本发明属于泵头技术领域,涉及一种设置弹性体的按压泵以及带泵体设备。
背景技术
目前,一种按压泵,包括均由塑性材料制成的按头、螺牙、锁扣、主柱、副柱、活塞、本体以及玻璃珠,按头包括接口管体、环绕接口管体外壁的外套体以及与接口管体连通的出液嘴体,主柱顶部套设在接口管体内,主柱底部伸出接口管体与副柱顶部相套接,副柱底部与本体内腔相配合,活塞设在副柱外壁上,活塞外壁与本体内腔滑动配合,玻璃珠设在靠近本体底部的卡位内。其存在的问题是:在使用弹簧时,弹簧容易接触液体,使液体受污染,如此不环保、不卫生。

一种设置弹性体的按压泵,包括均由塑性材料制成的按头、螺牙、锁扣、主柱、副柱、活塞、本体以及玻璃珠,按头包括接口管体、环绕接口管体外壁的外套体以及与接口管体连通的出液嘴体,主柱顶部套设在接口管体内,主柱底部伸出接口管体与副柱顶部相套接,副柱底部与本体内腔相配合,活塞设在副柱外壁上,活塞外壁与本体内腔滑动配合,玻璃珠设在靠近本体底部的卡位内;
所述螺牙具有中空圆柱体、沿圆柱体中部延伸的梯形空心柱以及沿梯形空心柱顶部向下伸出的连接筒,所述本体包括具有上开口和下开口的筒形座、沿筒形座顶部周向延伸的环形沿板以及沿筒形座底部伸出的台阶筒,台阶筒顶部与筒形座底部之间具有凸沿,凸沿与活塞相配合;

结合图4和图7所示,位于所述按头1顶部的外壁上设有花瓣状按压板10,花瓣状按压板10上端面高于所述按头1顶部。
本发明还提供一种带泵体设备,结合图8和图9包括瓶身14和吸管15,还包括如上所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,所述瓶身14的头部与所述连接筒23的内侧壁螺接,吸管15一端与本体7底部连通,另一端伸向瓶身14底部。
如上所述,本发明涉及的一种设置弹性体的按压泵,具有以下有益效果:
本发明利用上述的设置弹性体的按压泵后,与现有技术相比,由于采用了此种结构,通过由塑料材料制成的弹性体替换掉金属材料制成的弹簧,改变了现有技术中的传统做法,使按压泵变身为全塑泵,避免弹簧接触液体,这样降低污染,方便回收且环保、卫生;同时采用此种结构的弹性体能够使弹性更稳定,避免出现松脱,而且结构新颖独特。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产 业利用价值。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种设置弹性体的按压泵,包括均由塑性材料制成的按头、螺牙、锁扣、主柱、副柱、活塞、本体以及玻璃珠,按头包括接口管体、环绕接口管体外壁的外套体以及与接口管体连通的出液嘴体,主柱顶部套设在接口管体内,主柱底部伸出接口管体与副柱顶部相套接,副柱底部与本体内腔相配合,活塞设在副柱外壁上,活塞外壁与本体内腔滑动配合,玻璃珠设在靠近本体底部的卡位内;其特征在于:
    所述螺牙具有中空圆柱体、沿圆柱体中部延伸的梯形空心柱以及沿梯形空心柱顶部向下伸出的连接筒,所述本体包括具有上开口和下开口的筒形座、沿筒形座顶部周向延伸的环形沿板以及沿筒形座底部伸出的台阶筒,台阶筒顶部与筒形座底部之间具有凸沿,凸沿与活塞相配合;
    位于梯形空心柱顶部上方的中空圆柱体的一部分伸入外套筒内,锁扣设在按头底部和梯形空心柱顶部之间,位于梯形空心柱顶部下方的中空圆柱体的一部分伸入筒形座内,环形沿板与梯形空心柱顶部的下表面相配合;
    还包括由塑性材料制成的弹性体,所述弹性体包括至少三个相间的环形支撑圈和设在每两个环形支撑圈之间的至少两条弯曲杆,每个环形支撑圈均与主柱、副柱滑动配合,其中位于顶部的环形支撑圈与外套体顶面相抵接,位于底部的环形支撑圈与副柱顶部相配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,其特征在于:所述环形支撑圈和弯曲杆为一体成型件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,其特征在于:所述位于 两两环形支撑圈且首尾相接的两条弯曲杆之间构成S型。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,其特征在于:所述副柱外壁上设有数个凸台,每个凸台之间沿周向且均匀间隔分布。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,其特征在于:位于所述筒形座顶部的内侧壁上设有数条周向分布的加强筋,每条加强筋均匀间隔布设。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,其特征在于:所述锁扣包括具有上开口、下开口、侧开口的锁扣本体和沿锁扣本体外壁伸出的手持体,位于侧开口处的锁扣本体两端均设有折边;手持体包括支撑板和沿支撑板两端延伸的一体成型的圆形环。
  7. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,其特征在于:位于所述按头顶部的外壁上设有花瓣状按压板,花瓣状按压板上端面高于所述按头顶部。
  8. 一种带泵体设备,包括瓶身和吸管,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-7任一项所述的设置弹性体的按压泵,所述瓶身的头部与所述连接筒的内侧壁螺接,吸管一端与本体底部连通,另一端伸向瓶身底部。
