柜灯及灯柜 技术领域
本申请涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种柜灯及灯柜。
背景技术
随着家居照明的发展,越来越多的灯柜需要配LED照明灯具。现有的柜灯与灯柜的连接方式比较繁琐,拆卸或更换柜灯也比较繁琐。
现有的灯柜内的柜灯的光线具有炫光,用户体验较差。为了解决炫光的问题,需要在柜灯内设置光学元件来消除炫光,由于柜灯需要另外安装光学元件,从而增加了柜灯的体积,柜灯的体积增加后,会导致灯柜内的储物空间相应的减少。

本申请所解决的技术问题在于:提供一种安装方便且占用空间小的柜灯以及包含该柜灯的灯柜。

一种柜灯,包括:
灯壳,所述灯壳包括第一壳板和第二壳板;所述第一壳板和所述第二壳板相连,且所述第一壳板与所述第二壳板围成第一空间;所述第一壳板或所述第二壳板围设所述第一空间的面上设置有第一连接部;
弹性件,所述弹性件包括第二连接部,所述弹性件与所述第一空间插接配合,且所述第二连接部与所述第一连接部卡接配合;所述弹性件用于安装到灯柜的内顶壁上;
发光组件,所述发光组件安装在所述灯壳上。
优选地,在上述的柜灯中,所述弹性件由金属片一体弯折而成。
优选地,在上述的柜灯中,所述第一壳板围设所述第一空间面上开设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽为所述第一连接部;所述弹性件包括第一凸起,所述第一凸起为所述第二连接部。

本申请的柜灯的优点在于:将所述弹性件安装在灯柜的内顶壁上之后,将所述灯壳的所述第一空间对准所述第二连接部,然后朝向所述灯柜的内顶壁推动所述灯壳,使得所述第二连接部先进入所述第一空间,然后第一连接部与所述第二连接部卡接配合,进而实现所述灯壳与所述弹性件的连接。相对于现有的柜灯,本申请的柜灯的灯壳以及柜灯安装到所述灯柜的内顶壁上均更加的方便。由于第一空间的存在,且弹性件与第一空间插接配合,即弹性件的一部分位于第一空间中,从而减小了柜灯的占用空间。
本申请的灯柜的优点在于:将所述弹性件安装在灯柜的内顶壁上之后,将所述灯壳的所述第一空间对准所述第二连接部,然后朝向所述灯柜的内顶壁推动所述灯壳,使得所述第二连接部先进入所述第一空间,然后第一连接部与所述第二连接部卡接配合,进而实现所述灯壳与所述弹性件的连接。相对于现有的柜灯,本申请的柜灯的灯壳以及柜灯安装到所述灯柜的内顶壁上均更加的方便。由于第一空间的存在,且弹性件与第一空间插接配合,即弹性件的一部分位于第一空间中,从而减小了柜灯的占用空间。由于灯柜内的柜灯的占用空间更小,从而使得本申请的灯柜具有更大的储物空间。另外,由于对灯柜内的物件进行照明的光线是反射的光线,从而没有炫光,从而不需要在灯壳内安装扩散板来均光,从而减小了灯壳的体积,使得灯壳厚度更薄,占用的空间更小。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种柜灯100,该柜灯100包括灯壳、弹性件40和发光组件50,灯壳包括主壳体10,主壳体10包括第一壳板11和第二壳板12,第一壳板11和第二壳板12。第一壳板11和第二壳板12相连,且第一壳板11与第二壳板12围成第一空间13。第一壳板11或第二壳板12围设第一空间13的面上设置有第一连接部。弹性件40由弹性材料制作而成,具有合适的弹性和刚度。弹性件40包括第二连接部,弹性件40与第一空间13插接配合,且第二连接部与第一连接部卡接配合。弹性件40用于安装到灯柜200的内顶壁211上。发光组件50安装在灯壳上。
本实施例的柜灯100的优点在于:将弹性件40安装在灯柜200的内顶壁上之后,将灯壳的第一空间13对准第二连接部,然后朝向灯柜200的内顶壁211推动灯壳,使得第二连接部先进入第一空间13,然后第一连接部与第二连接部卡接配合,进而实现灯壳与弹性件40的连接。相对于现有的柜灯,本实施例的柜灯100的灯壳以及柜灯100安装到灯柜200的内顶壁211上均更加的 方便。由于第一空间13的存在,且弹性件40与第一空间13插接配合,即弹性件40的一部分位于第一空间13中,从而减小了柜灯100的占用空间。
拆卸灯壳的时候,朝向远离灯柜200的内顶壁211的方向拉动灯壳,即可使得灯壳脱离弹性件40。本实施例的柜灯100的灯壳从灯柜200的内顶壁211上拆卸也更加方便。
优选地,如图4所示,本实施例的弹性件40由金属片一体弯折而成,弹性件40的零部件少,无需装配,安装和拆卸均比较方便,成本低。
第一连接部可以为凹槽,相应地,第二连接部为凸起。第一连接部可以为凸起,相应地,第二连接部为凹槽。第一连接部可以设置在第一壳板11围设第一空间13的面上,第一连接部也可以设置在第二壳板12围设第一空间13的面上。若将第一连接部设置在第二壳板12围设第一空间13的面上,则不便于后续的端盖20与主壳体10插接配合。若将第一连接部设置在第一壳板11围设第一空间13的面上,且第一连接部为凸起,第二连接部为凹槽,则会占用第一空间13,从而也不便于后续的端盖20与主壳体10插接配合,或者需要增加柜灯100的整体的占用空间。因此,为了便于后续的端盖20与主壳体10插接配合,也为了减小柜灯100的体积。优选地,本实施例的第一壳板11围设第一空间13面上开设有第一凹槽1121,第一凹槽1121为第一连接部。弹性件40包括第一凸起421,第一凸起421为第二连接部。
优选地,第一凹槽1121的表面为圆弧面,第一凸起421朝向第一凹槽1121的面为圆弧面。优点在于:在安装柜灯100的时候,朝向灯柜200的内顶壁211推动灯壳,使得第一凸起421先进入第一空间13,然后第一凸起421能够沿着第一凹槽1121的圆弧面顺利进入第一凹槽1121中,实现第一凹槽1121与第一凸起421的卡接配合,即实现第二连接部与第一连接部的卡接配合。在拆卸柜灯100的灯壳的时候,朝向远离灯柜200的内顶壁211的方向拉动灯壳,第一凸起421能够沿着第一凹槽1121的圆弧面顺利与第一凹槽1121分离,完成灯壳从灯柜200的内顶壁211上的拆卸。即本实施例的第一凹槽1121的表面为圆弧面,第一凸起421朝向第一凹槽1121的面为圆弧面,使得灯壳与弹性 件40的连接和拆卸均比较方便,即使得灯壳安装到灯柜200的内顶壁211或者从灯柜200的内顶壁211上拆卸均比较方便。
本实施例的柜灯100可以为条形灯,如图2和图3所示,优选地,第二壳板12的数量为两个,第一壳板11设置在两个第二壳板12之间,且第一壳板11的两个长条的侧边分别与第二壳板12相连,即第一壳板11的宽度方向的两端分别与第二壳板12相连。具体地,第一壳板11的宽度方向的两端分别与第二壳板12中部位置的内表面相连。弹性件40的数量为至少两个,如图2所示,弹性件40的数量具有两个,两个弹性件40间隔设置。
第二壳板12朝向第一壳板11的面以及第二壳板12用于围成安装腔60的面均为内表面。第一壳板11的外表面与其中一个第二壳板12的内表面围成一个第一空间13,第一壳板11的外表面与另一个第二壳板12的内表面围成另一个第一空间13。两个第一空间13均沿着灯壳的长度方向设置,两个第一空间13在灯壳的宽度方向上对称设置。弹性件40包括连接部41和连接在连接部41两端的两个主体部42。两个主体部42上均设置有第一凸起421,弹性件40的两个主体部42分别与两个第一空间13插接配合,两个第一凸起421分别与两个第一凹槽1121卡接配合,提高了灯壳与弹性件40的连接可靠性,也使得灯壳受力更加均匀。连接部41和两个主体部42围成夹持空间43,第一壳板11与夹持空间43插接配合。
第一壳板11包括主板111和两个侧板112,主板111的宽度方向的两端分别与两个侧板112相连,主板111用于朝向灯柜200的内顶壁211的面为外表面,侧板112朝向远离主板111的外表面的方向延伸。侧板112与第二壳板12相连,且侧板112的外表面与第二壳板12的内表面围成第一空间13,主板111以及部分侧板112位于夹持空间43中。
如图4所示,优选地,连接部41部分弯折形成第二凸起411,第二凸起411的长度方向与第一壳板11的长度方向平行设置。如图3所示,第二凸起411朝向第一壳板11。连接部41部分弯折形成第二凸起411的优点在于:第二凸起411围成凹槽,该凹槽为弹性件40的变形提供空间,减小弹性件40变形的 难度,从而增加第一凸起421与第一凹槽1121卡接配合的容易度,也增加第一凸起421与第一凹槽1121分离的容易度。使得本实施例的灯壳与弹性件40的连接和拆卸均比较方便。为了进一步减小弹性件40变形的难度,本实施例的第二凸起411的数量为两个,两个第二凸起411对称设置。
如图4所示,优选地,连接部41上开设有安装孔412,安装孔412设置在两个第二凸起411之间,安装孔412用于与灯柜200的内顶壁211连接。可以通过螺钉穿过安装孔412将弹性件40安装到灯柜200的内顶壁211上。在连接部41上开设有安装孔412的好处在于:没有增加弹性件40的体积,从而有利于本实施例的柜灯100占用更少的空间。
优选地,第二壳板12围设第一空间13的一端为内端,连接部41背离第一壳板11的面为外表面,连接部41的外表面与第二壳板12的内端的端面共面。从而使得弹性件40与灯壳连接之后,弹性件40隐藏在两个第二壳板12之间,从外部不能看到弹性件40,使得本实施例的柜灯100比较美观,也减小了本实施例的柜灯100占用灯柜200的空间。
优选地,灯壳内具有安装腔60,发光组件50设置在安装腔60中,发光组件50包括灯板51和安装在灯板51上的灯体,灯板51的两端分别安装在灯壳相邻的两个内壁上,即本实施例的灯板51倾斜设置在安装腔60中。灯板51与第二壳板12之间形成夹角,夹角范围为20度-70度。当将柜灯100安装到述灯柜200的内顶壁211上之后,灯板51能够与内底壁221之间形成夹角,该夹角范围为20度-70度,在该角度范围下,能够使得灯体的光线更多地照向灯柜200的内侧壁231。照向灯柜200的内侧壁231的光线经内侧壁231的反射后,照向灯柜200的内底壁221,对灯柜200内的物件进行照明。由于对灯柜200内的物件进行照明的光线是反射的光线,从而没有炫光,从而不需要在灯壳内安装扩散板来均光,从而减小了灯壳的体积,使得本实施例的灯壳厚度更薄,占用的空间更小。

优选地,本实施例的主壳体10为一体成型件,即本实施例的第一壳板11和第二壳板12一体成型,主壳体10不用组装,也使得主壳体10的安装和拆卸均比较方便。
如图2和图5所示,优选地,本实施例的灯壳还包括端盖20,第二壳板12围设第一空间13的部分为内段,第二壳板12的内段上设置有第一限位凸起121,端盖20上设置有导向部21,导向部21可以为插块,导向部21与第一空间13插接配合,且导向部21与第一限位凸起121限位配合。端盖20与主壳体10的连接结构简单、方便。端盖20与主壳体10之间能够拆卸,从而方便更换灯壳的安装腔60内的发光组件50。端盖20宽度方向的两端均设置有一个导向部21,两个导向部21分别与两个第一空间13插接配合。端盖20可以为注塑件,成型效率高,成本低,部件少,安装和拆卸均比较方便。
具体地,第二壳板12围设第一空间13的一端为内端,第一限位凸起121设置在第二壳板12的内端上,并且第一限位凸起121朝向第一空间13。第一限位凸起121与第一壳板11之间具有间隙,保证弹性件40的主体部42能够从该间隙进入第一空间13,并且保证主体部42上的第一凸起421能够与第一凹槽1121卡接配合。将第一限位凸起121设置在第二壳板12的内端上,相对于将第一限位凸起121设置在第二壳板12的内段上的其它位置更加的方便。
为了进一步提高端盖20与主壳体10的连接可靠性,优选地,本实施例的端盖20与主板111卡接配合,连接端盖20和主板111比较方便,将端盖20和主板111分离也比较方便。端盖20与主板111卡接配合之后,端盖20在灯壳长度方向上不可移动。为了使得端盖20在灯壳宽度方向上也不可移动,进而使得端盖20的位置固定,优选地,本实施例的第一壳板11的外表面与第二 壳板12的内表面围成限位槽14,限位槽14的数量为一个,导向部21插接在限位槽14中,且导向部21与限位槽14限位配合。导向部21插接在限位槽14中之后,导向部21不能在灯壳宽度方向上移动,进而使得整个端盖20不能在灯壳宽度方向上移动。
如果在两个第一空间13中均设置有限位槽14,两个导向部21分别需要与两个限位槽14限位配合,则增加了端盖20安装到主壳体10的难度或者需要提高限位槽14和导向部21的加工精度,进而增加了加工的成本。本实施例为了降低端盖20安装到主壳体10的难度和为了降低成本。如图2所示,其中一个第一空间13中具有限位槽14,另一个第一空间13中没有限位槽14,限位槽14的数量为一个的好处在于:方便其中一个导向部21进入限位槽14中,进而方便端盖20与主壳体10的连接。
优选地,本实施例的端盖20与主板111卡接配合的方式包括两种,第一种:主板111上开设有至少两个卡槽1112,至少两个卡槽1112在主板111的宽度方向上间隔设置,且至少两个卡槽1112分布在主板111不同的长度位置上。端盖20上设置有至少两个扣持部22,扣持部可以为卡块,卡槽1112与扣持部22卡接配合。第二种:端盖20上开设有至少两个卡槽1112,至少两个卡槽1112在端盖20的宽度方向上间隔设置,且至少两个卡槽1112分布在端盖20不同的长度位置上。主板111上设置有至少两个扣持部22,卡槽1112与扣持部22卡接配合。由于柜灯100的长度较长,本实施例将至少两个卡槽1112或至少两个扣持部22设置在柜灯100不同的宽度和长度位置上,从而有利于第一壳板11受力更加均衡。
如图3所示,本实施例的柜灯100还包括透光罩30,第一壳板11的内表面、第二壳板12的内表面、透光罩30以及端盖20围成灯壳的安装腔60。
第二壳板12围设第一空间13的部分为内段,第二壳板12的另一段为外段,透光罩30与第二壳板12的外段插接配合。具体地,第二壳板12围设第一空间13的一端为内端,第二壳板12的另一端为外端,透光罩30与第二壳板12的外端插接配合。灯板51上的灯体的光线倾斜照射到透光罩30上,并 从透光罩30射出。透光罩30包括罩主体31和两个罩侧边32,罩主体31沿着灯壳的长度方向设置,两个罩侧边32的内端连接在罩主体31宽度方向的两端上。
罩侧边32的外表面上设置有第四插槽321和第三限位凸起322,第四插槽321和第三限位凸起322相邻设置,且第三限位凸起322与第一限位凸起121的距离小于第四插槽321与第一限位凸起121的距离。第三限位凸起322设置在罩侧边32的外端的外表面上。第二壳板12的外端的内表面上设置有第二限位凸起123和第三插槽124,第二限位凸起123和第三插槽124相邻设置,第三插槽124与第一限位凸起121的距离小于第二限位凸起123与第一限位凸起121的距离。第二插槽122位于第三插槽124与第一限位凸起121之间。
第三限位凸起322与第三插槽124插接配合,第二限位凸起123与第四插槽321插接配合。第二限位凸起123对第三限位凸起322进行限位,使得透光罩30不能朝向远离第一壳板11的方向运动,只能沿着第三插槽124或者第二限位凸起123在灯壳的长度方向滑动。当安装端盖20之后,透光罩30的两端被端盖20限位,不能沿着第三插槽124或者第二限位凸起123在灯壳的长度方向滑动,从而使得透光罩30的位置固定。
本实施例的灯壳包括主壳体10、透光罩30和端盖20。组装灯壳的时候,依次将灯板51安装到安装腔60内、透光罩30安装到主壳体10上、端盖20安装到主壳体10上。安装灯壳的时候,先将弹性件40安装到灯柜200的内顶壁211上,再将灯壳连接到弹性件40上。
实施例2
如图1-图6所示,本实施例公开了一种灯柜200,灯柜200包括柜体和实施例1的柜灯100,柜体内具有容纳空间240,柜灯100安装在柜体的内顶壁211上。本实施例的灯柜200可以为橱柜、衣柜、书柜等。
本实施例的灯柜200的优点在于:将弹性件40安装在灯柜200的内顶壁上之后,将灯壳的第一空间13对准第二连接部,然后朝向灯柜200的内顶壁211推动灯壳,使得第二连接部先进入第一空间13,然后第一连接部与第二连 接部卡接配合,进而实现灯壳与弹性件40的连接。相对于现有的柜灯,本实施例的柜灯100的灯壳以及柜灯100安装到灯柜200的内顶壁211上均更加的方便。由于第一空间13的存在,且弹性件40与第一空间13插接配合,即弹性件40的一部分位于第一空间13中,从而减小了柜灯100的占用空间。由于灯柜200内的柜灯100的占用空间更小,从而使得本实施例的灯柜200具有更大的储物空间。
优选地,柜体包括内顶壁211、内侧壁231和内底壁221,内顶壁211、内侧壁231和内底壁221围成容纳空间240。灯板51与内底壁221之间的夹角的范围可以为20度-70度。发光组件50的光线照向内侧壁231,且反射至内底壁221,该内底壁221为工作台面。由于照向工作台面的光线是反射而来的光线,从而没有炫光。即本实施例的灯柜200内的柜灯100照明没有炫光。另外由于对灯柜200内的物件进行照明的光线是反射的光线,从而没有炫光,从而不需要在灯壳内安装扩散板来均光,从而减小了灯壳的体积,使得本实施例的灯壳厚度更薄,占用的空间更小,进一步使得本实施例的灯柜200具有更大的储物空间。
柜体包括顶板210、底板220和侧板230,顶板210和底板220相对设置,侧板230的顶端和顶板210相连,侧板230的底端和底板220相连,顶板210、底板220和侧板230围成容纳空间240,侧板230具有敞开端,该敞开端上可以连接有活动式的柜门或者不连接柜门。
顶板210朝向底板220的面为内顶壁211,底板220朝向顶板210的面为内底壁221。侧板230的内壁为内侧壁231。其中与敞开端相对的内侧壁231可以作为反射面,其它的内侧壁231也是可以作为反射面。反射面用于反射柜体的光线。如图6所示,本实施例与敞开端相对的内侧壁231也可以为墙面,即本实施例可以用墙面作为反射面。
以上,仅是本申请的最佳实施例而已,并非对本申请作任何形式上的限制,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本申请技术方案范围情况下,利用上述揭示的方法内容对本申请技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,均属于权利要 求书保护的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种柜灯(100),其中,包括:
    灯壳,所述灯壳包括第一壳板(11)和第二壳板(12);所述第一壳板(11)和所述第二壳板(12)相连,且所述第一壳板(11)与所述第二壳板(12)围成第一空间(13);所述第一壳板(11)或所述第二壳板(12)围设所述第一空间(13)的面上设置有第一连接部;
    弹性件(40),所述弹性件(40)包括第二连接部,所述弹性件(40)与所述第一空间(13)插接配合,且所述第二连接部与所述第一连接部卡接配合;所述弹性件(40)用于安装到灯柜(200)的内顶壁(211)上;
    发光组件(50),所述发光组件(50)安装在所述灯壳上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述弹性件(40)由金属片一体弯折而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述第一壳板(11)围设所述第一空间(13)面上开设有第一凹槽(1121),所述第一凹槽(1121)为所述第一连接部;所述弹性件(40)包括第一凸起(421),所述第一凸起(421)为所述第二连接部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述第一凹槽(1121)的表面为圆弧面,所述第一凸起(421)朝向所述第一凹槽(1121)的面为圆弧面。
  5. 根据权利要求3-4任一项所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述第二壳板(12)的数量为两个,所述第一壳板(11)设置在两个所述第二壳板(12)之间;所述弹性件(40)包括连接部(41)和连接在所述连接部(41)两端的两个主体部(42),两个所述主体部(42)上均设置有所述第一凸起(421)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述连接部(41)部分弯折形成第二凸起(411),所述第二凸起(411)的长度方向与所述第一壳板(11)的长度方向平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述第二壳板(12)围设所述第一空间(13)的一端为内端,所述连接部(41)背离所述第一壳板(11) 的面为外表面,所述连接部(41)的外表面与所述第二壳板(12)的内端的端面共面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4、6-7任一项所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述发光组件(50)包括灯板(51)和安装在所述灯板(51)上的灯体,所述灯板(51)与所述灯壳相连,且所述灯板(51)与所述第二壳板(12)之间形成夹角,所述夹角范围为20度-70度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述灯壳相邻的两个内壁上均设置有插槽,所述灯板(51)的两端分别与所述插槽插接配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4、6-7及9任一项所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述灯壳还包括端盖(20),所述第二壳板(12)围设所述第一空间(13)的部分为内段,所述第二壳板(12)的内段上设置有第一限位凸起(121),所述端盖(20)上设置有导向部(21),所述导向部(21)与所述第一空间(13)插接配合,且所述导向部(21)与所述第一限位凸起(121)限位配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述第一壳板(11)包括主板(111)和两个侧板(112),所述主板(111)的两端分别与两个所述侧板(112)相连,所述侧板(112)与所述第二壳板(12)围成所述第一空间(13),所述端盖(20)与所述主板(111)卡接配合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述第一壳板(11)与所述第二壳板(12)围成限位槽(14),所述限位槽(14)的数量为一个,所述导向部(21)插接在所述限位槽(14)中,且所述导向部(21)与所述限位槽(14)限位配合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的柜灯(100),其中,所述主板(111)或所述端盖(20)上开设有至少两个卡槽(1112),至少两个所述卡槽(1112)在所述柜灯(100)的宽度方向上间隔设置,且至少两个所述卡槽(1112)分布在所述柜灯(100)不同的长度位置上;所述端盖(20)或所述主板(111)上设置有至少两个扣持部(22),所述卡槽(1112)与所述扣持部(22)卡接配合。
  14. 根据权利要求1-4、6-7、9及11-13任一项所述的柜灯(100),其中, 所述柜灯(100)还包括透光罩(30),所述第二壳板(12)围设所述第一空间(13)的部分为内段,所述第二壳板(12)的另一段为外段,所述透光罩(30)与所述第二壳板(12)的外段插接配合。
  15. 一种灯柜(200),其中,包括柜体和权利要求1-14任一项所述的柜灯(100),所述柜体内具有容纳空间(240),所述柜灯(100)安装在所述柜体的内顶壁(211)上。
