在该实施例中,通过控制驱动装置,例如用空调挂机的遥控器控制驱动装置转动,将柔性滤网组件3收回至收卷盒1,在此过程中,通过收卷盒1内部的毛刷13对柔性滤网组件3上的灰尘进行清扫使其从出尘口14落入下方的收尘盒2内,从而对滤网上的灰尘进行清洁和保护,不用拆卸即可对滤网进行清洁,而且可以及时快速高效进行清洁,防止灰尘长时间堆积滤网,损坏滤网,降低滤网使用寿命。
另外,可选的,收卷盒1设置在空调后端偏上位置,固定于一体式的罩壳4上,可以便于拆装机,随着罩壳4一起安装一起拆卸。
在一些可选实施例中,进一步的,所述毛刷13分别设置在所述收卷盒1的顶板和侧板上。
在该实施例中,通过将毛刷13设置在收卷盒1的顶板和侧板上,使其安装在收卷盒1的内部周围,这样在柔性滤网组件3在进行收回的过程中对其上灰尘更加全面的刷下,提高了清洁效果,便于对柔性滤网组件3上的灰尘进行清洁。
可选的,所述毛刷位于顶板的前端和后端,也就是沿着滤尘网进入收卷盒的导轨道的前端和后端,在收卷盒的底部靠近出尘口的那面也安装毛刷,在此基础上,可以将驱动轴靠近顶板前端和后端的位置安装,便于对滤尘网上的灰尘进行刷下。
可选的,如图4-图6所示,所述收卷盒1内设置有辅助轴15,所述柔性滤网组件3绕过所述辅助轴15与所述转轴11连接。方便柔性滤网组件3在收放时移动,提高了其移动的可靠性。
在一些可选实施例中,进一步的,如图7所示,所述出尘口14为镂空结构。
在该实施例中,收卷盒1的底部形成镂空结构,让刷下来的灰尘容易落到底部的收尘盒2,同时还增加了出尘口14的结构强度。
在一些可选实施例中,进一步的,如图1-图3所示,所述罩壳4上设置有用于所述柔性滤网组件3移动的轨道41。
在该实施例中,在罩壳4的内侧设置轨道41,使柔性滤网组件3沿着既定轨道41移动,不仅起到固定滤网的作用,也增加安全性。
在一些可选实施例中,进一步的,如图8所示,所述柔性滤网组件3包括依次连接的进风网31、出风网32和挡板33,所述柔性滤网组件3使用时,所述进风网31位于所述进风口42处,所述出风网32位于所述出风口43处;当所述柔性滤网组件3收在所述收卷盒1内时,所述挡板33位于所述进风口42处,用于遮挡所述进风口42。
更进一步的,所述出风网32和进风网31为可拆卸连接;或
所述出风网32和进风网31为一体成型制成。
在该实施例中,将进风网31、出风网32和挡板33集成一体制成,一方面提供了产品的结构强度,增加了其稳定性,另一方面一体成型制造容易简单,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本。
另外,进风网31和出风网32也可以设计成可拆卸结构。该设计考虑到用户个性需求,比如当出风速度在0.3-1.5m/s时,可以到达良好的舒适风感效果,可以根据用户年龄、用户需求和安装位置等来定制出风网32的孔径大小及数量,以实现上述目的,比如可以对进风网31进行负离子设计,起到防尘、抑菌和防菌等作用。
在一些可选实施例中,进一步的,如图4和图8所示,所述开口12处设置有限位结构,所述限位结构用于将所述挡板33限制在所述进风口42处。
可选的,所述限位结构为限位槽17,所述挡板33上设置有与所述限位槽17相配合的限位挡柱。
在该实施例中,在收卷盒1进出口位置设置限位结构,控制当滤网完全进入收卷盒1时挡板33留在外面,挡住进风口42,防止灰尘进入,使空调形成封闭结构,保护空调。
在一些可选实施例中,进一步的,所述收卷盒1的底部设置有滑槽16,所述收尘盒2的顶部设置有与所述滑槽16想配合的滑轨,以使所述收尘盒2与所述收卷盒1可拆卸连接。便于收尘盒2的定期拆卸清洗。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1-图8所示,所述收卷盒1设置在空调挂机的罩壳4上,且所述收卷盒1的一端具有开口12,所述柔性滤网组件3的一端通过转轴11设置在所述收卷盒1内,所述柔性滤网组件3的另一端穿过所述开口12从所述空调挂机的进风口42延伸至所述空调挂机的出风口43处,且所述收卷盒1内设置有毛刷13,所述毛刷13分别设置在所述收卷盒1的顶板和侧板上,所述收卷盒1的底部设置有出尘口14,所述出尘口14为镂空结构;所述驱动装置与所述转轴11相连接,以驱动所述转轴11转动带动所述柔性滤网组件3移动收放在所述收卷盒1内,在罩壳4的内侧设置轨道41,使柔性滤网组件3沿着既定轨道41移动,在所述柔性滤网组件3在移动时所述毛刷13用于将所述柔性滤网组件3上的灰尘刷下;所述收尘盒2设置在所述收卷盒1的下方,用于收集从所述出尘口14掉落的灰尘,其中,所述柔性滤网组件3包括依次连接的进风网31、出风网32和挡板33,所述柔性滤网组件3使用时,所述进风网31位于所述进风口42处,所述出风网32位于所述出风口43处;当所述柔性滤网组件3收在所述收卷盒1内时,所述挡板33位于所述进风口42处,用于遮挡所述进风口42。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种空调挂机;
如图1-图3所示,在一些可选实施例中,所述空调挂机包括前述任一可选实施所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置和罩壳4;
滤网装置设置在所述罩壳4上,且所述罩壳4的端盖上设置有进出口,也就是一个插口,方便收尘盒从进出口进行插拔,用于收尘盒2的安装和拆卸。便于收尘盒2的定期拆卸清洗。
第二方面提供的空调挂机具有第一方面提供的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,因此具有第一方面提供的用于家用挂机的滤网装置的全部有益效果,在此就不一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,包括;收卷盒、收尘盒、柔性滤网组件和驱动装置;
    所述收卷盒设置在空调挂机的罩壳上,且所述收卷盒的一端具有开口,所述柔性滤网组件的一端通过转轴设置在所述收卷盒内,所述柔性滤网组件的另一端穿过所述开口从所述空调挂机的进风口延伸至所述空调挂机的出风口处,且所述收卷盒内设置有毛刷,所述收卷盒的底部设置有出尘口;所述驱动装置与所述转轴相连接,以驱动所述转轴转动带动所述柔性滤网组件移动收放在所述收卷盒内,所述柔性滤网组件在移动时所述毛刷用于将所述柔性滤网组件上的灰尘刷下;
    所述收尘盒设置在所述收卷盒的下方,用于收集从所述出尘口掉落的灰尘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述收卷盒内设置有辅助轴,所述柔性滤网组件绕过所述辅助轴与所述转轴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述出尘口为镂空结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述罩壳上设置有用于所述柔性滤网组件移动的轨道。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述柔性滤网组件包括依次连接的进风网、出风网和挡板,所述柔性滤网组件使用时,所述进风网位于所述进风口处,所述出风网位于所述出风口处;当所述柔性滤网组件收在所述收卷盒内时,所述挡板位于所述进风口处,用于遮挡所述进风口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述开口处设置有限位结构,所述限位结构用于将所述挡板限制在所述进风口处。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述限位结构为限位槽,所述挡板上设置有与所述限位槽相配合的限位挡柱。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述出风网和进风网为可拆卸连接;或
    所述出风网和进风网为一体成型制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置,其特征在于,
    所述收卷盒的底部设置有滑槽,所述收尘盒的顶部设置有与所述滑槽想配合的滑轨,以使所述收尘盒与所述收卷盒可拆卸连接。
  10. 一种空调挂机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于家用挂机的滤网装置和罩壳;
    滤网装置设置在所述罩壳上,且所述罩壳的端盖上设置有进出口,用于收尘盒的安装。
