Definitions
- the present invention relates to a phthalocyanine compound, a liposome preparation using the phthalocyanine compound, and a cancer / tumor therapeutic agent.
- thermochemotherapy and photodynamic therapy have been studied as treatment methods for cancer.
- These treatment methods are treatment methods in which a dye compound is irradiated with a light beam having a specific wavelength to generate heat or singlet oxygen to destroy tumor cells.
- International Publication No. 2013/051732 (corresponding to US 2014/0369935 A1) discloses a liposome complex using a light absorbing compound having an absorption wavelength in the near infrared region such as a phthalocyanine dye.
- the phthalocyanine dye described in International Publication No. 2013/051732 (corresponding to US 2014/0369935 A1) has a short maximum absorption wavelength (see Comparative Example 1 below), and only relatively short near-infrared light can be used.
- light of 780 nm or more has high permeability to human tissues. Therefore, the liposome complex using the phthalocyanine dye described in International Publication No. 2013/051732 (corresponding to US 2014/0369935 A1) can be applied to tumors existing on the body surface side, but is deeply present in the body. For tumors, the therapeutic effect cannot be sufficiently obtained because the tumor does not reach the deep infrared light sufficiently.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a phthalocyanine compound having a maximum absorption wavelength of 780 nm or more and solubility in phospholipids.
- the present inventors conducted diligent research in order to solve the above problems. As a result, they have found that the above problems can be solved by using a vanadium compound, an indium compound or a tin compound as the central metal and introducing 1 to 8 lipid-derived groups into the phthalocyanine skeleton, and completed the present invention.

Abstract
