Drawer

The present invention relates to a drawer with a wall body on which means for fixing a further second wall body and means for fixing a further third wall body are provided, at least one decorative element being fixed on one surface of the wall body.

DE 10 2017 121 597 discloses a drawer in which a side frame has an inner core and a thin-walled casing which can be glued to the molded parts of the core. This creates the side frame as a stable unit. The bonding of the envelope serves to stabilize and is insoluble, so that it is not possible to subsequently replace the envelope or parts of the envelope, for example because damage has occurred or the user wants a different visual design of the side frame.

DE 20 2014 102 595 U1 discloses a flea chamber frame for a drawer, in which a separate decorative element can be arranged on a surface of a frame body, which is glued to the frame body. Here, too, the adhesive bond is provided for permanent attachment of the decorative element, and the disadvantages described above occur.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to create a drawer which is designed to be more flexible on at least one wall body and in which a damaged surface can be replaced more easily without renewing the entire wall body.

This object is achieved with a drawer with the features of claims 1.

According to the invention, the drawer comprises at least one decorative element which is repeatedly and releasably adhered to the wall body via a first adhesive. As a result, the decorative element can be removed from the wall body again for a more flexible design of the wall body without the wall body being damaged by the adhesive connection. Rather, the adhesive remains adhering to the wall body or a carrier material, and it is possible to attach the decorative element again via the adhesive after repair or cleaning to fix on the wall body. This enables the decorative element to be exchanged easily. The adhesive can stick to the decorative element or the wall body.

The first adhesive is preferably applied to one side of a carrier material. The carrier material can also be glued to the wall body or to the decorative element via a second adhesive which is provided on the side opposite to the first adhesive. The adhesion of the carrier material to the wall body or to the decorative element by the second adhesive is higher, preferably at least twice as high, than the adhesion of the first adhesive to the decorative element or to the wall body. This ensures that when the decorative element is removed, the carrier material remains adhering to the wall body or to the decorative element.

The first adhesive is preferably fixed in strip form on the wall body or on the decorative element or on a carrier material. The first adhesive does not have to be applied over the entire surface of the decorative element, but it is sufficient if individual areas of the decorative element are detachably fixed. A receptacle for the adhesive is preferably provided on the decorative element, for example in the form of a recess or a step, so that the decorative element does not stand out from the wall body.

The decorative element is easy to assemble if a double-sided adhesive film is glued to the wall body or to the decorative element for fixing. The adhesive film can then remain on the wall body when the decorative element is changed, or a decorative element with a new adhesive film is used. The adhesive film can have a plastic film or an elastic material such as a foam as the carrier material, so that the decorative element can be fixed to the wall body with a certain elasticity.

For a secure attachment of the decorative element this can have a hook-shaped section which is attached to an upper side of the wall body. The mechanical fixation of the decorative element is supplemented by the gluing Ver in order to avoid a movement of the decorative element relative to the wall body when opening and closing the drawer. The decorative element can, for example, an integrally formed web aufwei sen, which is fixed in a clamping or latching manner on a groove in the wall body. The first adhesive preferably has adhesive beads, which are arranged almost permanently on the carrier material or the decorative element in order to enable the decorative element to be repeatedly removed.

A peel force of the first adhesive on a steel surface is preferably between 2 N / 100 mm and 15 N / 100 mm (ASTM test method D 3330 M). A peel force of the second adhesive on a steel surface, however, can be between 10 N / 100 mm and 100 N / 100 mm (ASTM test method D 3330 M).

The decorative element is preferably designed as a plate-shaped wall element, which can also have a bent edge in the upper area and is made, for example, of plastic and / or metal. The decorative element can also have a three-dimensional structure with steps, ribs, grooves, recesses or other elements. The decorative element can also provide information about the content and / or serve as a logo carrier. Preferably, the decorative element is seen at least in the lower area with egg ner bend or a fold to reinforce a side wall.

The wall body is preferably designed as a frame body, in particular as a hollow chamber frame, and the means for fixing the front panel and the means for fixing the rear wall can be arranged on or in the frame body. Alternatively, the frame body is made of solid material, for example from a wood material. A drawer comprises a drawer frame 1 with a wall body in the form of a frame body 2, which is essentially plate-shaped and has holders 3 in the lower region, on which a groove 4 is formed for inserting a bottom of a drawer. On the frame body 2, a decorative element 6 is fixed on an outside, which covers the frame body 2 with an upper strip-shaped edge 7 on an upper side. The decorative element 6 is shown in Figure 2A in an exploded view with the frame body 2. The decorative element 6 comprises a plate-shaped side wall 8, for example made of metal or plastic, with a strip-shaped recess or receptacle 9 being provided in the lower region, which is used to accept a carrier material 10 with a first adhesive 30. The decorative element 6 is releasably fixed to the frame body 2 in the lower region via the adhesive 30 and can be removed again without damage.

The first adhesive 30 adheres to the carrier material 10 in order to fix the decor element 6 in a detachable manner. The carrier material 10 can also be glued to the side of the frame body 2 via a second adhesive 31, the adhesion of the carrier material 10 to the frame body 2 being significantly higher than to the decorative element 6, so that when the decorative element 6 is removed, the carrier material 10 attaches the frame body 2 remains. Alternatively, the adhesion of the carrier material 10 to the decorative element 6 can be significantly higher than to the frame body 2. A modified embodiment of the decorative element 6 is shown in FIG. 4A, which is attached to the frame body 2 via carrier material pads 20 with a first adhesive 40. The carrier material pads 20 can be made from a double-sided adhesive film and enable the decorative element 6 to be fixed by means of a plurality of spaced-apart fastening points via a second adhesive 41. FIGS. 4B and 4C show the modified decorative element 6 ′ shown in FIG. 2B, which is attached to the frame body 2 via carrier material pads 10 ′ with the first adhesive 30 ′. The upper edge 7 is reinforced by a downwardly directed fold 21 which engages over the frame body 2 at the top. On the underside of the side wall 8, a bend 22 is provided which stiffens the decorative element 6 '.

In FIGS. 4D and 4E, the decorative element 6 ′ of FIGS. 4B and 4C is changed in the lower area, since no bend 22 but only a chamfer 23 is provided, which extends essentially at right angles to the side wall 8.

In the above exemplary embodiments, the decorative element 6 is provided on an outer side wall and an upper side of the frame body 2. It is natural lent possible not to provide the decorative element 6 over the entire surface on the outside and the top, but only over a partial area. In addition, a decorative element 6 can be detachably fixed to an inside of the drawer frame 1 by means of adhesive.

In FIG. 5, a decorative element 16 of reduced dimensions is fixed in a lower area of the outside of the frame body 2 by means of adhesive 10 in a detachable manner on the frame body 2. A marking or information is visible on the surface of the decorative element 16, for example about the contents of the drawer. The decorative element 16 can be attached easily reversible and clearly visible from the outside. The decorative element 16 is fixed on the frame body 2 in addition to a front panel 15 of the drawer, but can also be fixed in a different position.

The decorative element 16 is shown in Figure 6 before assembly. The decor element 16 has a carrier material pad 10 ′ with the first adhesive 30 ′, which is arranged in a receptacle between an upper thickening 17 and a lower angled edge 18. The edge 18 on the underside rests against an underside of the frame body 2.

In FIG. 7, the decorative element 16 is shown in an assembled position, it being fixed to a decorative element 6 on a frame body 2, which has been described with reference to FIGS. 3A and 3B. The smaller decorative element 16 is attached to the outside of the decorative element 6, which is arranged over the entire surface on the outside of the frame body.

The great advantage of carrier material pads 10 'and 20 or the strip-shaped carrier material 10 is that they can be easily removed without tools and without leaving any residue.
