本申请要求在2019年03月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201920333850.1的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及升降板技术领域,例如涉及一种数控机械升降板。
背景技术
数控机械在使用过程中需要使用升降板对物体进行抬升,升降板使用过程中依旧暴露出一些问题,升降板不易拆卸与更换,工作人员在不同大小的区域使用时使用较为困难,针对升降板使用过程中所暴露的问题,有必要对升降板进行结构上的改进与优化。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种数控机械升降板,具有便于更换使用的特点。
本申请提供如下技术方案:一种数控机械升降板,包括升降架,所述升降架的顶端架设有连接条,所述连接条的顶端一体成型有嵌合条,所述连接条的上表面放置有板材本体,所述板材本体的底面一体成型有凹面槽,所述嵌合条嵌合放置在凹面槽的内部,连接条与板材本体通过嵌合组件固定,嵌合组件包括固定柱、通孔、盲孔,所述凹面槽的内壁开设有盲孔,所述连接条的侧表面开设有通孔,所述通孔的内部放置有固定柱,所述固定柱的顶端旋合固定在盲孔的内部,所述固定柱的外侧表面一体成型有限位环,限位环与通孔的内壁旋合连接。
作为本申请的一种数控机械升降板可选技术方案,所述板材本体的两侧表面通过螺栓固定有连接转轴,所述板材本体的上表面放置有附加板,所述附加板的一端与连接转轴相连接。
作为本申请的一种数控机械升降板可选技术方案,所述板材本体为长方体构件,所述连接转轴的下方位于板材本体的两端侧表面一体成型有延伸板。
作为本申请的一种数控机械升降板可选技术方案,所述板材本体的底端对称开设有两个凹面槽,两个凹面槽的内部均放置有嵌合条,凹面槽的截面结构为等腰梯形结构。
作为本申请的一种数控机械升降板可选技术方案,所述嵌合条的截面结构 为等腰梯形结构,嵌合条的上表面嵌合放置有滚珠,滚珠的侧表面与凹面槽内壁接触。
作为本申请的一种数控机械升降板可选技术方案,所述附加板的数量设有两个,所述附加板的两侧表面开设有条状的凹槽。
作为本授权的一种数控机械升降板可选技术方案,两个所述连接条的内部均设有固定柱,每个固定柱的底端均一体成型有膨胀环。
本申请实施例提供的设备内部的升降架与板材本体采用分体式设计,升降架通过连接条与板材本体的嵌合保持初步连接,再通过固定柱与盲孔的旋合保持紧密连接,便于工作人员更换;板材本体通过其侧面的连接转轴与附加板保持连接,附加板翻折时可以有效的提升板材本体的承载面积,且板材本体与连接转轴通过延伸板保持角度的稳定,便于工作人员使用。

请参阅图1-5,本申请提供以下技术方案:一种数控机械升降板,包括升降架1,升降架1的顶端架设有连接条2,连接条2的顶端一体成型有嵌合条21,连接条2的上表面放置有板材本体3,板材本体3的底面一体成型有凹面槽34,嵌合条21嵌合放置在凹面槽34的内部,连接条2与板材本体3通过嵌合组件固定,嵌合组件包括固定柱4、通孔22、盲孔35,凹面槽34的内壁开设有盲孔35,连接条2的侧表面开设有通孔22,通孔22的内部放置有固定柱4,固定柱 4的顶端旋合固定在盲孔35的内部,固定柱4的外侧表面一体成型有限位环42,限位环42与通孔22的内壁旋合连接,本实施方案中,限位环42避免固定柱4下沉量过大,避免固定柱4从连接条2的底面脱落。
一实施例中,板材本体3的两侧表面通过螺栓固定有连接转轴32,板材本体3的上表面放置有附加板33,附加板33的一端与连接转轴32相连接,本实施例中连接转轴32便于附加板33的折叠与翻转。
一实施例中,板材本体3为长方体构件,连接转轴32的下方位于板材本体3的两端侧表面一体成型有延伸板31,本实施例中延伸板31能够有效的提升板材本体3的可利用面积,便于板材本体3盛放物体。
一实施例中,板材本体3的底端对称开设有两个凹面槽34,两个凹面槽34的内部均放置有嵌合条21,凹面槽34的截面结构为等腰梯形结构,本实施例中两个凹面槽34便于板材本体3的稳定放置在嵌合条21上。
一实施例中,嵌合条21的截面结构为等腰梯形结构,嵌合条21的上表面嵌合放置有滚珠23,滚珠23的侧表面与凹面槽34内壁接触,本实施例中嵌合条21在固定柱4顶出的过程中与凹面槽34紧密贴合,提升设备的结构稳定性。
一实施例中,附加板33的数量设有两个,附加板33的两侧表面开设有条状的凹槽,本实施例中凹槽便于工作人员手部按捏,便于工作人员掰动。
一实施例中,两个连接条2的内部均设有固定柱4,每个固定柱4的底端均一体成型有膨胀环41,本实施例中膨胀环41避免固定柱4顶入过深从连接条2的内部脱离。
本申请的工作原理及使用流程:本申请中该设备使用过程中工作人员将板材本体3插在连接条2的上方,板材本体3底端的凹面槽34套在嵌合条21的侧表面,嵌合条21上表面的滚珠23与凹面槽34的内底面接触,当插入完成之后工作人员采用螺丝刀转动膨胀环41,膨胀环41转动过程中带动固定柱4转动,固定柱4的顶端嵌合在盲孔35的内部,使得嵌合条21与板材本体3完成连接,此时连接条2与板材本体3的组装完成,当工作人员需要调节板材本体3的大小时可以翻转附加板33,附加板33通过连接转轴32在板材本体3上偏转,延伸板31限制附加板33的偏转角度,使得附加板33与板材本体3保持在同一平面上,此时升降板的表面积增大,便于用户升降不同规格的物品。

  1. 一种数控机械升降板,包括升降架(1),其中,所述升降架(1)的顶端架设有连接条(2),所述连接条(2)的顶端一体成型有嵌合条(21),所述连接条(2)的上表面放置有板材本体(3),所述板材本体(3)的底面一体成型有凹面槽(34),所述嵌合条(21)嵌合放置在凹面槽(34)的内部,连接条(2)与板材本体(3)通过嵌合组件固定,嵌合组件包括固定柱(4)、通孔(22)、盲孔(35),所述凹面槽(34)的内壁开设有盲孔(35),所述连接条(2)的侧表面开设有通孔(22),所述通孔(22)的内部放置有固定柱(4),所述固定柱(4)的顶端旋合固定在盲孔(35)的内部,所述固定柱(4)的外侧表面一体成型有限位环(42),限位环(42)与通孔(22)的内壁旋合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种数控机械升降板,其中,所述板材本体(3)的两侧表面通过螺栓固定有连接转轴(32),所述板材本体(3)的上表面放置有附加板(33),所述附加板(33)的一端与连接转轴(32)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种数控机械升降板,其中,所述板材本体(3)为长方体构件,所述连接转轴(32)的下方位于板材本体(3)的两端侧表面一体成型有延伸板(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种数控机械升降板,其中,所述板材本体(3)的底端对称开设有两个凹面槽(34),两个凹面槽(34)的内部均放置有嵌合条(21),凹面槽(34)的截面结构为等腰梯形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种数控机械升降板,其中,所述嵌合条(21)的截面结构为等腰梯形结构,嵌合条(21)的上表面嵌合放置有滚珠(23),滚珠(23)的侧表面与凹面槽(34)内壁接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种数控机械升降板,其中,所述附加板(33)的数量设有两个,所述附加板(33)的两侧表面开设有条状的凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种数控机械升降板,其中,两个所述连接条(2)的内部均设有固定柱(4),每个固定柱(4)的底端均一体成型有膨胀环(41)。
