一种包含呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,包括面罩(1)和位于面罩(1)上方的呼吸管(2),该面罩(1)包括面板(3)以及与面板(3)啮合的包裹部(4),包裹部(4)与面板(3)之间形成呼吸腔(5),该呼吸管(2)内设有进气管(21)穿过面罩(1)至呼吸腔(5)内,该包裹部(4)包括面支撑部(41)和呼吸部(42),呼吸部(42)上设有吸气装置(6)和嘴部呼气装置(7),吸气装置(6)上设有至少一个单向进气阀(61),嘴部呼气装置(7)上设有单向出气阀(71)与面板(3)相连接,面板(3)上对应单向出气阀(71)位置设有排气通道(8)延伸至面罩(1)外,并通过设有呼吸盖(9)将排气通道(8)覆盖。该浮潜面罩排气稳定,简化了呼吸管的结构,同时最大限度的缩短了排气通道,废气最终通过嘴部两侧排除,使得排出的废气不影响视野,直接快速的完成换气。

Description

一种包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩 技术领域
本公开涉及一种包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩。
背景技术
潜水正逐渐发展成为人们喜爱的休闲运动,而浮潜面罩作为一种潜水工具正被广泛使用。早期的浮潜面罩通过一根呼吸管进出气,存在潜水过程中呼吸废气和新鲜空气容易混合,无法顺利的完成呼吸过程,容易产生缺氧现象而导致眩晕,对潜水人员带来安全隐患,而目前市面上的浮潜面罩大多采用同一呼吸管上分别设有吸气通道和呼气通道来实现进出气,此类结构虽然能解决水下呼吸的问题,但呼气通道过长,以至于呼吸不顺畅,需要一种呼吸分离且进排气快速直接、不相互干扰的浮潜面罩。
一般浮潜面罩的呼吸罩结构简单,与面部、鼻梁部贴合不紧密,易导致漏气的发生,同时影响佩戴舒适度。
公开内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足与缺陷,本公开提供一种结构简单、排气快速直接并稳定、佩戴舒适度高及可适用不同高低鼻梁人群使用的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩。
本公开的技术方案是:一种包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,所述面罩包括面板以及与面板啮合的包裹部,包裹部与面板之间形成呼吸腔,所述呼吸管内设有进气管穿过面罩至呼吸腔内,所述包裹部包括面支撑部和呼吸部,所述呼吸部上设有吸气装置和嘴部呼气装置,所述吸气装置上设有至少一个单向进气阀,所述嘴部呼气装置上设有单向出气阀与面板相连接,所述面板上对应单向出气阀位置设有排气通道延伸至面罩外,并通过设有呼吸盖将排气通道覆盖。
进一步设定,所述呼吸部对应鼻梁处贴合开设有缺口。
进一步设定,所述单向出气阀包括吹压式呼吸片、设置于呼吸盖上的挡柱以及设置于面板上的透气孔和顶针,所述吹压式呼吸片覆盖在透气孔上,并套接于顶针上通过挡柱限位配合。
进一步设定,所述面板下方设有排水孔,所述包裹部下方对应设有手拉排水塞与排水孔开启或闭合连接。
进一步设定,所述单向进气阀设有两个,分别对称设置于呼吸部两侧。
进一步设定,所述排气通道设有两个,分别对称设置于面板两侧。
进一步设定,所述呼吸部对应鼻梁处两侧贴合设有鼻梁曲面。
进一步设定,所述面支撑部对应下巴处开设有防滑切口。
进一步设定,所述面支撑部边缘设有加强筋。
进一步设定,所述面支撑部两侧分别设有连接扣座,所述连接扣座上旋转设有绑带连接扣。
本公开的有益效果:本公开涉及一种包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,面罩包括面板以及与面板啮合的包裹部,包裹部与面板之间形成呼吸腔,呼吸管内设有进气管穿过面罩将新鲜空气输入至呼吸腔内,通过吸气装置将呼吸腔内的新鲜空气吸入至呼吸部,并通过嘴部呼气装置中全新的单向出气阀结构排出废气,最后废气经嘴部附近的排气通道排出至外界,排气稳定,简化了呼吸管的结构,同时最大限度的缩短排气通道,使得排出的废气不影响视野,最直接快速的完成换气,呼吸顺畅。

具体实施方式
下面针对附图对本公开的实施例作进一步说明:
如图1-6所示,一种包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩1,所述面罩1包括面板3以及与面板3啮合的包裹部4,包裹部4与面板3之间形成呼吸腔5,所述呼吸管2内设有进气管21穿过面罩1至呼吸腔5内,所述包裹部4包括面支撑部41和呼吸部42,所述呼吸部42上设有吸气装置6和嘴部呼气装置7,所述吸气装置6上设有至少一个单向进气阀61,所述嘴部呼气装置7上设有单向出气阀71与面板3相连接,所述面板3上对应单向出气阀71位置设有排气通道8延伸至面罩1外,并通过设有呼吸盖9将排气通道8覆盖,排气稳定,简化了呼吸管2的结构,同时最大限度的缩短排气通道8,废气最终通过嘴部两侧排除,使得排出的废气不影响视野,最直接快速的完成换气。
所述呼吸部42对应鼻梁处贴合开设有缺口421,好处在于能够适应各国人群的高低鼻梁,佩戴时缺口421卡住鼻梁,使其与呼吸部42更贴合,避免漏气。
所述单向出气阀71包括吹压式呼吸片711、设置于呼吸盖9上的挡柱712以及设置于面板3上的透气孔713和顶针714,所述吹压式呼吸片711覆盖在透气孔713上,避免漏气,且套接于顶针714上,通过挡柱712限位配合,区别于常规的单向阀,吹压式的呼吸片结构简单,利用呼吸所产生的气流完成对其进出气调节。
该全新呼吸系统的工作过程:吸气时,新鲜空气从进气管21进入到呼吸腔5内,通过吸气装置6内的单向进气阀61进入至呼吸部42供使用者呼吸,同步地,嘴部呼气装置7内的单向出气阀71受力关闭;呼气时,单向进气阀61关闭,同步地,废气从嘴部呼出至呼吸部42内,嘴部呼气装置7内的单向出气阀71受力开启,废气通过两侧的排气通道8排出至面罩1外。
所述面板3下方设有排水孔31,所述包裹部4下方对应设有手拉排水塞43与排水孔31开启或闭合连接。
所述单向进气阀61设有两个,分别对称设置于呼吸部42两侧,分别对应两个鼻孔进气,使得进气气流更加稳定。
所述排气通道8设有两个,分别对称设置于面板3两侧,双排气通道8排气更加快速、顺畅,提升使用者的呼吸舒适度。
所述呼吸部42对应鼻梁处两侧设有鼻梁曲面422与鼻梁相贴合,佩戴舒适度高且有效防止漏气现象。
所述面支撑部41对应下巴处开设有防滑切口411,下巴与防滑切口411之间形成卡位,佩戴更加牢固。
所述面支撑部41边缘设有加强筋412,使脸部与其更贴合,达到收紧的效果,保证密封性。
所述面支撑部41两侧分别设有连接扣座413,所述连接扣座413上旋转设有绑带连接扣10,连接扣座413与绑带连接扣10为可拆卸旋转连接,连接扣座413上设有安装槽,面罩1佩戴前,绑带先套接于绑带连接扣10上,佩戴时,绑带连接扣6受绑带拉力作用,通过安装槽与连接扣座41卡紧实现和面罩1的连接,佩戴方便快速,可以根据不同使用者的头型大小来灵活配合绑带调节角度,提高佩戴稳定性和舒适度。

  1. 一种包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,包括面罩和位于面罩上方的呼吸管,其特征在于,所述面罩包括面板以及与面板啮合的包裹部,包裹部与面板之间形成呼吸腔,所述呼吸管内设有进气管穿过面罩至呼吸腔内,所述包裹部包括面支撑部和呼吸部,所述呼吸部上设有吸气装置和嘴部呼气装置,所述吸气装置上设有至少一个单向进气阀,所述嘴部呼气装置上设有单向出气阀与面板相连接,所述面板上对应单向出气阀位置设有排气通道延伸至面罩外,并通过设有呼吸盖将排气通道覆盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述呼吸部对应鼻梁处贴合开设有缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述单向出气阀包括吹压式呼吸片、设置于呼吸盖上的挡柱以及设置于面板上的透气孔和顶针,所述吹压式呼吸片覆盖在透气孔上,并套接于顶针上通过挡柱限位配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述面板下方设有排水孔,所述包裹部下方对应设有手拉排水塞与排水孔开启或闭合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述单向进气阀设有两个,分别对称设置于呼吸部两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述排气通道设有两个,分别对称设置于面板两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述呼吸部对应鼻梁处两侧贴合设有鼻梁曲面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述面支撑部对应下巴处开设有防滑切口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述面支撑部边缘设有加强筋。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的包含全新呼吸系统的浮潜面罩,其特征在于,所述面支撑部两侧分别设有连接扣座,所述连接扣座上旋转设有绑带连接扣。
