具体实施方式
如图1-7所示,本申请提供一种摇头机构,其包括:底座转接架13、电机支架4、和壳体1,所述电机支架4位于所述底座转接架13上方、且所述壳体1固定在所述电机支架4上;
还包括摩擦环11和摩擦支架12,所述摩擦环11与所述电机支架4固定连接、所述摩擦支架12与所述底座转接架13固定连接,且所述摩擦环11贴合于所述摩擦支架12的上表面、且能在所述摩擦支架12的上表面上进行相对滑动,例如摆动或转动。这里需要解释一下的是,固定连接指的是二者之间可以通过一体成型、也可以通过可拆卸的方式连接为一体的方式连接,即固定连接包括可拆卸连接和不可拆卸连接,目的是要实现两个部件一体运动。
本申请通过设置摩擦环和摩擦支架,并且摩擦环与电机支架固定连接、摩擦支架与底座转接架固定连接,且摩擦环贴合于摩擦支架上表面滑动,能够使得底座转接架和摩擦支架固定、而电机支架和摩擦环相对于底座转接架做相对的摆动或转动,从而实现壳体的摇头功能,使得壳体上的发热部件最终完成对房间内多个角度的摆动加热功能,提高房间的舒适度,并且相对于现有的采用滚珠、滚珠架、环状摇杆和耐磨环的结构来实现接触转动的结构而言,有效地省去和替换了滚珠和滚珠架的结构,取代的是摩擦环和摩擦支架的结构,并且相对于滚珠和摩擦环之间的点接触的方式有效地改进为了面接触,从而使得摇头部分接触更为稳定,不会再发生脱出等不稳定的情况,并且由于省去了滚珠和滚珠架等结构,使得零件数量得到有效减少,减少了成本,提高了装配拆卸效率,降低了整机成本。
优选地,
所述摩擦环11和摩擦支架12至少之一(优选均为)为注塑件(注塑件优选采用POM);和/或,所述摩擦环11与所述摩擦支架12的相对接触的面上涂覆有润滑材料。所述润滑材料包括润滑油和/或润滑树脂等。通过将摩擦环和摩擦支架选择或制作成注塑件,由于注塑件本身表面比较光滑、这样二者之间接触的摩擦力较小,便于二者之间进行相对滑动,并且进一步设置润滑材料或单纯设置润滑材料而不采用注塑件能够对摩擦环和摩擦之间之间形成良好的润滑效果,使得摩擦环和摩擦之间间无阻碍或阻碍较小的发生相对运动(滑动),而实现摇头的功能。
优选地,
所述摇头机构还包括电机5、曲柄7和连杆9,所述电机5与所述电机支架4固定连接、且所述电机5具有电机轴,所述电机轴能够通过所述曲柄7与所述连杆9连接,所述连杆9能够驱动所述电机支架4相对于所述底座转接架13做摆动或转动。这是本申请的摇头机构的驱动机构的优选结构形式,通过电机、曲柄和连杆的结构形式,能够提供动力、并且将动力通过连杆传递,由于底座转接架固定,电机支架相对于底座转接架形成相对运动,例如转动,实现摇头的效果。
优选地,
所述摇头机构还包括摇杆板10,所述连杆9的一端与所述摇杆板10连接、另一端与所述曲柄7连接,且所述摇杆板10相对于所述底座转接架13固定。这是本申请的摇头机构的进一步优选结构形式,通过摇杆板能够与连杆之间形成连接作用,完成驱动作用,连杆一端由曲柄带动驱动、另一端能够带动摇杆板运动,但是由于摇杆板是固定在底座转接架上,因此该连杆和曲柄反过来便驱动电机支架相对于底座转接架做运动,壳体位于电机支架上、因此能够使得壳体上的发热部件相对于底座做摇头的摆动或转动。
优选地,
所述摇头机构还包括轴销8,所述电机轴与所述曲柄7通过所述轴销8固定连接。这是本申请的摇头机构的优选结构,通过轴销能够完成曲柄和电机轴之间的有效连接,实现转动传递为平动的作用。
优选地,
还包括支撑件6,所述支撑件6与所述电机支架4固定连接;所述底座转接架13具有空心的第一圆柱孔131,且所述支撑件6具有向下延伸的第一套筒61,所述第一套筒61能够向下插入所述第一圆柱孔131中。这是本申请摇头机构进一步优选结构形式,通过设置支撑件能够对电机支架形成支撑作用,下端能够连接到摩擦环从而实现摩擦环支撑到电机支架的作用,支撑件具有第一套筒结构、并且向下插入底座转接架的第一圆柱孔中,能够使得支撑件在第一圆柱孔中实现转动或摆动,并且使得支撑件不会脱出该第一圆柱孔外,保证对上部的电机支架和壳体的有效的支撑和限位(水平方向)的作用,完成摇头的同时保证结构稳定。
优选地,
当所述摇头机构还包括摇杆板10时:所述底座转接架13具有向上伸出的第二套筒132,且所述第一圆柱孔131向上延伸至所述第二套筒132的上端面,且所述摇杆板10也具有空心的第二圆柱孔(未示出),所述第二套筒132固定地位于所述第二圆柱孔的内部。通过在摇杆板上设置第二圆柱孔,能够使得底座转接架的第二套筒能够穿设进入该第二圆柱孔中,形成对第二套筒的限位作用,并且这样形成第一圆柱孔在内、第二圆柱孔在外部,形成套中套、筒中筒的结构,以便于支撑件的第一套筒向下插入时能够更加便利地通过摇杆板的第二圆柱孔插入第一套筒的第一圆柱孔中,完成装配时的有效定位和限位作用,完成摇头的同时保证结构稳定。
优选地,
所述第一套筒61向下插入所述第一圆柱孔131中之前、先插入所述摇杆板10的所述第二圆柱孔中。通过这样的摇杆板和第二套筒的嵌套式结构,能够有效地提高对第一套筒的插入限位作用,保证有效的装配作用。
本申请的所述电机5安装在电机支架4上,电机5为转动提供动力;所述支撑件6固定安装在电机支架4上;所述曲柄7的一端套在电机5的轴上,并且通过轴销8将曲柄7固定在电机轴上,所述曲柄7的另一端与连杆9的一端连接,所述连杆9的另一端与摇杆板10的一端连接,所述摇杆板10的另一端套在支撑件6的第一套筒61上,且与第一套筒61留有间隙,摇杆板10内侧设计有凹槽(即第二圆柱孔);所述摩擦环11安装固定在电机支架4上(如图2-5);所述摩擦支架12安装固定在底座转接架13上(如图6-7),所述底座转接 架13的上端(第二套筒132)套在支撑件6的第一套筒61上,处于摇杆板10内侧,第二套筒132套在摇杆板凹槽(即第二圆柱孔)内,且摩擦环11与摩擦支架12相接触;所述轴套14套在支撑件6的第一套筒61上且处于底座转接架13的内侧;所述挡圈15卡接在支撑件的第一套筒61的卡槽上,将底座转接架13固定在支撑件6上;以上整体结构构成摇头组件。
摇头组件(包括电机支架、摩擦环、摩擦支架、底座转接架等)通过电机支架4的固定结构安装在壳体1,所述摇头组件通过底座转接架13的固定结构安装在底座3上;
所述电机5运行时,通过曲柄7、连杆9给摇杆板10推力,但摇杆板10套在底座转接架13上,且底座转接架13固定在底座3上,是静止的,导致摇杆板10上的推力又反作用给了电机5,电机5带动电机支架4及壳体1运动,运动过程中摩擦环11在摩擦支架12的表面上摩擦转动,摩擦支架12是固定在底座转接架13上,且与底座都是静止的部件,这就实现了机身摇头、底座部分静止的实施方案。该摇头机构容易实现,零件较少,摇头可靠性高。
优选地,
在所述第一圆柱孔131中还设置有轴套14和/或挡圈15,所述轴套14能够套设于所述支撑件6的所述第一套筒61的外周,所述挡圈15能够抵接设置于所述第一套筒61的下端面处。通过轴套能够对第一套筒的周面进行支撑作用,通过挡圈能够对第一套筒的下端进行竖直方向的限位作用。
优选地,
所述摇头机构还包括底座3,所述底座3设置在所述底座转接架13的下端、且与所述底座转接架13固定连接。通过底座能够对整个摇头机构形成支撑,并对电暖器上的多个部件进行支撑。
本申请还提供一种电暖器,其包括前任一项所述的摇头机构,还包括发热部件、所述发热部件设置于所述壳体1上。本申请的电暖器结构,能够使得底座转接架和摩擦支架固定、而电机支架和摩擦环相对于底座转接架做相对的摆动或转动,从而实现壳体的摇头功能,使得壳体上的发热部件最终完成对房间内多个角度的摆动加热功能,提高房间的舒适度,并且相对于现有的采用滚珠、滚珠架、环状摇杆和耐磨环的结构来实现接触转动的结构而言,有效地省去和替换了滚珠和滚珠架的结构,取代的是摩擦环和摩擦支架的结构,并且相对于 滚珠和摩擦环之间的点接触的方式有效地改进为了面接触,从而使得摇头部分接触更为稳定,不会再发生脱出等不稳定的情况,并且由于省去了滚珠和滚珠架等结构,使得零件数量得到有效减少,减少了成本,提高了装配拆卸效率,降低了整机成本。
本申请的所述电机5安装在电机支架4上,电机5为转动提供动力;所述支撑件6固定安装在电机支架4上;所述曲柄7的一端套在电机5的轴上,并且通过轴销8将曲柄7固定在电机轴上,所述曲柄7的另一端与连杆9的一端连接,所述连杆9的另一端与摇杆板10的一端连接,所述摇杆板10的另一端套在支撑件6的第一套筒61上,且与第一套筒61留有间隙,摇杆板10内侧设计有凹槽(即第二圆柱孔);所述摩擦环11安装固定在电机支架4上(如图2-5);所述摩擦支架12安装固定在底座转接架13上(如图6-7),所述底座转接架13的上端(第二套筒132)套在支撑件6的第一套筒61上,处于摇杆板10内侧,第二套筒132套在摇杆板凹槽(即第二圆柱孔)内,且摩擦环11与摩擦支架12相接触;所述轴套14套在支撑件6的第一套筒61上且处于底座转接架13的内侧;所述挡圈15卡接在支撑件的第一套筒61的卡槽上,将底座转接架13固定在支撑件6上;以上整体结构构成摇头组件。
所述摇头组件通过电机支架4的固定结构安装在壳体1,所述摇头组件通过底座转接架13的固定结构安装在底座3上;
所述电机5运行时,通过曲柄7、连杆9给摇杆板10推力,但摇杆板10套在底座转接架13上,且底座转接架13固定在底座3上,是静止的,导致摇杆板10上的推力又反作用给了电机5,电机5带动电机支架4及壳体1运动,运动过程中摩擦环11在摩擦支架12的表面上摩擦转动,摩擦支架12是固定在底座转接架13上,且与底座都是静止的部件,这就实现了机身摇头、底座部分静止的实施方案。该摇头机构容易实现,零件较少,摇头可靠性高。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种摇头机构,其特征在于:
    包括:底座转接架(13)、电机支架(4)、壳体(1),所述壳体(1)固定在所述电机支架(4)上;
    还包括摩擦环(11)和摩擦支架(12),所述摩擦环(11)与所述电机支架(4)固定连接、所述摩擦支架(12)与所述底座转接架(13)固定连接,且所述摩擦环(11)贴合于所述摩擦支架(12)的上表面、且能在所述摩擦支架(12)的上表面上进行相对滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    所述摩擦环(11)和摩擦支架(12)中的至少之一为注塑件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    所述摇头机构还包括电机(5)、曲柄(7)和连杆(9),所述电机(5)与所述电机支架(4)固定连接、且所述电机(5)具有电机轴,所述电机轴能够通过所述曲柄(7)与所述连杆(9)连接,所述连杆(9)能够驱动所述电机支架(4)相对于所述底座转接架(13)做摆动或转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    所述摇头机构还包括摇杆板(10),所述连杆(9)的一端与所述摇杆板(10)连接、另一端与所述曲柄(7)连接,且所述摇杆板(10)相对于所述底座转接架(13)固定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    所述摇头机构还包括轴销(8),所述电机轴与所述曲柄(7)通过所述轴销(8)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    还包括支撑件(6),所述支撑件(6)与所述电机支架(4)固定连接;所述底座转接架(13)具有空心的第一圆柱孔(131),且所述支撑件(6)具有向下延伸的第一套筒(61),所述第一套筒(61)能够向下插入所述第一圆柱孔(131)中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    当所述摇头机构还包括摇杆板(10)时:所述底座转接架(13)具有向上 伸出的第二套筒(132),且所述第一圆柱孔(131)向上延伸至所述第二套筒(132)的上端面,且所述摇杆板(10)也具有空心的第二圆柱孔,所述第二套筒(132)固定地位于所述第二圆柱孔的内部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    所述第一套筒(61)向下插入所述第一圆柱孔(131)中之前、先插入所述摇杆板(10)的所述第二圆柱孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    在所述第一圆柱孔(131)中还设置有轴套(14)和挡圈(15),所述轴套(14)能够套设于所述支撑件(6)的所述第一套筒(61)的外周,所述挡圈(15)能够抵接设置于所述第一套筒(61)的下端面处。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:
    所述摇头机构还包括底座(3),所述底座(3)设置在所述底座转接架(13)的下端、且与所述底座转接架(13)固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:所述摩擦环(11)与所述摩擦支架(12)的相对接触的面上涂覆有润滑材料。12.根据权利要求6所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:在所述第一圆柱孔(131)中还设置有轴套(14),所述轴套(14)能够套设于所述支撑件(6)的所述第一套筒(61)的外周。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的摇头机构,其特征在于:在所述第一圆柱孔(131)中还设置有挡圈(15),所述挡圈(15)能够抵接设置于所述第一套筒(61)的下端面处。
  13. 一种摇头机构,其特征在于:包括:
    底座转接架(13)、电机支架(4)、壳体(1)、摩擦环(11)、摩擦支架(12),所述壳体(1)与所述电机支架(4)相连接,所述摩擦环(11)与所述电机支架(4)连接,所述摩擦支架(12)与所述底座转接架(13)连接,且所述摩擦环(11)贴合于所述摩擦支架(12)的上表面、且摩擦环(11)能在所述摩擦支架(12)的上表面上进行相对滑动地设置。
  14. 一种电暖器,其特征在于:
    包括权利要求1-13中任一项所述的摇头机构,还包括发热部件、所述发热部件设置于所述壳体(1)上。
