近年、ファイバレーザなどの複数のレーザ光源を用いて高出力のレーザ光を出力するレーザ装置が開発されている。このようなレーザ装置においては、複数のレーザ光源から出力されたレーザ光が光コンバイナで結合されて出力光ファイバから出力されるが、複数のレーザ光源から光コンバイナに入射する光の発散角が大きい場合には、出力光ファイバにうまく結合せずに光損失が生じ得る。このような光損失を低減するために、光コンバイナの入射側に、所定の屈折率分布を有するGRIN(Gradient Index)レンズを組み込み、光コンバイナに入射されるレーザ光の発散角を小さくすることも考えられている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
しかしながら、従来のGRINレンズの設計においては、高次モード光に対する検討が十分になされておらず、基本モード光の発散角は小さく抑えられても、高次モード光の発散角が大きくなってしまうという問題がある。このような発散角の大きな高次モード光は、下流側の光学系において光損失を生じる可能性があり、また、伝搬する光の強度分布の裾部が広がる原因ともなり得る。
本発明は、このような従来技術の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、出射する高次モード光の発散角を小さく抑えることができるレンズ部材を提供することを第1の目的とする。
また、本発明は、発散角の大きな高次モード光により生じる光損失を低減することができる導光部材を提供することを第2の目的とする。
さらに、本発明は、良好な強度分布のレーザ光を出力することができるレーザ装置を提供することを第3の目的とする。
本発明の第1の態様によれば、出射する高次モード光の発散角を小さく抑えることができるレンズ部材が提供される。このレンズ部材は、入力光が入射するレンズ入射面と、光軸方向において上記レンズ入射面とは反対側のレンズ出射面とを備える。上記レンズ部材は、nを正の整数とすると、上記入力光に対して(2n-1)/4ピッチに相当する長さを有する。上記レンズ部材は、中心部から半径方向外側の周縁部に向かって次第に屈折率が低下する屈折率分布を有する。上記中心部と上記周縁部との屈折率差Δは、上記レンズ入射面に入射した基本モードの光に対して上記レンズ入射面の上記中心部から上記レンズ出射面で上記周縁部に至る光路を実現する屈折率差Δ01よりも大きい。
本発明の第2の態様によれば、発散角の大きな高次モード光により生じる光損失を低減することができる導光部材が提供される。この導光部材は、上述したレンズ部材からなる少なくとも1つのレンズ部材と、上記少なくとも1つのレンズ部材の上記レンズ入射面に接続される少なくとも1つの入力光ファイバと、ブリッジファイバとを備える。上記ブリッジファイバは、上記少なくとも1つのレンズ部材の上記レンズ出射面に接続されるブリッジ入射面と、上記光軸方向に沿って上記ブリッジ入射面から離れるにつれて次第に径が小さくなる縮径部と、上記光軸方向において上記ブリッジ入射面とは反対側のブリッジ出射面とを有する。上記導光部材は、上記ブリッジファイバの上記ブリッジ出射面に接続される出力光ファイバをさらに備える。
本発明の第3の態様によれば、良好な強度分布のレーザ光を出力することができるレーザ装置が提供される。このレーザ装置は、レーザ光を生成する少なくとも1つのレーザ光源と、上述した導光部材とを備える。このは、上記少なくとも1つのレーザ光源からのレーザ光が上記導光部材の上記少なくとも1つの入力光ファイバに入力される。
本発明の第4の態様によれば、良好な強度分布のレーザ光を出力することができるレーザ装置が提供される。このレーザ装置は、レーザ光を生成するレーザ光源と、上述したレンズ部材と、上記レンズ部材の上記レンズ出射面に接続される出力光ファイバとを備える。上記レーザ光源からの上記レーザ光が上記レンズ部材の上記レンズ入射面に入力される。
以下、本発明に係る導光部材としての光コンバイナ及びこれを備えたレーザ装置の実施形態について図1から図7Bを参照して詳細に説明する。なお、図1から図7Bにおいて、同一又は相当する構成要素には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。また、図1から図7Bにおいては、各構成要素の縮尺や寸法が誇張されて示されている場合や一部の構成要素が省略されている場合がある。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態におけるレーザ装置1の構成を示す模式的ブロック図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態におけるレーザ装置1は、レーザ光を生成する複数のレーザ光源2と、それぞれのレーザ光源2からのレーザ光が入力される導光部材としての光コンバイナ3と、光コンバイナ3の下流側の端部に設けられたレーザ出射部4とを備えている。それぞれのレーザ光源2と光コンバイナ3とは光ファイバ5により互いに接続されており、光コンバイナ3とレーザ出射部4とは光ファイバ6により互いに接続されている。レーザ光源2としては例えばファイバレーザや半導体レーザを用いることができる。
このようなレーザ装置1においては、それぞれのレーザ光源2において生成されたレーザ光が光ファイバ5を伝搬して光コンバイナ3に導入される。この光コンバイナ3では、複数のレーザ光源2からのレーザ光が結合されて光ファイバ6に出力される。光ファイバ6に出力された高出力のレーザ光はレーザ出射部4から例えば被加工物に向けて出射される。
図2は、光コンバイナ3を示す斜視図である。図2においては、理解を容易にするために、光コンバイナ3の構成要素が光軸方向に沿って互いに離間して示されているが、実際には、これらの構成要素は互いに融着接続されている。図2に示すように、本実施形態における光コンバイナ3は、上述した光ファイバ5の少なくとも一部を構成する入力光ファイバ50と、入力光ファイバ50から出射される光の発散角を小さくするためのレンズ部材10と、レンズ部材10の下流側に配置されるブリッジファイバ20と、上述した光ファイバ6の少なくとも一部を構成する出力光ファイバ60とを含んでいる。
図2に示すように、本実施形態においては、中心の入力光ファイバ50の周囲を6本の入力光ファイバ50が取り囲むように入力光ファイバ50が配置されている。それぞれの入力光ファイバ50は、コア52と、コア52の周囲を覆うクラッド54とを有している。クラッド54の屈折率はコア52の屈折率よりも低くなっており、コア52の内部には、レーザ光源2からのレーザ光が伝搬する光導波路が形成されている。例えば、入力光ファイバ50のコア52の外径は28μmであり、クラッド54の外径は125μm、入力光ファイバ50のコア52とクラッド54との屈折率差は0.12%である。
レンズ部材10は、入力光ファイバ50に対応して入力光ファイバ50と同数だけ設けられている。図3は、レンズ部材10の1つを屈折率分布とともに示す模式図である。それぞれのレンズ部材10は、円柱状の部材であり、図3に示すように、入力光ファイバ50に接続されるレンズ入射面12と、光軸Pの方向においてレンズ入射面12とは反対側のレンズ出射面14とを有している。
このレンズ部材10は、いわゆるGRINレンズと呼ばれるものであり、図3に示すように、中心部16から半径方向外側の周縁部18に向かって次第に屈折率が低下する屈折率分布を有している。このようなレンズ部材10は、例えば、石英からなる円柱ガラスの中心部16にゲルマニウム(Ge)などのドーパントを高濃度に添加することにより形成することができる。
レンズ部材10の直径は、入力光ファイバ50のコア52よりも大きくなっている。本実施形態においては、レンズ部材10の直径は、入力光ファイバ50のクラッド54の外径と同一(例えば125μm)となっており、レンズ部材10の有効径Eと一致している。なお、本明細書では、レンズ部材10の周縁部18とは、レンズ部材10の光軸Pから有効径の半分の距離にある部分をいうものとする。
レンズ部材10のレンズ入射面12には、入力光ファイバ50のコア52が融着接続されており、これにより入力光ファイバ50のコア52を伝搬した光がレンズ部材10に入射し、レンズ部材10を伝搬してレンズ出射面14から出射するようになっている。
レンズ部材10の光軸Pの方向に沿った長さL(レンズ入射面12からレンズ出射面14までの距離)は、nを正の整数とすると、入力光ファイバ50からレンズ部材10に入射する光に対して(2n-1)/4ピッチに相当する長さとなっている。これにより、レンズ部材10のレンズ入射面12から入射した光は、上述した屈折率分布により屈折され、発散角が小さくなった状態でレンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14から出射される。本実施形態では、n=1となっており、レンズ部材10の長さLは、レンズ部材10に入射する光に対して1/4ピッチに相当する長さとなっている。
図2に戻って、ブリッジファイバ20は、光軸に沿って一定の外径を有する円筒部21と、光軸に沿って次第に外径が小さくなる縮径部23とを含んでいる。円筒部21の端面は、それぞれのレンズ部材10が接続されるブリッジ入射面22となっており、光軸方向においてブリッジ入射面22とは反対側に位置する縮径部23の端面がブリッジ出射面24となっている。
本実施形態におけるブリッジファイバ20は、内部にコア-クラッド構造を有しておらず、ブリッジファイバ20全体が光導波路となっている。ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ入射面22には、それぞれのレンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14が融着接続されている。これにより、レンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14から出射した光は、ブリッジ入射面22からブリッジファイバ20に入射し、円筒部21及び縮径部23の外周面で反射しながらブリッジファイバ20の内部を伝搬してブリッジ出射面24から出射される。なお、レンズ部材10からブリッジファイバ20に入射する際の光の反射を抑えるために、ブリッジファイバ20の屈折率は、レンズ部材10の中心部16の屈折率と略同一であることが好ましい。
出力光ファイバ60は、コア62と、コア62の周囲を覆うクラッド64と、クラッド64の周囲を覆う被覆66とを有している。出力光ファイバ60のコア62の外径は、ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24の外径以上である。出力光ファイバ60のコア62には、ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24が融着接続されている。これにより、ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24から出射した光が出力光ファイバ60のコア62に入射するようになっている。出力光ファイバ60のクラッド64の屈折率はコア62の屈折率よりも低くなっており、コア62の内部には、ブリッジファイバ20から出射した光が伝搬する光導波路が形成されている。なお、ブリッジファイバ20から出力光ファイバ60に入射する際の光の反射を抑えるために、この出力光ファイバ60のコア62の屈折率は、ブリッジファイバ20の屈折率と略同一であることが好ましい。また、ブリッジファイバ20との融着接続部の近傍では、出力光ファイバ60の被覆66が除去されている。
ここで、入力光ファイバ50に入射する光、すなわちレーザ光源2から出射される光には、基本モード(LP01)の光に加えて、基本モードよりも高次のモード(LP11、LP02)の光も含まれている。換言すれば、国際標準規格ISO11146に準拠したビーム品質因子M2の値が1.0よりも大きい光が入力光ファイバ50に入射する。本実施形態によるレンズ部材10は、特にM2の値が1.1より大きい光に対してより効果的である。
従来のGRINレンズの設計においては、高次モード光に対する検討が十分になされておらず、すべての光が基本モード光である(すなわちM2=1.0である)ものとしてGRINレンズが設計されている。このため、従来の設計手法でレンズ部材10を設計する際には、基本モード光がレンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14の周縁部18においてコリメート光になるように設計される。すなわち、基本モード光がレンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14の周縁部18においてコリメート光になるようにレンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差Δが決定される(以下、このようにして決定された屈折率差をΔ01とする)。例えば、本実施形態においてM2=1.0の光に対してレンズ部材10を設計するとΔ01=0.05%となる。
このような従来の設計によりレンズ部材10を作製すると、LP11以上の高次モードの光が含まれる(すなわちM2が1.0よりも大きい)場合には、図4に示すように、レンズ部材10のレンズ入射面12の中心部16に入射した基本モード光LP01は、レンズ部材10を伝搬する間に屈折し、レンズ出射面14では周縁部18に至る。これにより、基本モード光LP01はレンズ出射面14でコリメート光となる。しかしながら、基本モード光LP01よりも高次の光、例えば高次モード光LP11は、図4に示すように、レンズ出射面14に至る前に周縁部18に至ってしまう。このような高次モード光LP11は、レンズ部材10の周縁部18で反射するため、レンズ出射面14から出射される際には発散角が大きくなってしまう。
このように高次モード光が大きな発散角でブリッジファイバ20に入射すると、出力光ファイバ60のコア62に結合できずに光損失を生じる可能性がある。また、このような高次モード光が出力光ファイバ60のコア62に結合できたとしても、最終的にレーザ出射部4から出射されるレーザ光の強度分布の裾部が高次モード光の影響によって広がってしまう。このように裾部が広がった強度分布を有するレーザ光は、レーザ出射部4において損失になり易く、レーザ出射部4の損傷を招いたり、あるいはレーザ光による適切な加工が難しくなったりする。
このような観点から、本実施形態では、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差Δを上述した屈折率差Δ01よりも大きくすることで、高次モード光の発散角が大きくなることを抑制している。例えば、図5に示すように、レンズ出射面14から出射される高次モード光LP11がコリメート光となるように、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差ΔをΔ01よりも大きいΔ11とする。例えば、入力光ファイバ50に入射する光のM2が1.4であるとすると、Δ11=0.07%となる。
このように、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差Δを屈折率差Δ01よりも大きくすれば、高次モード光のレンズ出射面14での発散角が図4に示す場合に比べて小さくなる。例えば、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差ΔをΔ11とした場合、図5に示すように、レンズ部材10のレンズ入射面12の中心部16に入射した高次モード光LP11は、レンズ部材10を伝搬する間に屈折し、レンズ出射面14では周縁部18に至る。これにより、高次モード光LP11はレンズ出射面14でコリメート光となる。したがって、レンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14から出射する高次モード光LP11の発散角を小さく抑えることができる。
このように高次モード光がレンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14から出射する際の発散角を小さく抑えることにより、高次モード光が出力光ファイバ60のコア62に結合し易くなり、レーザ出射部4から出射されるレーザ光の強度分布における裾部の広がりが抑えられる。この場合において、基本モード光LP01は、図5に示すように、レンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14において少し集束された状態となり、出力光ファイバ60のコア62に対する結合効率が低下するが、以下で述べるように、レンズ出射面14から出射する光を(基本モード光と高次モード光とを含めて)全体としてみると、その最大発散角が小さく抑えられるため、レーザ出射部4から出射されるレーザ光の状態は改善される。
図6Aは、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差ΔをΔ01(=0.05%)とした場合とΔ11(=0.07%)とした場合におけるレンズ出射面14から出射する光の累積パワーと発散角(NAで表される)の関係を示すグラフであり、図6Bは、図6Aの一部を拡大して示すものである。図6A及び図6Bのグラフから、例えば、レンズ出射面14から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが96%となる発散角は、屈折率差Δ01を有するレンズ部材10の場合には約0.03であり、屈折率差Δ11を有するレンズ部材10の場合には約0.015であることがわかる。すなわち、これらのグラフは、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差ΔをΔ01よりも大きくすることで、レンズ出射面14から出射する光の発散角が(基本モード光と高次モード光とを含めて)全体として小さく抑えられることを示している。
ここで、レンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが99%となる発散角をレンズ最大発散角と定義する。高出力のレーザ光を用いた加工においてはこのレンズ最大発散角を小さくすることが非常に重要となる。したがって、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差Δを決定するに際しては、屈折率差がΔ01であるときよりもレンズ最大発散角が小さくなるように屈折率差Δを選択することが好ましい。図6Bにおいては、屈折率差Δ01を有するレンズ部材10のレンズ最大発散角は約0.05、屈折率差Δ11を有するレンズ部材10のレンズ最大発散角は約0.03となっており、屈折率差ΔがΔ11であるときのレンズ最大発散角が、屈折率差ΔがΔ01であるときのレンズ最大発散角よりも小さくなっている。
図7Aは、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差ΔをΔ01(=0.05%)とした場合とΔ11(=0.07%)とした場合におけるブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24から出射する光の累積パワーと発散角(NAで表される)との関係を示すグラフであり、図7Bは、図7Aの一部を拡大して示すものである。例えば、図7A及び図7Bのグラフから、ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが96%となる発散角は、屈折率差Δ01を有するレンズ部材10を用いた場合には約0.1であり、屈折率差Δ11を有するレンズ部材10を用いた場合には約0.075であることがわかる。すなわち、これらのグラフは、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差ΔをΔ01よりも大きくすることで、ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24から出射する光の発散角が(基本モード光と高次モード光とを含めて)全体として小さく抑えられることを示している。
ここで、ブリッジファイバ20のブリッジ出射面24から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが99%となる発散角をブリッジファイバ最大発散角と定義する。上述したレンズ最大発散角と同様に、このブリッジファイバ最大発散角を小さくすることが高出力のレーザ光を用いた加工においては非常に重要となる。したがって、レンズ部材10の中心部16と周縁部18との屈折率差Δを決定するに際しては、屈折率差がΔ01であるときよりもブリッジファイバ最大発散角が小さくなるように屈折率差Δを選択することが好ましい。図7Bにおいては、屈折率差Δ01を有するレンズ部材10を用いた場合のブリッジファイバ最大発散角は約0.175、屈折率差Δ11を有するレンズ部材10を用いた場合のブリッジファイバ最大発散角は約0.1となっており、屈折率差ΔがΔ11であるときのブリッジファイバ最大発散角が、屈折率差ΔがΔ01であるときのブリッジファイバ最大発散角よりも小さくなっている。
上述した実施形態においては、本発明に係る導光部材の例として、複数のレンズ部材10を備える光コンバイナ3を説明したが、本発明は、上述したレンズ部材10を1つだけ備える導光部材にも適用できることは言うまでもない。また、上述した実施形態におけるレーザ装置1は光コンバイナ3を含んでいるが、光コンバイナ3を含まないレーザ装置の構成も考えられる。例えば、レーザ光源2からのレーザ光がレンズ部材10のレンズ入射面12に入射するように構成し、光ファイバ6の少なくとも一部を構成する出力光ファイバをレンズ部材10のレンズ出射面14に接続してもよい。
これまで本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されず、その技術的思想の範囲内において種々異なる形態にて実施されてよいことは言うまでもない。
以上述べたように、本発明の第1の態様によれば、出射する高次モード光の発散角を小さく抑えることができるレンズ部材が提供される。このレンズ部材は、入力光が入射するレンズ入射面と、光軸方向において上記レンズ入射面とは反対側のレンズ出射面とを備える。上記レンズ部材は、nを正の整数とすると、上記入力光に対して(2n-1)/4ピッチに相当する長さを有する。上記レンズ部材は、中心部から半径方向外側の周縁部に向かって次第に屈折率が低下する屈折率分布を有する。上記中心部と上記周縁部との屈折率差Δは、上記レンズ入射面に入射した基本モードの光に対して上記レンズ入射面の上記中心部から上記レンズ出射面で上記周縁部に至る光路を実現する屈折率差Δ01よりも大きい。ここで、n=1であることが好ましい。
このような構成のレンズ部材は、高次モード光がレンズ出射面から出射する際の発散角を小さく抑えることができる。
この場合において、上記入力光は、国際標準規格ISO11146に準拠したビーム品質因子M2の値が1.1よりも大きい光であることが好ましい。このような入力光は、基本モード光に加えて高次モード光を含んでいる。
また、上記レンズ出射面から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが99%となる発散角をレンズ最大発散角として定義すると、上記レンズ部材のレンズ最大発散角は、上記中心部と上記周縁部との屈折率差がΔ01であるときのレンズ最大発散角よりも小さいことが好ましい。
本発明の第2の態様によれば、発散角の大きな高次モード光により生じる光損失を低減することができる導光部材が提供される。この導光部材は、上述したレンズ部材からなる少なくとも1つのレンズ部材と、上記少なくとも1つのレンズ部材の上記レンズ入射面に接続される少なくとも1つの入力光ファイバと、ブリッジファイバとを備える。上記ブリッジファイバは、上記少なくとも1つのレンズ部材の上記レンズ出射面に接続されるブリッジ入射面と、上記光軸方向に沿って上記ブリッジ入射面から離れるにつれて次第に径が小さくなる縮径部と、上記光軸方向において上記ブリッジ入射面とは反対側のブリッジ出射面とを有する。上記導光部材は、上記ブリッジファイバの上記ブリッジ出射面に接続される出力光ファイバをさらに備える。
このような構成によれば、レンズ部材のレンズ出射面から出射する高次モード光の発散角を小さく抑えることができるため、導光部材の下流の光学系において発散角の大きな高次モード光により生じる光損失を低減することができる。
この場合において、上記ブリッジファイバの上記ブリッジ出射面から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが99%となる発散角をブリッジファイバ最大発散角として定義すると、上記導光部材のブリッジファイバ最大発散角は、上記レンズ部材の上記中心部と上記周縁部との屈折率差がΔ01であるときのブリッジファイバ最大発散角よりも小さいことが好ましい。
本発明の第3の態様によれば、良好な強度分布のレーザ光を出力することができるレーザ装置が提供される。このレーザ装置は、レーザ光を生成する少なくとも1つのレーザ光源と、上述した導光部材とを備える。上記少なくとも1つのレーザ光源からのレーザ光が上記導光部材の上記少なくとも1つの入力光ファイバに入力される。
このような構成によれば、導光部材から出力される高次モード光の発散角が小さく抑えられるため、レーザ装置から出力されるレーザ光の強度分布を良好なものとすることができる。
本発明の第4の態様によれば、良好な強度分布のレーザ光を出力することができるレーザ装置が提供される。このレーザ装置は、レーザ光を生成するレーザ光源と、上述したレンズ部材と、上記レンズ部材の上記レンズ出射面に接続される出力光ファイバとを備える。上記レーザ光源からの上記レーザ光が上記レンズ部材の上記レンズ入射面に入力される。
このような構成によれば、レンズ部材から出力される高次モード光の発散角が小さく抑えられるため、レーザ装置から出力されるレーザ光の強度分布を良好なものとすることができる。
本発明の一態様によれば、レンズ部材のレンズ出射面から出射する高次モード光の発散角を小さく抑えることができるため、導光部材の下流の光学系において発散角の大きな高次モード光により生じる光損失を低減することができる。

- 前記入力光は、国際標準規格ISO11146に準拠したビーム品質因子M2の値が1.1よりも大きい光である、請求項1又は2に記載のレンズ部材。
- 前記レンズ出射面から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが99%となる発散角をレンズ最大発散角として定義すると、前記レンズ部材のレンズ最大発散角は、前記中心部と前記周縁部との屈折率差がΔ01であるときのレンズ最大発散角よりも小さい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレンズ部材。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のレンズ部材からなる少なくとも1つのレンズ部材と、
前記少なくとも1つのレンズ部材の前記レンズ入射面に接続される少なくとも1つの入力光ファイバと、
前記少なくとも1つのレンズ部材の前記レンズ出射面に接続されるブリッジ入射面と、前記光軸方向に沿って前記ブリッジ入射面から離れるにつれて次第に径が小さくなる縮径部と、前記光軸方向において前記ブリッジ入射面とは反対側のブリッジ出射面とを有するブリッジファイバと、
前記ブリッジファイバの前記ブリッジ出射面に接続される出力光ファイバと
を備える、導光部材。 - 前記ブリッジファイバの前記ブリッジ出射面から出射する光の全パワーのうちその発散角以下の発散角を有する光のパワーが99%となる発散角をブリッジファイバ最大発散角として定義すると、前記導光部材のブリッジファイバ最大発散角は、前記レンズ部材の前記中心部と前記周縁部との屈折率差がΔ01であるときのブリッジファイバ最大発散角よりも小さい、請求項5に記載の導光部材。
- レーザ光を生成する少なくとも1つのレーザ光源と、
請求項5又は6に記載の導光部材であって、前記少なくとも1つのレーザ光源からの前記レーザ光が前記少なくとも1つの入力光ファイバに入力される導光部材と
を備える、レーザ装置。 - レーザ光を生成するレーザ光源と、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のレンズ部材であって、前記レーザ光源からの前記レーザ光が前記レンズ入射面に入力されるレンズ部材と、
前記レンズ部材の前記レンズ出射面に接続される出力光ファイバと
を備える、レーザ装置。
