Description

自动煮茶泡茶装置 技术领域
本发明涉及茶具技术领域,具体涉及一种自动煮茶泡茶装置。
背景技术
茶文化具有悠久的历史,相应地泡茶器具亦各式各样,如茶杯、茶碗、带饮用嘴的茶壶如紫砂壶等等,此类常见的泡茶器具使用方法通常是将茶叶加入泡茶器具中,再加入开水或热水浸泡后变成茶水,利用设于器具上方的杯口、碗口或饮用嘴饮用茶水。随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,茶具也在不断推新出新,近年来,各种自动或半自动的泡茶装置已多见研究,如授权公告号为CN205568527U、CN204683194U、CN206342271U、申请公布号为CN108784361A等中国专利文献,均涉及自动茶具,然而上述文献公开的茶具或装置均只具备泡茶功能,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,泡茶所用茶叶品种日益丰富,对茶的口味要求也日益提高,现有常见的泡茶器具虽然使用方便,但其不具备加热功能,不能实现煮茶,因而当遇到诸如普洱茶、大多数品种的红茶等在泡茶时还需要煮茶方可突出此类茶的口味时,采用目前常见的泡茶器具则难以满足要求,同时不同品种的茶对泡茶的水温要求各异,现有常见的泡茶器具亦不具备水温的掌握和控制功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种集泡茶和煮茶功能于一体、煮茶泡茶过程中温度可控且出茶水操作方便的自动煮茶泡茶装置。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其结构特点是:包括煮泡茶容器,设于上述煮泡茶容器底部或侧下部用于出茶水的电控阀门,用于对煮泡茶容器进行加热的第一电加热元件,用于向煮泡茶容器注水的进水管,设于上述进水管上用于控制水流通断的注水控制装置,以及电控组件;上述电控阀门为电动阀或电磁阀,上述煮泡茶容器设有用于注水和置入茶叶的开口,上述开口使用时通过进水管与水源相通,上述电控组件包括用于检测煮泡茶容器内水温的温度检测装置、用于根据检测信号和设定参数相应对注水控制装置、第一电加热元件和电控阀门的电源通断实施控制的控制器;上述温度检测装置、注水控制装置、第一电加热元件和电控阀门均与控制器电连接。
进一步的方案是:上述第一电加热元件设于上述煮泡茶容器的外侧底部,或者上述第一电加热元件设于煮泡茶容器的侧部外周壁上,或者上述第一电加热元件设于煮泡茶 容器的底部和侧部外周壁上。
进一步的方案是:上述注水控制装置为流量与上述煮泡茶容器相适应的电动水泵、电动阀或电磁阀。
进一步的方案是:上述电控组件还包括用于检测煮泡茶容器内水量的第一水量检测装置。
进一步的方案是:上述第一水量检测装置为称重传感器,或者,上述第一水量检测装置为液位传感器,或者上述第一水量检测装置为设于上述进水管上的流量传感器。
进一步的方案是:上述第一电加热元件为电阻式加热器件。
进一步的方案是:上述第一电加热元件为电磁加热线圈,上述煮泡茶容器至少被第一电加热元件包覆的部位的材质采用铁磁性材料,或者,当煮泡茶容器的材质采用非铁磁性材料时,在第一电加热元件和煮泡茶容器之间设有铁磁性材料层。
进一步的方案是:上述控制器包括信号转换模块、CPU模块、人机交互模块、继电器组、声光提醒模块和电源模块,上述CPU模块与信号转换模块信号电连接,继电器组与CPU模块信号电连接,人机交互模块和声光提醒模块分别与CPU模块电连接;上述温度检测装置、第一水量检测装置分别与控制器的信号转换模块电连接;上述电控阀门、第一电加热元件以及注水控制装置分别与控制器的继电器组中对应的继电器电连接;上述温度检测装置为温度传感器。
进一步的方案是:上述自动煮茶泡茶装置还包括设于上述煮泡茶容器内的茶叶过滤件。
进一步的方案是:上述自动煮茶泡茶装置还包括支架,可活动地设于上述支架上的盛茶容器,设于上述支架上用于对上述盛茶容器进行加热的第二电加热元件;上述电控组件还包括用于检测盛茶容器内茶水量的第二水量检测装置,上述第二电加热元件和第二水量检测装置分别与控制器电连接,第二电加热元件的电源通断受控于上述控制器。
进一步的方案是:上述支架包括底座、竖架、第一横架和第二横架;上述竖架一体或固定设于底座的一侧;第一横架设于竖架的上端;第二横架设于底座上且位于第一横架的下方;
上述煮泡茶容器设于第一横架上,盛茶容器置于第二横架上;上述第二水量检测装置为称重传感器;第二水量检测装置设于第二横架与底座之间;第二电加热元件设于第二横架上且位于盛茶容器放置处。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其通过在煮泡茶容器外部电加热元件,使其不仅能够实现现有技术中泡茶器具所具有的泡茶功能,而且能够针对相应的茶叶品种,实现煮茶功能,从而能够适用于不同品类的茶叶泡茶和/或煮茶, 最大程度地满足饮者对茶水的口感和温度的需要。(2)本发明的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其通过在煮泡茶容器上设置水温监测器件,在控制器的自动控制下与电加热元件相配合,使得煮泡茶容器内的水或茶水的温度可有效自动控制,能够有根据所用的茶叶品种不同,提供相应泡茶和/或煮茶的水温,从而能有效提升茶水的品质。(3)本发明的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其通过设置支架,使装置在使用时整体易于放置,通过在支架上设置盛茶容器并在支架上设置用于需要时盛茶容器内的茶水进行加热的第二电加热元件,对因故延迟饮用温度降低至不符合饮者所需要温度的盛茶容器内的茶水进行加热,可避免浪费。(4)本发明的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其通过整体结构的设计,使其在使用时,能够根据不同的茶叶品种对泡茶和/或煮茶的水温、水量、时间等要素进行自动控制,因而可针对不同的茶叶品种泡出味道最佳的茶水,并且能够实现加水、烧水、泡茶和/或煮茶、出茶水全程自动,自动化程度高,使用十分方便安全。(5)本发明的自动煮茶泡茶装置,对需要煮的茶叶与冷水一起置入煮泡茶容器内,然后电加热从冷水开始煮茶,实验表明能够明显改善茶水口感,并减少对茶叶有益物质的破坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
(实施例1)
见图1和图3,本实施例的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其主要由支架1、煮泡茶容器2、进水管3、电控阀门4、第一电加热元件5、注水控制装置6、盛茶容器7、第二电加热元件8和电控组件9组成。
支架1用于安装和支撑本装置的相关构件,支架1主要由底座11、竖架12、第一横架13和第二横架14组成;竖架12一体或固定设于底座11的一侧;第一横架13设于竖架12的上端;第二横架14作为优选方式设置,第二横架14设于底座11上且位于第一横架13的下方。
煮泡茶容器2为中空构件,煮泡茶容器2上设有用于注水和置入茶叶的开口21,本实施例中,开口21优选设于煮泡茶容器2的上方;煮泡茶容器2至少包括一体或密封固定相连的底板和壁体,本实施例中,煮泡茶容器2在其底板上设有出液口。煮泡茶容器2固定设于支架1的第一横架13上。作为优选方式,煮泡茶容器2内设有茶叶过滤件22,茶叶过滤件22为由底板和壁板组成的构件,茶叶过滤件22的底板和/或壁板上设有过滤孔,茶叶过滤件22的形状和大小与煮泡茶容器2相适应。
进水管3用于向煮泡茶容器2内注水,进水管3的一端与煮泡茶容器2的开口21相通,进水管3的另一端使用时外接水源。
电控阀门4可采用电动阀或者电磁阀,电控阀门4密封固定设置在煮泡茶容器2的出液口处,也即电控阀门4密封固定设于煮泡茶容器2的底板上,电控阀门4的出水口向下伸出;电控阀门4用于使用时放出茶水。电控阀门4采用电动阀时,所采用的电动阀为市购产品,电动阀门4采用电磁阀时亦为现有技术中的产品,例如申请公布号为CN108825801A的中国专利文献所公开的通液电磁阀。
第一电加热元件5用于使用时对煮泡茶容器2进行电加热。第一电加热元件5可设于煮泡茶容器2的底板下方,或者煮泡茶容器2的外周壁上,本实施例中,第一电加热元件5优选设于煮泡茶容器2的底板下方和壁体的外周壁上。第一电加热元件5可采用电阻式加热器件,也可采用电磁加热线圈,当第一电加热元件5采用电磁加热线圈时,煮泡茶容器2至少被第一电加热元件5包覆的部位的材质采用铁磁性材料,或者,当煮泡茶容器2的材质采用非铁磁性材料时,在第一电加热元件5和煮泡茶容器2之间设置铁磁性材料层(图中未示出),以使得电磁加热线圈能够实现对煮泡茶容器2进行加热。电磁加热线圈的结构和工作原理均为现有技术,不做详述。
注水控制装置6设置在进水管3上,用于对向煮泡茶容器2内注水进行自动控制,注水控制装置6可采用流量与煮泡茶容器2的容积相适应的电动水泵、电动阀或电磁阀,本实施例中,注水控制装置6优选采用电动水泵。
盛茶容器7和第二电加热元件8作为优选方式与支架1的第二横架14配套设置,盛茶容器7为具有进液口的市购产品,如茶杯、茶碗或茶壶等,盛茶容器7使用时置于第二横架14上且盛茶容器7的进液口位于电控阀门4的出液口的下方;第二电加热元件8设于第二横架14上且位于盛茶容器7置放处,第二电加热元件8采用电阻式加热元件。使用时,第二电加热元件8用于需要时对盛接有茶水的盛茶容器7进行加热。
电控组件9包括温度检测装置91、第一水量检测装置、第二水量检测装置和控制器95。
温度检测装置91设于煮泡茶容器2上,用于检测煮泡茶容器2内的茶水温度,温 度检测装置91本实施例中优选采用温度传感器。第一水量检测装置用于检测煮泡茶容器2内的茶水量,第一水量检测装置可采用设于煮泡茶容器2上的液位传感器92,第一水量检测装置也可采用设于支架1的第一横架13与竖架12的上部之间和第一称重传感器93,第一水量检测装置还可采用设于进水管3上的流量传感器(图中未示出)。作为优选方式,第二水量检测装置与盛茶容器7配套设置,用于检测与盛茶容器7内的茶水量,第二水量检测装置优选采用设于支架1的第二横架14与底座11之间的第二称重传感器94。
控制器95可设于支架1上,也可独立设置。参见图3,控制器主要由信号转换模块、CPU模块、人机交互模块、继电器组和电源模块组成,CPU模块与信号转换模块信号电连接,继电器组与CPU模块信号电连接,人机交互模块分别与CPU模块电连接。信号转换模块用于将温度检测装置91检测的煮泡茶容器2内的水温、第一水量检测装置检测的煮泡茶容器2内的茶水量、第二水量检测装置检测的盛茶容器7内的茶水量等信号转换成CPU模块可接收的信号并发送给CPU模块,信号转换模块为现有技术中惯用的电路模块,其结构不做详述。人机交互模块,优选触摸屏,用于根据不同品种的茶叶设置包括煮/泡茶水量、煮/泡茶水温和时间在内的参数设置,以及使用时工作状态的实时显示;继电器组,包括若干个继电器,用于根据CPU模块的指令执行对电控阀门4、第一电加热元件5、第二电加热元件8的电源通断控制;CPU模块用于实现本装置的主控;CPU模块包括CPU芯片和存储器,CPU芯片内置的程序为简单的现有技术程序。用于电源模块用于提供工作电源,使用时,电源模块的输入端外接市电。作为优选方式,控制器95还用于工作状态提示的包括声光提醒模块;声光提醒模块与CPU模块电连接,本实施例中,声光提醒模块由蜂鸣器和LED灯组成。控制器95的各功能模块均为成熟的现有技术。
前述的温度检测装置91、第一水量检测装置、第二水量检测装置分别与控制器95的信号转换模块电连接;电控阀门4、第一电加热元件5和第二电加热元件8分别与控制器95的继电器组中对应的继电器电连接。
本实施例的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其使用方法和工作原理简述如下:
本实施例的自动煮茶泡茶装置在使用时,用户接通装置电源,首先根据需要通过控制器95的人机交互模块选择煮茶或者泡茶。
若用户选择煮茶,用户先将所选茶叶放入煮泡茶容器2的茶叶过滤件22内,然后根据需要通过控制器95的人机交互模块向CPU模块相应输入煮茶水量、煮茶最高水温以及煮茶时间等参数,所设各参数发送CPU模块存储;第二称重传感器94实时检测盛茶容器7是否已放置在第二横架14上,若盛茶容器7已放置,CPU模块接收到第二称重 传感器94的信号后,通过继电器组启动注水控制装置6,通过进水管3向已放茶叶的煮泡茶容器2内注入冷水,第一水量检测装置实时检测煮泡茶容器2内的水量,煮泡茶容器2内水量达到设定值时,控制器95关闭注水控制装置6的电源停止注水,控制器95的CPU模块通过继电器组控制第一电加热元件5通电给煮泡茶容器2内的水加热,控制器95的CPU模块对从接通第一电加热元件5的电源开始对煮茶时间开始计时,温度检测装置91实时检测煮泡茶容器2内的水温,煮泡茶容器2内的水加热到设定最高温度时,控制器95通过温度检测装置91和第一电加热元件5的配合控制保持设定温度继续煮茶,当计时到达设定的煮茶时间时,控制器95的声光提醒模块发出声光提示,提醒茶水已泡好可饮用;控制器95控制第一电加热元件5断电,同时控制器95的CPU模块通过继电器组控制电控阀门4得电开启向盛茶容器7内注入茶水至煮泡茶容器2内的茶水基本放空,第二称重传感器94对加入盛茶容器7内的茶水量进行实时监测并实时向CPU模块反馈信号,盛茶容器7内的茶水加至设定量后,CPU模块通过继电器组关闭电控阀门4,停止出茶水,用户通过盛茶容器7饮茶。
若用户选择泡茶,与前述煮茶不同之处在于:先向煮泡茶容器2内加水,然后加执热水至设定温度后自动关闭第一电加热元件5电源,再将所选茶叶放入煮泡茶容器2的茶叶过滤件22内泡茶,并对泡茶时间进行计时至设定时间后自动放出茶水。
使用过程中,若盛茶容器7内的茶水变凉需要加热时,可将盛茶容器7放在第二横架14上,通过操作控制器95的人机交互模块,启动由控制器95控制的第二电加热元件8通电给盛茶容器7加热,以避免浪费。
(实施例2)
见图2,本实施例的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其他方面与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:煮泡茶容器2的出液口设于其侧下部,也即煮泡茶容器2的壁体与底板的结合部处,电控阀门4密封设于煮泡茶容器2的出液口上并向下方出水。
以上实施例是对本发明的具体实施方式的说明,而非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变换和变化而得到相对应的等同的技术方案,因此所有等同的技术方案均应该归入本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:包括煮泡茶容器,设于所述煮泡茶容器底部或侧下部用于出茶水的电控阀门,用于对煮泡茶容器进行加热的第一电加热元件,用于向煮泡茶容器注水的进水管,设于所述进水管上用于控制水流通断的注水控制装置,以及电控组件;所述电控阀门为电动阀或电磁阀,所述煮泡茶容器设有用于注水和置入茶叶的开口,所述开口使用时通过进水管与水源相通,所述电控组件包括用于检测煮泡茶容器内水温的温度检测装置、用于根据检测信号和设定参数相应对注水控制装置、第一电加热元件和电控阀门的电源通断实施控制的控制器;所述温度检测装置、注水控制装置、第一电加热元件和电控阀门均与控制器电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述第一电加热元件设于所述煮泡茶容器的外侧底部,或者所述第一电加热元件设于煮泡茶容器的侧部外周壁上,或者所述第一电加热元件设于煮泡茶容器的底部和侧部外周壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述注水控制装置为流量与所述煮泡茶容器相适应的电动水泵、电动阀或电磁阀。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述电控组件还包括用于检测煮泡茶容器内水量的第一水量检测装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述第一水量检测装置为称重传感器,或者,所述第一水量检测装置为液位传感器,或者所述第一水量检测装置为设于所述进水管上的流量传感器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述第一电加热元件为电阻式加热器件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述第一电加热元件为电磁加热线圈,所述煮泡茶容器至少被第一电加热元件包覆的部位的材质采用铁磁性材料,或者,当煮泡茶容器的材质采用非铁磁性材料时,在第一电加热元件和煮泡茶容器之间设有铁磁性材料层。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述控制器包括信号转换模块、CPU模块、人机交互模块、继电器组、声光提醒模块和电源模块,所述CPU模块与信号转换模块信号电连接,继电器组与CPU模块信号电连接,人机交互模块和声光提醒模块分别与CPU模块电连接;所述温度检测装置、第一水量检测装置分别与控制器的信号转换模块电连接;所述电控阀门、第一电加热元件以及注水控制装置分别与控制器的继电器组中对应的继电器电连接;所述温度检测装置为温度传感器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:还包括设于所述煮泡茶容器内的茶叶过滤件。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述自动煮茶泡茶装置还包括支架,可活动地设于所述支架上的盛茶容器,设于所述支架上用于对所述盛茶容器进行加热的第二电加热元件;所述电控组件还包括用于检测盛茶容器内茶水量的第二水量检测装置,所述第二电加热元件和第二水量检测装置分别与控制器电连接,第二电加热元件的电源通断受控于所述控制器。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自动煮茶泡茶装置,其特征在于:所述支架包括底座、竖架、第一横架和第二横架;所述竖架一体或固定设于底座的一侧;第一横架设于竖架的上端;第二横架设于底座上且位于第一横架的下方;
