请参阅图1和图2,该眼镜架10包括眼镜框11、眼镜腿12以及铰链13,其中,在眼镜框11的相对两侧设置有庄头110,铰链13用以连接庄头110和眼镜腿12,并且铰链13包括第一连接件131、第二连接件132和连接轴(未图示),此处,第一连接件131通过连接轴与第二连接件132铰接,庄头110与第一连接件131可拆卸连接,眼镜腿12与第二连接件132紧固连接。这样即使第一连接件131在使用的过程中发生磨损或者损坏,只需更换成完好无损的第一连接件131,即可完成眼镜架10的修复,大大地提高了眼镜架10的修复效率,降低了用户的使用成本,提升了用户的使用体验效果。
进一步地,请参阅图2,在本申请实施例中,在庄头110上设置有第一连接部111,同时,在第一连接件131上设置有第二连接部1311,并且第一连接部111与第二连接部1311螺纹连接。具体地,第一连接部111为内螺纹筒1110,该内螺纹筒1110凸设在庄头110的内表面上,第二连接部1311为安装孔13110,该安装孔13110贯穿第一连接件131的内表面和第一连接件131的外表面,并且内螺纹筒1110伸入安装孔13110内,第一连接件131通过螺钉(未图示)的一端旋入内螺纹筒13110内与庄头110紧固连接,即螺钉的外螺纹端旋入内螺纹筒13110的内腔内,螺钉的头部将第一连接件131压紧在庄头110的内表面上。此处,在第一连接件131的内表面上优选为开设有盲孔,该盲孔与安装孔13110连通,用以容置该螺钉的头部,避免了螺钉的头部突出在第一连接件131外,有效地防止螺钉的头部对用户造成伤害,并且使得铰链13的外观更具美感。
进一步地,请参阅图2,在本申请实施例中,在庄头110上设置有第一限位部112,同时,在第一连接件131上设置有第二限位部1312,并且第一限位部112与第二限位部1312嵌合,用以限止第一连接件132绕内螺纹筒1110转动。具体地,第一限位部112从庄头110的端面向后延伸,内螺纹筒1110凸设在第一限位部112的内表面上,第二限位部1312为凹槽13120,并且凹槽13120凹陷在第一连接件131的外表面上,此处,安装孔13110与凹槽13120连通,第一限位部112嵌入凹槽13120内。这样既有利于限止第一连接件132绕内螺纹筒1110转动,提高了第一连接件132与庄头110安装的效率,又能够提升第一连接件132与庄头110连接的牢固度。
实施例二:
请参阅图3,本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例一的基本相同,不同之处在于:第一限位部112包括第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b和第三插脚112c,其中,第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b和第三插脚112c相互间隔设置,并且第一插脚112a和第三插脚112c分别设置在第二插脚112b的相对两侧,内螺纹筒1110凸设在第二插脚112b的内表面上,同时,第二限位部1312包括第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b,并且第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b相互间隔地凸设在第一连接件131的外表面上,安装孔13110开设在第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b之间的间隔处,此处,第一凸棱1312a嵌入第一插脚112a和第二插脚112b之间的间隔处,第二凸棱1312b嵌入第二插脚112b和第三插脚112c之间的间隔处。这样既有利于限止第一连接件132绕内螺纹筒1110转动,提高了第一连接件132与庄头110安装的效率,又能够提升第一连接件132与庄头110连接的牢固度,还能增加庄头110的造型,使得眼镜架10的外观更具美感。
实施例三:
请参阅图4,本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例二的基本相同,不同之处在于:第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b和第三插脚112c呈平行分布,同时,第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b呈平行分布。具体地,第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b、第三插脚112c、第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b均呈四棱柱状,它们在同一延伸方向上的边缘相互平行,这样有利于庄头110和第一连接件131的生产加工,既能够提升眼镜架10外观的美感,又有利于提高眼镜架10的生产效率。当然,根据具体的情况和造型的需求,在本申请的其它实施例中,第一插脚112a的延长线、第二插脚112b的延长线和第三插脚112c的延长线之间可以两两相交,第一凸棱1312a的延长线和第二凸棱1312b的延长线可以相交,此处不作唯一限定。
实施例四:
请参阅图4,本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例三的基本相同,不同之处在于:第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b和第三插脚112c呈等间隔分布,即第一凸棱的宽度W4与第二凸棱的宽度W5相等,并且第二插脚的宽度W2大于第一插脚的宽度W1,第一插脚的宽度W1等于第三插脚的宽度W3。这样既有利于庄头110和第一连接件131的生产加工,又能够在庄头110有限的表面积下确保内螺纹筒1110与庄头110之间具有足够的接触面积,保证了内螺纹筒1110焊接的牢固度。
实施例五:
请参阅图3和图4,本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例二的基本相同,不同之处在于:第二限位部1312还包括第三凸棱1312c,该第三凸棱1312c凸设在第一连接件131的外表面上,并且第三凸棱1312c与第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b垂直相接,第三凸棱1312c的一端面与第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b和第三插脚112c的端面抵顶,第三凸棱1312c的另一端面可以与眼镜腿12的端面抵顶。具体地,第一插脚112a、第二插脚112b、第三插脚112c、第一凸棱1312a和第二凸棱1312b沿眼镜腿12延伸的方向延伸,第三凸棱1312c沿竖直于眼镜腿12延伸的方向延伸,当眼镜腿12张开时,第三凸棱1312c夹设在庄头110和眼镜腿12之间的间隔处,有利于防止庄头110的端面与其相对的眼镜腿12的端面之间发生接触磨损,进而延长了眼镜架10的使用寿命。
实施例六:
请参阅图5,本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例一的基本相同,不同之处在于:第一限位部112包括至少一个限位孔112d,该限位孔112d分布在内螺纹筒1110的旁侧,同时,第二限位部1312包括至少一个限位凸起1312d,该限位凸起1312d分布在安装孔13110的旁侧,并且限位凸起1312d嵌入限位孔112d内。具体地,限位孔112d开设在庄头110上并且位于内螺纹筒1110的旁侧,限位凸起1312d凸设在第一连接件131的外表面上。这样既有利于限止第一连接件132绕内螺纹筒1110转动,提高了第一连接件132与庄头110安装的效率,又能够提升第一连接件132与庄头110连接的牢固度。
进一步地,请参阅图5,在本申请实施例中,限位孔112d和限位凸起1312d呈几何形状,即限位孔112d的外轮廓和限位凸起1312d的外轮廓呈圆形、三角形、椭圆形、正方形等等。这样既有利于庄头110和第一连接件131的生产加工,又能够提升眼镜架10外观的美感。
实施例七:
请参阅图6,本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例六的基本相同,不同之处在于:第一限位部112包括两个限位孔112d,两个限位孔112d分布在内螺纹筒1110的前后两侧,同时,第二限位部1312包括两个限位凸起1312d,两个限位凸起1312d分布在安装孔13110的前后两侧。这样进一步地提升了第一连接件132与庄头110连接的牢固度。当然,根据具体的情况和造型的需求,在本申请的其它实施例中,第一限位部112还可以包括多个(大于两的整数个)限位孔112d,第二限位部1312还可以包括多个限位凸起1312d,此处不作唯一限定。
实施例八:
本申请实施例提供的眼镜架与实施例一的基本相同,不同之处在于:第一连接部111与第二连接部1311卡接。具体地,第一连接部111为卡扣,第二连接部1311为卡槽,庄头110通过卡扣插接在卡槽内与第一连接件131紧固连接,当需要拆卸第一连接件131时,只需施加外力使卡扣与卡槽分离即可。这样有效地提高了庄头110与第一连接件131安装的效率。
请参阅图1,本申请还提供了一种眼镜1,包括上述眼镜架10和眼镜片20,其中,眼镜片20镶嵌在眼镜框11上。这样即使第一连接件131在使用的过程中发生磨损或者损坏,只需更换成完好无损的第一连接件131,即可完成眼镜架10的修复,大大地提高了眼镜1的修复效率,降低了用户的使用成本,提升了用户的使用体验效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 眼镜架,包括具有庄头的眼镜框、眼镜腿以及设置为连接所述庄头和所述眼镜腿的铰链,所述铰链包括第一连接件、第二连接件和连接轴,所述第一连接件通过所述连接轴与所述第二连接件铰接,其特征在于,所述庄头与所述第一连接件可拆卸连接,所述眼镜腿与所述第二连接件紧固连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述庄头上设置有第一连接部,所述第一连接件上设置有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部卡接或螺纹连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为内螺纹筒,所述内螺纹筒凸设于所述庄头的内表面上,所述第二连接部为安装孔,所述安装孔贯穿所述第一连接件的内、外表面,所述内螺纹筒伸入所述安装孔内,所述第一连接件通过螺钉的一端旋入所述内螺纹筒内与所述庄头紧固连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述庄头上设置有第一限位部,所述第一连接件上设置有第二限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部嵌合以限止所述第一连接件绕所述内螺纹筒转动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述内螺纹筒凸设于所述第一限位部的内表面上,所述第二限位部为凹槽,所述凹槽凹陷于所述第一连接件的外表面上,所述安装孔与所述凹槽连通,所述第一限位部嵌入所述凹槽内。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第一限位部包括间隔设置的第一插脚、第二插脚和第三插脚,所述第一插脚和所述第三插脚分别设置于所述第二插脚的相对两侧,所述内螺纹筒凸设于所述第二插脚的内表面上,所述第二限位部包括间隔设置的第一凸棱和第二凸棱,所述安装孔开设于所述第一凸棱和所述第二凸棱的间隔处,所述第一凸棱嵌入所述第一插脚和所述第二插脚的间隔处,所述第二凸棱嵌入所述第二插脚和所述第三插脚的间隔处。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第一插脚、所述第二插脚和所述第三插脚呈平行分布,所述第一凸棱和所述第二凸棱呈平行分布。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第一插脚、所述第二插脚和所述第三插脚呈等间隔分布,所述第二插脚的宽度大于所述第一插脚的宽度,所述第一插脚的宽度等于所述第三插脚的宽度。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第二限位部还包括第三凸棱,所述第三凸棱与所述第一凸棱和所述第二凸棱垂直相接,所述第三凸棱的一端面与所述第一插脚、所述第二插脚和所述第三插脚的端面抵顶,所述第三凸棱的另一端面可与所述眼镜腿的端面抵顶。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第一限位部包括至少一限位孔,所述限位孔分布于所述内螺纹筒的旁侧,所述第二限位部包括至少一限位凸起,所述限位凸起分布于所述安装孔的旁侧,所述限位凸起嵌入所述限位孔内。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述限位孔和所述限位凸起呈几何形状。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的眼镜架,其特征在于,所述第一限位部包括两限位孔,两所述限位孔分布于所述内螺纹筒的前后两侧,所述第二限位部包括两限位凸起,两所述限位凸起分布于所述安装孔的前后两侧。
  13. 眼镜,其特征在于,包括眼镜片和权利要求1至12任一项所述的眼镜架,所述眼镜片镶嵌于所述眼镜框上。
