本申请涉及的行李箱具有清洗熨烫衣物的功能,其在作业时,将衣物悬挂在箱体中,清洗机构在箱体内上下升降移动,进而带动环绕在衣物外周的蒸汽清洗环臂一起上下升降移动,蒸汽清洗环臂在上下升降移动的同时由蒸汽输出孔向衣物喷射蒸汽,进而全方位的清洗熨烫衣物。特别地,本申请在清洗熨烫衣物的过程中,衣物是悬挂在箱体内的,具有较好的稳定性,箱体不易倾倒;同时,衣物周围由箱体遮挡,故蒸汽浪费率低,使得蒸汽能够有效地用于清洗熨烫衣物,提高蒸汽利用率。

本申请提供一种行李箱,该行李箱除了具有一般行李箱的功能外,还具有清洗熨烫衣物和/或烘干衣物的功能。为便于叙述,下述实施例中各方向的定义如下:将行李箱的高度方向定义为上下方向,将行李箱的宽度方向定义为左右方向,将行李箱的厚度方向定义为前后方向;因此,图1所示的视图中,纸面的正面和背面分别为前方向和后方向,纸面的左侧和右侧分别为左方向和右方向,纸面的上侧和下侧分别为上方向和下方向。以下提供几个行李箱的优选实施例。
行李箱实施例一
行李箱实施例一具有清洗熨烫衣物的功能。如图1、图13和图19所示,行李箱包括箱体10、以及安装在箱体10内且可上下升降移动的清洗机构20,清洗机构20包括蒸汽清洗环臂21,蒸汽清洗环臂21上设有数个蒸汽输出孔211。行李箱中可以容纳衣物,便于人们出行时携带衣物。特别地,当人们需要清洗熨烫衣物时,将衣物悬挂在行李箱的箱体10中,之后使清洗机构20在箱体10内上下升降移动,进而带动环绕在衣物外周的蒸汽清洗环臂21一起上下升降移动,蒸汽清洗环臂21在上下升降移动的同时由蒸汽输出孔211向衣物喷射蒸汽,进而全方位的清洗熨烫衣物,从而使得行李箱具有清洗熨烫衣物的功能。另外,行李箱在清洗熨烫作业的过程中,衣物是悬挂在箱体10内的,具有较好的稳定性,箱体10不易倾倒;同时,衣物周围由箱体10遮挡,故蒸汽浪费率低,使得蒸汽能够有效地用于清洗熨烫衣物,提高蒸汽利用率。
进一步地,如图1至图4所示,行李箱实施例一除了包括清洗机构20外,优选还包括箱体升降机构40、清洗机升降机构50和行车机构60,下述对箱体10、箱体升降机构40、清洗机升降机构50、行车机构60和清洗机构20的优选结构展开叙述。
箱体10
如图1至图4所示,箱体10包括内箱体12和外箱体13,内箱体12通过箱体升降机构40可上下升降地安装在外箱体13内,通过内箱体12和外箱体13的相对运动可实现箱体10内空间大小的可调,满足用户的不同需求;另外,在清洗熨烫衣物时,内箱体12经箱体升降机构40从外箱体13中上升至设置的高度后,可大大增加悬挂衣物的空间,便于对衣物进行彻底、全方位的清洗熨烫,使箱体10满足内箱体12的顶部挂衣所需的高度。另外,外箱体13的前侧面设置有可开启闭合的前门板133,用于向箱体10中置放衣物和各种物品;同时,内箱体12具有后壁、左壁和右壁,使得内箱体12的三个侧面封闭,但内箱体12的底面和靠近前门板133的前侧面都敞开,内箱体12的内部空间通过其敞开的底面与外箱体13的内部空间相连通。虽然本优选实施例采用了分体式的内箱体12和外箱体13,但本发明中的箱体10也可以采用整体式不可调节的箱体,只要箱体10的高度足够悬挂衣物即可。显然整体式箱体10并不影响本发明行李箱实现容纳物品以及清洗熨烫衣物的功能。
如图1至图4所示,箱体10还包括拉杆14和底轮15,拉杆14嵌于内箱体12的内箱体后壁121,底轮15设于外箱体13的底部,通过拉杆14和底轮15便于移动行李箱;拉杆14的左右两侧还设置有可折叠的伸展衣架16,便于将衣物悬挂在箱体10的外面。另外,内箱体12的上端为内箱体顶部122。如图20所示,内箱体顶部122上设有与拉杆14相配合的拉杆槽123;如图22所示,内箱体顶部122内固设有挂衣架17、紫外线灯18和照明灯19,挂 衣架17设在内箱体顶部122内的中心位置处,便于悬挂待清洗熨烫的衣物,且能保证重心稳定,避免行李箱倾倒;紫外线灯18起到消毒的作用;照明灯19起到照明的作用。如图20和图21所示,内箱体顶部122的上端面上设有可翻转的液晶显示屏91和按钮92;初始状态下,如图20所示,液晶显示屏91未翻开、其盖合在内箱体顶部122的上端面上;当按下按钮92后,可驱动液晶显示屏91翻开,液晶显示屏91的翻开角度为120°,之后可通过液晶显示屏91设定行李箱的清洗时间和工作模式,工作模式包括清洗机构20喷出的蒸汽的温度和喷雾量。
如图1、图3和图5所示,外箱体13的底部开设有数个上下贯通的出水口132,出水口132的形状为圆形、或圆弧形、或直角形,通过出水口132可将清洗熨烫衣物时箱体10内产生的水排出。较优地,外箱体13的底部还固设有网式挡板94,网式挡板94位于出水口132的上方侧;当行李箱直立、未进行清洗熨烫衣物作业时,网式挡板94用来隔挡衣物,使行李箱能够置放衣物;当行李箱直立、且在进行清洗熨烫衣物作业时,网式挡板94用来隔挡衣物的下端,并允许清洗熨烫衣物时箱体10内产生的水通过、再经出水口132排出。较优地,网式挡板94选用工字型网式挡板94,工字型是指网式挡板94在俯视状态下的形状呈“工”字形状。
箱体升降机构40
如图1至图4所示,箱体升降机构40包括设在内箱体12中且具有内螺纹的上螺杆41、具有外螺纹的下螺杆42、以及设在外箱体13的底部且带动下螺杆42转动的电机43,下螺杆42可转动地安装在外箱体13中,下螺杆42的上端伸入上螺杆41内、两者螺纹配合;电机43的输出轴转动时带动下螺杆42一起转动,通过下螺杆42与上螺杆41之间的螺纹配合可实现内箱体12沿下螺杆42上移或下移,从而实现内箱体12的上下升降移动。较优地,如图1和图16所示,箱体升降机构40还包括罩盖在电机43外侧的隔水罩44,隔水罩44固定连接在外箱体13的底部、且位于网式挡板94的下方,避免清洗熨烫衣物时箱体10内的水流入电机43内,从而保证电机43具有较长的使用寿命。本实施例中,内箱体12的左壁和右壁的中间位置处都设有上述上螺杆41,外箱体13的左壁和右壁的中间位置处都设有上述下螺杆42,相应地,电机43有两个,各电机43的外周均罩盖有隔水罩44。箱体升降机构40还包括两个限位开关,两个限位开关分别设在内箱体12的上升极限位置和下降极限位置处,当箱体升降机构40使内箱体12升降至极限开关处时,电机43停止动作,内箱体12停止升降。
优选地,如图1至图4所示,下螺杆42穿过隔水罩44后与电机43的输出轴相连,同时,下螺杆42穿过隔水罩44的连接处设有防水塞49,避免水从下螺杆42与隔水罩44的连接处 进入隔水罩44内,起到防水作用。
清洗机升降机构50
清洗机升降机构50用于带动清洗机构20上下升降移动。如图1和图4所示,内箱体12具有内箱体后壁121,外箱体13具有外箱体后壁131,清洗机升降机构50包括固定于内箱体后壁121的第一上导轨51、并轨组件53、通过并轨组件53安装于外箱体后壁131的第一下导轨52、以及具有车架61的行车机构60,第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52都上下延伸,并轨组件53使第一下导轨52远离或靠近外箱体后壁131,故并轨组件53可使第一下导轨52整体前后移动,清洗机构20安装在车架61上。当内箱体12未升起至顶部时,并轨组件53未动作,此时,如图6所示,第一下导轨52远离于外箱体后壁131,第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52前后错位设置,在前后方向上第一下导轨52位于第一上导轨51的前侧,内箱体后壁121和第一上导轨51位于第一下导轨52和外箱体后壁131之间,第一下导轨52和外箱体后壁131两者之间的空隙能够容置内箱体后壁121和第一上导轨51,使内箱体12在外箱体13中能够上下移动。当内箱体12升起至顶部时,并轨组件53动作,此时,如图7所示,并轨组件53使第一下导轨52向靠近外箱体后壁131的方向(即向后)移动、使第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51处于同一平面内,则第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51两者合并为一根上下延伸的支撑导轨,该支撑导轨和行车机构60中的车架61相配合,使车架61沿支撑导轨上移或下移,车架61带动清洗机构20一起沿并轨后的第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51上下升降移动,从而实现清洗机构20的上下升降移动。
如图3所示,并轨组件53有多组,多组并轨组件53上下间隔排布。如图4、图6和图7所示,每组并轨组件53都包括安装于外箱体后壁131的磁铁吸附器531、安装于第一下导轨52且与磁铁吸附器531前后正对设置的吸铁532、与第一下导轨52相连且前后延伸的销柱533、套设在销柱533上的第一弹簧534、以及开设在外箱体后壁131上且与销柱533相配合的插孔,第一弹簧534的前后两端分别与第一下导轨52和外箱体后壁131抵接;当内箱体12未升起至顶部时,磁铁吸附器531处于断电状态、未吸附吸铁532;当内箱体12升起至顶部时,磁铁吸附器531处于通电状态、吸附吸铁532,则吸铁532向后移动,进而带动第一下导轨52一起向后移动,同时,第一弹簧534被压缩;当磁铁吸附器531再次断电后,在第一弹簧534的作用下使得吸铁532和第一下导轨52一起向前移动、复位。吸铁532可选用磁铁或铁片。
较优地,如图8和图11所示,内箱体后壁121及第一上导轨51分为左右对称的两部分、且每一部分的为L形,内箱体后壁121左右两部分之间具有空当,结合参照图3,当内箱体 12下降时,固定在外箱体13上的并轨组件53正好位于内箱体后壁121的空当中,从而避免产生干涉。如图6至图11所示,第一上导轨51的底部设有固定钩54,第一下导轨52的顶部设有与固定钩54对应配合的固定槽55,当并轨组件53使第一下导轨52与第一上导轨51并轨后,固定钩54与固定槽55相卡合,可提高第一下导轨52与第一上导轨51的并轨后的位置精度。另外,如图11所示,第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的正面还都设有上下延伸的诱导槽56,该诱导槽56用于和行车机构60中的部件相配合,起到导向的作用。第一上导轨51与内箱体后壁121为一体式注塑成型、或为一体式金属压制成型。另外,第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的正面即为第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的前侧面,第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的背面即为第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的后侧面,第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的侧面即为第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52的左侧面和右侧面。
行车机构60
如图8至图11所示,行车机构60除了包括车架61外,行车机构60还包括安装在车架61上的驱动电机62、以及由驱动电机62驱动转动的主动轮63,主动轮63可转动地安装于车架61,第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51上设有与主动轮63相配合的导轮齿57;优选地,主动轮63分成左右两组,与主动轮63相配合的导轮齿57也相应地分为左右两排。当第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52并轨后,驱动电机62驱动主动轮63转动,通过主动轮63和导轮齿57的相配合可实现主动轮63在导轮齿57上移动,进而驱动车架61沿第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51垂直上下升降移动。
如图8至图11所示,驱动电机62为同轴步进电机,即驱动电机62的左右两端均设有输出轴,可以同时带动左右两组主动轮63转动;驱动电机62与主动轮63之间通过皮带轮64和皮带65进行传动,即:在驱动电机62的输出轴和主动轮63的转轴上各连接有皮带轮64,驱动电机62通过皮带轮64和皮带65驱动主动轮63转动,实现车架61在支撑轨道上的垂直上下升降移动。
如图8至图11所示,行车机构60还包括都可转动地安装于车架61的导轨轮66和定位轮67,车架61呈环抱导轨状,第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51的正面、背面和侧面都设有导轮齿57,主动轮63与第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51背面处的导轮齿57相配合,定位轮67与第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51侧面处的导轮齿57相配合,导轨轮66与第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51正面处的导轮齿57相配合。
清洗机构20
如图11所示,清洗机构20安装在车架61的上端;如图8所示,清洗机构20包括蒸汽 清洗环臂21、顶部具有进水口221的储水箱22、以及雾化器30,储水箱22位于雾化器30的上方;如图14和图15所示,雾化器30具有进水管31和蒸汽输出口321;如图13所示,蒸汽清洗环臂21的内部设有储水隔层212和蒸汽输出隔层213;储水箱22分别与储水隔层212和雾化器30的进水管31相连,雾化器30的蒸汽输出口321与蒸汽输出隔层213相连,蒸汽输出隔层213与数个蒸汽输出孔211相连。储水隔层212可以扩充储水箱22的储水量,水进入雾化器30的进水管31中,雾化器30将水雾化后生成蒸汽,蒸汽经蒸汽输出口321进入蒸汽输出隔层213,最终通过数个蒸汽输出孔211喷出。
较优地,蒸汽输出孔211的出口方向与水平方向呈15°~45°角,使得喷出的蒸汽能够有效地接触衣物;清洗机构20中蒸汽输出孔211喷出的蒸汽的温度为30℃~200℃,具体温度可通过液晶显示屏91进行设定,而具体温度值可综合考虑天气、温度、湿度、衣物数量和厚薄、干湿程度等因素。如图20所示,内箱体顶部122上设置有注水孔11,当清洗机构20处于最上方的初始位置时,注水孔11与储水箱22的进水口221相连,通过该注水孔11可方便地向储水箱22中加水。如图10所示,清洗机构20还包括第一滤网39,第一滤网39设在储水箱22的进水口221的下方,第一滤网39可过滤注入储水箱22中的水,保证流入储水箱22中水的洁净度,从而避免雾化器30和蒸汽输出孔211发生堵塞。
如图13所示,蒸汽清洗环臂21包括对称设置在储水箱22和雾化器30左右两侧的两个U形臂部214,每个U形臂部214上都设有数个蒸汽输出孔211,数个蒸汽输出孔211沿U形臂部214的延伸方向间隔排布,每个U形臂部214内都设有储水隔层212和蒸汽输出隔层213;通过两个U形臂部214能够使蒸汽清洗环臂21较好地环抱箱体10内清洗熨烫的衣物,增加蒸汽清洗环臂21喷出的蒸汽与衣物的有效接触面积,从而提高清洗熨烫效果。
如图14和图15所示,雾化器30包括进水管31、微型水泵33、预热分水环34、加热棒35、轴向固定套在加热棒35上的多片螺旋翅片36、分水管37、固定套装在加热棒35和分水管37上的定位支架38、以及设置有蒸汽输出口321的隔热管套32;进水管31的上端与储水箱22相连、下端与微型水泵33相连;预热分水环34有两个、分布在微型水泵33的左右两侧,微型水泵33通过一个三通311与两个预热分水环34相连;加热棒35也有两根,每根加热棒35的端部都固定有一个预热分水环34;每个预热分水环34都连接有至少两根左右延伸的分水管37,每根分水管37上都设有多个出水孔371;分水管37轴向穿插固定在多片螺旋翅片36间,出水孔371处于相邻螺旋翅片36之间;隔热管套32套装在预热分水环34和多片螺旋翅片36的外周,且隔热管套32与预热分水环34的外圆周面为螺纹连接;加热棒35穿过预热分水环34的一端设有接线柱310,用于通电。储水箱22中的水经进水管31后由微 型水泵33加压,经三通311流入预热分水环34中,水接着流入分水管37,并从分水管37上的出水孔371喷出,喷出的水与加热棒35上的螺旋翅片36充分接触,进而被加热蒸发雾化、产生蒸汽,蒸汽再由隔热管套32端部的蒸汽输出口321输出,最后经蒸汽输出孔211向衣物喷射出;通过微型水泵33的增压或减压来调节雾化器30的输出蒸汽量。较优地,隔热管套32的材料为陶瓷,定位支架38的材料为不锈钢;分水管37的出水孔371为微型出水孔。
如图17和图18所示,清洗机构20还包括保护罩23,保护罩23安装在车架61及储水箱22上、并覆盖住车架61及储水箱22,进而有效地保护行车机构60和清洗机构20。保护罩23与车架61及储水箱22之间的安装结构为:车架61和储水箱22上设有插口222,保护罩23上设有与插口222前后对应的接口231,通过插口222和接口231的相配合和实现保护罩23的可拆卸安装。
进一步地,行李箱还设置有控制器、以及设置在内箱体顶部122的上端面上的上升按钮,上述箱体升降机构40中电机43、行车机构60中的驱动电机62、按钮92、液晶显示屏91、加热棒35、以及微型水泵33都与控制器相连。具有上述结构的行李箱实施例一的工作原理如下:
1、当内箱体12在外箱体13中处于最低位置时,箱体10为收缩状态,打开外箱体13的前门板133,行李箱能够存放衣物,网式挡板94和内箱体顶部122限定了行李箱内部储物空间的高度,通过内箱体顶部122内的紫外线灯18可以对内部的衣物进行消毒。
2、需要清洗熨烫衣物时,使行李箱通电;打开注水孔11,使水注满储水箱22和蒸汽清洗环臂21中的储水隔层212;按下上升按钮,控制器向箱体升降机构40中电机43发送指令,则电机43驱动外箱体13左右两侧的下螺杆42转动,通过下螺杆42与内箱体12左右两侧柱体内的上螺杆41之间的螺纹配合可驱动内箱体12的升降。
3、当内箱体12上升至限位开关处时,箱体升降机构40中电机43停止转动,外箱体后壁131上的电磁吸附器通电、吸附吸铁532和第一下导轨52,使第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51并轨、处于同一平面内,同时液晶显示屏91开始通电;按下按钮92后液晶显示屏91翻开,通过液晶显示屏91设定清洗时间、蒸汽温度和蒸汽喷出量;控制器向行车机构60中的驱动电机62发送指令,车架61带动清洗机构20沿第一下导轨52和第一上导轨51垂直上下升降移动,同时雾化器30产生蒸汽,蒸汽从蒸汽输出孔211向衣物喷出,通过微型水泵33调节蒸汽的出汽量,通过控制加热棒35的发热量来调节蒸汽温度,最终完成衣物的清洗或熨烫;清洗、熨烫衣物时产生的水滴、蒸汽通过网式挡板94后从出水口132流出。
综上所述,上述行李箱实施例一具有下述有益效果:
1、本发明的内箱体12通过箱体升降机构40自动升降,使箱体10满足拉杆14上伸展衣架16以及内箱体顶部122的挂衣架17挂衣所需的高度;通过液晶显示屏91实现自动控制,操作方便。
2、本发明设有清洗机升降机构50,当第一上导轨51随内箱体12升至顶部时电磁吸附器通电,吸附第一下导轨52,使第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52处于同一平面,便于清洗机构20在第一上导轨51和第一下导轨52上移动,结构简单,且节约了空间。
3、本发明还设有清洗机构20,蒸汽清洗环臂21能够全方位清洗、熨烫衣物,而加热棒35在分水管37的多出水孔371渗透作用下具有极高的雾化效果,使得蒸汽清洗环臂21内具有足够的气压,配合雾化效果来提升衣物清洗、熨烫的质量。
4、上述具有清洗熨烫衣物功能的行李箱尤其适用于长期出行在外的酒店的人员使用,操作方便,安全可靠。
行李箱实施例二
行李箱实施例二具有烘干衣物的功能。如图23至图25、以及图27所示,行李箱包括箱体10和设在箱体10底部的烘干装置70,烘干装置70包括导风罩71、风机72和发热体73,导风罩71安装于箱体10,导风罩71上端具有出风口711、下端具有进风口716,风机72安装在导风罩71的底部、并位于导风罩71的进风口716和出风口711之间,发热体73安装于导风罩71、并位于风机72的上方和出风口711的下方。该行李箱中的箱体10用于放置衣服和各种物品,便于人们外出。特别地,当人们需要烘干衣物时,将衣物悬挂在行李箱的箱体10中,开启风机72和发热体73,发热体73加热风机72引流进的空气,热空气在风机72的作用下向上流动、与衣物接触,进而加热、烘干衣物。另外,行李箱在烘干衣物的作业过程中,衣物是悬挂在箱体10内的,具有较好的稳定性,箱体10不易倾倒;同时,衣物周围由箱体10遮挡,故热空气损耗率低,热空气能够有效地用于加热、烘干衣物,提高热空气利用率。
进一步地,如图23至图25所示,行李箱实施例二除了包括烘干装置70外,优选还包括箱体升降机构40和避水导风装置80,下述对箱体10、箱体升降机构40、烘干装置70和避水导风装置80的优选结构展开叙述。
箱体10
如图23至图25所示,箱体10包括内箱体12和外箱体13,内箱体12通过箱体升降机构40可上下升降地安装在外箱体13内,烘干装置70设在外箱体13的底部。通过内箱体12和外箱体13的相对运动可实现箱体10内空间大小的可调,满足用户的不同需求;另外,在 加热烘干衣物时,内箱体12经箱体升降机构40从外箱体13中上升至设置的高度后,可大大增加悬挂衣物的空间,便于对衣物进行彻底、全方位的加热烘干,使箱体10满足内箱体12的顶部挂衣所需的高度。另外,外箱体13的前侧面设置有可开启闭合的前门板133,当行李箱处于闲置状态或携带状态时,内箱体12和外箱体13为收缩状态,即内箱体12没有从外箱体13中向上升出,外箱体13的前门板133可打开,用于向箱体10中置放衣物和各种物品;同时,内箱体12具有后壁、左壁和右壁,使得内箱体12的三个侧面封闭,但内箱体12的底面和靠近前门板133的前侧面都敞开,便于挂衣和通风,内箱体12的内部空间通过其敞开的底面与外箱体13的内部空间相连通。虽然本优选实施例采用了分体式的内箱体12和外箱体13,但本发明中的箱体10也可以采用整体式不可调节的箱体,只要箱体10的高度足够悬挂衣物即可。显然整体式箱体10并不影响本发明行李箱实现容纳物品以及烘干衣物的功能。
与行李箱实施例一中的箱体10相同,如图3所示,箱体10还包括拉杆14和底轮15,拉杆14嵌于内箱体12的内箱体后壁121,底轮15设于外箱体13的底部,通过拉杆14和底轮15便于移动行李箱;拉杆14的左右两侧还设置有可折叠的伸展衣架16,伸展衣架16也为伸展臂,便于将衣物悬挂在箱体10的外部。另外,内箱体12的上端为内箱体顶部122;与行李箱实施例一中的箱体10相同,如图22和图23所示,内箱体顶部122内固设有挂衣架17和紫外线灯18,挂衣架17设在内箱体顶部122内的中心位置处,便于悬挂待烘干的衣物,且能保证重心稳定,避免行李箱倾倒;紫外线灯18起到消毒的作用。内箱体顶部122内还可以安装有照明灯19,照明灯19用于照明。内箱体顶部122的上端面上也可以象实施例一那样设有可翻转的液晶显示屏91;在烘干作业前,通过液晶显示屏91设定行李箱的烘干时间和工作模式,工作模式包括风机72的输出功率和发热体73的发热温度和功率等。
如图23、图25和图26所示,外箱体13的底部开设有数个上下贯通的出水口132,出水口132的形状为圆形、或圆弧形、或直角形,通过出水口132可将衣物上滴落的水排出,同时也能将箱体10内的积水、水汽排出;较优地,外箱体13的底部设有位于风机72下方的箱体进风口,外箱体13的底部在箱体进风口处安装有覆盖箱体进风口的防尘网93,防尘网93位于进风口716的下方,通过防尘网93可避免外部灰尘等杂质经箱体进风口和进风口716进入箱体10内,保证箱体10内衣物的清洁。较优地,如图23和图42所示,外箱体13的底部还固设有网式挡板94,网式挡板94位于出水口132和烘干装置70的上方侧;当行李箱直立、未进行烘干衣物作业时,网式挡板94用来隔挡衣物,结合外箱体13上的前门板133使行李箱能够置放衣物;当行李箱直立、且在进行烘干衣物作业时,网式挡板94用来隔挡衣物的下端,并允许热空气进入箱体10内、以及允许衣物上滴落的水从箱体10中排出。较优地,网 式挡板94选用工字型网式挡板94,工字型是指网式挡板94在俯视状态下的形状呈“工”字形状,网式挡板94上具有多个固定孔位941,通过固定孔位941将网式挡板94固定在外箱体13的底部。
如图23所示,外箱体13的侧面设有拉手110,便于搬运箱体10。内箱体12的顶部的侧面设有密码锁上部111,外箱体13的顶部的侧面设有密码锁下部112,密码锁上部111与密码锁下部112上下对应设置,通过密码锁上部111与密码锁下部112能够锁住内箱体12和外箱体13,使得行李箱更加安全。
箱体升降机构40
如图23至图25、以及图31所示,箱体升降机构40包括设在内箱体12中的第二上导轨45、设在外箱体13中的第二下导轨46、设于第二上导轨45的上螺杆47、设于第二下导轨46的下螺杆48、以及设于下螺杆48下端且带动下螺杆48转动的电机43,第二上导轨45、第二下导轨46、上螺杆47和下螺杆48都上下延伸,上螺杆47与内箱体12的顶部连接,第二上导轨45与第二下导轨46滑动连接,上螺杆47与下螺杆48螺纹配合。电机43的输出轴转动时带动下螺杆48一起转动,通过下螺杆48与上螺杆47的螺纹配合可使上螺杆47沿下螺杆48上下滑移,进而带动第二上导轨45和内箱体12一起上移或下移,实现内箱体12的上下升降移动;通过第二上导轨45与第二下导轨46滑动连接可提高内箱体12上下升降移动时的稳定性。本实施例中,内箱体12的左壁和右壁的中间位置处都设有上述第二上导轨45和上螺杆47,外箱体13的左壁和右壁的中间位置处都设有上述第二下导轨46和下螺杆48,相应地,电机43有两个、分别设在两根下螺杆48的下端。
较优地,如图23至图25所示,箱体升降机构40在每个电机43的外周都设置有隔水罩44,隔水罩44与外箱体13的底部相连接、并罩盖包围住电机43,用于保护电机43、隔绝水汽,避免衣物上滴落的水流入电机43内,从而保证电机43具有较长的使用寿命。下螺杆48穿过隔水罩44后与电机43的输出轴相连,同时,下螺杆48穿过隔水罩44的连接处设有防水塞49,避免水从下螺杆48与隔水罩44的连接处进入隔水罩44内,起到防水作用。网式挡板94通过固定孔位941固定在隔水罩44在外箱体13的四个角的凹槽中。
烘干装置70
如图23所示,烘干装置70设在网式挡板94的下方、并位于两个左右相对设置的隔水罩44之间。如图27和28所示,烘干装置70除了包括导风罩71、风机72和发热体73外,烘干装置70还包括多片散热支架74、多片散热翅片75和密封式电源接插件76,散热支架74固定于导风罩71、并设于风机72的上方,每片散热支架74之间设有散热翅片75,发热体 73垂直穿过散热支架74、并固定于散热支架74,密封式电源接插件76与发热体73位于导风罩71外部的一端相连接。散热支架74和散热翅片75用于散发发热体73的热量,进而充分加热风机72从箱体10外部抽吸进来的空气,提供衣物加热烘干效果。
导风罩71与外箱体13的底部相连,两者之间的优选连接结构为:如图23和图27所示,烘干装置70还包括烘干机支架77和弹簧支柱78,烘干机支架77与外箱体13的底部相固定、并位于外箱体13的底部的上方,故烘干机支架77同时位于防尘网93的上方,弹簧支柱78的上下两端分别与导风罩71和烘干机支架77相连接,进而将导风罩71安装于外箱体13的底部。弹簧支柱78支撑烘干装置70、并起到较好的缓冲避震作用,对烘干装置70中的发热体73、散热支架74等起到缓冲保护的作用,避免风机72运行时产生的震动影响发热体73和散热支架74;另外,在行李箱正常运输使用过程中也会产生震动,弹簧支柱78也能起到缓冲作用,有效保护烘干装置70中的各组件。
进一步地,如图27至图30所示,导风罩71呈顶部收口碗状,导风罩71包括呈圆盘状的罩本体部712、从罩本体部712的外端向上延伸的罩外壁部713、从罩外壁部713的上端向内延伸的罩收口部714、以及从罩本体部712的内端向下延伸的罩内壁部715,罩收口部714的内圈形成出风口711;风机72设在导风罩71的底部,具体为:风机72安装在罩内壁部715中、且风机72的叶片位于罩本体部712的上方;罩本体部712中开设有数个上下贯通的进风口716,进风口716即为镂空部分;罩内壁部715的中间也设有由镂空部分构成的进风口716,可增加进气量。风机72开启后,从箱体10外抽风,箱体10外部的空气经防尘网93和进风口716进入外箱体13的底部,经过发热体73加热后再经网式挡板94进入箱体10的内部加热烘干衣物。优选地,每个进风口716处设有安装于罩本体部712的第二滤网79,避免灰尘、颗粒等杂质随空气进入箱体10内。
较优地,导风罩71的材料为陶瓷,故导风罩71为一陶瓷隔热导风罩71,具有隔热保温的效果,避免发热体73产生的热量向外扩散,提高热能利用率。发热体73为陶瓷发热体,优选选用三段发热式MCH陶瓷发热体,三段发热式MCH陶瓷发热体的三个发热体可同时发热或分段发热。发热体73的工作温度为30℃~200℃,具体温度值可通过液晶显示屏91进行设定。风机72为调速风机,具有多档输出功率,能够输出不同的风量,使得烘干装置70具有多档烘干风能。
避水导风装置80
如图23所示,避水导风装置80在上下方向上设在网式挡板94和烘干装置70之间,故避水导风装置80位于烘干装置70的上方、网式挡板94的下方;同时,避水导风装置80也 位于两个左右相对设置的隔水罩44之间。如图32至图35所示,避水导风装置80包括轴杆81、轴套82、安装支架83、转动波轮盘84、静止波纹盘85、以及导风板86;其中,轴杆81上下延伸,轴杆81的上端与网式挡板94相对固定,轴杆81的下端与烘干装置70中散热支架74的上端相固定,故轴杆81的下端定位于散热支架74的上端;轴套82可上下移动且可转动地安装在轴杆81的外周;安装支架83固定安装在轴套82的上段部分,转动波轮盘84固定在安装支架83的外周,静止波纹盘85与外箱体13相对固定,转动波轮盘84和静止波纹盘85上设有相对的卡齿,转动波轮盘84与静止波纹盘85能够通过卡齿相卡合;导风板86安装在轴套82的下段部分,导风板86包括伞形支架861、多片导风叶片862和多片风叶863,伞形支架861固定在轴套82的下段部分、且位于安装支架83的下方,每个导风叶片862都通过铰链864安装于伞形支架861、用于引导风向,导风叶片862相对于伞形支架861的张开角度随风力变化而可变,风叶863设置在伞形支架861的下端、用于受风力向上托起避水导风装置80。当调速风机未启动时,烘干装置70无风力输出,导风板86中的多片导风叶片862处于相互部分重叠的闭合状态,如图37至图38所示,此时,多片导风叶片862在闭合状态下的伞形圆周面积要大于位于其下方导风罩71的出风口711的面积,即在闭合状态下的多片导风叶片862能够覆盖住导风罩71的出风口711,能够有效防止衣服上滴落的水滴进入烘干装置70。
如图32至图35所示,避水导风装置80还包括顶部支架87、第二弹簧88和挡水片89。其中,顶部支架87固定在网式挡板94上,故顶部支架87与外箱体13的底部相对固定,静止波纹盘85固定在顶部支架87的下面,使得静止波纹盘85与外箱体13的底部也相对固定,轴杆81的上端直接固定于顶部支架87。第二弹簧88套在轴杆81上,顶部支架87的下端和安装支架83的上端都设有弹簧槽810,第二弹簧88的上端位于顶部支架87的弹簧槽810中、与顶部支架87抵接,第二弹簧88的下端位于安装支架83的弹簧槽810中、与安装支架83抵接;当转动波轮盘84能够与静止波纹盘85相卡合时,第二弹簧88被压缩。挡水片89固定于轴套82,挡水片89位于安装支架83和伞形支架861之间,挡水片89能挡住水滴顺着轴套82和轴杆81流向烘干装置70。
本实施例中,伞形支架861的材料为钛合金,安装支架83、转动波轮盘84和静止波纹盘85的材料都为耐热橡胶,故安装支架83为一橡胶圈支架。伞形支架861的外端沿水平方向向下倾斜,倾斜角度为5°~15°,有利于水的流动排出。
具有上述结构的行李箱实施例二的工作原理如下:行李箱通电后,电机43启动带动下螺杆48转动,使内箱体12向上升起;当内箱体12升起至设定的高度后,外箱体13底部的烘 干装置70和避水导风装置80的电源接通启动,内箱体顶部122的液晶显示屏91接通电源后屏亮即可进行操控。该行李箱实施例二具有下述工作状态:
1、调速风机未启动的状态:将待烘干衣物置于箱体10内、悬挂于挂衣架17,衣物在未拧干状态下其滴落的水流较大,此时,衣物上滴落的水经过网式挡板94分流后落入避水导风装置80,网式挡板94能够有效挡水流及分散水流,减少滴水的直流和滴落力度,同时快速泄水,并能阻挡衣物及杂物掉落于烘干装置70和避水导风装置80内;水流落入避水导风装置80中挡水片89和闭合的导风叶片862上,导风叶片862相互部分重叠、闭合,如图37至图38所示,多片导风叶片862在闭合状态下时整体呈伞形、并覆盖住下方导风罩71的出风口711,从而有效防止大水流直接进入烘干装置70;水流沿导风叶片862滑落,最后经出水口132排出。
2、调速风机启动预烘干的状态:在网式挡板94上方待烘干衣物滴落水流未尽的状态下,调速风机启动、从箱体10外抽风,风力推动设置在伞形支架861下端的风叶863,从而带动伞形支架861、导风叶片862、轴套82、挡水片89和转动波轮盘84一起转动,同时向上托起的烘干风力的风压和转动时对导风叶片862的向下压力共同作用,使导风叶片862呈微张开或半张开的状态,如图36所示;网式挡板94使烘干装置70输出的烘干热风能多方向且均匀出风。特别地,转动时的转动方向与导风叶片862的可变角度呈切风状态,同时导风叶片862转动时与水的碰撞力及转动离心力有效防止水进入至下部烘干装置70中,且使滴水沿伞形支架861和导风叶片862甩向箱体10的箱壁,进而快速流出箱体10,预烘干风量为一个预先设置的临界量。
进一步地,转动时对导风叶片862叶面的向下压力包括落水的阻力和第二弹簧88的反压,第二弹簧88的反压使下方转动波轮盘84与上方静止波纹盘85之间保持在一个被预设置的临界状态,在该临界状态下,烘干风量推动伞形支架861、导风叶片862、轴套82、挡水片89和转动波轮盘84持续转动但不上升,同时在有效防水状态下向上受阻的部分热风从侧边多方向输出,实现热风多方向输出而实现低风力防水预烘干。另外,通过调整第二弹簧88的粗细弹性和长度、调整导风叶片862的叶片轻重、以及调整风叶863的叶片大小及受力角度去实现保持临界转动状态,通过调整烘干装置70的输出风力使整个装置处于临界状态。
3、调速风机启动全功率输出的状态:调速风机全功率输出,风力推动设置于伞形支架861下端设置的风叶863,且烘干风能对风叶863的推力大于第二弹簧88的反压,则烘干风能推动伞形支架861、导风叶片862、轴套82、挡水片89和转动波轮盘84在转动状态下呈持续向上移动状态,直至使转动波轮盘84与静止波纹盘85摩擦减速至卡合,卡合后除了风 叶863持续受力向上托起外,伞形支架861和导风叶片862都处于静止状态,静止状态下的导风叶片862在烘干风能的作用下呈90°直立全开状态,如图39至图41所示,烘干衣物。
4、该行李箱实施例二可通过手机APP控制调速风机的风量、三段发热式MCH陶瓷发热体73的同时工作数量及发热温度。
综上所述,上述行李箱实施例二具有下述有益效果:
1、本发明能够快速烘干潮湿的衣物,依据自然晾干的干燥特性,衣物一般为厚度较厚的部位及衣物的下摆为衣物的最后干燥部分,而本申请中的烘干装置70和避水导风装置80能够有效烘干衣物的最后干燥部分,尤其适用于长期出行在外的酒店、气候潮湿的室内等,操作方便,安全可靠。
2、烘干装置70在预烘干的状态时输出的热风呈均匀沿箱体10内壁向上送风的状态,其除了可以阻止衣物滴落的水流及水滴进入烘干装置70下部以外,还可以快速蒸发箱体10内壁上及衣物的水份,解决了因待烘干衣物件数量多、相互贴紧及衣物太过潮湿而贴于箱体10内壁而大大增加了烘干时间的问题。
3、当衣物进入没有水滴滴落的半干燥状态下,即衣物下摆无水滴滴落时,衣物下摆一圈一般呈自然张开状态,此时当烘干装置70风力全开时,能够针对下摆张开状态下的衣物进行贯通式的快速干燥,包括衣领及其他较厚部位,有效实现快速干燥。
4、本发明通过烘干装置70和避水导风装置80,能够快速均匀加热空气、并去湿,避水导风装置80能够限制风量、引导风向,提高了加热效率且更加节能,使衣物均匀受热,同时隔绝了衣物滴落的水滴、水汽,避免烘干装置70因水滴、水汽而降温、漏电。
5、行李箱采用外接电源,安全可靠;行李箱通过紫外线灯18对衣物进行杀菌消毒,避免衣物发霉、发臭。
行李箱实施例三
行李箱实施例三兼具有清洗熨烫衣物和烘干衣物的功能;其具体结构为:在行李箱实施例一的基础上,在行李箱实施例一中外箱体13的底部设置行李箱实施例二中烘干装置70、或同时设置烘干装置70和避水导风装置80,烘干装置70和避水导风装置80位于行李箱实施例一中网式挡板94下方、防尘网93的上方、以及两个隔水罩44之间;此时,如图5所示,外箱体13的底部设有位于风机72下方的箱体进风口,外箱体13的底部在箱体进风口处安装有覆盖箱体进风口的防尘网93。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述清洗机构(20)还包括具有进水口(221)的储水箱(22)、以及雾化器(30),所述雾化器(30)具有进水管(31)和蒸汽输出口(321),所述进水管(31)与储水箱(22)相连通,所述蒸汽输出口(321)与蒸汽清洗环臂(21)上的蒸汽输出孔(211)相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述蒸汽清洗环臂(21)的内部设有储水隔层(212)和蒸汽输出隔层(213),所述储水隔层(212)与储水箱(22)相连通,所述蒸汽输出隔层(213)分别与雾化器(30)的蒸汽输出口(321)、和与蒸汽清洗环臂(21)上的蒸汽输出孔(211)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述雾化器(30)还具有微型水泵(33)、预热分水环(34)、加热棒(35)、固定套在加热棒(35)上的多片螺旋翅片(36)、设有多个出水孔(371)的分水管(37)、固定套装在加热棒(35)和分水管(37)上的定位支架(38)、以及设置有所述蒸汽输出口(321)的隔热管套(32),所述进水管(31)与微型水泵(33)相连,所述微型水泵(33)与预热分水环(34)相连,所述预热分水环(34)与分水管(37)相连,所述分水管(37)轴向穿插固定在多片螺旋翅片(36)间,所述出水孔(371)处于相邻螺旋翅片(36)之间,所述隔热管套(32)套装在预热分水环(34)和多片螺旋翅片(36)的外周。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述储水箱(22)和雾化器(30)上下排布,所述蒸汽清洗环臂(21)包括两个对称设置在储水箱(22)和雾化器(30)两端的U形臂部(214),每个U形臂部(214)上都设有数个所述蒸汽输出孔(211)、且数个蒸汽输出孔(211)沿U形臂部(214)的延伸方向间隔排布。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述清洗机构(20)还包括第一滤网(39),所述第一滤网(39)设在储水箱(22)的进水口(221)的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(10)的顶部设有注水孔(11),所述注水孔(11)与储水箱(22)的进水口(221)相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述蒸汽输出孔(211)的出口方向与水平方向呈15°~45°角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述清洗机构(20)中蒸汽输出孔(211)喷出的蒸汽的温度为30℃~200℃。

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述并轨组件(53)包括安装于外箱体后壁(131)的磁铁吸附器(531)、安装于第一下导轨(52)且与磁铁吸附器(531)前后正对设置的吸铁(532)、与第一下导轨(52)相连的销柱(533)、套设在销柱(533)上的第一弹簧(534)、以及开设在外箱体后壁(131)上且与销柱(533)相配合的插孔,所述第一弹簧(534)的前后两端分别与第一下导轨(52)和外箱体后壁(131)抵接;当所述内箱体(12)未升起至顶部时,所述磁铁吸附器(531)处于断电状态、未吸附所述吸铁 (532);当所述内箱体(12)升起至顶部时,所述磁铁吸附器(531)处于通电状态、吸附所述吸铁(532),所述第一弹簧(534)被压缩。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述行车机构(60)还包括安装在车架(61)上的驱动电机(62)、以及由驱动电机(62)驱动转动的主动轮(63),所述主动轮(63)可转动地安装于车架(61),所述第一下导轨(52)和第一上导轨(51)上设有与主动轮(63)相配合的导轮齿(57)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述行车机构(60)还包括都可转动地安装于车架(61)的导轨轮(66)和定位轮(67),所述第一下导轨(52)和第一上导轨(51)的正面、背面和侧面都设有导轮齿(57),所述主动轮(63)、导轨轮(66)和定位轮(67)分别与第一下导轨(52)和第一上导轨(51)背面、正面和侧面的导轮齿(57)相配合。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述第一上导轨(51)的底部设有固定钩(54),所述第一下导轨(52)的顶部设有与固定钩(54)对应配合的固定槽(55);所述第一上导轨(51)和第一下导轨(52)的正面还都设有上下延伸的诱导槽(56)。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述第一上导轨(51)与内箱体后壁(121)为一体式注塑成型、或为一体式金属压制成型。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的行李箱,其特征在于:还包括设在所述箱体(10)底部的烘干装置(70),所述烘干装置(70)包括导风罩(71)、风机(72)和发热体(73),所述导风罩(71)安装于箱体(10)、上端具有出风口(711),所述风机(72)安装在导风罩(71)的底部,所述发热体(73)安装于导风罩(71)、并位于风机(72)的上方。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述烘干装置(70)还包括多片散热支架(74)和多片散热翅片(75),所述散热支架(74)固定于导风罩(71)、并设于风机(72)的上方,每片散热支架(74)之间设有所述散热翅片(75),所述发热体(73)垂直穿过散热支架(74)、并固定于散热支架(74)。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述烘干装置(70)还包括烘干机支架(77) 和弹簧支柱(78),所述烘干机支架(77)与箱体(10)相固定,所述弹簧支柱(78)的上下两端分别与导风罩(71)和烘干机支架(77)相连接。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述导风罩(71)包括呈圆盘状的罩本体部(712)、从罩本体部(712)的外端向上延伸的罩外壁部(713)、从罩外壁部(713)的上端向内延伸的罩收口部(714)、以及从罩本体部(712)的内端向下延伸的罩内壁部(715),所述罩收口部(714)的内圈形成所述出风口(711),所述风机(72)安装在罩内壁部(715)中、且风机(72)的叶片位于罩本体部(712)的上方,所述罩本体部(712)中开设有上下贯通的进风口(716)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述进风口(716)处设有安装于罩本体部(712)的第二滤网(79)。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的行李箱,其特征在于:还包括设在所述箱体(10)底部、且位于烘干装置(70)上方的避水导风装置(80),所述风机(72)为调速风机;所述避水导风装置(80)包括轴杆(81)、可上下移动且可转动地安装于轴杆(81)的轴套(82)、固定于轴套(82)的安装支架(83)、固定在安装支架(83)外周的转动波轮盘(84)、与箱体(10)相对固定的静止波纹盘(85)、固定于轴套(82)且位于安装支架(83)下方的伞形支架(861)、多片通过铰链(864)安装于伞形支架(861)的导风叶片(862)、以及固设在伞形支架(861)下端的风叶(863),所述转动波轮盘(84)能够与静止波纹盘(85)相卡合,所述导风叶片(862)的张开角度随风力变化而可变;当多片导风叶片(862)闭合时,多片导风叶片(862)能够覆盖住导风罩(71)的出风口(711)。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述避水导风装置(80)还包括与箱体(10)相对固定的顶部支架(87)、以及套设在轴杆(81)上的第二弹簧(88),所述静止波纹盘(85)固定于顶部支架(87),所述第二弹簧(88)的上下两端分别与顶部支架(87)和安装支架(83)相抵接;当所述转动波轮盘(84)能够与静止波纹盘(85)相卡合时,所述第二弹簧(88)被压缩。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述避水导风装置(80)还包括固定于轴套(82)的挡水片(89),所述挡水片(89)位于安装支架(83)和伞形支架(861)之间。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述伞形支架(861)的材料为钛合金,所述安装支架(83)、转动波轮盘(84)和静止波纹盘(85)的材料都为耐热橡胶。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述伞形支架(861)的外端向下倾斜,倾斜角度为5°~15°。
  27. 根据权利要求17所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述发热体(73)为三段发热式MCH陶瓷发热体;所述烘干装置(70)还包括密封式电源接插件(76),所述密封式电源接插件(76)与三段发热式MCH陶瓷发热体位于导风罩(71)外部的一端相连接。
  28. 根据权利要求17或27所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述发热体(73)的工作温度为30℃~200℃。
  29. 根据权利要求17所述的行李箱,其特征在于:还包括箱体升降机构(40),所述箱体(10)包括内箱体(12)和外箱体(13),所述内箱体(12)通过箱体升降机构(40)可上下升降地安装于外箱体(13),所述烘干装置(70)设在所述外箱体(13)的底部。
  30. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述箱体升降机构(40)包括设在内箱体(12)中的上螺杆(41)、与上螺杆(41)螺纹配合的下螺杆(42)、以及设在外箱体(13)底部且带动下螺杆(42)转动的电机(43),所述电机(43)的外侧罩盖有隔水罩(44),所述隔水罩(44)连接在外箱体(13)的底部。
  31. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述箱体升降机构(40)包括设在内箱体(12)中的第二上导轨(45)、设在外箱体(13)中的第二下导轨(46)、设于第二上导轨(45)的上螺杆(47)、设于第二下导轨(46)的下螺杆(48)、以及设于下螺杆(48)下端且带动下螺杆(48)转动的电机(43),所述上螺杆(47)与内箱体(12)的顶部连接,所述第二上导轨(45)与第二下导轨(46)滑动连接,所述上螺杆(47)与下螺杆(48)螺纹配合;所述电机(43)的外侧罩盖有隔水罩(44),所述隔水罩(44)连接在外箱体(13)的底部。
  32. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述外箱体(13)的侧面设有拉手(110)。
  33. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述内箱体(12)的顶部为内箱体顶部(122),所述内箱体顶部(122)内固设有挂衣架(17)、紫外线灯(18)和照明灯(19)。
  34. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(10)还包括拉杆(14)和底轮(15),所述拉杆(14)嵌于内箱体(12)的内箱体后壁(121),所述底轮(15)设于外箱体(13)的底部,所述拉杆(14)的两侧还设置有伸展衣架(16)。
  35. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述外箱体(13)的底部还设有出水口(132)和防尘网(93)。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述外箱体(13)的底部还设有网式挡板(94),所述网式挡板(94)位于出水口(132)的上方侧。
  37. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述外箱体(13)的前侧面设置有可开启闭合的前门板(133),所述内箱体(12)的三个侧面封闭、且底面和靠近所述前门板(133)的前侧面都敞开。
  38. 根据权利要求10或29所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述内箱体(12)的顶部的侧面设有密码锁上部(111),所述外箱体(13)的顶部的侧面设有密码锁下部(112),所述密码锁上部(111)与密码锁下部(112)上下对应设置。
  39. 根据权利要求1所述的行李箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(10)的顶部设有可翻转的液晶显示屏(91)。
