Abstract

The present solution relates to sporting equipment, to mats, and to shock-absorbing accessories. The technical result consists in increased reliability, faster assembly, and decreased personnel qualification requirements. The technical result is achieved in that a carpet, comprising rectangular sections, which are made of a shock-absorbing material and having fastening elements, and a cloth covering, is characterized in that the fastening elements are configured as a first part of a fastener strip (such as velcro) disposed along the perimeter of the covering, and a second (mating) part of the fastener is disposed on the rectangular sections situated along the perimeter.

Description

CARPET

The technical solution relates to sports equipment, in particular mats and similar shock-absorbing devices.

Known "Mat" KR 101381596 [1], containing the upper surface, equipped with Velcro along the perimeter of the lower surface and four side surfaces. The cushioning structure is inserted into the space between the surfaces. The flange gluing area, bent from the side parts, is provided with Velcro. The disadvantages of the known design are low storage compactness due to one indivisible shock-absorbing structure, as well as the complexity of manufacturing, transportation and storage of a large mat. Closest to the claimed technical solution is "SPORT UNIVERSAL FOLDING CARPET" RU PM 91296 [2], containing made of shock-absorbing material, rectangular sections with fixing elements, a cover made of fabric. The known carpet has increased compactness during storage due to the folding of rectangular sections. The disadvantage is the unevenness of the rigidity of the fastening of the rectangular sections and the possibility of the central sections leaving the tire during operation, leading to a decrease in the reliability of the coating. The disadvantage of the known design is the low speed of installation of the coating, due to the use of traction belts. The disadvantage is the need for highly qualified personnel assembling carpets.

Technical challenge

The technical result of the proposed utility model is to increase the reliability, speed of installation, and reduce the qualifications of personnel.

The solution of the problem

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the carpet containing rectangular sections made of shock-absorbing material with fixing elements, a cover made of fabric, is characterized by the fact that the fixing elements are made in the form of the first part of the fastener tape (such as velcro) located along the perimeter of the tire, and on rectangular sections located along the perimeter, the second (counter) part of the fastener is located.

Positive effects from invention

The technical result - increased reliability is achieved by the fact that the rectangular sections are fixed evenly and the central sections do not have the ability to move outside the tire. An increase in the speed of installation and a decrease in the requirements for the qualifications of personnel is achieved by the obviousness of installation and the absence of complex long-term operations with tapes.

The device operates as follows: the inner sections (mats) 1 are surrounded by sections (mats) with a fastener 2 located along the perimeter. The tire 3 is provided with a fastener tape 4 along the tire perimeter.

Carpet making:

1. Manufacturing of blanks of PPE mats and coated PPE mats, for example izolon (coated PPE mats are used along the perimeter of the carpet) in the amount required for the carpet.

2. Cut the pile in the amount required for gluing to the carpet perimeter mats.

3. On coated PPE mats, glue the pile on Kestopur glue and leave under a press for 6 hours until complete adhesion.

4. Cut the PVC fabric to the size of the carpet with a margin on each side equal to the thickness of the PPE mats.

5. Weld PVC fabric with 40 mm seam.

6. Along the perimeter of the PVC fabric, with an indentation from the edges of 100 mm, stitch a hard linden Velcro ("dad").

Installation of carpet:

Lay out the PPE mats

Lay out the coated PPE mats around the perimeter.

Hook the PVC fabric onto the basswood Velcro from one corner so that the fabric hangs down to the thickness of the PPE mat.

Stretch the PVC fabric and, starting from the corner, hook it to the pile on the PPE mats throughout the carpet.

The fastener tape can be spaced from the edge of the tire at a distance equal to the thickness of the rectangular sections, which will allow closing the ends of the rectangular sections, protecting them from damage and contamination. The cover can be made of PVC fabric (awning fabric) and the fastener tape is sewn to the perimeter of the PVC fabric to create a durable rug. Rectangular sections of shock-absorbing material can be made of PPE (polyethylene foam), a fairly widespread material. The fastener tape can be adhered to the top surface of the rectangular sections of shock absorbing material intended for the edge of the carpet. Sections intended for the edge of the carpet can be coated for a more secure fastener.

The utility model can be successfully used for the construction of carpets for training and sports competitions.

Claims

A carpet containing rectangular sections made of shock-absorbing material with fixing elements, a cover made of fabric, characterized in that the fixing elements are made in the form of the first part of the fastener tape located along the perimeter of the tire, and the second part of the fastener is located on the rectangular sections located along the perimeter.
Carpet according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastener tape is spaced from the edge of the tire at a distance equal to the thickness of the rectangular sections.

The carpet according to claim 5, characterized in that the fastener tape is adhered to the upper surface of the rectangular sections of the shock-absorbing material intended for the edge of the carpet.
