains when the two through holes are created (in this case, the material of the strip-shaped portion 22d is necessarily the same as the bottom surface portion 22), 1 After forming the two through holes, a band-shaped member that is separate from the outer bag 2 may be attached so as to cover a part of the through holes (in this case, the material of the band-shaped portion 22d is It may be the same as or different from the bottom surface portion 22).
 <3-4>
<3-4>
The sagging suppressing means for suppressing the sagging of the inner bag 3 from the notch hole 22a is not limited to the sheet-shaped member 50 described above, and can be appropriately selected depending on the embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 7C, the container 1 may include a string-shaped member 51 that covers a part of the notch hole 22a as a covering member. The string-shaped member 51 may be fixed to the side surface portion 23 of the outer bag 2, for example, along the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 22 by a fixing means such as sewing. According to such a configuration, the strength of the bottom surface portion 22 can be improved. In addition to this, it may be further fixed around the notch hole 22a by a fixing means such as sewing. According to such a configuration, even if the string-shaped member 51 is cut by the bag-breaking tool 90, it is possible to prevent the fragments of the string-shaped member 51 from being mixed into the contents taken out from the bottom surface portion 22. Will be done. The above configuration is merely an example, and the material and number of the string-shaped member 51, the fixing means, the fixing position, and the like can be appropriately selected.
Further, an example of the droop suppressing means is shown in FIG. 8A. FIG. 8A shows a state in which the inner surface of the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2 is seen through. In the example shown in FIG. 8A, an annular convex portion 22b protruding toward the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3 is formed on the inner surface of the bottom surface portion 22 along the peripheral edge defining the notch hole 22a. The convex portion 22b serves as a resistance against a force that the contents filled in the inner bag 3 enter into the notch hole 22a together with the inner bag 3. The convex portion 22b may be formed integrally with the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2, or may be fixed to the bottom surface portion 22 after being formed as a separate body from the outer bag 2. Further, the convex portion 22b does not necessarily have to be formed so as to surround the entire peripheral edge of the notch hole 22a. That is, the convex portion 22b may be partially formed along the peripheral edge of the notch hole 22a.
Further, an example of the droop suppressing means is shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C. FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view of the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2, and FIG. 8C is a bottom view of the outer bag 2. In the example shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C, a plurality of receiving portions 22c are formed on the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 22 along the peripheral edge defining the notch hole 22a. The receiving portion 22c serves to receive the inner bag 3 when a part of the inner bag 3 hangs down from the notch hole 22a. The receiving portion 22c may be formed integrally with the bottom surface portion 22 of the outer bag 2, or may be fixed to the bottom surface portion 22 after being formed as a separate body from the outer bag 2. Further, the receiving portion 22c does not necessarily have to be formed so as to surround the entire peripheral edge of the notch hole 22a. That is, the receiving portion 22c may be partially formed along the peripheral edge of the notch hole 22a.
 <3-5>
<3-5>
In the above embodiment, the container 1 includes a sheet-like member 50. However, depending on the embodiment, the sheet-shaped member 50 may be omitted as appropriate.
 <3-6>
<3-6>
The sheet-shaped member 50 may be at least partially fixed to either one of the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 or both of the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3. According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the sheet-shaped member 50 from being displaced or twisted in the outer bag 2 and being biased in one direction. When the sheet-shaped member 50 is fixed to both the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3, for example, after arranging the end portions of the sheet-shaped member 50 as shown in FIG. 10 as described above, fixing such as sewing or the like is performed. It can be fixed by means.
 <3-7>
<3-7>
The configuration of the sheet-shaped member 50 is not limited to the above. For example, the shape of the sheet-shaped member 50 is not limited to a rectangular shape, and a circular shape, a cross shape, or the like can be appropriately selected. Further, the sheet-like member 50 may have an uneven surface 50a on which unevenness is formed. By installing the sheet-shaped member 50 with the uneven surface 50a facing the bottom surface 32 of the inner bag 3, friction is generated between the inner bag 3 and the sheet-shaped member 50, and the inner bag 3 moves in the outer bag 2. It is possible to prevent the bag from being biased in one direction. The cross-sectional shape of the unevenness can be appropriately selected as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, for example.
 <3-8>
<3-8>
In the above embodiment, when the container 1 is opened, the marking portion (notch hole 22a) of the container 1 is aligned with the cutting edge of the bag breaking tool 90, and the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3 is the bag breaking tool 90. The bag breaking tool 90 penetrates the container 1 so as to be located below the cutting edge of the container 1. However, the method of opening the container 1 is not limited to this. For example, the container 1 may be arranged above the device to be supplied 91, and the cutting edge of the bag breaking tool 90 may be aligned with the marking portion of the container 1. Further, the bag breaking tool 90 is moved upward with respect to the container 1, and the bag breaking tool 90 penetrates the container 1 so that the cutting edge of the bag breaking tool 90 is located above the bottom surface portion 32 of the inner bag 3. You may do so.
 <3-9>
<3-9>
The means for fixing the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 is not limited to the above-mentioned means, and can be appropriately selected depending on the embodiment. For example, as another aspect of sewing, a corner portion on the side surface of the inner bag 3 may be sewn and fixed between the seam between the side surface portion 23 and the side surface portion 23 of the outer bag 2. Further, a fixing means other than sewing can also be adopted. For example, by attaching a convex part of the snap button to one of the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 and attaching a concave part to the other, both may be fixed by the button. Further, both may be fixed by a hook-and-loop fastener. That is, the fixing means may be a snap button, a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like.
The container 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and modifications, and the design can be appropriately changed by combining the configurations of the respective embodiments within the scope intended of the present invention.
For example, as the droop suppressing means, at least one selected from the sheet-shaped member 50, the string-shaped member 51 shown in <3-4>, the annular convex portion 22b, and the receiving portion 22c may be used in combination. Further, after adopting the two substantially semicircular through holes shown in FIG. 7B as the marking portion 22a, the sheet-shaped member 50 and the string-shaped member 51 shown in <3-4> are used as the hanging suppressing means. At least one selected from the annular convex portion 22b and the receiving portion 22c may be adopted.
