Abstract

1. A self-adhesive fixing element, such as a towel holder or the like, for sticking to tiled walls or the like, comprising a base (10) the back of which bears an adhesive film or the like and which has a hook (12) or the like on the side remote from the adhesive film, characterised in that the base (10) is in the form of a hollow member ; the front wall of the base (10) or the like facing the hook (12) or the like is formed with apertures (14) ; and an odour-absorbent material (18) is provided in the cavity (16) of the base or the like.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein selbstklebendes Befestigungselement, wie Handtuchhalter o. dergl., zum Ankleben an Kachelwänden o. dergl. mit einem rückseitig eine Klebefolie o. dergl. tragenden Sockel, an dessen der Klebefolie abgewandten Seite ein Haken o. dergl. angeordnet ist. Befestigungselemente der vorgenannten Art, deren an der Rückseite vorgesehene, selbstklebende ausgebildete Klebefolie im Nicht-Gebrauchszustand entweder üblicherweise durch eine abziehbare Trägerfolie abgedeckt ist, woraufhin das Befestigungselement dann nach Abziehen der Trägerfolie an einer Kachelwand o. dergl. durch einfaches Andrücken befestigt werden kann, oder aber befeuchtet werden muß, damit die Folie klebend wird, finden im Haushalt, beispielsweise in Badezimmern, in der Küche, o. dergl. zum Anbringen verschiedenartigster Gegenstände, beispielsweise als Handtuchhalter, zum Befestigen von Trinkglashaltern etc., mannigfache Anwendung. Der Erfindung liegt die überraschende Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß es gelingt, den verhältnismäßig voluminösen Sockel bekannter selbstklebender Befestigungselemente o. dergl. dadurch nutzbar zu machen, daß der Sockel als Hohlkörper ausgebildet und in seinen Hohlraum ein geruchsabsorbierendes Material, vorzugsweise in Form eines vliesartigen Trägerkörpers, der mit einer geruchsabsorbierenden Substanz getränkt ist, eingeführt wird. Vorzugsweise kann das geruchsabsorbierende Material dabei auswechselbar, wie oben beschrieben, ausgebildet sein. Weist das geruchsabsorbierende Material, wie eine besondere Ausführungsform der Erfindung vorsieht, einen Farbindikator auf, so läßt sich durch die Durchbrüche hindurch für den Benutzer erkennen, wann die geruchsabsorbierende Substanz im wesentlichen verbraucht ist, so daß dann das geruchsabsorbierende Material ausgewechselt werden kann. Selbstverständlich ist der Ausdruck »geruchsabsorbierendes Material« im weitesten Sinne zu verstehen und umfaßt Substanzen mannigfacher Art, soweit sie nur geeignet sind, die Raumatmosphäre zu beeinflussen. Der Sockel 10 selbst ist unter Bildung eines Hohlraumes 16 hohl ausgebildet, wobei innerhalb des Hohlraumes 16 ein geruchsabsorbierendes Material 18 in Form eines Trägervlieses, welches mit einer geruchsabsorbierenden Substanz bekannter Art imprägniert ist, angeordnet. An der Oberseite des Sockels 10 ist ein den Hohlraum 16 zugänglich machender Schlitz 20 vorgesehen, der das Auswechseln des geruchsabsorbierenden Materials 18 ermöglicht. 2. A fixing element according to claim 1, characterised in the top of the cavity (16) of the base (10) is formed with a slot (20) for replacement of the odour-absorbent material (18).
3. A fixing element according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the odour-absorbent material (18) has a support made of a nonwoven material or the like impregnated with an odour-absorbent substance.
4. A fixing element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the odour-absorbent material (18) has a colour indicator.
5. A fixing element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the apertures in the front wall of the base (10) are in the form of slots (14).
6. A fixing element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that when the fixing element is not in use the apertures (14) are sealed by an air-impermeable film or the like.
