贴盖式包装容器 【技术领域】
本发明是有关于一种包装容器,特别是指一种具分隔填充分装的贴盖式包装容器。
【先前技术】
商品包装塑造出产品形象,是现代化社会商业活动必要的经营法则,无论是各行业产品,依据其特性、大小等要素,配合广告设计包覆于商品,除了便于运输及不受外界破坏之外,外层包装表征将是凸显出吸引消费者的主要因素。
日常生活中有很多小型化的商品,需要透过分装于容器中,让消费者可以逐次的开封使用,例如口服的锭剂、钮扣电池等等,大致介乎于拇指般大小的商品,提供一多容室泡壳型容器,并透过封膜方式将各容室封住,通常,封膜使用各种容易搓破的材料,例如用于口服药物包装,是使用铝箔薄膜封装,当在使用时,只要以手指去压制其中一个泡壳的容室外部,即可突破覆盖其上的铝箔薄膜,而取出对应容室的药锭。
因此,制造时就会在铝箔薄膜上印制商品标章或名称,进一步的印制产品成分、警语或使用说明等等。虽然,这些做法可以让使用者轻易看到,但是因使用方式是逐一的搓破对应的泡壳容室,所以上述的一些商品上的商品说 明无法过于明显,最后仅存产品商标为主要的表征诉求。此外,在拿取一药锭就会需要搓破铝箔薄膜,从使用上来看,实际上并不能保持商品的美观性。
本案发明人申请的美国专利US7959004号案,揭示出一种安全包装容器,是将前述多容室泡壳型容器做成可折迭扣合,继而在使用上防止封装用的铝箔薄膜被直接搓破,同时也能保持其外观性,但这种扣合方式衍生出高额成本,且改变原始包装泡壳的构造,只能用于较特殊性产品,反而不利广泛推广使用。
【发明内容】
因此,本发明之目的,即在提供一种分装用容器,特别是用于保持使用时的外观完整性且商品适用性更广的贴盖式包装容器。
于是,本发明贴盖式包装容器,是用于分装复数填充物,包含一泡壳、一覆盖于该泡壳上的封膜,及一覆盖于该封膜上的可掀式不干胶膜。
该泡壳具有一基部,及复数个凹槽部位,该基部具有一上基面及一下基面,该等凹槽部位是沿着该基部的上基面朝下延伸。
该封膜相对应固定结合于该上基面,并覆盖住各该凹槽部位而形成对应的密封容室,每一密封容室是用于装载至少一填充物。
该可掀式不干胶膜具有一相对应该封膜的内侧面、一 相反的外侧面,及一配置于该内侧面的不干胶层。
其中,该可掀式不干胶膜藉由该不干胶层可往复的黏合于该封膜或该泡壳的基部,于掀开时,可搓破任一密封容室对应的封膜部位取出分装的填充物,于覆盖时,遮蔽该封膜对应的密封容室。
本发明之功效,是透过该可掀式不干胶膜覆盖于该封膜上,于掀开时,可搓破任一密封容室对应的封膜部位取出分装的填充物,在取出后,透过该可掀式不干胶膜再覆盖于该封膜,可使外观保持完整性,同时,利用该可掀式不干胶膜的外侧面配置广告标语及产品完整性说明,可以解决该封膜被搓破不利标示上的问题。

参阅图1及图2、图3,本发明贴盖式包装容器的一第一实施例,是用于分装复数填充物100,包含一泡壳1、一覆盖于该泡壳1上的封膜2,及一覆盖于该封膜2上的可掀式不干胶膜3。
该泡壳1具有一基部11,及复数个凹槽部位12,该基部11具有一上基面111及一下基面112,该等凹槽部位12是沿着该基部11的上基面111朝下延伸。
该泡壳1可使用常见的热可塑性材料吹塑成型,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚丙烯(PP)或聚乳酸(PLA)等材料较为泛用。
该封膜2具有一结合面21及一相反的印刷面22,该 结合面21是相对应固定结合于该上基面111,并且覆盖住各该凹槽部位12而形成对应的密封容室200,每一密封容室200是用于装载至少一填充物100。
该封膜2较泛用的使用金属薄膜,如铝箔薄膜或锡箔薄膜,当然也可以是纤维材质等较易撕性材料。依照现有常见的结合技术,可以透过树脂黏着或是使用热塑性材料配合树脂喷涂于该封膜2的结合面21,然后透过热压封装黏着。当然,该封膜2只要能贴着于该上基面11并密封住各该凹槽部位12,同时该封膜2不易直接以手能拨离该上基面111即可。此外,该封膜2需要控制能让手指搓破任一凹槽部位12处的区域,以利逐一的取出填充物100。
该印刷面22可以配置商品的标章或是说明,以利使用者可以透过该印刷面22了解填充物100的性质。该填充物100可以是药物锭剂、食品锭剂、胶囊或是一些近乎拇指般大小的商品,如钮扣电池等等,特别是不需要同时全部打开使用的小商品,较佳的,是分阶段分装使用的消耗性商品。本实施例中,该填充物100是以药类锭剂为例。
该可掀式不干胶膜3,具有一相对应该封膜2的内侧面31、一相反的外侧面32,及一配置于该内侧面31的不干胶层33。
该可掀式不干胶膜3的内侧面是覆盖于该封膜2的印刷面22,该内侧面31包括一与该印刷面22固定的结合 部311,及一覆盖该印刷面22的覆盖部312。
本实施例中,该不干胶层33是配置于该覆盖部312与该印刷面22之间。该覆盖部312的局部藉由该不干胶层33可往复的黏合于该封膜2的印刷面22,于覆盖时,遮蔽该封膜2对应的各凹槽部位12,于掀开时,可搓破任一凹槽部位12对应的封膜2部位取出分装的填充物100。较佳的,所述的不干胶层33于该覆盖部312的局部部位,是指相对应于该封膜22的印刷面22周缘部位,当然,该不干胶层33布满于该覆盖部312与该印刷面22之间也不会影响整体效用。
本实施例中,该结合部311是配置在该内侧面31与该封膜22相迭置的一端缘处,用于避免掀起该可掀式不干胶膜3时发生完全拨离,当然,其配置上,需要避免阻挡该密封容室200对应该封膜2的位置,使得该可掀式不干胶膜3掀起时,可以不阻碍填充物100的拿出。
本实施例中,该结合部311的形成方式,是在该封膜2的印刷面22与该可掀式不干胶膜3的内侧面31间喷涂树脂黏着或是喷涂树脂及热塑性材料,然后以热压方式接着形成一位于该结合部311与该封膜2间的黏着层313。
此外,该结合部311的形成方式,也可以由该可掀式不干胶膜3的内侧面31直接与该上基面111透过喷涂树脂黏着或是喷涂树脂及热塑性材料,然后以热压方式接着,此部分图示未揭示。简单来说,该结合部311在该可 掀式不干胶膜3与该基部11之间若没有封膜2夹层时,可透过结合于该基部11来能达到结合固定的作用。
该外侧面32是完全裸露在整体包装的外部,几乎完整覆盖于该封膜2,因此,可以透过产品广告标语、产品成分及警语完整的显示印刷其上,于未掀起该可掀式不干胶膜3时,实质上完整遮蔽该封膜2,用户可以轻易的看到产品的注意事项,特别是在食品或药品上能大幅提高安全性。毕竟,现有的包装方式,大都将产品说明包装透过说明书或包装盒另外的标注,于使用者在实际使用时,并不会特别去翻看说明书或产品包装盒。
值得一提的是,该可掀式不干胶膜3更具有一突出覆盖该封膜2的掀起部34,且与该位于该结合部311呈相反位置配置,藉此可利于操作该可掀式不干胶膜3掀出该封膜2。
使用时,参阅图1、4,以该掀起部34拉起,并以该结合部311限止该可掀式不干胶膜3脱离该封膜2,就可搓破任一密封容室200对应的封膜2部位取出分装的填充物100,在取出后,透过该可掀式不干胶膜3再覆盖于该封膜2,可使外观保持完整性,同时,利用该可掀式不干胶膜3的外侧面32配置广告标语及产品完整性说明,可以解决该封膜2被搓破不利标示上的问题。
值得一提的是,如图1、4、5所示,该可掀式不干胶膜3更具有一沿着该掀起部34的方向且邻近覆盖该封膜 2二侧的密封部35,该结合部311及该密封部35是热封固定于该封膜2,该不干胶层33配置于该覆盖部312,且该密封部35与该覆盖部312互相断开,于掀开时,由该掀起部34翻起该覆盖部312,该结合部311与该密封部35限止该可掀式不干胶膜3脱离该封膜2。如此,可以更保障该可掀式不干胶膜3能在掀合及回贴时的稳定。
参阅图6及图7、图8,本发明贴盖式包装容器的一第二实施例,其构造组成大致上与第一实施例相同,不同处在于,该泡壳1的基部11、该封膜2及该可掀式不干胶膜3相互迭置形成有一工作端部300,该基部11与该封膜2加工配置有分隔出该工作端部300的断裂线400,并可由该断裂线400撕下位于工作端部300的一基部区301及一封膜区302,使得该可掀式不干胶膜3突伸出该封膜2形成一掀起部36。此外,该不干胶层33是配置于该掀起部36,以该掀起部36掀开时,雷同于第一实施例,可搓破任一密封容室200对应的封膜2部位,进而取出分装的填充物100(参阅图1),于覆盖时,该掀起部36反折地以该不干胶层33黏贴到该基部11的下基面112。
值得一提的是,该不干胶层33还是可扩大到配置于该可掀式不干胶膜3覆盖于该封膜2的部位,此部分只是制程上需求,以及不同的反复贴着的方式不同。至于第一实施例所述的结合部311等配置方式,亦可运用本实施例中,在此不加以赘述。
综上所述,本发明的可掀式不干胶膜3透过可反复的贴着覆盖于该封膜2,使得在未掀开前,使用者能透过该外侧面32的印刷了解产品的各种特性,在掀开后拿取填充物100,然后回贴又能保持整体外观,且实际使用上相当便利,故确实能达成本发明之目的。
惟以上所述者,仅为本发明之实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施之范围,凡是依本发明申请专利范围及专利说明书内容所作之简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本发明专利涵盖之范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种贴盖式包装容器,是用于分装复数填充物,包含:
    一泡壳,具有一基部,及复数个凹槽部位,该基部具有一上基面及一下基面,该等凹槽部位是沿着该基部的上基面朝下延伸;
    一封膜,相对应固定结合于该上基面,并覆盖住各该凹槽部位而形成对应的密封容室,每一密封容室是用于装载至少一填充物;及
    一可掀式不干胶膜,覆盖于该封膜,具有一相对应该封膜的内侧面、一相反的外侧面,及一配置于该内侧面的不干胶层;
    其中,该可掀式不干胶膜藉由该不干胶层可往复的黏合于该封膜或该泡壳的基部,于掀开时,可搓破任一密封容室对应的封膜部位取出分装的填充物,于覆盖时,遮蔽该封膜对应的密封容室。
  2. 依据申请专利范围第1项所述的贴盖式包装容器,其中,该可掀式不干胶膜更具有一与该封膜或该上基面固定的结合部,于掀开时,该结合部限止该可掀式不干胶膜脱离该封膜或该泡壳。
  3. 依据申请专利范围第1项所述的贴盖式包装容器,其中,该可掀式不干胶膜更具有一突出覆盖该封膜的掀起部。
  4. 依据申请专利范围第3项所述的贴盖式包装容器,其中,该可掀式不干胶膜更具有一与该封膜或该上基面固定且与该位于该掀起部相反位置的结合部、一沿着该掀起部的方向且邻近覆盖该封膜二侧的密封部,及位于该等密封部之间的覆盖部,该结合部及该密封部是热封固定于该封膜,该不干胶层配置于该覆盖部, 且该密封部与该覆盖部互相断开,于掀开时,由该掀起部翻起该覆盖部,该结合部与该密封部限止该可掀式不干胶膜脱离该封膜。
  5. 依据申请专利范围第1项所述的贴盖式包装容器,其中,该可掀式不干胶膜更具有一突出覆盖该封膜的掀起部,该不干胶层配置于该掀起部,以该掀起部掀开时,可搓破任一密封容室对应的封膜部位取出分装的填充物,于覆盖时,该掀起部反折地以该不干胶层黏贴到该基部的下基面。
  6. 依据申请专利范围第1项所述的贴盖式包装容器,其中,该泡壳的基部、该封膜及该可掀式不干胶膜相互迭置形成有一工作端部,该基部与该封膜加工配置有分隔出该工作端部的断裂线,并可由该断裂线撕下位于工作端部的一基部区及一封膜区,使得该可掀式不干胶膜突伸出该封膜形成一掀起部。
  7. 依据申请专利范围第6项所述的贴盖式包装容器,其中,该不干胶层配置于该掀起部,以该掀起部掀开时,可搓破任一密封容室对应的封膜部位取出分装的填充物,于覆盖时,该掀起部反折地以该不干胶层黏贴到该基部的下基面。
