当分析模块获取的,当前在线的播放端中的一个或全部,已经接收到在先的 播放指令时;即、根据当前手机的定位结果,能够搜索到的希望发送播放指令的播放端,已经收到了其他手机的播放指令,而该播放指令还未完成。
上述判定模块,对即将发送的播放指令与在先的播放指令,所涉及的播放内容进行判别后,确定具有优先级的播放内容。该优先级指具有紧急情况需要优先播放的内容,或经商户加价等操作后具有优先播放级别的内容。
上述具体的判别方式如下所示:
S1.判定目标播放端是否已接收在先播放指令;
当判定结果为“否”时,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令;
当判定结果为“是”时,进行步骤S2;
S2.判定当前播放指令是否存在优先级;该优先级指播放指令中所包含的内容的优先程度。
当判定结果为“否”时,继续在先播放指令;
当判定结果为“是”时,进行步骤S3;
S3.判定在先播放指令是否存在优先级;
当判定结果为“否”时,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令;
当判定结果为“是”时,继续在先播放指令,直至在线播放完成后,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令。
另外,当前后的播放指令所包含的播放内容都具有优先级的情况时,可以进一步的对具有优先级的优先程度进行判定,即如下的具体方式:
在步骤S3中,当判定结果为“是”时,进行步骤4;
S4.判定在先播放指令和当前播放指令的优先级程度;
当在先播放指令的优先级高于当前播放指令的优先级时,继续在先播放指令,直至在线播放完成后,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令;
当在先播放指令的优先级低于当前播放指令的优先级时,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令。
另外,为了实现实时手机随播的效果,避免手机移动了很长的距离后,周边视频没有跟上的问题,上述远程服务端还具有检查模块;
上述定位模块,将手机端的定位信息定时(如:每5min、10min等)或实时发送到远程服务端;
上述检查模块,根据N+1时间的定位信息,判断是否需要更换播放指令。
具体的判别方式如下所示:
S1.接收N+1时间的定位信息;
S2.获取N+1时间的播放端;
S3.判断N+1时间的播放端与N时间的播放端是否一致;
当判断结果为“一致”时,继续当前播放指令;
当判断结果为“不一致”时,向N+1时间的播放端发送播放指令。
更进一步地,当N+1时间的播放端有部分与N时间的播放端重叠时,采取仅针对差异的播放端进行播放指令的发送。
此外,本实施例涉及的手机端还包括自定义播放系统;
该自定义播放系统实现目标播放信息的订制,如:播放内容,播放频次,播放时间和播放区域等等。
例如:基于微信的小程序或者APP;可以通过手机进入广告投放定制页面,可以选择广告投放时间段;可以通过手机进入广告投放定制页面,可以选择广告投放的地理位置,可以是商圈,可以是某建筑物,可以是某街道;可以在手机端编辑投放内容,可以选择不同风格和内容的模板;用户在选择广告投放时间段、地理区域并且编辑好投放内容选择好投放模板之后,系统可以生成预览,客户可以查看定制内容的投放预览图片;投放系统可以基于时间段和地理位置进行竞价,用户可以在手机端看到竞价情况并进行竞价;用户确认投放信息之后可以通过手机端以微信、银行卡或者支付宝等方式进行支付;用户支付之后,订单由系统受理,系统根据客户的投放的时间段、地理位置及广告内容选择接入系统的车载屏幕或者其他户外屏幕通过4/5G网络进行内容和指令下传,相应屏幕进行内容定制化播放;播放完成后,系统生成投放数据报告,包括投放的屏幕监播图片、效果图、播放次数或者汽车屏幕运行情况。

结合本文所公开的实施例描述的各种解说性逻辑模块、和电路可用通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或其它可编程逻辑器件、分立的门或晶体管逻辑、分立的硬件组件、或其设计成执行本文所描述功能的任何组合来实现或执行。通用处理器可以是微处理器,但在替换方案中,该处理器可以是任何常规的处理器、控制器、微控制器、或状态机。处理器还可以被实现为计算设备的组合,例如DSP与微处理器的组合、多个微处理器、与DSP核心协作的一个或多个微处理器、或任何其他此类配置。
结合本文中公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可直接在硬件中、在由处理器执行的软件模块中、或在这两者的组合中体现。软件模块可驻留在RAM存 储器、闪存、ROM存储器、EPROM存储器、EEPROM存储器、寄存器、硬盘、可移动盘、CD-ROM、或本领域中所知的任何其他形式的存储介质中。示例性存储介质耦合到处理器以使得该处理器能从/向该存储介质读取和写入信息。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于:包括手机端、远程服务端和播放端;
    所述手机端、远程服务端和播放端均具有通讯模块,用于实现各设备之间的数据交互;
    所述手机端还具有定位模块;
    所述远程服务端还具有识别模块、分析模块和指令播放模块;
    所述播放端还具有播放模块;
    其中,所述定位模块,将手机端的定位信息发送到远程服务端;
    所述分析模块,根据定位信息,获取指定范围内当前在线的播放端;
    所述识别模块,识别当前手机端的订制播放内容;
    所述指令播放模块,向分析模块获取的当前在线的播放端发送订制播放内容的播放指令;
    所述播放模块,根据播放指令,进行订制播放内容的播放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于:
    所述远程服务端还具有判定模块;
    当分析模块获取的,当前在线的播放端中的一个或全部,已经接收到在先的播放指令时;
    所述判定模块,对即将发送的播放指令与在先的播放指令,所涉及的播放内容进行判别后,确定具有优先级的播放内容。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于,具体的判别方式如下所示:
    S1.判定目标播放端是否已接收在先播放指令;
    当判定结果为“否”时,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令;
    当判定结果为“是”时,进行步骤S2;
    S2.判定当前播放指令是否存在优先级;
    当判定结果为“否”时,继续在先播放指令;
    当判定结果为“是”时,进行步骤S3;
    S3.判定在先播放指令是否存在优先级;
    当判定结果为“否”时,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令;
    当判定结果为“是”时,继续在先播放指令。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于,具体的判别方式如下所示:
    在步骤S3中,当判定结果为“是”时,进行步骤4;
    S4.判定在先播放指令和当前播放指令的优先级程度;
    当在先播放指令的优先级高于当前播放指令的优先级时,继续在先播放指令;
    当在先播放指令的优先级低于当前播放指令的优先级时,向目标播放端发送当前播放指令。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于:
    所述远程服务端还具有检查模块;
    所述定位模块,将手机端的定位信息定时或实时发送到远程服务端;
    所述检查模块,根据N+1时间的定位信息,判断是否需要更换播放指令。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于,具体的判别方式如下所示:
    S1.接收N+1时间的定位信息;
    S2.获取N+1时间的播放端;
    S3.判断N+1时间的播放端与N时间的播放端是否一致;
    当判断结果为“一致”时,继续当前播放指令;
    当判断结果为“不一致”时,向N+1时间的播放端发送播放指令。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于:
    所述手机端还包括自定义播放系统;
    所述自定义播放系统实现目标播放信息的订制。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随系统,其特征在于:
    所述目标播放信息的订制包括播放内容,播放频次,播放时间和播放区域。
  9. 一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随方法,应用于如权利要求1-7任一所述的基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随方法,其特征在于:通过对手机的定位,获取该目标手机使用者的位置情况后,激活指定范围内的多媒体设备进行订制信息的播放。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种基于对手机定位的多媒体移动跟随方法,其特征在于,由如下步骤实现:
    S1.获取目标手机的地理位置信息;
    S2.根据S1的地理位置信息,获取指定范围内的,在线的多媒体设备;
    S3.获取该目标手机用户的订制播放信息;
    S4.S2获得的多媒体设备播放订制播放信息。
