Claims (10)
- 一种加热器,其特征在于,包括:支架,所述支架内具有容置烟支的加热仓;发热体,所述发热体包括发热部和固定部,所述发热部自所述固定部沿所述支架的纵长方向延伸,所述发热部显露于所述加热仓内,用以插入烟支内部加热烟支;固定座,所述固定座和所述支架连接,所述固定座抵接于所述固定部以将所述发热体固定在所述支架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述固定座包括第一固定座和第二固定座,所述第一固定座包括第一本体,所述第二固定座包括第二凸柱,所述固定部被夹持于所述第一本体和所述第二凸柱之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,自所述第二凸柱和所述固定部相贴合的表面朝远离所述固定部的方向凹设有容置槽,所述加热器还包括设置于所述容置槽内的温度传感器,且所述温度传感器和所述固定部相接触,用以检测所述发热体的实时温度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述固定部呈平板状,所述固定部的板面垂直于所述支架的纵长方向。
- 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述支架的内部设置有隔离壁,所述第一本体被夹持于所述隔离壁和所述第二凸柱之间,所述支架的外侧设置有至少一卡槽,所述第二固定座还包括第二本体,所述第二本体的外侧凸设有和所述卡槽相适配的至少一卡凸。
- 根据权利要求5所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第二本体上凹设有环形的收容槽,所述收容槽环绕所述第二凸柱,所述第一固定座还包括自所述第一本体朝所述第二本体延伸的第一筒体,所述第一筒体的下端收容于所述收容槽内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第二凸柱收容于所述第一筒体内,所述第二凸柱的外侧凸设有沿所述支架的纵长方向延伸的第二导向柱,所述第一筒体的内侧凹设有和所述第二导向柱相适配的第二导向槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一本体上的和所述隔离壁相抵接的端面凹设有环形的密封槽,所述加热器还包括密封圈,所述密封圈收容于所述密封槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述支架外侧凸设有环形的第一限位部和第二限位部,所述加热器还包括线圈,所述线圈位于所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部之间。
- 一种低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,包括:外壳;加热器,收容于所述外壳中;供电单元,收容于所述外壳中,所述供电单元主要用于给所述加热器提供电能,用以加热烘烤收容于所述加热器中的烟支;其中,所述加热器为权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的加热器。
