为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本申请进行更详细的说明。需要说明的是,当元件被表述“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。当一个元件被表述“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。本说明书所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本说明书所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本说明书中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是用于限制本申请。本说明书所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
如图2所示,为本申请其中一实施方式所提供的低温烘烤烟具,该低温烘烤烟具主要包括外壳100、加热器200、供电单元300和控制组件400。
外壳100用于支撑、固定和保护加热器200、供电单元300和控制组件400。
如图2和图3所示,加热器200主要包括支架1、发热体2、固定座3、温度传感器4、线圈6、密封圈5、和烟托7。
如图3至图5所示,支架1大体上呈中空圆筒状的纵长结构,支架1内部具有收容烟支500的加热仓10。支架1的外侧间隔的凸设有沿圆周方向呈环形的第一限位部11和第二限位部12,第一限位部11位于支架1的上端,第二限位部12位于支架1的中心水平面以下,支架1的外侧设置有两个卡槽13,两个卡槽13位于对称的设置于支架1上,两个卡槽13位于第二限位部 12的下方。支架1的内侧沿径向延伸有隔离壁14,隔离壁14的上方为加热仓10,隔离壁14的中心设置有贯穿隔离壁14的上下两侧的第一通孔140。支架1的内侧的下表面和隔离壁14之间凸设有第一导向柱15,该第一导向柱15沿支架1的纵长方向向延伸。
支架1由不导电且隔热效果较好的硬质塑胶材料制得。支架1可以由酚醛塑料、聚氨酯塑料、环氧塑料、不饱和聚酯塑料、呋喃塑料、有机硅树脂、丙烯基树脂等及其改性树脂为机体制成的相关塑料中的至少一种制得。
如图3和图6所示,发热体2包括固定部21和发热部22,固定部21呈平板状,固定部21的板面垂直于支架1的纵长方向,固定部21的上表面和第一本体311的下表面相抵接。发热部22自固定部21的中心沿支架1的纵长方向延伸而成,发热部22的外周直径小于固定部21的外周直径。发热部22远离固定部21的一端为锥形,有利于发热部22插入烟支500内部。在本实施方式中,发热部22呈截面为圆形的杆状结构,可以理解的是,在一些其他实施方式中,发热部22的横截面也可是三角形、椭圆形或其他形状。
发热体2由铁磁性材料制得,即由铁及铁合金、钴及钴合金或镍及镍合金制得。发热体2在变化的磁场中会发热,从而加热烘烤烟支500。
如图3、图7和图8所示,固定座3包括第一固定座31和第二固定座32,第一固定座31包括第一本体311和第一筒体312,第一本体311大体上呈平板状,第一本体311的中心设置有贯穿第一本体311的上下两侧的第二通孔3110,第一本体311的上表面凹设有环形的密封槽3111,该密封槽3111环绕第二通孔3110,第一本体311的上表面和隔离壁14的下表面相抵接。
第一筒体312自第一本体311的下表面向下延伸而成。第一筒体312的外侧凹设有第一导向槽3120,该第一导向槽3120自第一筒体的上端向下沿支架1的纵长方向延伸而成,该第一导向槽3120和第一导向柱15相适配。一方面,可以实现第一固定座31插入支架1时的导向作用,另一方面,可以实现第一固定座31和支架1之间的周向固定,避免了第一固定座31和支架1之间的相对转动。第一筒体312的内壁凹设有第二导向槽3121,该第二导向槽3121自第一筒体312的下端沿支架1的纵长方向向上延伸而成。第一本体311和第一筒体312的大部分均收容于支架1的下端。
如图3和图9所示,第二固定座32包括第二本体321和第二凸柱322。 第二固定座32的外侧凸设有两个卡凸3211,该两个卡凸3211对称的设置于第二本体321上,该两个卡凸3211分别与两个卡槽13相适配,从而使得第二固定座32固定连接于支架1上。第二固定座32的上表面和支架1的下端面相抵接,且第二固定座32的上表面向下凹设有环形的收容槽3212,第一筒体312的下端收容于收容槽3212内。
第二凸柱322由第二固定座32的上表面的中心沿支架1的纵长方向向上延伸而成。第二凸柱322的上表面向下凹设有容置槽3221,第二凸柱322的上表面和固定部21的下表面相抵接,从而使得固定部21被夹持固定于第二凸柱322和第一本体311之间。第二凸柱322的侧面凸设有第二导向柱3222,第二导向柱3222由第二凸柱322的上端向下沿支架1的纵长方向延伸而成,第二导向柱3222和第一筒体312上的第二导向槽3121相适配,一方面,可以实现第二凸柱322插入第一筒体312时的导向作用,另一方面,可以实现第二固定座32和第一固定座31之间的周向固定,避免了第二固定座32和第一固定座31之间的相对转动。
第一固定座31和第二固定座32由不导电且隔热效果较好的硬质塑胶材料制得。支架1可以由酚醛塑料、聚氨酯塑料、环氧塑料、不饱和聚酯塑料、呋喃塑料、有机硅树脂、丙烯基树脂等及其改性树脂为机体制成的相关塑料中的至少一种制得。
温度传感器4位于第二凸柱322的容置槽3221内,温度传感器4和发热体2的固定部21的下端面相贴合,用于检测发热体2的实时温度。
密封圈5由耐高温的硅胶或橡胶材料制得,密封圈5呈圆环状,密封圈5收容于密封槽3111内,用于密封第一本体311和隔离壁14,避免加热仓10生产的烟油经由隔离壁14和第二本体321之间的缝隙而渗漏。
线圈6位于第一限位部11和第二限位部12之间,线圈6具有多圈,多圈线圈6沿同一方向环绕在支架1外,譬如,多圈线圈6可以以顺时针或逆时针环绕在支架1外。在支架1的纵长方向上,线圈6和发热体2的发热部22大部分重合。
烟托7收容于加热仓10内,用于承载烟支500,烟托7的下端上开设有通孔,以便发热体2的发热部22插入。
如图2所示,供电单元300为可充电电池,主要用于给加热器200提供 电能。
控制组件400分别电性连接温度传感器4、供电单元300和线圈6。用户点动开关按键(未图示)后,供电单元300和线圈6电性导通,控制组件400控制线圈6中馈入变化的交变电流,从而使得发热体2的发热部22感应发热。温度传感器4将检测到的发热体2的实施温度信号传输给控制组件400,控制组件400根据该实施温度信号来控制馈入线圈6中的电流的大小、电流流动方向的变换频率的大小。
组装加热器200时,首先,可以将发热体2的发热部22穿经第一固定座31上的第一固定孔;接着将温度传感器4容置于第二固定座32的容置槽3221中;接着将第二凸柱322上的第二导向柱3222对准第一筒体312上的第二导向槽3121,将第二凸柱322插入第一筒体312中;接着将发热部22穿经隔离壁14的第一通孔140,向上推动第二固定座32,使得第二固定座32上的卡凸3211卡合固定于支架1的卡槽13中;接着将线圈6固定于第一限位部11和第二限位部12之间,最后将烟托7从上端放入加热仓10,从而完成了加热器200的组装固定。
本实施方式中,将固定座3和支架1连接,固定座3抵接于发热体2的固定部21以将发热体2固定在支架1上,避免了发热体2的偏斜不居中的问题,使得发热体2对烟支500的烘烤较为均匀,从而保证了发烟量。
可以理解的是,本实施方式中的通过第一固定座31和第二固定座32的配合来固定发热体2的结构形式,不仅仅适用于电磁加热形式的加热器200,也适用于电阻加热形式的加热器200。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书及其附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例,但是,本申请可以通过许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本说明书所描述的实施例,这些实施例不作为对本申请内容的额外限制,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。并且,上述各技术特征继续相互组合,形成未在上面列举的各种实施例,均视为本申请说明书记载的范围;进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加热器,其特征在于,包括:
    支架,所述支架内具有容置烟支的加热仓;
    发热体,所述发热体包括发热部和固定部,所述发热部自所述固定部沿所述支架的纵长方向延伸,所述发热部显露于所述加热仓内,用以插入烟支内部加热烟支;
    固定座,所述固定座和所述支架连接,所述固定座抵接于所述固定部以将所述发热体固定在所述支架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述固定座包括第一固定座和第二固定座,所述第一固定座包括第一本体,所述第二固定座包括第二凸柱,所述固定部被夹持于所述第一本体和所述第二凸柱之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,自所述第二凸柱和所述固定部相贴合的表面朝远离所述固定部的方向凹设有容置槽,所述加热器还包括设置于所述容置槽内的温度传感器,且所述温度传感器和所述固定部相接触,用以检测所述发热体的实时温度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述固定部呈平板状,所述固定部的板面垂直于所述支架的纵长方向。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述支架的内部设置有隔离壁,所述第一本体被夹持于所述隔离壁和所述第二凸柱之间,所述支架的外侧设置有至少一卡槽,所述第二固定座还包括第二本体,所述第二本体的外侧凸设有和所述卡槽相适配的至少一卡凸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第二本体上凹设有环形的收容槽,所述收容槽环绕所述第二凸柱,所述第一固定座还包括自所述第一本体朝所述第二本体延伸的第一筒体,所述第一筒体的下端收容于所述收容槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第二凸柱收容于所述第一筒体内,所述第二凸柱的外侧凸设有沿所述支架的纵长方向延伸的第二导向柱,所述第一筒体的内侧凹设有和所述第二导向柱相适配的第二导向槽。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一本体上的和所述隔离壁相抵接的端面凹设有环形的密封槽,所述加热器还包括密封圈,所述密封圈收容于所述密封槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述支架外侧凸设有环形的第一限位部和第二限位部,所述加热器还包括线圈,所述线圈位于所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部之间。
  10. 一种低温烘烤烟具,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳;
    加热器,收容于所述外壳中;
    供电单元,收容于所述外壳中,所述供电单元主要用于给所述加热器提供电能,用以加热烘烤收容于所述加热器中的烟支;
    其中,所述加热器为权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的加热器。
