Definitions

  • the device can serve as a stabilized (insurmountable) shelter that completely protects its interior from the physical effects of wind gusts, water flows and any other fluid influences.
  • the task is achieved using a device consisting of the following elements:
  • each panel is attached to an internal support system
  • the support system has one or more hanging kryezhi heads
  • each hanger head is connected to one end of one or more flexible fasteners (rope, strap, chain or strip);
  • each flexible fastener is passed through an adjacent inverted support at an angle of 180 °;
  • each pair of inverse support-brackets is integrated into a common stand-up mounting head rigidly attached to the base frame.
  • each outer panel is flat. In another embodiment, each outer panel has an arched profile or other curved curve, or in the form of a regular or irregular dome, or a volumetric dome of any shape.

  • the device according to the present invention (Fig. 1) consists of the following elements:
  • - outdoor panel (1) in the form of a flat sheet, located in the open air;
  • each of the hanging fastening heads (3) extending in the direction “inside” to the panel axis (1);
  • each rope (4) providing a “mirror suspension”.
  • each rope (4) transfers its tension : to the corresponding bracket (7) in an “inward” direction (to the center line of the panel (1)).
  • each rope (4) transmits through the action of lateral pressure; equal force on its inverse support (6) in the “mirror” direction “outward” (opposite the panel (1)).
  • the forces on each pair of inverse support (6) - bracket (7) are equal in size and opposite in direction, thus extinguishing each other, and the frame (5) remains at rest.
  • all horizontal gusts of wind on the outer panel (1) in any direction in the range 0-180 ° relative to its leading plane are neutralized.
  • the device comprises the following elements:
  • - external panel (1) in the form of a parallelepiped (pol-cube), located in the open air;
  • the invention is used as a stabilized (insurmountable) shelter that fully protects its interior from the physical impact of wind gusts, water currents and any other fluid influences.
  • One specific application is for the stationary protection of objects located on the ground, in the aquatic environment or in the atmosphere, especially in areas with regular or occasional extreme natural events : phenomena (monsoons, typhoons, tornadoes, sea storms, etc.), or on large ! heights (skyscrapers, mountain stations, balloons, etc.).
  • Another application concerns the mobile protection of all categories of vehicles, in particular as regards the suppression of their resistance during movement, which will provide a complete saving of significant energy costs caused by this resistance, and, moreover, will proportionally increase the speed achieved.
