如图3、图5、图8所示,所述导风件9的导风板92的连接座922设在第一象限、第二象限、第三象限和第四象限内,出风孔921设在Y轴的正方向、Y轴的负方向及X轴的负方向,所述插座102设在X轴的正方向上;连接座922上设有下开口的插接定位腔;连接座922的顶部设有固定座9221,固定座9221上设有插接沉孔;螺钉穿过固定座9221与内固定座83螺合;
还包括定位头17,定位头17设在所述容置腔11的底板的第一象限、第二象限、第三象限和第四象限内,出风孔13设在Y轴的正方向、Y轴的负方向及X轴的负方向,所述插头101设在X轴的正方向上;
如图9所示,杯把手75位于杯体7的右侧,杯体7上的出液嘴位于左侧;操作面板51位于底座的前部;
采用这样的结构设计,位于容置腔内的定位头17隐藏,将杯体组件插入容置腔11内,方便识别,人们的操作习惯是,把手在右侧。
所述支撑座8的下端设有沉孔84,所述导向件9的导风板92与沉孔84嵌合。
所述底座1前部的顶板上设有安装孔18;
操作面板51上设有固定柱座511,所述底座1的前壁板上设有固定柱座511;
操作面板51与安装孔18嵌合,所述主控板52与固定在固定柱座511上;主控板52与下方的水平面的锐角夹角;底座1上的排风孔15与主控板52相对。也可以说是:排风孔15位于主控板52的下方
所述电机2的前端盖21和后端盖22分别设有导风孔;
后端盖22的导风孔、电机2的定子23的内腔和前端盖21上的导风孔构成导风道。所述导风件9的套筒91的上端与前端盖21连接。
使用时,风机4转动,室内空气经底座1上的导风孔141、风机4、容置腔11底板上的进风孔、导风件9上的套筒91的底板上的进风孔911,进入套筒91内;再经后端盖22上的导风孔、导风道、电机的前端盖21的导风孔进入套筒91和支撑座8构成的环形通风道内;经导风板92上的出风孔921、容置腔11底板上的出风孔13进入底座内,最后经排风孔15排出。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种改进电机安装的破壁料理机,包括底座、电机、刀片组、风机、操作面板、主控板和杯体组件,操作面板设在底座上;杯体组件包括杯体、杯盖组件、带电发热体的底板、设在底板上的刀轴座和杯座,杯体的下端、底板和杯座可拆卸连接成一体;其特征在于:所述底座上设有上开口的容置腔,容置腔的底板上的进风孔的下端设有进风套筒和环绕进风孔分布的出风孔;底座的底板上设有风机安装位和排风孔,风机安装位处的底板上设有导风孔;
    所述杯座包括上开口的连接腔、圆环形的隔板和下开口的支撑腔,支撑腔内的隔板上设有电机固定座和支撑连接柱;
    还包括下开口的支撑座、导风件、插头和插座;支撑座的顶部设有贯通孔和环绕贯通孔设置的固定座,内壁上设有内固定座;导风件包括上开口的套筒和环绕套筒下端的圆环形的导风板,套筒的底板上设有进风孔,导风板上设有出风孔和连接座;
    支撑座的上端与支撑腔的下端对接,支撑连接柱的头部插入固定座的沉孔内,螺钉穿过固定座与支撑连接柱螺合;所述电机固定在电机座上,套筒上端穿过支撑座的贯通孔与电机连接,螺钉穿过导风件的导风板上的连接座与内固定座螺合;导风板封闭支撑座的下开口;插座设在导风板;
    风机固定在风机安装位上,风机的出风端插入容置腔的进风套筒内;插头固定在容置腔的底板上;
    支撑座与容置腔可拆卸配合,容置腔支撑支撑座;进风套筒与套筒的 底板的进风孔连通;插头和插座可拆卸配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进电机安装的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述导风件的套筒的底板上的设有下开口的沉孔,进风孔设在沉孔的顶板上;所述容置腔的底板上设有环绕进风孔的接口;接口插入沉孔内并可拆卸配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进电机安装的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述导风件的导风板的连接座设在第一象限、第二象限、第三象限和第四象限内,出风孔设在Y轴的正方向、Y轴的负方向及X轴的负方向,所述插座设在X轴的正方向上;连接座上设有下开口的插接定位腔;
    还包括定位头,定位头设在所述容置腔的底板的第一象限、第二象限、第三象限和第四象限内,出风孔设在Y轴的正方向、Y轴的负方向及X轴的负方向,所述插头设在X轴的正方向上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进电机安装的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述支撑座的下端设有沉孔,所述导向件的导风板与沉孔嵌合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进电机安装的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述底座前部的顶板上设有安装孔;
    操作面板上设有固定柱座,所述底座的前壁板上设有固定柱座;
    操作面板与安装孔嵌合,所述主控板与固定在固定柱座上;主控板与下方的水平面的锐角夹角;底座上的排风孔与主控板相对。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的一种改进电机安装的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述电机的前端盖和后端盖分别设有导风孔;后端盖的导风孔、电机的定子的内腔和前端盖上的导风孔构成导风道。
