Abstract
Dans un dispositif de gestion (BMS50) pour un élément de stockage 12, une unité de gestion 55 diagnostique une défaillance dans une unité de mesure (un capteur de courant 51, un capteur de tension 52, et un capteur de température 53). L'unité de gestion 55 exécute un processus de restriction pour restreindre l'ouverture d'un relais 54 lors d'une défaillance dans l'unité de mesure, et exécute un processus d'ouverture pour ouvrir le relais 54 lors de la réception d'une instruction pour ouvrir le relais 54 par une ECU 60 d'un véhicule 2 par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de communication 56 même si l'ouverture du relais 54 est restreinte en résultat du processus d'inhibition.
