Description

내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기
본 발명은 립글로스, 마스카라 등과 같이 솔대의 도포구를 인출 사용하는 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 솔대의 도포구 인출 또는 삽입시 솔대, 패킹 부재 등에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어주면서 내용물의 역류에 의한 외부 넘침을 방지함은 물론 솔대의 도포구 인출시 내용물을 스크레퍼에 의해 훑어 적당량씩 인출 사용하도록 하는 내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 립글로스는 입술, 마스카라는 속눈썹을 화장하는 것으로, 상기 립글로스는 입술이 건조되는 것을 방지함과 함께 촉촉함을 유지하도록 사용하는 것이고, 상기 마스카라는 속눈썹을 진하게 하여 속눈썹이 길어 보이도록 사용하는 것이다.
이와 같은 립글로스, 마스카라 등은 솔대의 도포구에 내용물 묻혀 사용하는 구조의 화장품으로서, 이는 내용물이 저장되는 용기 본체 상부에 패킹 부재를 내 삽입 결합하고, 용기 본체 상부에 캡 부재를 결합하되, 상기 캡 부재 하부에 솔대를 결합하고 상기 솔대 하단에 도포구, 예를 들면 팁이나 브러쉬 등을 결합하여 캡 부재를 용기 본체에서 분리하는 것에 의해 솔대의 도포구를 인출하면서 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 도포하도록 사용하는 것이다.
이러한 종래 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기는 용기 본체에서 솔대를 인출하거나 삽입할 때 도포구 이외에 솔대 등에 묻어 있는 내용물이 패킹 부재의 입구 주변에 묻거나 외부로 역류하면서 용기 본체 상부가 지저분해질 뿐만 아니라 용기 본체 상부에 묻어 있는 내용물이 외부 공기와의 접촉으로 굳어져 캡 부재를 결합하거나 분리하는데 어려움이 있었다.
이와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 공개특허 제10-2012-20060호 등에서는 와이퍼 구조를 적용하는데, 이는 패킹 부재 하부 내주연에 링 형태의 제1 와이퍼를 형성하여 도포구 인출시 솔대에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 주므로 내용물이 역류하는 것을 방지하고 또한 상기 솔대 상부에 결합되는 밀폐구 외주연에 제2 와이퍼를 돌출 형성하여 도포구 삽입시 패킹 부재의 내주연에 묻어 있는 내용물을 하부로 훑어 내용물이 상부로 역류하는 것을 방지하도록 하였다.
즉, 상기 도포구를 인출할 때 또는 삽입할 때 솔대나 패킹 부재 내부의 내용물을 제1,2 와이퍼에 의해 훑어 용기 본체 내부에 체류시키므로 내용물이 외부로 역류하는 것을 방지하도록 하는 것이다.
그러나 상기한 종래 도포구 인출 타입의 화장품 용기는 다음과 같은 문제점이 있었다.
첫째, 상기 솔대의 도포구를 용기 본체에서 인출 사용시 도포구에 너무 많은 다량의 내용물이 묻게 되어 도포 사용이 불편함은 물론 사용 중에 내용물이 떨어지면서 주변을 오염시키게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
둘째, 상기 도포구 삽입시 솔대 상부에 결합된 밀폐구가 제2 와이퍼에 의해 패킹 부재의 내 벽면에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 주고, 이와 같이 훑어 준 내용물은 패킹 부재 하부에 관통 형성되는 배출 구멍을 통해 용기 본체로 배출하게 되는데, 상기 패킹 부재의 배출 구멍이 항상 개방되어 있기 때문에 도포구 삽입이 아닌 인출시에는 오히려 배출 구멍을 통해 내용물이 역류하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
뿐만 아니라 상기 솔대의 도포구 삽입시 밀폐구의 제2 와이퍼에 의해 훑어 준 내용물이 패킹 부재의 배출 구멍으로 모두 배출되지 못하는 경우, 즉 패킹 부재 내부에 남게 되는 일부의 내용물이 밀폐구와 패킹 부재 사이에서 밀폐구가 압착하는 압착력에 의해 용기 본체 상부로 역류되어 외부로 넘치게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
즉, 종래 용기 본체는 제1,2 와이퍼, 패킹 부재의 배출 구멍을 모두 적용하더라도 내용물의 역류, 외부 넘침 현상을 완전히 방지하지 못하게 되면서 용기 본체를 오염시키는 종래 문제를 완전히 해결하지 못하였다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술이 갖는 제반 문제점을 해결하고자 발명된 것으로서, 솔대의 도포구 인출 또는 삽입시 솔대, 패킹 부재 등에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어주면서 용기 본체 내부에 체류시켜 내용물의 역류에 의한 외부 넘침을 방지함은 물론 솔대의 도포구 인출시 내용물을 스크레퍼에 의해 훑어 적당량씩 인출 사용하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 용기 본체 상부에 내 삽입하여 상부가 안착되게 패킹 부재를 결합하고, 상기 패킹 부재 내부 중앙에 와이퍼를 갖는 관통공을 형성하여 캡 하부의 솔대를 인출 또는 삽입하면서 도포구에 의해 내용물을 묻혀 사용하되, 상기 솔대의 상부 외측에 패킹 부재 내부의 반구형 안착홈에 삽입되는 반 구형의 밀폐구를 형성하여 솔대의 인출 또는 삽입시 상기 밀폐구와 패킹 부재의 와이퍼에 의해 솔대와 패킹 부재 내부에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 역류를 방지하도록 함에 있어서; 상기 패킹 부재는 상부 내측 원주상에 내부로 돌출되는 스크레퍼를 형성하여 솔대 인출시 사용자가 솔대 선단의 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 적당량을 인출 사용하도록 구성하되, 상기 스크레퍼는 외측 둘레에 V형 홈부와 상측에 패킹 부재 내주연과 단차를 이루는 단차홈을 형성하여 솔대 선단의 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 줄 때 내외측으로 텐션 작동함은 물론 도포구에서 훑어준 내용물이 저장되어 외부로 넘침을 방지하도록 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 패킹 부재는 하부 내측 원주상에 상하로 절개되는 절개부를 적어도 둘 이상 형성하여 솔대 삽입 또는 인출시 밀폐구가 패킹 부재의 내부 공간을 압축 또는 팽창시키는 것에 의해 절개부가 개폐되면서 내용물을 하부로 배출시켜 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 솔대의 밀폐구는 하부 외측 원주상에 내용물이 체류할 수 있는 링 형태의 체류 홈부를 형성하여 솔대 삽입시 패킹 부재 내부에 잔류하는 내용물이 저장되면서 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 솔대의 밀폐구는 하부 원주상에 패킹 부재의 절개부 위치로 하향 돌출되는 가압 돌출부를 형성하여 솔대 삽입시 패킹 부재의 절개부를 가압하면서 더 벌려 주도록 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 용기 본체 상부에 패킹 부재를 내 삽입 결합하고, 캡 하부에 상하로 밀폐구와 도포구가 결합된 솔대를 결합하여 상기 솔대를 인출 또는 삽입시 솔대, 패킹 부재 등에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 내용물의 역류에 의한 외부 넘침을 방지함은 물론 훑어준 내용물이 용기 본체 내부에 체류되도록 유도하여 용기를 청결하게 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
뿐만 아니라 상기 솔대의 도포구 인출시 도포구에 다량으로 묻어 있는 내용물을 사용자가 패킹 부재 상부 내측에 돌출 형성되는 스크레퍼에 의해 훑어 적당량씩 인출 사용므로 화장 도포를 더 효과적으로 행할 수 있음은 물론 상기 스크레퍼에 의해 훑어 준 내용물의 외부 넘침도 방지하므로 용기를 더욱 청결하게 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

본 발명의 내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기는 도 1 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 용기 본체(10), 캡(20), 솔대(30) 및 패킹 부재(40)로 구성하여 이루어진다.
상기 용기 본체(10)는 내부에 내용물을 저장하고, 상부 외측에 나사 결합부(12)를 형성하도록 구성한다.
상기 캡(20)은 용기 본체 상부 외측의 나사 결합부(12)에 나사 결합하도록 구성한다.
상기 솔대(30)는 캡 하부에 수직 결합하는데, 솔대 상부에는 후술하는 패킹 부재 내부의 반구형 안착홈에 대응되는 반구형의 밀폐구(35)를 고무 재질로 별도 제작하여 조립 구성하거나 도 11에서와 같이 솔대와 일체로 성형 제작하여 구성할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 솔대 하부에 도포구(31)를 결합 구성한다.
상기 도포구(31)는 립글로스에 사용하는 팁 형태의 도포구는 물론 마스카라에 사용하는 브러쉬 형태의 도포구 등 용도에 따라 다양한 형태로 적용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 밀폐구(35)는 상부 외측에 후술하는 패킹 부재의 내 벽면에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 주고 기밀링 역할을 하도록 보조 와이퍼(미도시)를 링 형태로 형성하고, 하부 외측 원주상에 내용물이 체류할 수 있는 링 형태의 체류 홈부(36)를 형성하여 솔대 삽입시 패킹 부재 내부에 잔류하는 내용물이 체류되면서 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성한다.
상기 패킹 부재(40)는 용기 본체(10) 상부에 하부를 내 삽입하여 상부가 안착되게 결합하도록 구성한다. 즉, 상기 패킹 부재(40)는 고무 재질이나 그 밖의 완충 재질로 형성하되 상부 단턱부(40a), 내부에 솔대의 밀폐구(35)가 안착되는 반원형의 안착홈(42), 하부 중앙에 원주상으로 솔대에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어주도록 링 형태의 와이퍼(43)를 갖는 관통공(41)을 형성하여 구성한다.
특히, 상기 패킹 부재(40)의 하부에는 내측 원주상에 상하로 절개되는 절개부(49)를 적어도 둘 이상 형성하여 솔대 삽입 또는 인출시 밀폐구(35)가 패킹 부재의 내부 공간을 압축 또는 팽창시키는 것에 의해 절개부(49)가 개폐되면서 내용물을 하부로 배출시켜 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성한다.
여기서 상기 솔대의 밀폐구(35)에는 하부 원주상에 패킹 부재의 절개부(49) 위치로 가압 돌출부(37)를 하향 돌출되게 형성하여 솔대 삽입시 패킹 부재의 절개부(49)를 가압하도록 하면서 절개부를 더욱 벌려 주도록 구성할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 패킹 부재(40)의 상부 내측에는 원주상에 스크레퍼(45)를 내부로 돌출되게 일체 형성하여 솔대 인출시 사용자가 솔대 선단의 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 내용물을 적당량씩 인출 사용할 수 있도록 구성하는 것이다.
뿐만 아니라 상기 스크레퍼(45)의 외측 둘레에 V형 홈부(46)와 상기 스크레퍼 상측에 패킹 부재 내주연과 단차를 이루는 단차홈(47)을 형성하여 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 줄 때 스크레퍼가 내외측으로 텐션 작동하면서 내용물을 좀더 효과적으로 훑어주도록 함은 물론 상기 도포구에서 훑어준 내용물이 저장되어 외부로 넘침을 방지하도록 구성하는 것이다.
미설명 부호로서, 40b는 패킹 부재의 상단에 링 형태로 돌출 형성되는 기밀 돌기를 나타내는 것이다.
다음은 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 작동 및 작용에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.
먼저, 내용물을 도포 사용하는 과정을 설명하면 도 10에서와 같이 용기 본체(10) 상부에 나사 결합되어 있는 캡(20)을 회전시켜 결합 해제한 후 솔대(30)와 함께 솔대 하부의 도포구(31)를 인출하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 상기 솔대의 도포구(31)를 인출할 때, 상기 솔대(30)와 도포구(31)가 패킹 부재(40) 하부 중앙의 관통공(41)을 통과하면서 상기 관통공 외측에 링 형태로 형성된 와이퍼(43)에 의해 솔대(30)에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어주므로 솔대에 묻어 있는 내용물이 외부로 역류됨을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 사용자는 솔대의 도포구(31)를 패킹 부재(40) 상부 내측의 스크레퍼(45)에 의해 훑어 주므로 도포구에 내용물이 적당량씩 묻혀지도록 인출하게 되는 것이다.
즉, 사용자가 솔대의 도포구(31)를 약간 눕혀 패킹 부재의 내측 원주상에 돌출 형성되어 있는 스크레퍼(45)에 훑어 주면, 상기 스크레퍼가 V형 홈부(46)에 의해 내외측으로 텐션 작동하면서 도포구(31)에 다량으로 묻어 있는 내용물을 일부 훑어 주게 되므로 적당량씩 묻혀 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 스크레퍼(45)에 의해 훑어 준 내용물은 스크레퍼 외측 둘레에 형성된 V형 홈부(46)와 상기 V형 홈부 상측에 패킹 부재 내주연과 단차를 이루도록 형성된 단차홈(47)에 체류하게 되면서 내용물의 외부 넘침도 방지하게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상기와 같이 솔대의 도포구(31)를 용기 본체(10)에서 인출하여 사용한 후에는 다시 패킹 부재(40)의 관통공(41)을 통해 용기 본체(10) 내부로 삽입 보관하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 상기 솔대의 도포구(31) 삽입시 솔대 상부에 결합된 반구형의 밀폐구(35)가 패킹 부재 내부의 반구형 안착홈(42)에 삽입되면서 외측의 보조 와이퍼에 의해 패킹 부재의 내 벽면에 잔류하는 내용물을 하부로 훑어 주므로 내용물의 역류를 방지하게 되는 것이다.
더우기, 상기 밀폐구(35)가 패킹 부재 내부의 반구형 안착홈(42)으로 삽입되어 패킹 부재 내부 공간에 압축 압력이 작용하면, 도 8에서와 같이 상기 패킹 부재 하부 원주상에 상하로 절개 형성된 절개부(49)가 벌어지면서 밀폐구(35)에 의해 훑어 내린 내용물이 절개부를 통해 용기 본체(10) 내부로 배출되는 것이다.
뿐만 아니라 상기 솔대의 밀폐구(35) 하부 원주상에 하향 돌출 형성된 가압 돌출부(37)가 패킹 부재의 절개부(49)를 가압하면서 상기 절개부(49)를 인위적으로 더 벌어지게 하므로 상기 밀폐구(35)에 의해 훑어 내린 내용물을 용기 본체(10) 내부로 더 원활히 배출하게 되고, 이로 인해 내용물의 외부 넘침을 더욱 확실하게 방지하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 패킹 부재의 내 벽면에서 훑어 내린 내용물이 패킹 부재의 절개부(49)를 통해 배출되지 않고 일부 남아 있는 경우 밀폐구 하부 원주상으로 형성된 체류 홈부(36)에 체류하게 되기 때문에 종래와 같이 내용물이 외부로 넘치는 것은 완전히 방지하게 되는 것이다.
이와 반대로 상기 솔대의 밀폐구(35)를 인출할 때에는 삽입할 때와 달리 패킹 부재(40) 내부 공간에 팽창 압력이 작용하면서 도 9에서와 같이 패킹 부재의 하부 원주상에 상하로 형성된 절개부(49)가 오므라지면서 용기 본체 내부의 내용물이 절개부를 통해 상부로 역류되거나 외부로 넘치게 되는 것을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 솔대의 도포구(31) 인출 또는 삽입시 솔대, 패킹 부재 등에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어주면서 용기 본체 내부에 체류시켜 내용물의 역류에 의한 외부 넘침을 방지함은 물론 솔대의 도포구(31) 인출시 사용자가 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 스크레퍼(45)에 의해 훑어 적당량씩 인출 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용기 본체(10) 상부에 내 삽입하여 상부가 안착되게 패킹 부재(40)를 결합하고, 상기 패킹 부재 내부 중앙에 와이퍼(43)를 갖는 관통공(41)을 형성하여 캡(20) 하부의 솔대(30)를 인출 또는 삽입하면서 도포구(31)에 의해 내용물을 묻혀 사용하되, 상기 솔대의 상부 외측에 패킹 부재 내부의 반구형 안착홈(42)에 삽입되는 반 구형의 밀폐구(35)를 형성하여 솔대의 인출 또는 삽입시 상기 밀폐구(35)와 패킹 부재의 와이퍼(43)에 의해 솔대와 패킹 부재 내부에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 역류를 방지하도록 하는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 패킹 부재(40)는 상부 내측 원주상에 내부로 돌출되는 스크레퍼(45)를 형성하여 솔대 인출시 사용자가 솔대 선단의 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 적당량을 인출 사용하도록 구성하되,
    상기 스크레퍼는 외측 둘레에 V형 홈부(46)와 상측에 패킹 부재 내주연과 단차를 이루는 단차홈(47)을 형성하여 솔대 선단의 도포구에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 줄 때 내외측으로 텐션 작동함은 물론 도포구에서 훑어준 내용물이 저장되어 외부로 넘침을 방지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 역류 방지구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 패킹 부재(40)는 하부 내측 원주상에 상하로 절개되는 절개부(49)를 적어도 둘 이상 형성하여 솔대 삽입 또는 인출시 밀폐구(35)가 패킹 부재의 내부 공간을 압축 또는 팽창시키는 것에 의해 절개부(49)가 개폐되면서 내용물을 하부로 배출시켜 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 솔대의 밀폐구(35)는 하부 외측 원주상에 내용물이 체류할 수 있는 링 형태의 체류 홈부(36)를 형성하여 솔대 삽입시 패킹 부재 내부에 잔류하는 내용물이 저장되면서 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 솔대의 밀폐구(35)는 하부 원주상에 패킹 부재의 절개부(49) 위치로 하향 돌출되는 가압 돌출부(37)를 형성하여 솔대 삽입시 패킹 부재의 절개부(49)를 가압하면서 더 벌려 주도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기.
  5. 용기 본체(10) 상부에 내 삽입하여 상부가 안착되게 패킹 부재(40)를 결합하고, 상기 패킹 부재 내부 중앙에 와이퍼(43)를 갖는 관통공(41)을 형성하여 캡(20) 하부의 솔대(30)를 인출 또는 삽입하면서 도포구(31)에 의해 내용물을 묻혀 사용하되, 상기 솔대의 상부 외측에 패킹 부재 내부의 반구형 안착홈(42)에 삽입되는 반 구형의 밀폐구(35)를 형성하여 솔대의 인출 또는 삽입시 상기 밀폐구(35)와 패킹 부재의 와이퍼(43)에 의해 솔대와 패킹 부재 내부에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어 역류를 방지하도록 하는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 패킹 부재(40)는 하부 내측 원주상에 상하로 절개되는 절개부(49)를 적어도 둘 이상 형성하여 솔대 삽입 또는 인출시 밀폐구(35)가 패킹 부재의 내부 공간을 압축 또는 팽창시키는 것에 의해 절개부(49)가 개폐되면서 내용물을 하부로 배출시켜 외부 넘침을 방지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 역류 방지 구조를 갖는 도포구 인출 타입 화장품 용기.
